Examples: referring to fig. 1, the bottle body water stain cleaning device comprises a frame 1, a conveying component 2 arranged at the top end of the frame 1, a wiping component 3 arranged above the conveying component 2 and an air drying component 4 arranged at the discharge end of the conveying component 2. The number of wiping elements 3 is two and can be operated alternately.
Referring to fig. 2, the wiping assembly 3 includes a support frame 31 fixed to the frame 1, a first cylinder 32 (first power member) and a second cylinder 33 (second power member) fixed to the cylinder frame 31, a pressing assembly 34 fixed to a piston rod of the first cylinder 32, and a wiping sleeve 35 fixed to a piston cylinder of the second cylinder 33.
Referring to fig. 3, the wiping sleeve 35 is spliced from two identical semicircular sleeves 351. The cross section of the semicircle sleeve 351 is semicircle, two identical semicircle sleeves 351 can be spliced with each other to form a complete sleeve, and a wiping block (which can be sponge, cotton cloth and other materials capable of absorbing moisture) is fixed on one side of the semicircle sleeve 351 close to each other; the inner diameter of the wiping sleeve 35 is slightly larger than the diameter of the carafe to be wiped so that the wiping blocks fixed to the inner wall of the wiping sleeve 35 wipe the outer wall of the carafe.
The top end of the semicircle sleeve 351 is provided with a fixed disc 352 (the fixed disc 352 is semicircle, two fixed discs 352 can be spliced into a whole circle), and the fixed disc 352 is convenient for connecting the wiping sleeve 35 with the piston rod of the second cylinder 33. The top end of the fixed disc 352 is provided with a jack 3521, and the jack 3521 is used for inserting a piston rod of the second air cylinder 33; magnets are fixed in the insertion holes 3521 and at the tail ends of the piston rods of the second air cylinders 33, and the magnetism of the two magnets can attract each other oppositely, so that the stability of connection between the piston rods of the second air cylinders 33 and the fixed disc 352 is improved.
One side of the fixed disk 352 near the other fixed disk 352 is provided with a yielding port 3522, and the yielding port 3522 is used for the pressing component 352 to pass through. A protrusion 353 is fixed to one side of the half-round sleeve 351, and a groove 354 into which the protrusion 353 is inserted is formed at the other side, so that the connection stability of the two half-round sleeves 351 can be increased by inserting the protrusion 353 into the groove 354 of the other half-round sleeve 351.
Referring to fig. 4, the packing assembly 34 includes a packing sleeve 341 fixed to a piston rod end of the first cylinder 32, a packing plate 342 slidably coupled to the packing sleeve 341, and a spring 343 (elastic member) provided inside the packing sleeve 341. One end of the spring 343 is fixedly connected with the compression sleeve 341, and the other end of the spring 343 is fixedly connected with the compression plate 342 and drives the compression plate 342 to move in a direction away from the compression sleeve 341. The hold-down assembly 34 is capable of holding down and securing the carafe prior to operation of the wiper assembly 35, thereby increasing the stability of operation of the wiper assembly 35.
Referring to fig. 5, the air drying assembly 4 includes an air pump 41, an air pipe 42 communicating with the air pump 41, an air box 43 communicating with the air pipe 42, and a plurality of air nozzles 44 communicating with the air box 43. The air box 43 is fixed on the frame 1. After the air pump 41 is started, air enters the air tap 44 through the air pipe 42 and the air box 43, and is blown up through the air tap 44 to blow the glass bottle dry. The air pump 41 may blow hot air to enhance the air drying effect.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the conveyor assembly 2 includes conveyor belts 21 (driving members) installed at both sides of the top end of the frame 1, a support plate 22 provided between the two conveyor belts 21, a connection rod 23 fixed at both sides of the connection plate 22 and fixedly connected to the conveyor belts 21, a support plate 24 rotatably connected to the connection plate 22, a gear 25 rotatably connected under the support plate 22, and a rack 26 fixing the sidewalls of the conveyor belts 21.
The conveyor belt 21 is intermittently moved, and the conveyor belt 21 stops the transport of the carafe when the wiper assembly 3 is in operation.
One end of the connecting rod 23 is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 22, the other end of the connecting rod is fixed on the conveyor belt 21, and the movement of the supporting rod 23 is driven by the movement of the conveyor belt 21, so that the movement of the supporting plate 22 is driven, and the glass bottles placed on the supporting plate 24 are transported.
The support disc 24 and the gear 25 are connected through a rotating shaft penetrating through the connecting plate 22, and meanwhile, the axes of the support disc 24 and the gear 25 are combined, so that coaxial rotation can be realized between the support disc 24 and the gear 25. The position of the rack 26 corresponds to the position of the air box 43, and the rack 26 is meshed with the gear 25. When the connecting plate 22 passes through the positions of the racks 26 (and the air boxes 43), the gear 25 is meshed with the racks 26 to drive the supporting disc 24 to rotate, so that the glass bottles can be uniformly dried by the air drying assembly 4, and the air drying effect is improved.
The working process comprises the following steps: the glass bottle to be wiped is placed on the supporting disc 24, is moved by the driving of the conveying component 2, and is wiped by the wiping component 3 when passing through the wiping component 3. After wiping is completed, the conveying assembly 2 continues to drive the glass bottle to move, so that the glass bottle moves to the position of the air drying assembly 4, the glass bottle is air-dried, and the water removal effect is improved.
