The conveyor belt 21 is intermittently moved, and when the wiping unit 3 is operated, the conveyor belt 21 stops the conveyance of the glass bottles.
One end of the connecting rod 23 is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 22, the other end of the connecting rod is fixed on the conveying belt 21, and the movement of the supporting rod 23 is driven by the movement of the conveying belt 21, so that the supporting plate 22 is driven to move, and glass bottles placed on the supporting plate 24 are transported.
The supporting disk 24 and the gear 25 are connected through a rotating shaft penetrating through the connecting plate 22, and the axes of the supporting disk 24 and the gear 25 are integrated to realize coaxial rotation. The position of the rack 26 corresponds to the position of the air box 43, and the rack 26 is engaged with the gear 25. When the connecting plate 22 passes through the position of the rack 26 (and the air box 43), the rest of the rack 26 of the gear 25 is meshed to drive the supporting plate 24 to rotate, so that the glass bottle can be dried uniformly by the air drying assembly 4, and the air drying effect is improved.
The working process is as follows: the glass bottle to be wiped is placed on the supporting disc 24, is moved by the driving of the conveying assembly 2, and is wiped by the wiping assembly 3 when passing through the wiping assembly 3. After the completion of wiping, conveying component 2 continues to drive the glass bottle motion for the glass bottle moves to the position department of air-drying component 4, air-dries the glass bottle, improves the dewatering effect.
