背景技术
随着经济的发展,日益频繁的工业活动造成严重的空气污染,大量颗粒散布于大气中,其中包括带有毒物质的PM2.5悬浮微粒,有毒有害物质可随呼吸进入人的体内,并积聚在气管或肺中,影响健康。此外,随着人口的流动,传染病的传播风险与日俱增,病菌能够轻易透过飞沫或浮游于空气中形成人际传播,并在社区中爆发,危害社会大众的健康。针对以上问题,若不能及时作出妥善的预防措施,人类的健康安全将会受到威胁。
茶黄素是茶叶中儿茶素类物质经发酵氧化而形成的大芳香环类的一种天然色素,最早是由红茶中发现,是红茶中最主要的活性物质,具体极强的生理活性,被誉为茶叶中的脑黄金。由于茶黄素强大的功效,所以对茶黄素的研究成为世界各国医学界的热门课题,我国从20世纪80年代科技工作者就开始对茶黄素进行不断的研究,并进行了相应的临床试验,终于揭开了茶黄素的药理功效,并随着研究的深入,茶黄素越来越多的功能被发现。其主要功能和应用领域为:一、对心脑血管疾病方面的功效;二、抗菌消炎方面;三、强抗氧化剂,可用于清除自由基。随着人们生活水平的提高,对身体健康越来越重视。而茶黄素降血脂、防治心血管病、抗氧化、延缓衰老等作用明显,又有抗肿瘤等作用,作为影响人们生活质量的重要产品,因此,将其应用于口罩行业,具有杀菌灭毒功能和高效过滤的口罩便渐渐成为需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种保健口罩的制造方法,使用该方法生产出的保健口罩穿戴方便,天然无污染,对人体友好,具有良好的导湿性能,不产生二次污染,使用区抗菌、抗病毒、过滤性能好,并能清新口气。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是一种保健口罩的制造方法,所述保健口罩从外向内包括防水层、茶黄素浸渍层、过滤层和亲肤层或从外向内包括防水层、过滤层、茶黄素浸渍层和亲肤层,材质为无纺布,茶黄素浸渍层的制作方法为:将茶黄素10-30份加入至30-60份溶剂中,搅拌溶解,形成茶黄素溶液,无纺布材料浸泡5-15分钟后,然后用300W超声波进行处理1-5分钟,取出进行干燥处理,即得所述茶黄素浸渍层;所述防水层包括以下重量份成分:硅胶2-8份,抗氧剂0.5-1份,分散剂0.5-2份;所述各层边缘通过复合机热合连接形成口罩本体,所述口罩本体两侧分别与耳带固定连接。
所述防水层采用改性无纺布功能材料,具有防水导湿透气功能,增强了人体舒适性,还有抗氧化性,与茶黄素浸渍层分开设置,可以抵御氧气,保护茶黄素,增加了其应用功能。所述亲肤层为靠近人体的层,具有舒身贴合人体的效果。
硅胶是一种高活性吸附材料,通常是用硅酸钠和硫酸反应,并经老化、酸泡等一系列后处理过程而制得。硅胶属非晶态物质,其化学分子式为mSiO2.nH2O。其分子比表面积大,含有众多极性的羟基,亲水性强,吸湿效果显著。不溶于水和任何溶剂,无毒无味,化学性质稳定,除强碱、氢氟酸外不与任何物质发生反应。
抗氧剂,又称防老剂,其可以对抗口罩体系内氧化成分,保护茶黄素不被氧化破坏,增强其稳定性,从而增加茶黄素的使用效果。作为优选的技术方案所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂168、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂164中的一种或者几种。
分散剂具有良好的相容性,它在材料内部起着降低聚合物分子间内聚力的作用,从而改善材料的内摩擦生热和熔体的流动性。分散剂和材料长链分子间的结合是不强的,它们可能产生类似于滚动轴承的作用,因此其自身能在熔体流动方向上排列,从而互相滑动,使得内摩擦力降低,增加材料的稳定性与相容性。优选的所述分散剂为丙酸乙烯蜡、丙烯酸蜡、马来酸接枝聚丁烯蜡中的一种或几种。
香精是通过石化产品制备出来的产品总称。包括:5-甲基糠醛、(Z)-3-己烯醛、β-大马酮苯甲醛、苯乙醛、α-蒎烯、丙酸-3-甲基丁酯、丙酸乙酯、丁酸乙酯、庚酸乙酯、癸酸乙酯、壬酸乙酯、肉桂酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯、戊酸乙酯、辛酸乙酯、乙醛、乙酸-2-苯乙酯、乙酸-2-甲基丙酯、乙酸-3-甲基丁酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸己酯、乙酸甲酯、乙酸戊酯、乙酸锌酯、乙酸乙酯、2-甲基丁酸乙酯、苯乙酸乙酯、丁香醛甲醚、甲酸、糠硫醇、乙酸香叶酯、异丁酸香叶酯、丙酸香叶酯、庚醛、2-庚酮、1-庚醇、异丁酸庚酯、吲哚、月桂酸、月桂醛、1,8-萜二烯、反-2-壬烯醛、δ-辛内酯、2-戊烯醛、苯酚、丙烯酸丙基二硫醚、四甲基吡嗪、三甲胺、十一酸、2-乙酰基吡啶、苯并噻唑、二(2-甲基-3-呋喃基)二硫醚、3,4-二甲基-1,2-环戊二酮、3,5-二甲基-1,2-环戊二酮、2,3-二甲基吡嗪、2,5-二甲基吡嗪、4,5-二甲基噻唑、甘氨酸、反-4-庚烯醛、顺-4-庚烯醛、δ-十一内酯、2-甲氧基吡嗪、2-甲基吡嗪、2-戊基呋喃、2-4-5-三甲基噻唑、丙酮、2-乙酰基噻唑、2,3-二乙基-5-甲基吡嗪、庚酸、2-甲氧基-3-异丙基吡嗪、甲基糠基二硫醚、6-甲基-3,5-庚二烯-2-酮、2,5-二甲基-4-甲氧基-3(2H)-呋喃酮。进一步的技术方案是,所述茶黄素溶液还包含1-5份的香精。
溶剂是一种可以溶化固体,液体或气体溶质的液体(气体、或固体),溶剂、溶质都可以为固体、液体、气体,继而成为溶液。在日常生活中最普遍的溶剂是水,而所谓有机溶剂即是包含碳原子的有机化合物,溶剂通常拥有比较低的沸点和容易挥发。优选的所述溶剂为水、酯类、醇类、酮类和/或醚类;其中所述酯类包括乙酸甲酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯和/或乙酸异丙酯;所述醇类包括乙醇、丙醇和/或异丙醇;所述酮类包括丙酮和/或丁酮;所述醚类包括乙醚、丙醚和/或甲基叔丁醚。
活性炭表面的微孔直径大多在2-50nm之间,即使是少量的活性炭,也有巨大的表面积,每克活性炭的表面积为500-1500m2,活性炭吸附是指利用活性炭的固体表面对空气中的一种或多种物质的吸附作用,以达到净化气体的目的。活性炭的吸附能力与活性炭的孔隙大小和结构有关。一般来说,颗粒越小,孔隙扩散速度越快,活性炭的吸附能力就越强。进一步的技术方案是,所述过滤层表面还含有活性炭。
进一步的技术方案是,所述干燥处理条件为鼓风干燥,所述干燥温度为40-55℃。
进一步的技术方案是,所述复合机热合连接条件为压力为0.15-0.5MPa,温度为115-135℃,工作速度为1-3m/min。
进一步的技术方案是,所述耳带固定连接为胶接、缝合连接或热合连接方式。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明所提供的保健口罩的制造方法,操作简便,提取的茶黄素属于天然物质,生产出来的口罩穿戴方便,对人体及自然环境友好,不产生二次污染。使用区具有优良的导湿性能,大于2500g/(m2.d),能及时移除人体口鼻及面部的水汽,保持人体面部的干燥舒爽,抗氧剂的加入可以稳定茶黄素,从而可以对茶黄素持久作用发挥起到协同作用,增强口罩的使用效果。过滤效率大于92%,符合GB2626-2006的要求,对发明进行微生物指标检测,细菌菌落总数均<20CFU/g,真菌菌落总数<20CFU/g,大肠菌群、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌均未检出,检测结果均为阴性。对流感病毒菌株A/PR/8/34(H1N1)的抑制率>84%,并且能清新口气,香精的添加能够愉悦人的身心,更能提高人的穿戴体验。本发明采用环保可降解材料,生物相容性好,原料成本低廉,产品性能稳定,成本优势明显,具有较强的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种保健口罩的制造方法,其特征在于:所述保健口罩从外向内包括防水层、茶黄素浸渍层、过滤层和亲肤层,材质为无纺布,茶黄素浸渍层的制作方法为:将茶黄素10份加入至30份水中,搅拌溶解,形成茶黄素溶液,无纺布材料浸泡5分钟后,然后用300W超声波进行处理1分钟,取出进行干燥处理,干燥温度为40℃,即得所述茶黄素浸渍层;所述防水层包括以下重量份成分:硅胶2份,0.5份抗氧剂168,分散剂丙酸乙烯蜡0.5份;所述各层边缘通过复合机热合连接形成口罩本体,所述复合机热合连接条件为压力为0.15MPa,温度为115℃,工作速度为1m/min,所述口罩本体两侧分别与耳带通过热合连接方式连接。
实施例2
一种保健口罩的制造方法,其特征在于:所述保健口罩从外向内包括防水层、过滤层、茶黄素浸渍层和亲肤层,材质为无纺布,所述过滤层表面还含有活性炭,茶黄素浸渍层的制作方法为:将茶黄素30份加入至60份溶剂乙酸乙酯中,搅拌溶解,形成茶黄素溶液,无纺布材料浸泡15分钟后,然后用300W超声波进行处理5分钟,取出进行干燥处理,干燥温度为55℃,即得所述茶黄素浸渍层;所述防水层包括以下重量份成分:硅胶8份,1份抗氧剂1076,分散剂丙烯酸蜡2份;所述各层边缘通过复合机热合连接形成口罩本体,所述复合机热合连接条件为压力为0.5MPa,温度为135℃,工作速度为3m/min,所述口罩本体两侧分别与耳带通过胶接方式连接。
实施例3
一种保健口罩的制造方法,其特征在于:所述保健口罩从外向内包括防水层、茶黄素浸渍层、过滤层和亲肤层,材质为无纺布,茶黄素浸渍层的制作方法为:将茶黄素20份、香精2-庚酮1份加入至45份乙酸丙酯wt%:乙酸异丙酯wt%=3:1的溶剂中,搅拌溶解,形成茶黄素、香精溶液,无纺布材料浸泡10分钟后,然后用300W超声波进行处理3分钟,取出进行干燥处理,干燥温度为45℃,即得所述茶黄素浸渍层;所述防水层包括以下重量份成分:硅胶2份,1份抗氧剂164,分散剂马来酸接枝聚丁烯蜡2份;所述各层边缘通过复合机热合连接形成口罩本体,所述复合机热合连接条件为压力为0.3MPa,温度为120℃,工作速度为2m/min,所述口罩本体两侧分别与耳带通过缝合连接方式连接。
实施例4
一种保健口罩的制造方法,其特征在于:所述保健口罩从外向内包括防水层、茶黄素浸渍层、过滤层和亲肤层,材质为无纺布,茶黄素浸渍层的制作方法为:将茶黄素25份、香精α-蒎烯5份加入至50份丙醇溶剂中,搅拌溶解,形成茶黄素、香精溶液,无纺布材料浸泡10分钟后,然后用300W超声波进行处理5分钟,取出进行干燥处理,干燥温度为50℃,即得所述茶黄素浸渍层;所述防水层包括以下重量份成分:硅胶8份,0.5份抗氧剂164wt%:抗氧剂1076wt%=1:2的抗氧剂,分散剂马来酸接枝聚丁烯蜡1份;所述各层边缘通过复合机热合连接形成口罩本体,所述复合机热合连接条件为压力为0.4MPa,温度为130℃,工作速度为2m/min,所述口罩本体两侧分别与耳带通过缝合连接方式连接。
实施例5
一种保健口罩的制造方法,其特征在于:所述保健口罩从外向内包括防水层、过滤层、茶黄素浸渍层和亲肤层,材质为无纺布,所述过滤层表面还含有活性炭,茶黄素浸渍层的制作方法为:将茶黄素15份、3份3,4-二甲基-1,2-环戊二酮wt%:四甲基吡嗪wt%:2-戊基呋喃wt%=1:2:4的香精加入至50份丙酮wt%:丁酮wt%=2:3的溶剂中,搅拌溶解,形成茶黄素溶液,无纺布材料浸泡8分钟后,然后用300W超声波进行处理4分钟,取出进行干燥处理,干燥温度为55℃,即得所述茶黄素浸渍层;所述防水层包括以下重量份成分:硅胶5份,1份抗氧剂1076,1.5份丙烯酸蜡wt%:马来酸接枝聚丁烯蜡wt%=2:5的分散剂;所述各层边缘通过复合机热合连接形成口罩本体,所述复合机热合连接条件为压力为0.4MPa,温度为130℃,工作速度为2.5m/min,所述口罩本体两侧分别与耳带通过胶接方式连接。
实施例6
一种保健口罩的制造方法,其特征在于:所述保健口罩从外向内包括防水层、过滤层、茶黄素浸渍层和亲肤层,材质为无纺布,所述过滤层表面还含有活性炭,茶黄素浸渍层的制作方法为:将茶黄素15份、3份6-甲基-3,5-庚二烯-2-酮wt%:乙酸-2-甲基丙酯wt%:丁香醛甲醚wt%:甲酸wt%:1-庚醇wt%=1:2:4:1:3的香精加入至50份的甲基叔丁醚溶剂中,搅拌溶解,形成茶黄素溶液,无纺布材料浸泡8分钟后,然后用300W超声波进行处理4分钟,取出进行干燥处理,干燥温度为55℃,即得所述茶黄素浸渍层;所述防水层包括以下重量份成分:硅胶6份,0.5份抗氧剂164,分散剂丙烯酸蜡2份;所述各层边缘通过复合机热合连接形成口罩本体,所述复合机热合连接条件为压力为0.4MPa,温度为130℃,工作速度为2m/min,所述口罩本体两侧分别与耳带通过热合连接方式连接。
对比例
对比例以实施例1为基础,区别在于,对比例1中茶黄素浸渍层未浸渍茶黄素,对比例2中防水层未加入硅胶。实验所用流感病毒菌株A/PR/8/34(H1N1):由中国疾病控制中心提供;茶黄素由江苏德和生物科技有限公司生产和提供。
实施例1-6的发明与对比例实验结果
通过上表数据可以看出,使用区过滤效率大于92%,活性炭的加入对过滤效率提高有着有益效果,符合GB2626-2006的要求。对发明进行微生物指标检测,细菌菌落总数均<20CFU/g,真菌菌落总数<20CFU/g,大肠菌群、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌均未检出,检测结果均为合格。而对比例1的细菌菌落总数均>30CFU/g,真菌菌落总数>30CFU/g,可见茶黄素浸渍层抗菌效果明显。发明对H1N1的抑制率>84%,而未浸渍茶黄素的对比例1只有30%,显示出茶黄素浸渍层良好的抗病毒效果。从上表数据可以看出实施例1-6的发明导湿性能强,大于2500g/(m2.d),对比例2中防水层未加入硅胶,其导湿性能下降明显只及实施例1的54%,可见硅胶的加入可以极大的增强口罩的导湿性能。

Claims (9)
1.一种保健口罩的制造方法,所述保健口罩从外向内包括防水层、茶黄素浸渍层、过滤层和亲肤层或从外向内包括防水层、过滤层、茶黄素浸渍层和亲肤层,材质为无纺布,其特征在于:茶黄素浸渍层的制作方法为:将茶黄素10-30份加入至30-60份溶剂中,搅拌溶解,形成茶黄素溶液,无纺布材料浸泡5-15分钟后,然后用300W超声波进行处理1-5分钟,取出进行干燥处理,即得所述茶黄素浸渍层;所述防水层包括以下重量份成分:硅胶2-8份,抗氧剂0.5-1份,分散剂0.5-2份;所述各层边缘通过复合机热合连接形成口罩本体,所述口罩本体两侧分别与耳带固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健口罩的制造方法,其特征在于:所述茶黄素溶液还包含1-5份的香精。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健口罩的制造方法,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂168、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂164中的一种或者几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健口罩的制造方法,其特征在于:所述分散剂为丙酸乙烯蜡、丙烯酸蜡、马来酸接枝聚丁烯蜡中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健口罩的制造方法,其特征在于:所述溶剂为水、酯类、醇类、酮类和/或醚类;其中所述酯类包括乙酸甲酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯和/或乙酸异丙酯;所述醇类包括乙醇、丙醇和/或异丙醇;所述酮类包括丙酮和/或丁酮;所述醚类包括乙醚、丙醚和/或甲基叔丁醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健口罩的制造方法,其特征在于:所述过滤层表面还含有活性炭。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健口罩的制造方法,其特征在于:所述干燥处理条件为鼓风干燥,所述干燥温度为40-55℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健口罩的制造方法,其特征在于:所述复合机热合连接条件为压力为0.15-0.5MPa,温度为115-135℃,工作速度为1-3m/min。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健口罩的制造方法,其特征在于:所述固定连接为胶接、缝合连接或热合连接。
