The invention relates to the technical field of water soluble fertilizers, and particularly relates to an amino acid-containing water soluble fertilizer and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Amino acids are the smallest organic structures of proteins in all organisms (plants, animals), and multiple amino acid molecules are linked to each other to form polypeptides, which then undergo spatial folding to form proteins. The amino acid water-soluble fertilizer is literally a fertilizer containing amino acid molecules, and can be directly absorbed by plant roots, stems and leaves and other parts, which is the basis for agricultural application. It can increase chlorophyll content in plant, raise enzyme activity, promote carbon dioxide permeation, and make photosynthesis more vigorous, and has important functions of raising crop quality and increasing Vc and sugar content. The amino acid as the smallest molecular structure of protein can be absorbed by each organ of plant, and the obvious effect can be observed in a short period after the application. After absorption, the plant protein can directly participate in the synthesis process of protein, vitamin and carbohydrate of plants without photosynthesis, so that the synthesis of organic matters of the plants is increased, the expansion and the sweetening are promoted, the precocity of crops is promoted, the growth cycle is shortened, the quality of the crops is improved, for example, the protein content of grains is increased, various fruits expand quickly, the taste is good, the cotton velvet quality is good, the fiber is long, the vegetable palatability is good, and the like. The amino acid water-soluble fertilizer has wide effects and various types when in use, but lacks products which can promote the growth and development of roots.

The field bioassay verification is carried out by using samples prepared in the above examples and comparative examples, 3 times of repetition are set for each experiment, each time of repetition is 20 square meters, the first watering and water application is carried out 3 days after the field planting of the tomatoes, the watering and water application is carried out once every 7-10 days, the application is carried out 3 times continuously, other fertilizing and water application and pesticide operation are completely consistent, the first data acquisition is carried out 10 days after the third watering and water application, the yield is recorded after each picking in the later period, and the yield is counted after all fruits are picked. The experimental conditions are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 field tomato test conditions
In table 3, the "star" simulation in the development of the root system represents the length of the root system, i.e., the larger the number of the "star" is, the longer the root system is, the better the development of the root system is.
As can be seen from table 3, in comparative example 1 and comparative example 2, in the case of the rest of the formula weight percentage, after the four amino acids of arginine, leucine, glutamic acid and proline in example 1 are replaced by plant-derived amino acid or animal-derived amino acid, the plant height is obviously reduced, and the root development situation is inferior to that of example 1, which indicates that the compounding of the four amino acids of arginine, leucine, glutamic acid and proline in the water-soluble fertilizer is beneficial to the root development of crops and the growth of plants.
As can be seen from the comparative example 3 in the table 3, the water soluble fertilizer formula does not contain trace elements of boron, calcium and zinc, the plant height is obviously reduced, and the root development condition is inferior to that of the example 1, which shows that the compounding of four amino acids of arginine, leucine, glutamic acid and proline and the trace elements is beneficial to the root development of crops and the growth of plants.
As can be seen from comparative example 4 in Table 3, the water soluble fertilizer containing only four amino acids of arginine, leucine, glutamic acid and proline is inferior to that of example 1 in terms of crop growth and root system development, which indicates that the water soluble fertilizer containing only four amino acids has poor effect and needs to be compounded with other elements to promote crop growth and root system development.
