As can be seen from tables 1 and 2, the water-soluble foliar fertilization fertilizer has obvious promotion effects on the growth and yield of potatoes, particularly has the yield increase of 62.9% to the maximum extent, and has better effect compared with the traditional fertilizer. As can be seen from table 1, the growth and yield of example 3 were increased most, indicating that the ratio of example 3 was optimal and the resulting effect was the best; as can be seen from table 2, the growth and yield of example 6 were maximized, indicating that the production method of example 6 is the most favorable and the most favorable results are obtained, compared to the production methods of examples 4 and 5.

Claims (5)

1. The water-soluble foliar water flush fertilizer is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of medical stone, 15-25 parts of sodium hydroxide, 20-40 parts of humic acid urea, 15-20 parts of chitosan, 5-10 parts of compound amino acid, 1-5 parts of polyaspartic acid, 2-5 parts of amino acid chelating liquid, 1-3 parts of nano silicon magnesium powder, 1-5 parts of rooting agent, 2-3 parts of penetrant, 0.1-0.3 part of vitamin B, 3-5 parts of Chinese herbal medicine residues and 20-30 parts of trace element mixture, wherein the trace element mixture comprises: 1.5-2 parts of monopotassium phosphate, 3-5 parts of ammonium molybdate, 2-5 parts of ferrous sulfate, 2-5 parts of magnesium sulfate, 2-3 parts of zinc sulfate, 1-3 parts of copper sulfate and 1-2 parts of zinc oxide.

The water-soluble foliar water flush fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-45 parts of medical stone, 20-25 parts of sodium hydroxide, 30-40 parts of humic acid urea, 15-20 parts of chitosan, 8-10 parts of compound amino acid, 3-5 parts of polyaspartic acid, 3-4 parts of amino acid chelating liquid, 1.5-2.5 parts of nano silicon magnesium powder, 3-4 parts of rooting agent, 2-3 parts of penetrating agent, 0.1-0.3 part of vitamin B, 4-5 parts of Chinese herbal medicine residues and 25-30 parts of trace element mixture, wherein the trace element mixture comprises: 1.5-2 parts of monopotassium phosphate, 3-5 parts of ammonium molybdate, 2-4 parts of ferrous sulfate, 3-5 parts of magnesium sulfate, 2-3 parts of zinc sulfate, 2-3 parts of copper sulfate and 1-2 parts of zinc oxide.
3. The method for preparing the water-soluble foliar fertilization fertilizer according to claim 1, comprising the following steps:
(1) adding animal hoof and horn or hair into 25-35% sulfuric acid, hydrolyzing at 110 ℃ for 1-2 hours to generate amino acid, then adding lime to neutralize until the pH value is 6.0-6.8, adding 3-4 parts by weight of hydroxymethyl cellulose into 15 parts by weight of hydrolysis solution, adding 1-2 parts by weight of ferrous sulfate and 3-4 parts by weight of ammonium molybdate to dissolve, and reacting at 90-105 ℃ for 5-6 hours to obtain amino acid chelating solution for later use;
(2) taking 7-10 parts of water-soluble humic acid, 20-30 parts of urea and 15-25 parts of water-soluble potash fertilizer, putting the water-soluble humic acid and the urea in a reaction kettle according to a proportion, controlling the temperature at 110-130 ℃, stirring for 30-40 minutes to generate humic acid urea, then putting the water-soluble potash fertilizer in the reaction kettle according to a proportion, controlling the temperature at 85-95 ℃, stirring for 20-30 minutes, cooling, drying, caking and crushing to obtain powdery humic acid urea;
(3) drying chitosan at 70-80 deg.C, and pulverizing to 80 mesh;
(4) weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of medical stone, 15-25 parts of sodium hydroxide, 20-40 parts of humic acid urea, 15-20 parts of chitosan, 5-10 parts of compound amino acid, 1-5 parts of polyaspartic acid, 2-5 parts of amino acid chelating liquid, 1-3 parts of nano silicon magnesium powder, 1-5 parts of rooting agent, 2-3 parts of penetrant, 0.1-0.3 part of vitamin B, 3-5 parts of Chinese herbal medicine residues and 20-30 parts of trace element mixture, wherein the trace element mixture comprises: 1.5-2 parts of monopotassium phosphate, 3-5 parts of ammonium molybdate, 2-5 parts of ferrous sulfate, 2-5 parts of magnesium sulfate, 2-3 parts of zinc sulfate, 1-3 parts of copper sulfate and 1-2 parts of zinc oxide;
(5) mixing the medical stone weighed in the step (4) with sodium hydroxide, and calcining at the high temperature of 1200-2000 ℃ for 0.5-3 hours to obtain medical stone silicon crystal salt;
(6) mixing the humic acid urea, the amino acid chelating solution and the trace element mixture weighed in the step (4) with the medical stone silicon crystal salt weighed in the step (5) at the temperature of 60-70 ℃ to obtain a first mixture;
(7) and (4) adding the chitosan, the compound amino acid, the polyaspartic acid, the nano silicon magnesium powder, the rooting agent, the penetrating agent, the vitamin B and the Chinese herbal medicine residues weighed in the step (4) into the first mixture obtained in the step (6), mixing at 40-50 ℃, cooling, agglomerating and crushing to obtain the water-soluble foliar fertilization fertilizer.
4. The method for manufacturing a water-soluble foliar fertilization fertilizer according to claim 3, wherein: the vitamin B comprises vitamin B1, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12.
5. The manufacturing method of the water-soluble foliar fertilization fertilizer as claimed in claim 4, wherein the vitamin B comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.03-0.06 part of vitamin B1, 0.03-0.06 part of vitamin B6 and 0.01-0.05 part of vitamin B12.
