By adopting the above structure of the removing device 460, the product can be transferred from the labeling positioning seat 412 to the guiding member 470, and the space can be saved. Since the knob taking and placing device of the other cross arm 236 can place the knob taken from the knob feeding device on the first receiving seat 267 while the knob taking and placing part 237 of one cross arm 236 takes the knob from the knob feeding device, and the knob taking and placing device of the other cross arm 236 can release the adjusted knob on the second rear positioning seat 213, the efficiency can be improved. Specifically, the second rotation driving part 233 and the third rotation driving part 268 may include a fourth motor, and the fifth elevation driving part 235 is a seventh cylinder.
Preferably, the knob feeding device 230 further includes a first detection component, the shoe buckle assembly labeling assembly line further includes a control device, the first detection component is used for detecting the knob on the first bearing seat 267 and sending a detection signal to the control device, and the control device is used for controlling the third rotary driving component 268 to work after receiving the signal of the first detection component, so that the third rotary driving component 268 drives the first bearing seat 267 to rotate, and the knob is intelligently adjusted to the direction of the correction knob.

The front pressing device 150 may also include a lifting column 253, a fourth lifting driving component 254 for driving the lifting column 253 to lift, a pressing cover 255 installed on the lifting column 253 in a lifting manner, and a return spring 256 abutting against between the lifting column 253 and the pressing cover 255. The first lubricating liquid injecting device 251 and the second lubricating liquid injecting device 151 both adopt needles, and the needles are connected with a lubricating liquid supplying device so as to supply lubricating liquid to the needles through the lubricating liquid supplying device and inject the lubricating liquid through the needles.
The shoe buckle bottom detection device 170 comprises a third detection component, and the shoe buckle assembly labeling production line further comprises a removing manipulator and a removing recovery box; the third detection part is used for detecting the shoe buckle bottom assembly placed on the preposed positioning seat 112 and sending a detection signal to the control device, and the control device is used for controlling the working states of the removing manipulator and the transition manipulator 220 according to the signal of the third detection part. The third detection part is used for detecting the shoe buckle bottom assembly, if the shoe buckle bottom assembly is installed in place, a first detection signal is sent to the control device, and if not, a second detection signal is sent to the control device; the control device controls the transition manipulator 220 to take the shoe buckle bottom component from the preposed positioning seat 112 after receiving the first detection signal of the third detection part, and controls the rejecting manipulator to transfer the shoe buckle bottom component from the preposed positioning seat 112 to the rejecting recovery box when receiving the second detection signal of the third detection part, so that the yield of products processed by the shoe buckle assembling and labeling production line can be further improved.
In this embodiment, the rear detection device 290 is an optical fiber sensor, the third detection component is a photoelectric sensor, and of course, the first detection component, the second detection component, the third detection component, and the rear detection device 290 may adopt the existing detection components according to the use requirement, as long as they can perform the corresponding detection function.
The ratchet wheel feeding device 160 comprises a ratchet wheel feeding device for providing a ratchet wheel, a ratchet wheel frame 162, a fourth translation seat 163 movably mounted on the ratchet wheel frame 162, a third translation driving part 164 for driving the fourth translation seat 163 to translate, a fifth lifting seat, a seventh lifting driving part 166 arranged on the fourth translation seat 163 and used for driving the fifth lifting seat to lift, a mounting seat 167, a fifth rotation driving part 168 arranged on the fifth lifting seat and used for driving the mounting seat 167 to rotate, and a ratchet wheel taking and placing part 169 arranged on the mounting seat 167 and used for taking and placing the ratchet wheel. Specifically, the third translation driving part 164 includes a fourth screw rod rotatably mounted on the ratchet rack 162, a seventh motor for driving the fourth screw rod to rotate, and a fourth screw rod nut fittingly sleeved on the fourth screw rod; the fourth translation seat 163 is fixedly connected with the fourth screw nut. The ratchet wheel feeding device 160 further comprises a CCD camera 720, the CCD camera 720 is used for shooting the ratchet wheel picked up by the ratchet wheel picking and placing component 169, the control device is used for controlling the working state of the fifth rotation driving component 168 according to the image shot by the CCD camera 720, so that the angle of the ratchet wheel can be obtained through the image shot by the CCD camera 720, and then the control device is used for controlling the rotation angle of the fifth rotation driving component 168 to drive the mounting seat 167, so as to intelligently realize the direction adjustment of the ratchet wheel.
The positioning column feeding device 120, the wire wheel feeding device 130 and the wheel body feeding device 140 can adopt any existing feeding device as long as the function of feeding corresponding parts can be achieved.
The rear rotating device, the front rotating device and the labeling rotating device can adopt a driving motor or the matching of the driving motor and a transmission mechanism, and the like, so long as the corresponding rotary disc can be driven to rotate.
In this embodiment, the sticker taking and placing component 522 and the product taking component 463 adopt vacuum chucks, but of course, the product taking component 463, the sticker taking and placing component 522, the face cover taking and placing component 265, the knob taking and placing component 237, the upper cover taking and placing component 247 and the ratchet wheel taking and placing component 169 can adopt vacuum chucks according to taking and placing requirements, and also adopt taking and placing components such as electric clamping jaws or pneumatic clamping jaws as long as the corresponding components can be taken and placed.
