Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemical products, and particularly relates to a composition for removing dandruff and controlling oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Dandruff is the product of metabolism of human head epidermis cells, when excessive dandruff and pores are blocked, the dandruff is easy to cause the weakness of hair, bacteria are easy to proliferate, the type of dandruff is changed from physiological dandruff to pathological, and the dandruff is characterized in that the scalp is red, swelling, hot and painful, and is accompanied with symptoms such as itching and the like. The cause of dandruff formation is therefore mainly a scalp microecological imbalance, excessive oil secretion and an influence of malassezia. Wherein the malassezia has the most remarkable effect on dandruff, and the malassezia on the scalp of a patient suffering from dandruff accounts for 96% of the total fungi. Since scalp grease is excessively secreted to generate 'white mud' -shaped dandruff, malassezia also takes lipid as a nutrition source to carry out propagation and metabolism to generate free fatty acid, so that scalp irritation is caused, the hyperproliferation of scalp horny layer is promoted, and the dandruff is increased, so that the growth of malassezia is limited to be the most main task.
An increasing number of people currently suffer from dandruff, which results in a more urgent need for anti-dandruff, oil-control hair care products by more consumers. Most of the current commercial anti-dandruff oil control products are added with anti-dandruff bactericides such as Zinc Pyrithione (ZPT), piroctone olamine salt (OCT), ketoconazole, hexamidine and the like. 70% of the population using anti-dandruff products, however, consider the effect to be undesirable, not only irritating but also having side effects, some product surfactant systems being excessively clean and exacerbating scalp inflammation.
The prior patent with application number 201910190950 discloses an anti-dandruff oil-control shampoo emulsion which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: the hair composition, nutgrass galingale rhizome particles, cacumen biotae particles, a surfactant, 3 stearic acid, vitamin B, vitamin E, natural plant essential oil, wheat protein, a pearling agent, a conditioner, a PH regulator, a smoothing agent, a foam stabilizer, jojoba oil and deionized water; the hair composition is any five or more extracts of fructus Schisandrae chinensis, rhizoma Polygonati, cortex moutan, coptidis rhizoma, radix et rhizoma Rhei, rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum, radix aucklandiae, cortex Dictamni Radicis, radix Cynanchi Paniculati, cortex Hibisci, cortex Cinnamomi, mume fructus, flos Caryophylli, rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum, and rhizoma Belamcandae. However, the shampoo emulsion is weakly alkaline, hair follicles are weakly acidic, the acid-base balance of scalp is easily damaged after long-term use, so that sebum films are damaged, irritation is generated to scalp, and the preparation process of the shampoo emulsion is long in time consumption.
Therefore, the invention is an anti-dandruff and oil-controlling product which is safe and non-irritating and can play an effective antibacterial and anti-inflammatory role.
