本发明公开了一种具有紫外防护功能的人造黑色素染发剂及其制备方法,该染发剂包括第一剂和第二剂;其中第一剂由以下组分组成:5,6‑二羟基吲哚:1%~3%;姜黄素:0.5%~1.5%;C16‑18醇:4%~8%;橄榄油:12%~16%;PEG‑7橄榄油:0.5%~2%;丙二醇:2%~8%;半胱氨酸:1%~6%;亚硫酸钠:0.1%~0.2%;抗坏血酸乙基醚:0.1%~0.5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷:0.2%~2%;瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵:0.05%~0.1%;乙醇胺:6%;水余量。本发明采用姜黄素与5,6‑二羟基吲哚通过π‑π共轭相互作用结合,以此降低吸收带隙,从而获得紫外防护功能。而且姜黄素的加入还可使染发黑度上升。

技术领域
本发明属于日化领域,特别涉及一种具有紫外防护功能的人造黑色素染发剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
长时间的紫外照射会对人体的皮肤和毛发产生许多不利影响。紫外光能量可被许多包括核酸、蛋白质等在内的生物分子所吸收,导致生物分子被诱导为激发态去进一步诱导细胞光损伤。头发是天然的角蛋白纤维,其由蛋白质、脂质、水等构成,在长时间的紫外光下会受到损伤,表现为干枯、分叉、无光泽等。更重要的是,紫外线对薄弱的头皮损害更为严重,所以头部紫外防护尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有紫外防护功能的人造黑色素染发剂及其制备方法,该人造黑色素染发剂在实现染发的同时,还具备紫外防护功能。
本发明的思路为:
人体在受到紫外线刺激时,黑色素细胞会分泌黑色素去抵抗紫外线。有研究发现,人体内酪氨酸被催化氧化形成活泼的中间体5,6-二羟基吲哚,进而氧化形成黑色素。因此考虑中间体5,6-二羟基吲哚还可能实现头发和头皮的紫外防护,尤其是UVB波段的紫外防护。另外,天然化合物姜黄素具有抗炎和抗氧化的能力,其在UVA波段有很好的吸收。且姜黄素特殊的苯环结构可与5,6-二羟基吲哚通过π-π共轭相互作用结合,降低吸收带隙。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种具有紫外防护功能的人造黑色素染发剂,包括第一剂和第二剂;

5,6-二羟基吲哚:1%~3%;姜黄素:0.5%~1.5%;C16-18醇:4%~8%;橄榄油:12%~16%;PEG-7橄榄油:0.5%~2%;丙二醇:2%~8%;半胱氨酸:1%~6%;亚硫酸钠:0.1%~0.2%;抗坏血酸乙基醚:0.1%~0.5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷:0.2%~2%;瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵:0.05%~0.1%;乙醇胺:6%;水余量;
以质量百分比计,第二剂由以下组分组成:
过氧化氢:5%~15%;C16-18醇:4%~8%;橄榄油:12%~16%;PEG-7橄榄油:0.5%~2%;丙二醇:2%~8%;水余量。

本发明中,第一剂和第二剂的用量比参照常规二剂型染发剂的用量比,一般按1.5:1~1:1.5,优选按1:1。
本发明人造黑色素染发剂的第一剂中,5,6-二羟基吲哚为着色剂,姜黄素为防晒剂,C16-18醇、橄榄油为增溶剂,PEG-7橄榄油为乳化剂,丙二醇为保湿剂,半胱氨酸、亚硫酸钠、抗坏血酸乙基醚为还原剂,聚二甲基硅氧烷为发用调理剂,瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵为增稠剂,乙醇胺为pH调节剂。第二剂中,过氧化氢为氧化剂,C16-18醇、橄榄油为增溶剂,PEG-7橄榄油为乳化剂,丙二醇为保湿剂。
本发明中,利用5,6-二羟基吲哚氧化聚合可形成具紫外吸收能力的黑色素,再进行染发的同时,姜黄素与5,6-二羟基吲哚共组装来加强紫外吸收能力,并且姜黄素的加入不影响染发的黑度。
本发明中乳化剂、保湿性、表面活性剂等均为染发剂中的常规成分,所采用用量也是常规用量,这些常规成分对实现本发明目的无明显影响。本发明染发剂能达到染黑效果的关键成分为5,6-二羟基吲哚,而采用姜黄素与5,6-二羟基吲哚通过π-π共轭相互作用结合,以此降低吸收带隙,从而获得紫外防护功能。
上述人造黑色素染发剂的制备方法,包括第一剂的制备,步骤如下:
(1-1)将C16-18醇和橄榄油混合加热到70℃~90℃得到油相;
(1-2)将PEG-7橄榄油、丙二醇、半胱氨酸、亚硫酸钠、抗坏血酸乙基醚、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、乙醇胺、水混合加热到70℃~90℃得到水相;
(1-3)将水相加入到油相中搅拌2min~8min,随后均化并降低至室温;
(1-4)加入聚二甲基硅氧烷均化,并加入5,6-二羟基吲哚、姜黄素混合,得第一剂;
各原料的用量参照前述质量百分比。
上述人造黑色素染发剂的制备方法,包括第二剂的制备,步骤如下:
(2-1)将C16-18醇和橄榄油混合加热到70℃~90℃得到油相;
(2-2)将PEG-7橄榄油、丙二醇、水混合加热到70℃~90℃得到水相;
(2-3)将水相加入到油相中搅拌2min~8min,随后均化并降低至室温;
(2-4)加入过氧化氢混合,得第二剂;
各原料的用量参照前述质量百分比。
上述人造黑色素染发剂的使用方法为:
对头发进行清洗,将第一剂和第二剂混合,涂抹于头发上,于空气中停留20min~40min;再经洗涤干燥,即完成染发;其中,第一剂和第二剂的用量比参照常规二剂型染发剂的用量比,一般按1.5:1~1:1.5,优选按1:1。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下特点和有益效果:
本发明染发剂在保证染发效果的同时,还具有紫外防护功能。姜黄素的加入对染发黑度几乎没负向影响,在一定用量范围内设置可以使黑度上升。另外,姜黄素的加入可明显提高紫外防护能力。

对实施例1~4及对比例1~3的染发剂的染发效果进行评价,方法为:先将L值为66.2,色度为10的白发进行清洗;将第一剂和第二剂按1:1的质量比混合均匀,涂抹于白发上;在空气中停留30min,用洗发露洗涤风干。之后对染发黑度和抗紫外性进行评价。
染发黑度的评价方法为:采用色差仪测试3次黑度值,取平均值;同时通过比对色度板,获得色度。正常黑发的黑度L值范围为16~18,色度范围为2~3,L值或色度越小,说明发色更黑。实施例1~4及对比例1~3的染发黑度值和色度见表2。从表2可知,含5,6-二羟基吲哚的染发剂均能保证染发效果,姜黄素的少量加入对染发黑度几乎无影响(见实施例1~4及对比例2),而当加入量超过一定范围,则会影响染发黑度(见对比例3)。

抗紫外性的评价方法为:将染黑头发固定于小鼠皮肤上,使用紫外灯照射1小时,对头发断裂程度进行评价,并测定小鼠皮肤的相对红斑值,相对红斑值指照射后与照射前红斑值的比值。抗紫外性评价结果见表3。从表3可知,实施例1~4的染发剂均有良好的紫外防护能力,特别的当5,6-二羟基吲哚含量较高时紫外防护效果更加明显,而且姜黄素的存在也对紫外防护能力有明显提高。

Claims (4)
1.一种具有紫外防护功能的人造黑色素染发剂,其特征是:
包括第一剂和第二剂;
以质量百分比计,第一剂由以下组分组成:
5,6-二羟基吲哚:3%;姜黄素:0.5%~1.5%;C16-18醇:4%~8%;橄榄油:12%~16%;PEG-7橄榄油:0.5%~2%;丙二醇:2%~8%;半胱氨酸:1%~6%;亚硫酸钠:0.1%~0.2%;抗坏血酸乙基醚:0.1%~0.5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷:0.2%~2%;瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵:0.05%~0.1%;乙醇胺:6%;水余量;
以质量百分比计,第二剂由以下组分组成:
过氧化氢:5%~15%;C16-18醇:4%~8%;橄榄油:12%~16%;PEG-7橄榄油:0.5%~2%;丙二醇:2%~8%;水余量;
所述第一剂和所述第二剂的用量比1:1。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有紫外防护功能的人造黑色素染发剂的制备方法,其特征是,包括第一剂和第二剂的制备;
所述第一剂的制备包括步骤:
(1-1)将C16-18醇和橄榄油混合加热到70℃~90℃得到油相;
(1-2)将PEG-7橄榄油、丙二醇、半胱氨酸、亚硫酸钠、抗坏血酸乙基醚、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、乙醇胺、水混合加热到70℃~90℃得到水相;
(1-3)将水相加入到油相中搅拌,随后均化并降低至室温;
(1-4)加入聚二甲基硅氧烷均化,并加入5,6-二羟基吲哚、姜黄素混合,得第一剂;
所述第二剂的制备包括步骤:
(2-1)将C16-18醇和橄榄油混合加热到70℃~90℃得到油相;
(2-2)将PEG-7橄榄油、丙二醇、水混合加热到70℃~90℃得到水相;
(2-3)将水相加入到油相中搅拌,随后均化并降低至室温;
(2-4)加入过氧化氢混合,得第二剂。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有紫外防护功能的人造黑色素染发剂的应用,其特征是:
对头发进行清洗,将所述第一剂和所述第二剂混合,涂抹于头发上,于空气中停留20min~40min;再经洗涤干燥,即完成染发。
4.如权利要求3所述的应用,其特征是:
所述第一剂和所述第二剂的用量比为1:1。
