Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemicals, in particular to a bacteriostatic composition for daily life and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, people have more and more requirements on human skin disinfection during epidemic situations, and a plurality of word eliminating products with bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects are widely popularized and applied and popularized as daily killing products. The products with such effects in cosmetics and scratch cards are mainly the following:
1. and (3) disinfecting alcohol: 75% alcohol can inhibit and kill pathogenic organisms by changing the permeability of microbial cell membranes, interfering and destroying the enzyme system of pathogenic microorganisms, and enabling the protein of the pathogenic microorganisms to be coagulated and denatured. The alcohol disinfectant products are mainly in the form of a spray or gel pack.
2. Adding a chlorine bactericide: chlorine gas is combined with water to form hypochlorous acid, the molecular weight is small, the hypochlorous acid easily penetrates through pathogen cell membranes, the strong oxidizing property is provided, substances such as protein, RNA, DNA and the like are separated out by damaging cell models, and a biological enzyme system is influenced, so that the purpose of killing pathogens is achieved. Common products such as 84 disinfectant.
3. Cationic surfactant: the cationic hydrophilic group adsorbs negatively charged bacteria, and the negatively charged bacteria are gathered on cell walls to generate a chamber resistance effect, so that the bacteria are inhibited in growth and die; at the same time, the hydrophobic alkyl can also act with the hydrophilic group of bacteria to change the permeability of the membrane, so that the lysis is generated, the cell structure is damaged, and the cell is dissolved and killed.
4. Other classes of heavy metal ions, such as silver ions, have pathogen killing effects.
Because the alcohol has degreasing property and volatility, normal cutin of the skin is easy to dissolve and lose water on the surface of the skin, the high-concentration alcohol (75% -80%) has large influence on the skin (especially the young skin of infants) after being used for a long time, and is easy to dry and crack. The chlorine bactericide has high irritation, and is difficult to be used as hand or skin disinfection products. Cationic antiseptic agents, which are highly irritating to the skin, can cause intense irritation if accumulated and retained on the skin for extended periods of time. In addition, the products are all the vanishing character sizes, and the makeup character size factories are difficult to realize and sell.
