Description

Root fixing water for tobacco transplantation and tobacco transplantation method based on root fixing water
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco cultivation, and particularly relates to rooting water for tobacco transplantation and a tobacco transplantation method based on the rooting water.
Background
The root of an annual or limited perennial herb of the genus Nicotiana of the family Solanaceae is slightly lignified. The inflorescence grows at the top, is conical and has a plurality of flowers; the shape of the capsule is egg-shaped or rectangular, and the length is approximately equal to the length of the persistent calyx. Blossoming and bearing fruit in summer and autumn. Tobacco prefers warm and sunny environment and fertile and loose soil, and is drought-resistant, cold-resistant and heat-resistant. Tobacco is an important economic crop, brings great economic benefits, becomes a main financial source of tobacco primary producing areas, and plays a role of an economic support. For farmers, planting tobacco is one of the main sources of income; tobacco revenue is an important economic source for countries and some regions. Besides important economic value, the tobacco also has various uses such as industrial value, medicinal value and the like.
At present, seedling transplantation is the most extensive method for tobacco cultivation, and is often influenced by plant diseases and insect pests in the processes of tobacco seedling transplantation and later growth. When the seedlings are just transplanted, the root systems and the surrounding soil cannot be fully fit, and the growth of the root systems is easily hindered, so that the deep pricking of the root systems is not facilitated, and the water is absorbed to cause dead seedlings; root rot can cause root rot in the growth process, influence water absorption to enable the whole plant to become yellow and withered, and finally cause the plant to die; on the other hand, the harm of underground pests such as cutworms and the like causes seedling shortage and ridge breaking and seriously influences the normal growth of tobacco plants. The root fixing water is water for seedling formation and root field planting and rooting of the root system after tobacco seedling transplantation, and the loss of the root fixing water can cause difficult field planting of the root system in soil, and the root fixing water can not absorb water to cause dead seedlings. But the rampant harm and root rot of the underground pests are getting worse in recent years.
The formula design of the root fixing water in the prior art is not reasonable enough, and a multifunctional root fixing water which is not only beneficial to transplanting and rooting of tobacco seedlings, but also beneficial to preventing and controlling soil insects and root rot and a tobacco transplanting method based on the root fixing water are lacked in production.

s4, fixing the tobacco seedlings, and pouring enough root fixing water, wherein the root fixing water consumption of each tobacco seedling is 250-; then filling with fresh yellow soil, and compacting; in the water-requiring period, proper irrigation is carried out for 1-2 times.
Further, in the method for transplanting tobacco, in the step 1), 15% of the thiacloprid and high-chlorine suspending agent, 2% of the lentinan aqueous solution and the bacillus aqueous solution are uniformly mixed and then diluted according to the water amount of 750-.
Further, in the method for transplanting tobacco as described above, in step S1, the amount of the chemical agent in the root-fixing water is an amount per mu, and after the chemical agent is uniformly mixed, the chemical agent can be diluted with 780 jin/mu of water.
