One end of the elastic plate 41 positioned in the first hole 23 is fixedly connected with a small ball 42, the small ball 42 has magnetism, and the adjacent small balls 42 are mutually repelled; the mutually exclusive small balls 42 prevent the elastic rods from completely blocking the first hole 23, the impact effect of the air flow on the second filter cloth 26 is further increased, the small balls 42 continuously shake under the action of the air flow, the instability of the air flow introduced into the arc-shaped holes 4 is further increased, and the shaking efficiency of the intermittent air flow in the arc-shaped holes 4 on the second filter cloth 26 is increased.
