Description

脚架
本发明涉及人出入孔、码头等的脚架,其平面图呈U形,包括前部的踏脚和两边的两腿。
这种人出入孔、码头等的现有脚架可见比方说JP-Y4-4040,其中的脚架包括一其平面图呈U形的铁制杆形芯棒,其中,该芯棒的一部分、特别是该芯棒的正面覆盖有合成树脂而构成踏脚,该芯棒的另一部分不覆盖有合成树脂而形成两腿并埋置到人出入孔、码头等的墙中。踏脚顶面呈平直形。
但人出入孔的现有脚架存在下列问题,即,由于芯棒是铁制的,因此脚架重量重、运送不便而难于安装到坡度很大的空间狭小的人出入孔或码头中。而且,由于脚架的铁制两脚直接埋置在人出入孔、码头等的水泥墙中,因此容易生锈而断裂,从而在人上下时给人带来危险。
此外,由于该脚架包括由铁和合成树脂组成的芯棒,因此该脚架制造复杂、成本高、无法回收。
还有,由于踏脚的顶面呈平直形,因此当人使用垂直排列在人出入孔中的许多脚架在人出入孔中爬上爬下时,脚不容易在踏脚上踩稳且脚或膝容易疲劳。
本发明即要解决这些问题,本发明的一个目的是提供一种人出入孔、码头等的脚架,它重量轻而便于运送、抗腐蚀、强度高、还便于制造、成本降低且能回收。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种脚架,当人用该脚架在人出入孔、码头中爬上爬下时,脚可踩稳在其踏脚上而且减小脚或膝的疲劳程度。
为实现上述目的,按照本发明第一方面的人出入孔、码头等的脚架的特征在于,两腿和踏脚用工程塑料制成一体。
按照本发明的第二方面,人出入孔、码头等的脚架的特征在于,踏脚顶面从踏脚中央部向两边以1°-5°的角向上倾斜。

在示出本发明第一实施例的图1至图3中,脚架1包括其前部的踏脚2和位于其两侧部3的两腿4。5为位于踏脚2两端的反光镜,6为防滑花纹,7为抓手。把两腿4埋置到人出入孔、码头等的水泥中,即可把脚架1安装到人出入孔、码头等等中。
构成脚架1的踏脚2、两侧部3、两腿4用比方说聚甲醛树脂、尼龙-6聚酰胺树脂之类工程塑料制成一体。
由于上述结构的脚架1用工程塑料制成一体,因此它的重量比现有铁制芯棒轻,从而在坡度很大的空间狭小的人出入孔或码头中便于运送和安装。
当人使用垂直布置在人出入孔、码头等中的许多脚架1爬上爬下时,他们的脚交替踩在脚架1的踏脚2上。由于脚架1埋置在人出入孔、码头等的水泥墙中,因此两腿4不会被腐蚀。
由于脚架1用工程塑料制成一体,因此便于制造、成本降低、强度高。此外,用过的脚架1可加热熔化后重新成型,因此便于回收。
图4和图5示出第二实施例的脚架。
第二实施例的脚架与第一实施例大致相同,只是踏脚顶面以1°-5°的角向上倾斜,因此踏脚的厚度从中央部向两侧部逐渐增大。因此,与第一实施例相同的部件用同一标号表示,其说明从略。
在第二实施例中,与第一实施例一样,脚架1便于运送和安装到人出入孔、码头等等中,其它优点与第一实施例相同。即,脚架的两腿不会被它们埋置其中的人出入孔、码头等的水泥腐蚀,脚架容易制造、成本低降、强度高且可回收,而且,由于踏脚顶面从其中央部向两边以1°-5°的角向上倾斜,因此当人使用垂直排列在人出入孔、码头等中的许多脚架在人出入孔中爬上爬下时,他们的脚可在踏脚上踩稳而不致滑脱并且脚或膝不易疲劳。
按照本发明的第一个方面,由于该脚架用工程塑料制成一体,因此该脚架的重量比使用现有铁制芯棒的脚架轻,从而便于运送并安装在坡度很大的空间狭小的人出入孔或码头中。而且,脚架的两腿不受人出入孔、码头等等的水泥的腐蚀,即它们的抗腐蚀性优良,并且它便于制造、成本降低、强度高且可回收。
按照本发明的第二方面,由于踏脚顶面从其中央向两边以1°-5°的角向上倾斜,因此当人使用垂直排列在人出入孔、码头等等中的许多脚架在人出入孔中爬上爬下时,他们的脚可在踏脚上踩稳而不致滑脱并且脚与膝不会疲劳。

Claims (2)

1、一种U形脚架,包括前部的一踏脚和两边的两腿,其中,所述踏脚和所述两腿用工程塑料制成一体。
2、按权利要求1所述的脚架,其中,所述踏脚的厚度从踏脚顶面的中央向两边以1°-5°的角向上倾斜。
