In the embodiment, the self-resetting flexible drill rod further comprises an over-deflection transmission mechanism electric line 8, the over-deflection transmission mechanism electric line 8 is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the self-resetting flexible drill rod, the over-deflection transmission mechanism electric line 8 and the hinged transmission nipple 2 move synchronously, and the over-deflection transmission mechanism electric line 8 is electrically connected with an electric actuator 27 and a rotary valve 26 in sequence; it should be noted that, because the present invention focuses on solving the problem of stability of the steering, it is particularly required that the vicinity of the steering actuator 13 cannot swing excessively, which may cause the drill bit 3 to advance spirally or to prop against one side of the well wall, and seriously affect the accuracy of controlling the track of the well bore, therefore, the present invention arranges a self-resetting flexible drill rod behind the short section where the steering actuator 13 is located for making the drill string behind the guide joint have a certain coaxiality, the length of the self-resetting flexible drill rod is determined according to the cost, further, the length of the self-resetting flexible drill rod is more than ten times the diameter of the drill bit, and at least includes three weight torque deflection transmission mechanisms 22.
The self-reset flexible drill pipe is provided with a power supply 29 and a mud pulser 30 at the tail end, wherein the power supply 29 can be a downhole turbine generator, and the downhole turbine generator supplies power to the measurement and control circuit 15 and the electric actuator 27 through an electric circuit 8 of the over-deflection transmission mechanism; the mud pulser 30 is communicated with the measurement and control circuit 15 through the over-deflection transmission mechanism electric line 8, and further transmits information in the measurement and control circuit 15 to the ground through pressure pulse waves.
In this embodiment, the minimum distance between the deflection centers of any two weight-on-bit torque deflection transmission mechanisms 22 in the self-resetting flexible drill rod is less than 8 times of the diameter of the drill bit 3, so that the section from the drill bit 3 to the uppermost weight-on-bit torque transmission stub can reach sufficient curvature to complete the drilling of a short-radius well, and the deflection is realized to the maximum extent; specifically, under the condition of the same deflecting performance or the same high-curvature well bore trafficability, the length of each articulated transmission short section 2 is shortened, namely the distance between two deflection points is shortened, so that the deflection limit of each deflection point can be reduced, the effects of protecting the weight-on-bit torque transmission short section from being damaged and reducing downhole vibration are achieved, and particularly, the universal joint 21 used for transmitting rotary drilling power in the weight-on-bit torque transmission short section is protected from being damaged.
Example 2: referring to fig. 8, the present invention provides another technical solution of a guide pipe nipple:
the guide short section 1 comprises a driving mandrel 12 and a guide sleeve 11 sleeved outside the driving mandrel in a sleeving manner, the guide sleeve is sleeved outside the driving mandrel through at least two pairs of composite bearings, each composite bearing comprises a front composite bearing 51 and a rear composite bearing 52, the front end of the driving mandrel is fixedly provided with a drill bit 3, the rear end of the driving mandrel is fixedly connected with the output end of a self-resetting flexible drill rod, and a guide executing mechanism 13, an electric actuator 27 and a measurement and control circuit 15 are arranged in the guide sleeve; the embodiment further includes an electric energy rotation transmission transmitting terminal 411 and an electric energy rotation transmission receiving terminal 412, which are used for transmitting the electric energy transmitted through the electric line of the over-deflection transmission mechanism to the electrical appliance including the electrical actuator in the guide sleeve, and providing the electric energy for the electrical appliance in the guide sleeve. The electric energy rotation transmission transmitting end 411 is fixedly connected with the driving mandrel and electrically connected with the electric line 8 of the over-deflection transmission mechanism, and the electric energy rotation transmission receiving end 412 is fixedly connected with the guide sleeve and at least electrically connected with the electric actuator.
In the embodiment, the high curvature of the well bore, the buckling of the self-resetting flexible drill rod, the well wall scraping and other factors can bring about severe fluctuation of the rotating speed of the drill string. Therefore, in order to avoid damage to the electric energy rotation transmission transmitting end 411 and the electric energy rotation transmission receiving end 412 and to achieve smooth energy receiving and signal transmission of an electric device in the guide sleeve, the electric energy rotation transmission transmitting end 411 and the electric energy rotation transmission receiving end 412 can be a wireless energy transmitting end and a wireless energy receiving end respectively, namely the electric energy rotation transmission transmitting end 411 and the electric energy rotation transmission receiving end 412 transmit energy in a high-frequency wireless power transmission mode, so that the inversion short section 31 arranged behind the driving mandrel 12 accommodates at least one inversion circuit for inverting direct current into high-frequency alternating current mutually matched with the electric energy rotation transmission transmitting end 411. Because the guide short section and the inversion short section inevitably occupy a longer space, a first self-resetting flexible drill rod is arranged between the driving mandrel and the inversion short section, the flexibility is increased, the adaptability of the system to high borehole curvature is improved, meanwhile, the system has certain toughness, the restoring force for restoring the coaxial state is realized in the borehole, the drilling pressure can be transmitted along a straight line at a position close to a drill bit as far as possible, the drilling pressure is not transmitted on a severely bent pipe column, and the bending is further intensified. The inversion short section is used for inverting direct current transmitted by a power supply into high-frequency alternating current within a range of 5-300kHz, the high-frequency alternating current is transmitted to the electric energy rotation transmission transmitting end 411 through an electric circuit 8 of an over-deflection transmission mechanism in the first self-resetting flexible drill rod, and is further received by the electric energy rotation transmission receiving end 412, and the alternating current obtained by receiving the electric energy rotation transmission receiving end 412 is further converted into direct current through a rectifying circuit arranged in the guide sleeve to be used by an electric appliance in the guide sleeve.
The guide executing mechanism is a pushing type guide executing mechanism and at least comprises a hydraulic piston, the hydraulic piston can be directly pushed against the well wall along the radial direction of the guide short section, or the hydraulic piston exerts thrust on the well wall along the radial direction of the guide short section through pushing against a wing rib. In order to further improve the stability of the system and keep the stability of the guide sleeve, each group of piston assemblies is provided with an independent hydraulic system directly connected with a piston cylinder, so that each guide actuating mechanism can apply thrust to a well wall during drilling, vibration of the guide short section is avoided, and interference of the swing of the self-resetting flexible drill rod on the guide short section to perform a guide function is reduced. The electric actuator comprises at least a hydraulic system for providing hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic piston. The guide sleeve comprises at least 3 groups of guide actuating mechanisms and at least three sets of hydraulic systems, and the multiple groups of guide actuating mechanisms respectively push against the well wall along the radial direction of the guide actuating mechanisms to generate resultant force to deflect the drill bit.
Furthermore, a second self-resetting flexible drill rod with a certain length is fixedly connected behind the inversion short section, and the second self-resetting flexible drill rod is used for better improving the transmission state of the bit pressure and the torque at the position close to the drill bit.
It should be noted that the left end in fig. 8 is the drill direction and the front end of the description of the present invention, and the right end in fig. 8 is the direction away from the drill, i.e., the rear end of the description of the present invention.
In addition, the present invention is not repeated for the problems of common sense in the art. For example, the circuit of the invention should be sealed in a pressure-bearing manner, and the electric lines of the invention should be protected by insulation and connected in an insulation manner.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims (10)

1. A high-stability short-radius deflecting drilling tool comprises a guide short joint (1), a drill bit (3), a self-resetting flexible drill rod and a centralizer (9), wherein the rear end of the self-resetting flexible drill rod is provided with a driving interface (6) and is driven to a rotary driving power device or other drill strings through the driving interface (6) so as to obtain rotary drilling power required by rotary drilling, and the high-stability short-radius deflecting drilling tool is characterized in that: the front end of the self-resetting flexible drill rod is fixedly connected with the rear end of the guide short section (1), the self-resetting flexible drill rod can transmit the bit pressure and the torque to the guide short section (1) in a rotatable manner, and a drill bit (3) is fixedly arranged at the front end of the guide short section (1);
the centralizer (9) is arranged on the outer side of the guide short section (1), and/or the centralizer (9) is arranged on the outer side of the self-resetting flexible drill rod, and the distance between the centralizer and the front end of the drill bit (3) is less than 3 meters.

The high stability short radius whipstock drilling tool of claim 1, wherein: the self-resetting flexible drill rod comprises a plurality of groups of elastic restoring mechanisms (7) and a plurality of hinged transmission short sections (2), at least one bit pressure and torque deflection transmission mechanism (22) is fixed in each hinged transmission short section (2), and the elastic restoring mechanisms (7) are arranged in the hinged transmission short sections (2);
