Abstract
本发明公开一种高渗透热升华转印纸涂层,高渗透热升华转印纸涂层由粘结剂、颜料溶剂以及组份A混合而成,颜料溶剂包括颜料以及用于溶解颜料的水,颜料与水的重量比为1:5,所述组份A包括芯材和壁材,壁材将芯材包覆在其中,芯材的体积与壁材的体积比为1:1.5,所述高渗透热升华转印纸涂层按重量份数计,粘结剂15‑60份、颜料溶剂8‑20份以及组份A40‑100份。本发明的有益效果是:本技术方案的芯材沸点温度较高,芯材会气化形成一定的气流,在纺织品表面及内部缝隙中流动,从而带动热升华染料一起移动,到达纺织品的内部,达到渗透效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂层技术领域,尤其涉及一种高渗透热升华转印纸涂层。
背景技术
热升华转印是将人像、风景、文字等图文使用装有热升华转印墨水的喷墨打印机以镜象方式打印在热升华转印用喷墨纸上,再经过热转印设备加热到200℃左右,使热升华纸上的热转印墨升华渗入到承印物,从而把纸上的彩色图象逼真地转印到纺织品、瓷杯、瓷盘、瓷板、金属等材质上的一种工艺。目前热升华转印纸应用于服装面料印花已较为普遍,方案也较为成熟,相对于直喷而言,热转印印花优点是简单无污染,缺点是无法达到数码直喷的深度,渗透效果不及直喷,这个问题一直是转移印花的行业痛点。由于数码直喷对于比较平整的面料效果较好,对于绒毛面料来说,因为其表面高低不平,不适用数码直喷,而数码热转印又无法达到面料颜色深度,会有露白的问题,针对以上行业痛点,已有厂家从墨水和转印设备入手,提供解决方案。对于数码加工的用户而言,换墨水和换设备都比较繁琐,因此就必须研制出一种高渗透热升华转印纸涂层,经检索,未发现与本发明相同的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高渗透热升华转印纸涂层,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种高渗透热升华转印纸涂层,其创新点在于:高渗透热升华转印纸涂层由粘结剂、颜料溶剂以及组份A混合而成,颜料溶剂包括颜料以及用于溶解颜料的水,颜料与水的重量比为1:5,所述组份A包括芯材和壁材,壁材将芯材包覆在其中,芯材的体积与壁材的体积比为1:1.5,所述高渗透热升华转印纸涂层按重量份数计,粘结剂15-60份、颜料溶剂8-20份以及组份A40-100份。
在一些实施方式中,芯材的沸点低于200°。
在一些实施方式中,粘结剂为羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、淀粉和聚酰胺中的至少一种。
在一些实施方式中,颜料为碳酸钙、滑石粉和高岭土中的至少一种。
在一些实施方式中,芯材为水、甘油、甲醇和乙醇中的至少一种。
在一些实施方式中,壁材为海藻酸钠和变性淀粉中的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果是:本技术方案的芯材沸点温度较高,芯材会气化形成一定的气流,在纺织品表面及内部缝隙中流动,从而带动热升华染料一起移动,到达纺织品的内部,达到渗透效果。

一种高渗透热升华转印纸涂层,高渗透热升华转印纸涂层由粘结剂、颜料溶剂以及组份A混合而成,颜料溶剂包括颜料以及用于溶解颜料的水,颜料与水的重量比为1:5,所述组份A包括芯材和壁材,壁材将芯材包覆在其中,芯材的体积与壁材的体积比为1:1.5,所述高渗透热升华转印纸涂层按重量份数计,粘结剂15份、颜料溶剂8份以及组份A40份。

在一些实施方式中,芯材的沸点低于200°;粘结剂为羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、淀粉和聚酰胺中的至少一种;颜料为碳酸钙、滑石粉和高岭土中的至少一种;芯材为水、甘油、甲醇和乙醇中的至少一种;壁材为海藻酸钠和变性淀粉中的至少一种。
实施例3
一种高渗透热升华转印纸涂层,高渗透热升华转印纸涂层由粘结剂、颜料溶剂以及组份A混合而成,颜料溶剂包括颜料以及用于溶解颜料的水,颜料与水的重量比为1:5,所述组份A包括芯材和壁材,壁材将芯材包覆在其中,芯材的体积与壁材的体积比为1:1.5,所述高渗透热升华转印纸涂层按重量份数计,粘结剂60份、颜料溶剂20份以及组份A100份。

1.一种高渗透热升华转印纸涂层,其特征在于:所述高渗透热升华转印纸涂层由粘结剂、颜料溶剂以及组份A混合而成,所述颜料溶剂包括颜料以及用于溶解颜料的水,所述颜料与水的重量比为1:5,所述组份A包括芯材和壁材,所述壁材将芯材包覆在其中,所述芯材的体积与壁材的体积比为1:1.5,所述所述高渗透热升华转印纸涂层按重量份数计,所述粘结剂15-60份、颜料溶剂8-20份以及组份A40-100份。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种高渗透热升华转印纸涂层,其特征在于:所述芯材的沸点低于200°。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种高渗透热升华转印纸涂层,其特征在于:所述粘结剂为羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、淀粉和聚酰胺中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种高渗透热升华转印纸涂层,其特征在于:所述颜料为碳酸钙、滑石粉和高岭土中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1 所述的一种高渗透热升华转印纸涂层,其特征在于:所述芯材为水、甘油、甲醇和乙醇中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1 所述的一种高渗透热升华转印纸涂层,其特征在于:所述壁材为海藻酸钠和变性淀粉中的至少一种。
