背景技术
目前,黄龙病已经成为影响全球柑橘产业发展和产业布局的严重病害。在华南地区,在黄龙病防治技术取得新突破之前,由于本区域经济和社会发展、果园经营管理模式以及农村劳动力结构和质量的特点,防治木虱已成为控制黄龙病蔓延的重要因素。
现有的防虫网生产和使用技术,存在组织结构不佳、通风透光性差、遇降水易形成水膜的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种黄龙病流行区脐橙栽培用防虫网的生产方法,所生产的防虫网具有经编组织结构、通风透光性能优良,且具有拒水防水功能。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种黄龙病流行区脐橙栽培用防虫网的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备聚乙烯纤维:聚乙烯纤维为超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,细度规格为20-30D,断裂强度为3.0-4.0N/tex,拉伸模量为91-140N/tex,断裂伸长率3.5-3.7%;
S2、整经;
S3、编织:经编参数为:长丝纤维参数规格100d/1f,经编网孔尺寸0.2-2平方毫米;
S4、定型:用热风式拉幅定型机进行定型,定型温度为130-150摄氏度,定型时间60-90秒。
进一步的,所述聚乙烯纤维为超高分子量聚乙烯纤维。
进一步的,步骤S4中,在定型时,添加拒水整理剂。
进一步的,拒水整理剂为有机氟类高分子聚合物,拒水整理剂添加量为防虫网重量的1.5-2.0%。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的具有高强度特性,以其织造纤维细度和重量可以大幅减少,减少架设安装成本。
2、由于防虫网进行了拒水防水整理,避免了防虫网在雨季形成包覆性水膜,改善了通风透光效果,增加水果产量。

实施例1:
一种黄龙病流行区脐橙栽培用防虫网的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备聚乙烯纤维:聚乙烯纤维为超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,细度规格为20D,断裂强度为4.0N/tex,拉伸模量为91N/tex,断裂伸长率3.7%,在本实施例中,聚乙烯纤维为超高分子量聚乙烯纤维;
S2、整经;
S3、编织:经编参数为:长丝纤维参数规格100d/1f,经编网孔尺寸0.2平方毫米;
S4、定型:用热风式拉幅定型机进行定型,添加拒水整理剂,拒水整理剂为有机氟类高分子聚合物,拒水整理剂添加量为防虫网重量的2.0%,定型温度为130摄氏度,定型时间90秒。
实施例2:
一种黄龙病流行区脐橙栽培用防虫网的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备聚乙烯纤维:聚乙烯纤维为超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,细度规格为25D,断裂强度为3.5N/tex,拉伸模量为110N/tex,断裂伸长率3.6%,在本实施例中,聚乙烯纤维为超高分子量聚乙烯纤维;
S2、整经;
S3、编织:经编参数为:长丝纤维参数规格100d/1f,经编网孔尺寸1.1平方毫米;
S4、定型:用热风式拉幅定型机进行定型,添加拒水整理剂,拒水整理剂为有机氟类高分子聚合物,拒水整理剂添加量为防虫网重量的1.7%,定型温度为140摄氏度,定型时间75秒。
实施例3:
一种黄龙病流行区脐橙栽培用防虫网的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备聚乙烯纤维:聚乙烯纤维为超高分子量聚乙烯长丝,细度规格为30D,断裂强度为3.0N/tex,拉伸模量为140N/tex,断裂伸长率3.5%,在本实施例中,聚乙烯纤维为超高分子量聚乙烯纤维;
S2、整经;
S3、编织:经编参数为:长丝纤维参数规格100d/1f,经编网孔尺寸2平方毫米;
S4、定型:用热风式拉幅定型机进行定型,添加拒水整理剂,拒水整理剂为有机氟类高分子聚合物,拒水整理剂添加量为防虫网重量的1.5%,定型温度为150摄氏度,定型时间60秒。

S3、编织:经编参数为:长丝纤维参数规格100d/1f,经编网孔尺寸0.2-2平方毫米;
S4、定型:用热风式拉幅定型机进行定型,定型温度为130-150摄氏度,定型时间60-90秒。
