Abstract

本发明的目的在于提供一种高温合金制件局部扩散阻挡层的制备方法,具体工艺流程为:粘结剂配制、料浆配制、零件清洗、保护、吹砂、清理、涂覆、检查、渗铝、高温预氧化处理,最终在渗铝层表面生成氧化铝膜层作为扩散阻挡层。该方法可以在基体金属与表面涂层之间形成稳定、连续、致密、完整且在长时高温下稳定存在的氧化铝膜阻挡层,从而有效地阻挡基体材料与表面涂层发生互扩散,保持表面涂层本身的性能。

Description

一种高温合金制件局部扩散阻挡层的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于热处理领域,涉及一种化学热处理工艺方法和真空或常规热处理工艺方法。
背景技术
某些涂层需要在高温服役过程中保持其本身的功能性,但在高温长时间的条件下,涂层与基体材料之间会发生互扩散,导致表面涂层失效。因此需要在基体材料与表面涂层之间制备扩散阻挡层,以有效地阻止涂层与基体发生互扩散,保证涂层的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高温合金制件局部扩散阻挡层的制备方法,该方法可以实现在基体金属与表面涂层之间形成稳定、连续、致密、完整的氧化铝膜层,从而有效地阻挡基体材料与表面涂层发生互扩散,保持表面涂层本身的性能。
本发明技术方案如下:
一种高温合金制件局部扩散阻挡层的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)粘结剂配制:将硝化纤维素、草酸二乙酯和乙酸正戊酯按一定比例配制成粘结剂,使用时必须进行均匀搅拌;
(2)料浆配制:将铝粉和粘结剂按一定比例配制成料浆,装入密闭的容器内待用,使用时必须进行均匀搅拌;
(3)零件清洗:将零件放入汽油内浸泡,刷洗去除油污及脏物,或用丙酮擦洗去除油污及脏物,清洗后的零件表面可用压缩空气吹干或自然晾干;
(4)保护:零件不需要制备阻挡层的部位用高温胶带或橡胶夹具保护;
(5)吹砂:用0.18mm(80目)~0.15mm(100目)Al2O3刚玉砂进行吹砂,风力为0.2MPa~0.4MPa;
(6)清理:将吹砂后的零件表面清理干净(用清洁压缩空气吹净残留砂粒,并用脱脂棉或纱布蘸丙酮将零件表面擦拭干净);
(7)涂覆:采用涂、喷、浸的方法将料浆涂敷于零件需渗铝的表面,共涂敷2次~4次,零件每涂敷一次后均在烘箱内进行烘干,料浆层厚度控制在0.04~0.08mm(用千分尺测量涂敷前后的试件厚度,厚度增量即为料浆层厚度);
(8)检查:料浆层应均匀,不允许表面有料浆结瘤、流痕、局部无料浆及机械损伤现象;非渗铝表面不应有料浆,如果有残留料浆,需用纱布或脱脂棉蘸丙酮擦净;
(9)渗铝:使真空炉炉温升至(900~1000)℃±10℃,保温2h±15min;渗铝时真空炉内工作压强不大于6.65×10-1Pa;
(10)高温预氧化处理:将制件在空气炉或真空炉中进行高温预氧化处理,最终在渗铝层表面生成氧化铝膜层作为扩散阻挡层。
作为优选的技术方案:
步骤(1)中,所述粘结剂中各成分含量配比为,硝化纤维素(g):草酸二乙酯(ml):乙酸正戊酯(ml)=1-1.5:8-12:25-35,使用时进行均匀搅拌。
步骤(2)中,所述料浆中各成分含量配比为:铝粉(g):粘结剂(ml)=27:44,使用时进行均匀搅拌。
步骤(9)中,在(2~2.5)h±10min时间内使真空炉炉温升至(900~1000)℃±10℃。
步骤(10)中,在空气炉中进行高温预氧化处理,工艺参数为760℃~950℃下保温3h~6h,空冷。
步骤(10)中,在真空炉中进行高温预氧化处理,工艺参数为900℃~1070℃(推荐1050℃),保温1h~4h(推荐2h),800℃以上100Pa氩气分压,充氩冷却;
采用该方法制备得到的扩散阻挡层可阻挡表面涂层和基体材料发生互扩散,经900℃保温300h耐热试验后,表面涂层仍完好。
本发明的优点在于:
1)形成的氧化铝阻挡层完整、连续、致密且在长时高温下稳定存在;
2)氧化铝阻挡层能够有效的阻挡表面涂层和基体材料发生互扩散,经900℃保温300h耐热试验后,表面涂层仍完好,保持其本身的特性;同时也可以改善材料表面的抗氧化性、抗腐蚀性、硬度、耐磨性等;
3)该发明所涉及到的化学热处理和真空或常规热处理方法不受制件形状和结构的限制,工艺适应性强;
4)可实现制件局部制备扩散阻挡层;
5)所需的原材料成本低,工艺简单,生产效率高。

具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)用天平称量4g硝化纤维素,用量筒量出40ml草酸二乙酯与120ml乙酸正戊酯,放入烧杯中,搅拌混合30min以上,使硝化纤维素充分溶解制成粘结剂。
(2)称量铝粉54g和粘结剂88ml制成料浆。
(3)试件清洗:用丙酮擦洗去除试件油污及脏物,用压缩空气吹干或自然晾干。
(4)保护:试件不需要制备阻挡层的部位,用高温胶带或橡胶夹具保护。
(5)吹砂:用100目Al2O3刚玉砂进行吹砂,风力约为0.2MPa。
(6)清理:将吹砂后的试件用清洁压缩空气吹净残留砂粒,并用脱脂棉蘸丙酮将试件表面擦拭干净。
(7)涂覆:将料浆涂敷于试件需渗铝的表面,共涂敷3次,每涂敷一次后在烘箱内进行烘干。料浆层厚度控制在(0.04~0.07)mm。
(8)检查:料浆层应均匀,非渗铝表面不应有料浆。
(9)渗铝:用时2h±10min使炉温升至950℃±10℃,保温2h±15min。渗铝时真空炉内工作压强应不大于6.65×10-1Pa。
(10)将制件放入真空炉中进行真空预氧化,工艺参数为1050℃下保温2h,800℃以上100Pa氩气分压,充氩冷却;最终在高温合金表面生成完整、连续、致密且在长时高温下稳定存在的氧化铝阻挡层。
图1是渗铝-预氧化后的截面形貌,渗铝层的渗层深度在0.02mm~0.04mm,表面形成0.5μm~2μm的氧化铝膜。
图2是试片在氧化铝阻挡层表面涂敷面层,经900℃,300h耐热试验后的表面形貌,表面仍呈现面层涂层本身的金属银白色,表面无划伤、起皱、鼓泡、开裂、翘皮、脱落等现象,说明基体材料与面层未发生互扩散。
图3是α-Al2O3扩散阻挡层的形成过程。主要包括氧在金属表面的吸附;形成氧化物晶核,晶核沿横向生长形成连续的薄氧化膜和氧化膜沿着垂直于表面方向生长等阶段。
实施例2
与实施例1的区别在于:步骤(10)中采用大气预氧化,工艺参数为900℃下保温4h,空冷。该方案同样能够在高温合金表面生成完整、连续、致密且在长时高温下稳定存在的氧化铝阻挡层(经900℃保温300h耐热试验后,表面涂层仍完好)。
本发明未尽事宜为公知技术。

Claims (9)

1.一种高温合金制件局部扩散阻挡层的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)粘结剂配制:将硝化纤维素、草酸二乙酯和乙酸正戊酯按一定比例配制成粘结剂;
(2)料浆配制:将铝粉和粘结剂按一定比例配制成料浆,装入密闭的容器内待用;
(3)零件清洗:将零件放入汽油内浸泡,刷洗去除油污及脏物,或用丙酮擦洗去除油污及脏物;
(4)保护:零件不需要制备阻挡层的部位用高温胶带或橡胶夹具保护;
(5)吹砂:用0.18mm~0.15mmAl2O3刚玉砂进行吹砂,风力为0.2MPa~0.4MPa;
(6)清理:将吹砂后的零件表面清理干净;
(7)涂覆:采用涂、喷、浸的方法将料浆涂敷于零件需渗铝的表面,共涂敷2次~4次,料浆层厚度控制在0.04~0.08mm,零件每涂敷一次后均进行烘干;
(8)检查:料浆层应均匀,不允许表面有料浆结瘤、流痕、局部无料浆及机械损伤现象;非渗铝表面不应有料浆,如果有残留料浆,需用纱布或脱脂棉蘸丙酮擦净;
(9)渗铝:使真空炉炉温升至900±10℃~1000±10℃,保温2h±15min;渗铝时真空炉内工作压强不大于6.65×10-1Pa;
(10)高温预氧化处理:将制件在空气炉或真空炉中进行高温预氧化处理,最终在渗铝层表面生成氧化铝膜层作为扩散阻挡层。
2.按照权利要求1所述高温合金制件局部扩散阻挡层的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述粘结剂中各成分含量配比为,硝化纤维素(g):草酸二乙酯(ml):乙酸正戊酯(ml)=1-1.5:8-12:25-35,使用时进行均匀搅拌。
3.按照权利要求1所述高温合金制件局部扩散阻挡层的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,所述料浆中各成分含量配比为:铝粉(g):粘结剂(ml)=27:44,使用时进行均匀搅拌。
4.按照权利要求1所述高温合金制件局部扩散阻挡层的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(9)中,在2±10min~2.5h±10min时间内使真空炉炉温升至900±10℃~1000±10℃。
5.按照权利要求1所述高温合金制件局部扩散阻挡层的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(10)中,在空气炉中进行高温预氧化处理,工艺参数为760℃~950℃下保温3h~6h,空冷。
6.按照权利要求1或5所述高温合金制件局部扩散阻挡层的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(10)中,在空气炉中进行高温预氧化处理,工艺参数为900℃下保温4h,空冷。
7.按照权利要求1所述高温合金制件局部扩散阻挡层的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(10)中,在真空炉中进行高温预氧化处理,工艺参数为900℃~1070℃下保温1h~4h,800℃以上100Pa氩气分压,充氩冷却。
8.按照权利要求1或7所述高温合金制件局部扩散阻挡层的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(10)中,在真空炉中进行高温预氧化处理,工艺参数为1050℃下保温2h,800℃以上100Pa氩气分压,充氩冷却。
9.按照权利要求1或7所述高温合金制件局部扩散阻挡层的制备方法,其特征在于:所述扩散阻挡层可阻挡表面涂层和基体材料发生互扩散,经900℃保温300h耐热试验后,表面涂层仍完好。
