本发明属于聚氨酯胶黏剂技术领域,具体的涉及一种木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国木材用胶黏剂需求量大,传统工艺采用的“三醛胶”虽价格低廉,但生产应用过程中有甲醛释放,污染环境,损害健康。因此开发使用无公害,高效木材胶黏剂成为大家普遍关注的问题。
聚氨酯胶粘剂是指在分子链中含有氨基甲酸酯基团(-NHCOO-)或异氨酸酯基(NCO)的胶粘剂。聚氨酯因含有强极性的异氨酸酯基和氨基甲酸酯基,具有很高的反应性,粘结力强。聚氨酯胶粘剂具备优异的抗剪切强度和抗冲击特性,能耐受冲击振动和弯曲疲劳。聚氨酯的玻璃化转变温度较低,耐低温性能优异。此外,聚氨酯胶粘剂还具有胶膜硬度可调,粘合工艺简便,室温和加热均能固化等特点。
按照使用方法来分,聚氨酯胶黏剂可以分为单组份和双组份两种。单组份聚氨酯胶黏剂较双组份聚氨酯胶黏剂的一个明显优点是使用时不需要进行化学计算,也不需要添加其他的交联剂,只需利用空气或基材表面的水分就可以固化,产生粘结作用,给施工带来了极大的方便,所以应用比较广泛。
目前,工业使用的单组分湿气固化聚氨酯胶黏剂是液态的,在室温下使用,能和许多非木基材如纺织纤维、金属、塑料、橡胶等粘接。但是针对木材这种与纺织纤维、金属、塑料以及橡胶等材质相差甚大的物质,上述单组分湿气固化聚氨酯胶黏剂的可实用性是未知的,现有技术中针对木材用聚氨酯胶黏剂研究甚少,因此,有必要对木材用聚氨酯胶黏剂的成分、制备方法以及性能进行深入的可行性研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂。所述的单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂固化速度快、粘接强度高、力学性能优良、对环境友好;本发明同时提供了其制备方法。

本发明所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备方法,先将聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B在100~120℃抽真空脱水1.5~2.0h,将其加入滴液漏斗中,在三口瓶中加入计量的多亚甲苯多亚甲基多异氰酸酯(PAPI),升温到45-47℃,然后用滴液漏斗向三口瓶中滴加聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B,温度控制在45-55℃,滴加完成后再反应0.5-1小时,再在45-55℃下滴加计量的交联剂继续反应,反应完成后在50-53℃加入催化剂和触变剂,搅拌均匀,降温至≤40℃出料,得到木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,无甲醛释放,耐水性和耐老化性好,对粘结基材含水率要求不高,对被粘材料适应性强,解决了双组份聚氨酯胶黏剂在混合和计量过程中耗费工时,成本高的缺点。
(2)本发明所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,具有固化速度快、粘接强度高、力学性能优良、无溶剂、对环境友好的优点。
(3)本发明所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备方法,简单易实施,参数易于控制,制备得到的室温固化的单组份胶黏剂不需要使用其它额外的交联剂,施工方便,广泛用于木材的胶合以及二次加工。

本实施例1所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备方法,先将30克聚醚多元醇DDL-700、50克聚醚多元醇DMN-1000在120℃抽真空脱水1.5h,将其加入滴液漏斗中,在三口瓶中加入45克PAPI,升温到45℃,然后用滴液漏斗向三口瓶中滴加聚醚多元醇DDL-700和聚醚多元醇DMN-1000,温度控制在50±5℃,滴加完成后再反应半个小时,再在50±5℃下滴加5克DMN-400继续反应,反应完成后在50℃加入0.2克二月桂酸二丁基锡和1.0克气相二氧化硅,搅拌均匀,降温至40℃出料,得到木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂。
实施例2
本实施例2所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,由以下原料组成:

聚醚多元醇A为2官能度,分子量为1000,羟值为112mgKOH/g的聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D,生产厂家为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产。
聚醚多元醇B为3官能度,分子量为700,羟值为240mgKOH/g的聚醚多元醇DMN-700,生产厂家为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产。
所述的多亚甲苯多亚甲基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)是由4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯组成的混合物。
交联剂是官能度为3,分子量为320,羟值为530mgKOH/g的聚醚多元醇DMN-530,生产厂家为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产。
所述的催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
所述的触变剂为气相二氧化硅。
本实施例2所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备方法,先将70克聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D、30克聚醚多元醇DMN-700在110℃抽真空脱水2.0h,将其加入滴液漏斗中,在三口瓶中加入80克PAPI,升温到45℃,然后用滴液漏斗向三口瓶中滴加聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D和聚醚多元醇DMN-700,温度控制在50±5℃,滴加完成后再反应半个小时,再在50±5℃下滴加10克DMN-530继续反应,反应完成后在50℃加入0.6克二月桂酸二丁基锡、1.5克气相二氧化硅,搅拌均匀,降温至40℃出料,得到木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂。
实施例3
本实施例3所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,由以下原料组成:

聚醚多元醇A为2官能度,分子量为700,羟值为160mgKOH/g的聚醚多元醇DDL-700,生产厂家为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产。
聚醚多元醇B为3官能度,分子量为1000,羟值为168mgKOH/g的聚醚多元醇DMN-1000,生产厂家为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产。
所述的多亚甲苯多亚甲基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)是由4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯组成的混合物。
交联剂是官能度为3,分子量为400,羟值为415mgKOH/g的聚醚多元醇DMN-400,生产厂家为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产。
所述的催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
所述的触变剂为气相二氧化硅。
本实施例3所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备方法,先将50克聚醚多元醇DDL-700、40克聚醚多元醇DMN-1000在100℃抽真空脱水2.0h,将其加入滴液漏斗中,在三口瓶中加入60克PAPI,升温到45℃,然后用滴液漏斗向三口瓶中滴加聚醚多元醇DDL-700和聚醚多元醇DMN-1000,温度控制在50±5℃,滴加完成后再反应半个小时,再在50±5℃下滴加8克DMN-400继续反应,反应完成后在50℃加入0.4克二月桂酸二丁基锡、2.0克气相二氧化硅,搅拌均匀,降温至40℃出料,得到木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂。
实施例4
本实施例4所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,由以下原料组成:

聚醚多元醇A为2官能度,分子量为1000,羟值为112mgKOH/g的聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D,生产厂家为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产。
聚醚多元醇B为3官能度,分子量为700,羟值为240mgKOH/g的聚醚多元醇DMN-700,生产厂家为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产。
所述的多亚甲苯多亚甲基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)是由4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯组成的混合物。

本实施例4所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备方法,先将60克聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D、45克聚醚多元醇DMN-700在120℃抽真空脱水2.0h,将其加入滴液漏斗中,在三口瓶中加入65克PAPI,升温到45℃,然后用滴液漏斗向三口瓶中滴加聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D和聚醚多元醇DMN-700,温度控制在50±5℃,滴加完成后再反应半个小时,再在50±5℃下滴加10克DMN-530继续反应,反应完成后在50℃加入0.8克二月桂酸二丁基锡、2.5克气相二氧化硅,搅拌均匀,降温至40℃出料,得到木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂。
对比例1
本对比例1所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备方法、原料的用量均与实施例1相同,唯一的不同点在于,聚醚多元醇A为2官能度,羟值为56mgKOH/g;聚醚多元醇B为3官能度,羟值为168mgKOH/g
对比例2
本对比例2所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备方法、原料的用量均与实施例1相同,唯一的不同点在于,只用聚醚多元醇A,不再添加聚醚多元醇B。
对比例3
本对比例3所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备方法、原料的用量均与实施例1相同,唯一的不同点在于,交联剂为乙二醇。
拉伸强度按照GB/T528进行测试;压剪强度按照如下方法进行测试:空气温度24℃、空气湿度50%、木材含水率为15%的条件下均匀涂单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,实施贴合保压10kg/平方厘米,最终48小时后测试压剪强度。

Claims (5)
1.一种木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于:以重量份数计,由以下原料组成:
聚醚多元醇A 30~70份
聚醚多元醇B 30~50份
多亚甲苯多亚甲基多异氰酸酯 45~80份
交联剂 5~10份
催化剂 0.2~1.0份
触变剂 1.0~2.5份;
其中:
所述的聚醚多元醇A为2官能度,分子量为700-1000,羟值为112-160mgKOH/g的聚醚多元醇;
所述的聚醚多元醇B为3官能度,分子量为700-1000,羟值为168-240mgKOH/g的聚醚多元醇;
所述的交联剂为官能度为3,分子量为320-400,羟值为415-530mgKOH/g的聚醚多元醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述的多亚甲苯多亚甲基多异氰酸酯是由4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯组成的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述的触变剂为气相二氧化硅。
5.一种权利要求1所述的木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于:先将聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B在100~120℃抽真空脱水1.5~2.0h,将其加入滴液漏斗中,在三口瓶中加入计量的多亚甲苯多亚甲基多异氰酸酯,升温到45-47℃,然后用滴液漏斗向三口瓶中滴加聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B,温度控制在45-55℃ ,滴加完成后再反应0.5-1小时,再在45-55℃下滴加计量的交联剂继续反应,反应完成后在50-53℃加入催化剂和触变剂,搅拌均匀,降温至≤40℃出料,得到木材用单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂。
