背景技术
随着社会发展,人们对运动的需求越来越大,为了更好地普及运动,运动场的建设越来越多,其中橡胶跑道是运动场的重要组成之一。
橡胶跑道主要通过若干橡胶跑道预制块铺设而成,橡胶跑道可铺设在沥青路面上或混凝土路面上,其中,沥青路面的排水性较佳,成本较低,更为常用,在橡胶跑道铺设时,需要通过胶粘剂将橡胶跑道预制块与沥青路面粘接,以实现橡胶跑道预制块固定在沥青路面上,由于橡胶跑道上经常有运动员快速奔跑,而且运动员多穿着带钉的运动鞋,使得橡胶跑道会承受较大的外力,且该外力的作用方向是复杂多样的,一般的胶粘剂由于强度不足,橡胶跑道在使用一段时间后,容易出现移位、剥离等稳定性下降的情况,因此,还有改善空间。
发明内容
为了提高橡胶跑道在路面上的粘接稳定性,本申请提供一种预制型橡胶跑道粘合用胶粘剂。

聚酯二元醇100份;
聚醚二元醇30-33份;
扩链剂10-12份;
乙酸乙酯20-21份;
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4-5份;
催化剂3-3.3份;
所述B组分为二异氰酸酯;
所述催化剂为而丁基锡二月桂酸酯、三乙醇胺、双(2-二甲氨基乙基)醚的复配;
所述A组分与B组分的比例为1:0.03-0.04。

通过采用上述技术方案,通过将二异氰酸酯与聚酯二元醇、聚醚二元醇分开存放,在施工时,将二异氰酸酯与聚酯二元醇、聚醚二元醇混合均匀,在常温下,通过催化剂的作用,反应形成聚氨酯,由于在反应前,分子链较短,采用较少的溶剂即可,无需大量溶剂挥发,使得胶水中有效成分含量更多,而且在特定的催化剂作用下,使得反应生成的聚氨酯胶的强度较高,并且由于胶粘剂是在粘接了地面与橡胶跑道预制块的状态下进行反应的,使得低分子量的聚酯二元醇、聚醚二元醇以及二异氰酸酯更易于渗入橡胶跑道预制块以及地面,然后低分子量的聚酯二元醇、聚醚二元醇以及二异氰酸酯的分子链连接后,使得胶粘剂粘接橡胶跑道预制块以及地面的稳定性更高,使得橡胶跑道的稳定性较高,不易移位,不易剥离,质量较佳。
通过采用聚酯二元醇与聚醚二元醇配合,使得胶粘剂强度较高的同时也具有一定的柔性,通过柔性形变可以更好地缓冲作用力,使得胶粘剂不易被破坏,较好地提高橡胶跑道在地面上的粘接稳定性。
通过乙酸乙酯与丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯配合,起到溶剂的作用,但由于溶剂含量较少,其主要起到的作用是使得聚酯二元醇不易凝固成蜡状固体,降低聚酯二元醇的凝固温度,使得聚酯二元醇、聚醚二元醇与二异氰酸酯能混合均匀并且在涂抹在地面上后能正常进行反应,形成聚氨酯,从而实现对橡胶跑道预制块与地面的粘接效果。
优选的,所述二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、三乙醇胺、双(2-二甲氨基乙基)醚的质量比例为3:5:1。

优选的,所述二异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的复配。

优选的,所述聚己二酸乙二醇酯、聚己二酸丁二醇酯的质量比例为3:2。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过聚己二酸乙二醇酯、聚己二酸丁二醇酯以特定比例配合,使得分子链强度更高,不易断裂,使得橡胶跑道粘接在地面上的稳定性更强。
优选的,所述聚醚二元醇为聚乙二醇。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过采用聚乙二醇,使得软性较佳,且低分子的聚乙二醇的凝固温度较低,与乙酸乙酯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯配合,能更好地降低A组分的凝固温度,便于施工,且使得反应更易进行,使得反应更为充分,胶粘剂固化后的强度更高。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、由于本申请通过将二异氰酸酯与聚酯二元醇、聚醚二元醇分开存放,在施工时,将二异氰酸酯与聚酯二元醇、聚醚二元醇混合均匀,在常温下,通过催化剂的作用,反应形成聚氨酯,由于在反应前,分子链较短,采用较少的溶剂即可,无需大量溶剂挥发,使得胶水中有效成分含量更多,而且在特定的催化剂作用下,使得反应生成的聚氨酯胶的强度较高,并且由于胶粘剂是在粘接了地面与橡胶跑道预制块的状态下进行反应的,使得低分子量的聚酯二元醇、聚醚二元醇以及二异氰酸酯更易于渗入橡胶跑道预制块以及地面,然后低分子量的聚酯二元醇、聚醚二元醇以及二异氰酸酯的分子链连接后,使得胶粘剂粘接橡胶跑道预制块以及地面的稳定性更高,使得橡胶跑道的稳定性较高,不易移位,不易剥离,质量较佳。
2、本申请中优选通过二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、三乙醇胺、双(2-二甲氨基乙基)醚以特定比例配合形成催化剂,有效控制催化速度,使得催化速度较为合适,若催化速度过快,会导致胶粘剂快速固化,使得可施工时间较短,不便于施工,而且会使得低分子的聚酯二元醇、聚醚二元醇以及二异氰酸酯没有足够的时间渗入地面以及橡胶跑道预制块中,使得粘接橡胶跑道与地面的效果下降,若催化速度过慢,会使得胶粘剂长时间无法固化,养护时间太长,严重拖长施工周期,经济价值较低,因此二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、三乙醇胺、双(2-二甲氨基乙基)醚以特定比例配合形成催化剂使得胶粘剂的质量较佳,粘接橡胶跑道预制块与地面的效果较佳。
3、本申请中优选通过甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的复配,使得二异氰酸酯与聚酯二元醇、聚醚二元醇的反应活性较为合适,在特定催化剂的作用下,能在常温条件下充分反应,胶粘剂固化后的强度较高,使得橡胶跑道不易剥离,并且使得胶粘剂中分子结构更为复杂,分子链相互缠结后阻力更大,分子链强度更强,使得胶粘剂固化后不易被破坏,粘接稳定性较高。
4、本申请中优选通过聚己二酸乙二醇酯、聚己二酸丁二醇酯复配,使得软段分子链强度更高,不易断裂,提高胶粘剂固化后的强度,使得橡胶跑道粘接在地面上的稳定性更佳。

实施例1
一种预制型橡胶跑道粘合用胶粘剂,包括独立存放的A组分与B组分,A组分包括以下组分:
聚酯二元醇、聚醚二元醇、扩链剂、乙酸乙酯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、催化剂。
B组分为二异氰酸酯。
其中,聚酯二元醇为聚己二酸乙二醇酯、聚己二酸丁二醇酯的复配,聚己二酸乙二醇酯、聚己二酸丁二醇酯的质量比例为3:2。
其中,聚醚二元醇为聚乙二醇。
其中,扩链剂为1,4丁二醇。
其中,催化剂为二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、三乙醇胺、双(2-二甲氨基乙基)醚的复配,二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、三乙醇胺、双(2-二甲氨基乙基)醚的质量比例为3:5:1。
实施例1-5中,A组分中各组分的具体投入量(单位kg)详见表2。

实施例1-5中,A组分的制备方法如下:
将聚酯二元醇投入搅拌釜中,加热至100℃,转速30r/min,持续搅拌,然后像聚酯二元醇中投入聚醚二元醇、扩链剂、乙酸乙酯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、催化剂,转速60r/min,搅拌5min,冷却至40℃,分装,抽出包装内空气,得A组分。
实施例1-5中,B组分的制备方法如下:
将二异氰酸酯投入搅拌釜中,加热至100℃,转速10r/min,搅拌10min,投入氮气保护,冷却至40℃,分装,抽出包装内空气,得B组分。
通过在100℃的条件下混合,使得各原料中的水分被充分排出,减少水分对胶粘剂的影响。
实施例6
一种预制型橡胶跑道粘合用胶粘剂,与实施例3相比,区别仅在于:
二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、三乙醇胺、双(2-二甲氨基乙基)醚的质量比例为1:1:1。
实施例7
一种预制型橡胶跑道粘合用胶粘剂,与实施例3相比,区别仅在于:
甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的质量比例为1:1:1。
实施例8
一种预制型橡胶跑道粘合用胶粘剂,与实施例3相比,区别仅在于:
聚己二酸乙二醇酯、聚己二酸丁二醇酯的质量比例为1:1。
对比例1
一种市售的双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂。
应用例1
一种预制型橡胶跑道粘合用胶粘剂的使用方法,采用实施例3的预制型橡胶跑道粘合用胶粘剂。
将A组分、B组分在热水浴中加热至45℃,然后将A组分、B组分拆包装,倒入容器中,搅拌均匀,容器恒温45℃,将胶粘剂涂抹在地面上,铺上橡胶跑道预制块,压实,静置24h即可。
通过加热至45℃,使得胶黏剂流动性较佳,易于涂抹,便于施工。
沥青地面在施工完毕后,地面温度为45-50℃时,涂抹胶黏剂以施工橡胶跑道的效果最佳。
实验1
根据GB/T1040.2-2006《塑料拉伸性能的测定第2部分:模塑和挤塑塑料的试验条件》,将各实施例及对比例胶粘剂注入模具中制成拉伸强度测试试样,检测各实施例及对比例的预制型橡胶跑道粘合用胶粘剂固化后的拉伸强度。
实验2
根据GB/T7122-1996《高强度胶黏剂剥离强度测试标准》,测试各实施例及对比例的胶黏剂的剥离强度。
刚性被粘物的材质为沥青混凝土片,厚度为2mm,挠性被粘物的材质为橡胶片,厚度为0.5mm,橡胶片为天然橡胶的硫化橡胶片。
实验1、2的具体检测数据详见表4。

根据表4中实施例1-8与对比例1的数据对比可得,本申请的预制型橡胶跑道粘合用胶粘剂相较于市售的双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂具有更高的拉伸强度与更高的剥离强度,能使得橡胶跑道预制块与地面连接更为稳定,提高橡胶跑道的稳定性,不易出现移位、剥离等情况,使得橡胶跑道更为安全可靠。
根据表4中实施例3与实施例6的数据对比可得,当二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、三乙醇胺、双(2-二甲氨基乙基)醚以特定比例配合是,胶粘剂拉伸强度和剥离强度均有所提升,能使得橡胶跑道预制块与地面的粘接更为稳定,橡胶跑道的质量更佳。
根据表4中实施例3与实施例7的数据对比可得,当甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯以特定比例配合是,胶粘剂的拉伸强度、剥离强度均更高,能将橡胶跑道预制块更稳定地粘接在地面上,提高橡胶跑道的稳定性。
根据表4中实施例3与实施例8的数据对比可得,当聚己二酸乙二醇酯、聚己二酸丁二醇酯以特定比例配合时,胶粘剂的拉伸强度以及剥离强度均更高,使得橡胶跑道更稳定地粘接在地面上,更为安全耐用。

Claims (8)

1.一种预制型橡胶跑道粘合用胶粘剂,其特征在于:包括独立存放的A组分与B组分,所述A组分包括以下质量份数的组分:
聚酯二元醇100份;
聚醚二元醇30-33份;
扩链剂10-12份;
乙酸乙酯20-21份;
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4-5份;
催化剂3-3.3份;
所述B组分为二异氰酸酯;
所述催化剂为而丁基锡二月桂酸酯、三乙醇胺、双(2-二甲氨基乙基)醚的复配;
所述A组分与B组分的比例为1:0.03-0.04。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种预制型橡胶跑道粘合用胶粘剂,其特征在于:所述A组分包括以下质量份数的组分:
聚酯二元醇100份;
聚醚二元醇31-32份;
扩链剂10.5-11.5份;
乙酸乙酯20.2-20.5份;
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4.6-4.7份;
催化剂3.1-3.2份;
所述B组分为二异氰酸酯;
所述催化剂为二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、三乙醇胺、双(2-二甲氨基乙基)醚的复配;
所述A组分与B组分的比例为1:0.035。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种预制型橡胶跑道粘合用胶粘剂,其特征在于:所述二丁基锡二月桂酸酯、三乙醇胺、双(2-二甲氨基乙基)醚的质量比例为3:5:1。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种预制型橡胶跑道粘合用胶粘剂,其特征在于:所述二异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的复配。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种预制型橡胶跑道粘合用胶粘剂,其特征在于:所述甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的质量比例为2:1:4。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种预制型橡胶跑道粘合用胶粘剂,其特征在于:所述聚酯二元醇为聚己二酸乙二醇酯、聚己二酸丁二醇酯的复配。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种预制型橡胶跑道粘合用胶粘剂,其特征在于:所述聚己二酸乙二醇酯、聚己二酸丁二醇酯的质量比例为3:2:1。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种预制型橡胶跑道粘合用胶粘剂,其特征在于:所述聚醚二元醇为聚乙二醇。
