furthermore, the workbench at the positions of the lining paper rolling mechanism and the lining paper bubble pressing and scraping mechanism is respectively provided with a second cushion block, and the second cushion blocks at the positions of the lining paper rolling mechanism are positioned below the lining rollers so as to compensate the height difference between the top cover and the bottom cover of the wine box; and the second cushion block positioned at the paper lining bubble pressing and edge scraping mechanism is positioned below the pressing block so as to compensate the height difference between the top cover and the bottom cover of the wine box.
The automatic pasting machine has the advantages that the plurality of stations are arranged on the workbench, the corresponding working mechanism is arranged on each station, the lining paper can be pasted in the wine box through the adhesive mechanism, the lining paper pasted in the wine box can be rolled, pressed and scraped through the lining paper processing mechanism, so that the automatic pasting work of the lining paper in the wine box is realized, the working efficiency is high, the labor intensity is low, the rolling, the pressing and the scraping can be realized, the integral effect of packaging is ensured, the requirements of manufacturers and consumers are met, and the automatic pasting machine has better economic use value.

As shown in fig. 1 to 20, the automatic pasting equipment for liner paper for wine box packaging of the present invention comprises a workbench 1, wherein the workbench 1 is provided with a plurality of stations, and the stations are arranged on the workbench 1 at intervals along the conveying direction of the wine box 2;
the plurality of stations are respectively provided with a plurality of working mechanisms for realizing lining paper pasting, lining paper rolling and lining paper bubble pressing and scraping;
the plurality of working mechanisms can independently move along the conveying direction of the wine box 2 through the conveying mechanism 3 to convey the wine box 2, and have overlapped common moving areas;
wherein, a plurality of operating device include:
the gluing mechanism is arranged on the feeding side of the workbench 1 and is used for gluing the lining paper into the wine box 2;
and the lining paper processing mechanism is positioned on the workbench 1 at the adjacent side of the adhesive mechanism and used for rolling, pressing and scraping the lining paper pasted in the wine box 2.

the working sequence of the inner connection lining paper gluing mechanism 5 and the inner lining paper gluing mechanism 7 can be randomly arranged on the workbench 1 according to the situation, and the working sequence of the lining paper rolling mechanism 11 and the lining paper bubble pressing and edge scraping mechanism 12 can be randomly arranged on the workbench 1 according to the situation.

The feeding mechanism 16 comprises a first lifting cylinder 17 and a first lifting seat 18 connected with the first lifting cylinder 17, the first lifting cylinder 17 is connected to the first electric slide rail 14, a first clamping assembly is mounted on the bottom surface of the first lifting seat 18, the first clamping assembly comprises two first clamping driving pieces 19 and two first clamping pieces 20 correspondingly connected, the two first clamping driving pieces 19 respectively drive the two first clamping pieces 20 to move so as to be close to each other, and the clamping mechanisms are clamped on the connecting edge parts 10 between the top cover 8 and the bottom cover 9 of the wine box 2.
The workbench 1 positioned at the opposite side of the inner connection lining paper gluing mechanism 5 and the inner lining paper gluing mechanism 7 is provided with a corresponding inner connection lining paper storage mechanism 21 and an inner lining paper storage mechanism 22, the workbench 1 is provided with a conveying mechanism, the conveying mechanism comprises a first conveying mechanism 23 and a second conveying mechanism 24, the inner connection lining paper 4 is conveyed and adhered between the inner connection lining paper gluing mechanism 5 and the inner connection lining paper storage mechanism 21 through the first conveying mechanism 23, and the inner lining paper 6 is conveyed and adhered between the inner lining paper gluing mechanism 7 and the inner lining paper storage mechanism 22 through the second conveying mechanism 24;
the inner connection lining paper gluing mechanism 5 comprises a first clamping unit 25 and a first gluing unit 26, wherein the first clamping unit 25 is connected to the first electric slide rail 14 and is used for sticking the inner connection lining paper 4; the first gluing unit 26 is arranged on the workbench 1 at the opposite side of the first clamping unit 25 for gluing the bottom surface of the inner connection lining paper 4; the first clamping unit 25, the first gluing unit 26 and the inner connection lining paper storage mechanism 21 are sequentially and adjacently arranged on the workbench 1;
the lining paper gluing mechanism 7 comprises a second clamping unit 27 and a second gluing unit 28, wherein the second clamping unit 27 is connected to the first electric slide rail 14 and is used for adhering lining paper 6; the second gluing unit 28 is arranged on the workbench 1 at the opposite side of the second clamping unit 27 for gluing the bottom surface of the inner-lining paper 6; the second clamping unit 27, the second gluing unit 28 and the liner paper storage mechanism 22 are sequentially and adjacently arranged on the workbench 1.
The first clamping unit 25 comprises a second lifting cylinder 29 and a second lifting seat 30 connected with the second lifting cylinder 29, the second lifting cylinder 29 is connected on the first electric slide rail 14, a clamping block 31 is arranged on the bottom surface of the second lifting seat 30, the length of the clamping block 31 is the same as that of the connecting edge part 10, a clamping groove 32 which is clamped with the connecting edge part 10 in an interference manner is arranged on the bottom surface of the clamping block 31, and the inner connection lining paper 4 is pasted on the connecting edge part 10 along with the descending process of the clamping block 31;
the second clamping unit 27 comprises a third lifting cylinder 33 and a third lifting seat 34 connected with the third lifting cylinder 33, the third lifting cylinder 33 is connected on the first electric slide rail 14, a first supporting plate 35 is arranged at the bottom of the third lifting seat 34, the length of the first supporting plate 35 is greater than that of the ground cover 9, second clamping assemblies are arranged at two ends of the bottom surface of the first supporting plate 35, each second clamping assembly comprises a first clamping plate 36, a second clamping driving piece 37 and a second clamping piece 38 connected with the second clamping driving piece 37, the first clamping plates 36 are fixed at the end parts of the bottom surface of the first supporting plate 35, and is in contact with the outer side surface of one end of the ground cover 9, a second clamping driving member 37 is provided on the bottom surface of the first supporting plate 35 on the opposite side of the first clamping plate 36, and the second clamping driving member 37 drives the second clamping member 38 to move to approach the first clamping plate 36, thereby clamping one end of the ground cover 9.
A conveying mechanism 39 which is used for connecting the lining paper storage mechanism 21 and the lining paper storage mechanism 22 in a shared mode is arranged on the workbench 1 so as to convey the lining paper; the inner connection lining paper storage mechanism 21 comprises a first storage box 41 arranged on the workbench 1, and a plurality of stacked inner connection lining papers 4 are stored in the first storage box 41; a placing plate 42 is arranged on the workbench 1 between the inner connection lining paper storage mechanism 21 and the first gluing unit 26, and the inner connection lining paper 4 in the first storage box 41 is transferred to the placing plate 42 through the transfer mechanism 39;
the inner-lining paper storage mechanism 22 comprises a second storage box 43 arranged on the workbench 1, and a plurality of stacked inner-lining papers 6 are stored in the second storage box 43; a storage box 44 is provided on the table 1 between the liner paper storage mechanism 22 and the second gluing unit 28, and the liner paper 6 in the second storage box 43 is transferred to the storage box 44 by the transfer mechanism 39.
The transfer mechanism 39 is arranged on the workbench 1 between the inner connection lining paper storage mechanism 21 and the inner lining paper storage mechanism 22, the transfer mechanism 39 comprises a third electric slide rail 40 fixed on the workbench 1, the third electric slide rail 40 is connected with a transfer frame 46 through a first electric slide block 45, two ends of the transfer frame 46 are respectively provided with a first transfer lifting cylinder 47 and a second transfer lifting cylinder 48, the first transfer lifting cylinder 47 and the second transfer lifting cylinder 48 are respectively connected with a first vacuum suction plate 49 and a second vacuum suction plate 50, the first vacuum suction plate 49 is positioned above the first storage box 41, the first vacuum suction plate 49 adsorbs the inner connection lining paper 4 in the first storage box 41 and then transfers the lining paper to the placing plate 42 through the transfer frame 46; the second vacuum suction plate 50 is located above the second magazine 43, and the second vacuum suction plate 50 sucks the liner paper 6 in the second magazine 43 and transfers the liner paper to the placing box 44 through the transfer frame 46.
The first conveying mechanism 23 comprises a fourth electric slide rail 52 fixed on the workbench 1 through a first support 51, the length of the fourth electric slide rail 52 extends to the first clamping unit 25 and is positioned above the first clamping unit 25, a fourth lifting cylinder 54 is connected to the fourth electric slide rail 52 through a second electric slide block 53, the fourth lifting cylinder 54 is connected with a third vacuum suction plate 55, the third vacuum suction plate 55 is positioned above the placing plate 42, and the third vacuum suction plate 55 adsorbs the inner connection lining paper 4 on the placing plate 42 and then conveys the inner connection lining paper to the first clamping unit 25 through the second electric slide block 53;
the second conveying mechanism 24 includes a fifth electric slide rail 57 fixed to the worktable 1 through a second bracket 56, the length of the fifth electric slide rail 57 extends to the position of the canopy 8 of the second clamping unit 27, a fifth lifting cylinder 59 is connected to the fifth electric slide rail 57 through a third electric slide block 58, the fifth lifting cylinder 59 is connected to a fourth vacuum suction plate 60, the fourth vacuum suction plate 60 is located above the placing box 44, and the fourth vacuum suction plate 60 adsorbs the lining paper 6 in the placing box 44 and then conveys the lining paper to the second clamping unit 27 through the third electric slide block 58.
The first gluing unit 26 and the second gluing unit 28 both comprise a glue spraying gun 61, a glue collecting tank 62 and rubber rollers, the glue collecting tank 62 of the first gluing unit 26 is arranged on the workbench 1 adjacent to the first clamping unit 25, the glue collecting tank 62 of the second gluing unit 28 is arranged on the workbench 1 adjacent to the second clamping unit 27, the rubber rollers are divided into a first rubber roller 63 and a second rubber roller 64, the first rubber roller 63 and the second rubber roller 64 are arranged in the glue collecting tank 62 up and down and are contacted with each other, the first rubber roller 63 and the second rubber roller 64 are connected with each other through a first gear 65, the first motor 66 drives the first gear 65 to move so as to drive the first rubber roller 63 and the second rubber roller 64 to rotate, the first motor 66 is arranged below the workbench 1, the glue spraying gun 61 is arranged on the workbench 1 at one end of the glue collecting tank 62 so as to spray glue to the first rubber roller 63, the second rubber roller 63, The contact part between the second rubber rollers 64 sprays colloid; the third vacuum suction plate 55 absorbs the inner connection lining paper 4 on the placing plate 42 and then conveys the inner connection lining paper 4 to the first rubber roller 63 of the first gluing unit 26, and conveys the inner connection lining paper 4 to the first clamping unit 25 again after the bottom surface of the inner connection lining paper is glued; the fourth vacuum suction plate 60 sucks the lining paper 6 in the placing box 44, conveys the lining paper to the first rubber roller 63 of the second gluing unit 28, rolls the glue on the bottom surface of the lining paper 6, conveys the lining paper to the position above the canopy 8 positioned at the second clamping unit 27, and drives the fourth vacuum suction plate 60 to descend through the driving of the fifth lifting cylinder 59, so that the lining paper 6 is adhered to the bottom surface of the canopy 8 positioned at the second clamping unit 27.

The brush mechanisms 70 are arranged on the working table 1 between the inner connecting lining paper storage mechanism 21 and the placing plate 42 and between the inner lining paper storage mechanism 22 and the placing box 44, each brush mechanism 70 comprises a brush wheel 71 and a second motor 72 for driving the brush wheel 71 to rotate, the first vacuum suction plate 49 adsorbs the inner connecting lining paper 4, and one end part of the inner connecting lining paper 4 is in contact with the brush wheel 71 positioned at the inner connecting lining paper storage mechanism 21; the second vacuum suction plate 50 sucks the lining paper 6 and makes one end of the lining paper 6 contact with the brush wheel 71 at the lining paper storage mechanism 22; the second motor 72 is fixed on the workbench 1 through a fixing seat 77, and baffles 73 are arranged on the workbench 1 at two ends of the first storage box 41 and the second storage box 43; the baffles 73 at the two ends are respectively provided with at least two kidney-shaped holes 74, the baffle rods 75 are connected between the kidney-shaped holes 74 at the two ends corresponding to the baffles 73 at the two ends, the first vacuum suction plate 49 adsorbs the inner connection lining paper 4, and the end part at the other end of the inner connection lining paper 4 is in contact with the baffle rods 75 positioned at the inner connection lining paper storage mechanism 21; the second vacuum suction plate 50 sucks the lining paper 6 and makes the other end of the lining paper 6 contact with the stop lever 75 at the lining paper storage mechanism 22; a mounting hole 76 is provided on the shutter 73, and a detection sensor (not shown in the figure) is fixed to the shutter 73 through the mounting hole 76 for detecting the stacking height of the interleaving paper.
The lining paper rolling mechanism 11 comprises a third support 78 fixed on the workbench 1, a lining roller 79 for rolling the lining paper 6 in the lining paper is arranged on the third support 78 corresponding to the position of the top cover 8, the lining roller 79 is connected with a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism comprises a lifting driving assembly 80 and a push-pull driving assembly 81, the push-pull driving assembly 81 is connected with the lining roller 79 and is used for rolling the push-pull lining roller 79 on the inner bottom surface of the top cover 8; the lifting driving component 80 is fixed on the third bracket 78, connected with the push-pull driving component 81 and used for driving the push-pull driving component 81 to lift;
the lifting driving assembly 80 comprises a sixth lifting cylinder 82, a second support plate 83 is arranged at the top end of the third support 78, and a telescopic rod of the sixth lifting cylinder 82 penetrates through the second support plate 83 to be connected with the push-pull driving assembly 81;
the push-pull driving assembly 81 comprises a push-pull seat 84 and a push-pull air cylinder 85 arranged on the bottom surface of the push-pull seat 84, the push-pull seat 84 is connected with the sixth lifting air cylinder 82, a connecting seat 86 is arranged on the bottom surface of the push-pull seat 84, the lining roller 79 is connected to the connecting seat 86, and the connecting seat 86 is connected with the push-pull air cylinder 85; the bottom surface of the push-pull seat 84 along the push-pull direction of the push-pull cylinder 85 is provided with a first guide rail 87, the connecting seat 86 is arranged on the first guide rail 87, the bottom surface of the connecting seat 86 is provided with a connecting plate 88, the two ends of the connecting plate 88 are provided with first connecting blocks 89, the lining roller 79 comprises a roller shaft 90 and a sleeve roller 91 sleeved on the roller shaft 90, and the roller shaft 90 is connected between the first connecting blocks 89 at the two ends.
A conveying groove 92 is formed in the workbench 1 at the positions of the lining paper rolling mechanism 11 and the lining paper bubble pressing and edge scraping mechanism 12, the conveying groove 92 is arranged along the conveying direction of the wine box 2, the width of the conveying groove 92 is smaller than that of the ground cover 9, a second electric slide rail 15 is arranged in the cabinet 13 below the conveying groove 92, a supporting plate 94 is connected to the second electric slide rail 15 through a fourth electric slide block 93, a seventh lifting cylinder 95 is mounted on the supporting plate 94, the seventh lifting cylinder 95 is connected with a conveying plate 96 to lift the conveying plate 96 into the conveying groove 92, and the width of the conveying plate 96 is smaller than that of the conveying groove 92; when the conveying plate 96 is lifted in the conveying groove 92, the conveying plate 96 and the workbench 1 are positioned on the same horizontal plane; second clamping plates 97 are arranged at two ends of the conveying plate 96, and are clamped on outer walls of two ends of the ground cover 9 through the second clamping plates 97 at the two ends, and the wine box 2 is conveyed under the action of a second electric sliding rail 15.
The lining paper bubble pressing and edge scraping mechanism 12 comprises a fourth support 98 fixed on the workbench 1, a support seat 99 is arranged on the fourth support 98, the support seat 99 is connected with a lifting driving mechanism 100 fixed on the fourth support 98, a bubble pressing mechanism 101 and an edge scraping mechanism 102 are arranged on the bottom surface of the support seat 99, the bubble pressing mechanism 101 and the edge scraping mechanism 102 are arranged adjacently, the bubble pressing mechanism 101 comprises a pressing block 103, bubbles are pressed on the inner lining paper 6 on the inner bottom surface of the top cover 8 of the wine box 2 through the pressing block 103, the edge scraping mechanism 102 comprises an edge scraping piece, and edges are scraped on the inner connecting lining paper 4 on the connecting edge part 10 of the wine box 2 through the edge scraping surface of the edge scraping piece;
the edge scraping mechanism 102 comprises a belt conveying assembly 105, rollers 104 adopted by the edge scraping member, the belt conveying assembly 105 comprises a driving motor 106, a fixing plate 107, the fixing plate 107 is fixed on the bottom surface of the supporting seat 99, second gears 108 are mounted at two ends of the bottom surface of the fixing plate 107, a belt 109 is connected between the second gears 108 at two ends, the driving motor 106 is connected with the second gear 108 at one end, a scraping seat 110 is connected on the belt 109 at one side of the position of the edge part 10, second connecting blocks 111 are mounted at two ends of the bottom surface of the scraping seat 110, the second connecting blocks 111 at two ends are connected with the rollers 104 through rotating shafts, and the conveying rollers 104 act on the surface of the edge part 10 through the belt 109.
A second guide rail 113 is arranged on the bottom surface of the fixed plate 107 along the conveying direction of the belt 109, and the scraping edge seat 110 is connected to the second guide rail 113; the lifting driving mechanism 100 comprises an eighth lifting cylinder 114, a third support plate 115 is arranged at the top end of the fourth support 98, and a telescopic rod of the eighth lifting cylinder 114 penetrates through the third support plate 115 to be connected with the support seat 99;
the bottom surface of the supporting seat 99 corresponding to the position of the ground cover 9 of the wine box 2 is further provided with a pushing mechanism 116, the edge scraping mechanism 102 and the bubble pressing mechanism 101 are sequentially arranged adjacently, the pushing mechanism 116 comprises a pushing plate 117 and a first pushing cylinder 118, the pushing plate 117 is fixed at the bottom end of the supporting seat 99, the first pushing cylinder 118 is connected to the pushing plate 117, and the first pushing cylinder 118 is connected with the pushing plate 119 so as to push the pushing plate 119 towards the direction of the top cover 8 until the pushing plate is contacted with the inner wall surface of the ground cover 9.
A second positioning mechanism 120 is arranged on the surface of the workbench 1 on the opposite side of the third support 78 and the fourth support 98, the second positioning mechanism 120 comprises a second pushing cylinder 121, the second pushing cylinder 121 is fixed on the workbench 1, the second pushing cylinder 121 is connected with an auxiliary plate 122, so that the auxiliary plate 122 is pushed to enable the wine box 2 to reach a designated position, and the wine box 2 is positioned;
the workbench 1 positioned at the lining paper rolling mechanism 11 and the lining paper bubble pressing and edge scraping mechanism 12 is respectively provided with a second cushion block 123, and the second cushion block 123 positioned at the lining paper rolling mechanism 11 is positioned below the lining roller 79 so as to compensate the height difference between the top cover 8 and the bottom cover 9 of the wine box 2; the second pad 123 at the liner paper bubble pressing and edge scraping mechanism 12 is located below the pressing block 103 to compensate the height difference between the top cover 8 and the bottom cover 9 of the wine box 2.
In the present invention, after the top lid 8 and the bottom lid 9 of the wine box 2 are combined and connected, the wine box 2 is placed at the feeding end of the working table 1 to start the feeding operation, first the first clamping member 20 is driven by the first clamping driving member 19 of the feeding mechanism 16 to move to clamp on the connecting edge portion 10 between the top lid 8 and the bottom lid 9 of the wine box 2, and then the inner connection lining paper 4 in the first magazine 41 is sucked by the first vacuum suction plate 49 and then conveyed to the placing plate 42, and then the inner connection lining paper 4 is sucked by the third vacuum suction plate 55 and conveyed to the first rubber roller 63 of the first gluing unit 26, the bottom surface of the inner connection lining paper 4 is glued, and after the gluing operation, the inner connection lining paper 4 is conveyed to the lower portion of the first clamping unit 25, and is pre-glued on the connecting edge portion 10 between the top lid 8 and the bottom lid 9, and the third vacuum suction plate 55 returns, then, the second lifting cylinder 29 operates to drive the holding block 31 to descend, and in the process of descending along with the holding block 31, the inner connection lining paper 4 can be entirely adhered to the connection ridge portion 10 through the holding groove 32, and after the adhesion is completed, the wine box 2 adhered with the inner connection lining paper 4 is held by the holding block 31 and conveyed to the next process (the position of the second holding unit 27).
