As shown in fig. 1 to 20, the automatic lining paper pasting device for wine box packaging of the present invention comprises a workbench 1, wherein a plurality of stations are arranged on the workbench 1, and the stations are arranged on the workbench 1 at intervals along the conveying direction of the wine box 2;
the plurality of stations are respectively provided with a plurality of working mechanisms for realizing lining paper pasting, lining paper rolling and lining paper bubble pressing and scraping edges;
the plurality of working mechanisms can independently move along the conveying direction of the wine box 2 through the conveying mechanism 3 so as to convey the wine box 2, and the plurality of working mechanisms are provided with overlapped common moving areas;

the gluing mechanism is arranged on the feeding side of the workbench 1 and is used for gluing lining paper in the wine box 2;

The workbench 1 positioned on the opposite sides of the inner lining paper gluing mechanism 5 and the inner lining paper gluing mechanism 7 is provided with a corresponding inner lining paper storage mechanism 21 and an inner lining paper storage mechanism 22, the workbench 1 is provided with a conveying mechanism, the conveying mechanism comprises a first conveying mechanism 23 and a second conveying mechanism 24, the inner lining paper 4 is conveyed and pasted between the inner lining paper gluing mechanism 5 and the inner lining paper storage mechanism 21 through the first conveying mechanism 23, and the inner lining paper 6 is conveyed and pasted between the inner lining paper gluing mechanism 7 and the inner lining paper storage mechanism 22 through the second conveying mechanism 24;
the inner connection lining paper gluing mechanism 5 comprises a first clamping unit 25 and a first gluing unit 26, wherein the first clamping unit 25 is connected to the first electric sliding rail 14 and used for pasting the inner connection lining paper 4; the first adhesive unit 26 is disposed on the workbench 1 at the opposite side of the first clamping unit 25, and is used for adhering the bottom surface of the inner joint liner 4; the first clamping unit 25, the first adhesive unit 26 and the internal lining paper storage mechanism 21 are sequentially and adjacently arranged on the workbench 1;
The lining paper gluing mechanism 7 comprises a second clamping unit 27 and a second gluing unit 28, wherein the second clamping unit 27 is connected to the first electric slide rail 14 and is used for pasting lining paper 6; the second adhesive unit 28 is arranged on the workbench 1 at the opposite side of the second clamping unit 27 and is used for adhering the bottom surface of the lining paper 6; the second clamping unit 27, the second adhesive unit 28 and the liner paper storage mechanism 22 are sequentially and adjacently arranged on the workbench 1.
The first clamping unit 25 comprises a second lifting cylinder 29 and a second lifting seat 30 connected with the second lifting cylinder 29, the second lifting cylinder 29 is connected to the first electric sliding rail 14, a clamping block 31 is arranged on the bottom surface of the second lifting seat 30, the length of the clamping block 31 is the same as that of the connecting edge part 10, a clamping groove 32 which is in interference clamping with the connecting edge part 10 is formed in the bottom surface of the clamping block 31, and the inner connecting lining paper 4 is adhered to the connecting edge part 10 along with the descending process of the clamping block 31;
the second clamping unit 27 comprises a third lifting cylinder 33 and a third lifting seat 34 connected with the third lifting cylinder 33, the third lifting cylinder 33 is connected to the first electric sliding rail 14, a first support plate 35 is arranged at the bottom of the third lifting seat 34, the length of the first support plate 35 is larger than that of the ground cover 9, second clamping components are arranged at two ends of the bottom surface of the first support plate 35, each second clamping component comprises a first clamping plate 36, a second clamping driving piece 37 and a second clamping piece 38 connected with the second clamping driving piece 37, the first clamping plate 36 is fixed to the end part of the bottom surface of the first support plate 35 and is in contact with the outer side surface of one end of the ground cover 9, the second clamping driving piece 37 is arranged on the bottom surface of the first support plate 35 at the opposite side of the first clamping plate 36, and the second clamping driving piece 37 drives the second clamping piece 38 to move to be close to the first clamping plate 36, so that one end of the ground cover 9 is clamped.
A transfer mechanism 39 shared by the lining paper storage mechanism 21 and the lining paper storage mechanism 22 is arranged on the workbench 1 for conveying lining paper; the internal interleaving paper storage mechanism 21 comprises a first storage box 41 arranged on the workbench 1, wherein a plurality of pieces of internal interleaving paper 4 are stored in the first storage box 41; a placing plate 42 is arranged on the workbench 1 between the inner connecting lining paper storage mechanism 21 and the first viscose unit 26, and the inner connecting lining paper 4 in the first storage box 41 is transferred to the placing plate 42 through the transfer mechanism 39;
the lining paper storing mechanism 22 comprises a second storing box 43 arranged on the workbench 1, and a plurality of lining papers 6 stacked in the second storing box 43; a placement box 44 is provided on the table 1 between the liner paper storage mechanism 22 and the second glue unit 28, and the liner paper 6 in the second storage box 43 is transferred to the placement box 44 by the transfer mechanism 39.
The transfer mechanism 39 is arranged on the workbench 1 between the inner connecting lining paper storage mechanism 21 and the lining paper storage mechanism 22, the transfer mechanism 39 comprises a third electric slide rail 40 fixed on the workbench 1, the third electric slide rail 40 is connected with a transfer frame 46 through a first electric slide block 45, two ends of the transfer frame 46 are respectively provided with a first transfer lifting cylinder 47 and a second transfer lifting cylinder 48, the first transfer lifting cylinder 47 and the second transfer lifting cylinder 48 are respectively connected with a first vacuum suction plate 49 and a second vacuum suction plate 50, the first vacuum suction plate 49 is positioned above the first storage box 41, and the first vacuum suction plate 49 sucks the inner connecting lining paper 4 in the first storage box 41 and then transfers the inner connecting lining paper 4 to the placing plate 42 through the transfer frame 46; the second vacuum suction plate 50 is located above the second storage box 43, and the second vacuum suction plate 50 sucks the liner paper 6 in the second storage box 43 and then transfers the liner paper to the placement box 44 through the transfer rack 46.
The first conveying mechanism 23 comprises a fourth electric sliding rail 52 fixed on the workbench 1 through a first bracket 51, the length of the fourth electric sliding rail 52 extends to the position of the first clamping unit 25 and is positioned above the first clamping unit 25, a fourth lifting cylinder 54 is connected to the fourth electric sliding rail 52 through a second electric sliding block 53, the fourth lifting cylinder 54 is connected with a third vacuum suction plate 55, the third vacuum suction plate 55 is positioned above the placing plate 42, and the third vacuum suction plate 55 sucks the inner connecting lining paper 4 on the placing plate 42 and conveys the inner connecting lining paper 4 to the position of the first clamping unit 25 through the second electric sliding block 53;
the second conveying mechanism 24 comprises a fifth electric sliding rail 57 fixed on the workbench 1 through a second bracket 56, the length of the fifth electric sliding rail 57 extends to the position of the top cover 8 at the second clamping unit 27, a fifth lifting cylinder 59 is connected to the fifth electric sliding rail 57 through a third electric sliding block 58, the fifth lifting cylinder 59 is connected with a fourth vacuum suction plate 60, the fourth vacuum suction plate 60 is located above the placing box 44, and the fourth vacuum suction plate 60 sucks lining paper 6 in the placing box 44 and conveys the lining paper to the second clamping unit 27 through the third electric sliding block 58.
The first viscose glue unit 26 and the second viscose glue unit 28 comprise a glue spraying gun 61, a glue collecting groove 62 and glue rollers, the glue collecting groove 62 of the first viscose glue unit 26 is arranged on the workbench 1 positioned on the adjacent side of the first clamping unit 25, the glue collecting groove 62 of the second viscose glue unit 28 is arranged on the workbench 1 positioned on the adjacent side of the second clamping unit 27, the glue rollers are divided into a first glue roller 63 and a second glue roller 64, the first glue roller 63 and the second glue roller 64 are vertically arranged in the glue collecting groove 62, the first glue roller 63 and the second glue roller 64 are contacted, the first glue roller 63 and the second glue roller 64 are connected through a first gear 65, the first motor 66 drives the first gear 65 to act so as to drive the first glue roller 63 and the second glue roller 64 to rotate, the first motor 66 is arranged below the workbench 1, and the glue spraying gun 61 is arranged on the workbench 1 positioned at one end of the glue collecting groove 62 so as to spray glue to the contact part between the first glue roller 63 and the second glue roller 64; the third vacuum suction plate 55 sucks the inner connection lining paper 4 on the placing plate 42, then conveys the inner connection lining paper to the first rubber roller 63 of the first gluing unit 26, and conveys the inner connection lining paper 4 to the first clamping unit 25 again after gluing the bottom surface of the inner connection lining paper 4; the fourth vacuum suction plate 60 sucks the lining paper 6 in the placement box 44, conveys the lining paper 6 to the first rubber roller 63 of the second gluing unit 28, rolls the bottom surface of the lining paper 6, conveys the lining paper to the upper part of the crown cap 8 positioned at the second clamping unit 27 again, drives the fourth vacuum suction plate 60 to descend through the driving of the fifth lifting cylinder 59, and glues the lining paper 6 to the bottom surface of the crown cap 8 positioned at the second clamping unit 27.
The first positioning mechanism 67 for placing the wine box 2 is arranged on the workbench 1 below the second clamping unit 27, the first positioning mechanism 67 comprises a positioning groove 68 fixed on the workbench 1, the wine box 2 is placed in the positioning groove 68, and a first cushion block 69 is arranged in the positioning groove 68 at the position of the top cover 8 of the wine box 2 so as to compensate the height difference between the top cover 8 and the ground cover 9 of the wine box 2.
A brush mechanism 70 is arranged on the workbench 1 between the inner connecting lining paper storage mechanism 21 and the placing plate 42 and between the inner lining paper storage mechanism 22 and the placing box 44, the brush mechanism 70 comprises a brush wheel 71 and a second motor 72 for driving the brush wheel 71 to rotate, the first vacuum suction plate 49 adsorbs the inner connecting lining paper 4, and one end part of the inner connecting lining paper 4 is contacted with the brush wheel 71 positioned at the inner connecting lining paper storage mechanism 21; the second vacuum suction plate 50 sucks the liner paper 6 and brings one end of the liner paper 6 into contact with the brush wheel 71 at the liner paper storage mechanism 22; the second motor 72 is fixed on the workbench 1 through a fixed seat 77, and baffles 73 are arranged on the workbench 1 positioned at two ends of the first storage box 41 and the second storage box 43; at least two waist-shaped holes 74 are formed in each of the baffle plates 73 at the two ends, a stop lever 75 is connected between the waist-shaped holes 74 at the two corresponding ends of the baffle plates 73 at the two ends, the first vacuum suction plate 49 adsorbs the inner connecting lining paper 4, and the other end part of the inner connecting lining paper 4 is contacted with the stop lever 75 positioned at the inner connecting lining paper storage mechanism 21; the second vacuum suction plate 50 sucks the liner paper 6 and brings the other end of the liner paper 6 into contact with a stop lever 75 at the liner paper storage mechanism 22; a mounting hole 76 is provided in the shutter 73, and a detection sensor (not shown in the drawings) is fixed to the shutter 73 through the mounting hole 76 for detecting the stacking height of the interleaving papers.
The lining paper rolling mechanism 11 comprises a third bracket 78 fixed on the workbench 1, a lining roller 79 for rolling the lining paper 6 is arranged on the third bracket 78 corresponding to the position of the crown cap 8, the lining roller 79 is connected with a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism comprises a lifting driving assembly 80 and a push-pull driving assembly 81, and the push-pull driving assembly 81 is connected with the lining roller 79 and is used for pushing and pulling the lining roller 79 to roll on the inner bottom surface of the crown cap 8; the lifting driving assembly 80 is fixed on the third bracket 78, and is connected with the push-pull driving assembly 81, and is used for driving the push-pull driving assembly 81 to lift;
the lifting driving assembly 80 comprises a sixth lifting air cylinder 82, a second support plate 83 is arranged at the top end of the third bracket 78, and a telescopic rod of the sixth lifting air cylinder 82 penetrates through the second support plate 83 to be connected with the push-pull driving assembly 81;
the push-pull driving assembly 81 comprises a push-pull seat 84 and a push-pull cylinder 85 arranged on the bottom surface of the push-pull seat 84, the push-pull seat 84 is connected with a sixth lifting cylinder 82, a connecting seat 86 is arranged on the bottom surface of the push-pull seat 84, the lining roller 79 is connected to the connecting seat 86, and the connecting seat 86 is connected with the push-pull cylinder 85; the bottom surface of push-pull seat 84 along push-pull direction of push-pull cylinder 85 is equipped with first guide rail 87, and connecting seat 86 is installed on first guide rail 87, and connecting plate 88 is installed to the connecting seat 86 bottom surface, and first connecting piece 89 is installed to connecting plate 88 both ends, and lining roller 79 includes roller 90 and sleeve roller 91 of suit on roller 90, and roller 90 is connected between the first connecting piece 89 at both ends.
A conveying groove 92 is formed in the workbench 1 positioned at the position of the lining paper rolling mechanism 11 and the lining paper bubble pressing and edge scraping mechanism 12, the conveying groove 92 is arranged along the conveying direction of the wine box 2, the width of the conveying groove 92 is smaller than that of the ground cover 9, the second electric sliding rail 15 is arranged in the cabinet 13 below the conveying groove 92, the second electric sliding rail 15 is connected with a supporting plate 94 through a fourth electric sliding block 93, a seventh lifting cylinder 95 is arranged on the supporting plate 94, the seventh lifting cylinder 95 is connected with a conveying plate 96 so as to lift the conveying plate 96 in the conveying groove 92, and the width of the conveying plate 96 is smaller than that of the conveying groove 92; when the conveying plate 96 is lifted up in the conveying groove 92, the conveying plate 96 and the workbench 1 are positioned on the same horizontal plane; second clamping plates 97 are arranged at two ends of the conveying plate 96, are clamped on the outer walls of the two ends of the ground cover 9 through the second clamping plates 97 at the two ends, and convey the wine box 2 through the action of the second electric sliding rail 15.
The lining paper bubble pressing and edge scraping mechanism 12 comprises a fourth bracket 98 fixed on the workbench 1, a supporting seat 99 is arranged on the fourth bracket 98, the supporting seat 99 is connected with a lifting driving mechanism 100 fixed on the fourth bracket 98, a bubble pressing mechanism 101 and an edge scraping mechanism 102 are arranged on the bottom surface of the supporting seat 99, the bubble pressing mechanism 101 and the edge scraping mechanism 102 are adjacently arranged, the bubble pressing mechanism 101 comprises a pressing block 103, bubble pressing is realized on lining paper 6 on the inner bottom surface of a top cover 8 of the wine box 2 through the pressing block 103, the edge scraping mechanism 102 comprises an edge scraping piece, and edge scraping is realized through the edge scraping surface of the edge scraping piece to inner lining paper 4 on a connecting edge part 10 of the wine box 2;
The scraping edge mechanism 102 comprises a belt conveying assembly 105, rollers 104 used for scraping edge pieces, the belt conveying assembly 105 comprises a driving motor 106 and a fixing plate 107, the fixing plate 107 is fixed on the bottom surface of a supporting seat 99, second gears 108 are arranged at two ends of the bottom surface of the fixing plate 107, a belt 109 is connected between the second gears 108 at two ends, the driving motor 106 is connected with the second gears 108 at one end, a scraping edge seat 110 is connected to the belt 109 at one side of the position of the connecting edge part 10, second connecting blocks 111 are arranged at two ends of the bottom surface of the scraping edge seat 110, and the second connecting blocks 111 at two ends are connected with the rollers 104 through rotating shafts so as to convey the rollers 104 to act on the surface of the connecting edge part 10 through the belt 109.
The bottom surface of the fixed plate 107 along the conveying direction of the belt 109 is provided with a second guide rail 113, and the scraping edge seat 110 is connected to the second guide rail 113; the lifting driving mechanism 100 comprises an eighth lifting air cylinder 114, a third support plate 115 is arranged at the top end of the fourth bracket 98, and a telescopic rod of the eighth lifting air cylinder 114 passes through the third support plate 115 to be connected with the supporting seat 99;
the pushing mechanism 116 is further installed on the bottom surface of the supporting seat 99 at the position corresponding to the ground cover 9 of the wine box 2, the pushing mechanism 116, the scraping mechanism 102 and the bubble pressing mechanism 101 are sequentially arranged adjacently, the pushing mechanism 116 comprises a pushing plate 117 and a first pushing cylinder 118, the pushing plate 117 is fixed at the bottom end part of the supporting seat 99, the first pushing cylinder 118 is connected to the pushing plate 117, and the first pushing cylinder 118 is connected with the pushing plate 119 so as to push the pushing plate 119 towards the direction of the top cover 8 until the pushing plate 119 contacts with the inner wall surface of the ground cover 9.
The second positioning mechanisms 120 are arranged on the surfaces of the workbench 1 positioned on the opposite sides of the third bracket 78 and the fourth bracket 98, the second positioning mechanisms 120 comprise second pushing air cylinders 121, the second pushing air cylinders 121 are fixed on the workbench 1, and the second pushing air cylinders 121 are connected with auxiliary plates 122 so as to push the auxiliary plates 122 to enable the wine box 2 to reach a designated position, and the wine box 2 is positioned;
the second cushion blocks 123 are respectively arranged on the workbench 1 at the positions of the lining paper rolling mechanism 11 and the lining paper bubble pressing and scraping mechanism 12, and the second cushion blocks 123 at the positions of the lining paper rolling mechanism 11 are positioned below the lining rollers 79 so as to compensate the height difference between the crown cover 8 and the ground cover 9 of the wine box 2; a second cushion block 123 positioned at the lining paper bubble scraping edge mechanism 12 is positioned below the pressing block 103 so as to compensate the height difference between the top cover 8 and the ground cover 9 of the wine box 2.
In the invention, after the combination connection of the top cover 8 and the bottom cover 9 of the wine box 2 is completed, the wine box 2 is placed at the feeding end of the workbench 1 to start feeding operation, the first clamping piece 20 is driven by the first clamping driving piece 19 of the feeding mechanism 16 to move so as to clamp the connecting edge part 10 between the top cover 8 and the bottom cover 9 of the wine box 2, then clamped and conveyed below the first clamping unit 25, while the operation is completed, the inner lining paper 4 in the first storage box 41 is adsorbed by the first vacuum suction plate 49 and then conveyed to the placing plate 42, then adsorbed again by the third vacuum suction plate 55 and conveyed to the first rubber roller 63 of the first viscose unit 26, the bottom surface of the inner lining paper 4 is rolled, after the rolling is completed, the inner lining paper 4 is conveyed below the first clamping unit 25, is pre-adhered to the connecting edge part 10 between the top cover 8 and the bottom cover 9, the third vacuum suction plate 55 returns, then the second lifting cylinder 29 acts to drive the clamping block 31 to descend, and the inner lining paper 4 can be adhered to the connecting edge part 10 through the clamping unit 31 at the position of the first clamping unit 2 along with the descending of the clamping block 31, and the process of adhering can be completed after the whole process of adhering the lining paper 4 to the connecting edge part 2 through the clamping unit 32.
