(7) and (4) granulating the obtained mixture particles, and adding auxiliary materials to prepare the sore-throat relieving traditional Chinese medicine preparation.

Using efficacy contrast tests
200 patients with pharyngeal discomfort were randomly assigned to 4 groups for efficacy testing, of which 200 patients had symptoms: dry and itching throat, swelling and pain, cough with profuse sputum, hoarseness or aphonia, and foreign body sensation in throat.
The test was carried out using the sore-throat relieving Chinese medicinal preparations prepared in examples 1 to 3, respectively, while performing a comparative test using currently commercially available throat-clearing granules as comparative examples.
And (3) judging the curative effect:
1. clinical recovery-the symptoms of the pharynx were relieved within 3 days of administration and the signs disappeared within 1 week.
2. The effect is obvious, the symptoms of the pharynx are obviously relieved within 1 week, and most of the signs disappear.
3. Within-1 week of efficacy, symptoms were reduced and some signs disappeared.
4. No effect-no significant improvement in pharyngeal symptoms.
The results of the above comparative tests are shown in the following table:
as shown in the table above, the sore-throat relieving traditional Chinese medicine preparation prepared by adopting the formula has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, eliminating phlegm, clearing away the lung-heat, diminishing inflammation and relieving sore throat; can effectively improve the treatment effect when in use.
