Abstract
本公开提供了一种显示基板及其制作方法和显示装置。显示基板包括:基底和阵列分布在基底上的多个子像素;每个子像素均包括:稳压电极;子像素驱动电路,子像素驱动电路包括驱动晶体管和第一晶体管,第一晶体管的第一极与驱动晶体管的第二极耦接,第一晶体管的第二极与驱动晶体管的栅极耦接;第一晶体管的有源层包括间隔设置的第一半导体部分和第二半导体部分,以及分别与第一半导体部分和第二半导体部分耦接的导体部分;导体部分在基底上的正投影,与其所属子像素沿第一方向相邻的上一个子像素中的稳压电极在基底上的正投影交叠。本公开能够提高显示面板子像素亮度的均一性。
