当这些失真位于称为“摄像区域”的区域附近时,这些失真尤其麻烦,光学传感器必须通过该区域捕获光或图像。例如,装有传感器和/或摄像头(例如雨量或光线传感器)或驾驶辅助摄像头的挡风玻璃就是这种情况。这些传感器或摄像头位于车辆内部,紧靠窗玻璃的表面4,例如位于车内后视镜与挡风玻璃相连的区域。搪瓷涂层通常设置在该区域,以隐藏和保护用于固定车内后视镜的粘合剂,但该搪瓷区域必须提供一个小的未上搪瓷的透射窗口,以便光线可以到达传感器。重要的是,该摄像区域没有光学失真,以防止捕获的图像失真和可能分析不佳。
看来这种失真是由于搪瓷引起的,特别地当它是黑色时,比裸玻璃更能强烈吸收红外辐射。在弯曲过程中,由此导致一方面涂敷有搪瓷的区域(上搪瓷区域)和另一方面未涂搪瓷的玻璃区域(未上搪瓷区域)之间存在很大的温差,这些温差是观察到的失真的起源。
将窗玻璃固定到车身开口通常是通过围绕窗玻璃周边以珠子形式布置的粘合密封件来进行的。重要的是,这种粘合是持久的,因此机械强度、耐化学性和抗老化性是尽可能最好的。一般来说,在搪瓷涂层不与粘合密封件接触的区域中包括的,因此形成从车辆内部可见的装饰,重要的是搪瓷具有耐化学性,以避免装饰随着时间推移任何可见的改变。
本发明的目的是应对这些不同的问题。
为此,本发明的目标是一种弯曲的层压窗玻璃,特别地用于挡风玻璃,包括通过层压夹层粘合地结合到第二玻璃片材的第一玻璃片材,所述第一玻璃片材包括称为面2朝向所述层压夹层的面和所述第二玻璃片材,所述第二玻璃片材包括与所述层压夹层相反的称为面4的面,其中所述面2包括称为第一区域的区域,该区域涂覆有从水性涂料组合物获得的不透明矿物涂料层,所述水性涂料组合物包含颜料和碱金属硅酸盐的水溶液,并且所述面4包括涂敷有搪瓷涂层的称为第二区域的区。
本发明的目标还是一种用于获得根据本发明的层压窗玻璃的方法,包括以下步骤:
-将包含颜料和碱金属硅酸盐水溶液的水性涂料组合物沉积在第一玻璃片材的称为面2的一个面的称为第一区域的区域上的步骤,然后是在至少为200℃的温度下的预焙烧,以获得一个矿物涂料层,
-在第二玻璃片材的称为面4的一个面的称为第二区域的区域上沉积搪瓷涂层的步骤,然后
-弯曲第一和第二玻璃片材的步骤,特别地同时弯曲,然后
-通过层压夹层使第一和第二玻璃片材层压的步骤,使得所述面2朝向所述夹层并且所述面4与所述夹层相反。
根据本发明的窗玻璃的玻璃片材优选由硅钠钙玻璃制成。它们有利地通过浮法获得。然而,其它玻璃组成也是可能的,例如硼硅酸盐或铝硅酸盐类型的组成。
第一和/或第二玻璃片材可以是透亮玻璃或有色玻璃,优选为有色玻璃,例如绿色、灰色或蓝色。为此,所讨论的玻璃片材的化学组成有利地包含重量含量为0.5-2%的氧化铁。它还可以包括其它着色剂,例如氧化钴、氧化铬、氧化镍、氧化铒,或硒。在机动车辆挡风玻璃的优选情况下,窗玻璃的透光率(光源A,参考观察者CIE-1931)优选至少为70%,甚至75%;至少一个片材这时优选地包含0.5-0.9重量%的氧化铁含量(以Fe2O3形式表示)。
第一和/或第二玻璃片材优选地具有在0.7-5mm之间,特别地在1-4mm之间,甚至在1.5-3mm之间的厚度。
每个玻璃片材的横向尺寸将根据其旨在被集成在其中的层压窗玻璃的横向尺寸进行调整。窗玻璃优选具有至少1平方米的面积。
第一和/或第二玻璃片材可以是平坦的或弯曲的。在涂料组合物和搪瓷沉积的分别步骤期间,每个片材通常是平坦的。在层压步骤之前,通常将玻璃片材一起进行弯曲,因此在最终的玻璃制品中具有弯曲的形状。
在作为机动车辆挡风玻璃的应用中,第一玻璃片材对应于窗玻璃的外片材,其设置在凸侧上并且旨在定位在车辆外部。第二玻璃片材对应于内片材,布其设置在凹侧,并且旨在定位在车辆内部。
第一玻璃片材的面2的称为“第一区域”的区域涂敷有矿物涂料层。矿物涂料层覆盖整个第一区域并且没有被沉积在该第一区域之外。
第一区域优选地占面2的面积的2%-25%之间,特别地3%-20%之间,或甚至5%-15%之间。第一区域优选地呈周边条带的形式。“周边条带”是指从玻璃片材的周边向玻璃片材的内部延伸一定宽度(通常在1-30cm之间)的条带。周边条带优选自身封闭,即它占据玻璃片材的整个周边。
矿物涂料层优选形成摄像区域,即未涂覆矿物涂料的形成透射窗的区域。该摄像区域在使用时通常位于窗玻璃的上部中央部分中,即安装在机动车辆中。摄像区域优选地完全被矿物涂料层包围。摄像区域优选地具有梯形形状。摄像区域的面积优选地在5-300cm2之间,特别地在10-250cm2之间。
没有涂覆矿物涂料层的区域通常没有涂层(玻璃这时是裸露的)。或者,该区域可以涂敷有低辐射涂层,特别地包括至少一个薄银层,这使得可以提高热舒适性或减少旨在用于乘客舱的加热或空调的消耗,或者,当提供电流引线时,提供加热功能,例如用于窗玻璃除霜或除雾。然而,这种涂层优选被设置在窗玻璃的面3上。
矿物涂料层优选与第一玻璃片材直接接触。
不透明矿物涂料层优选为黑色。特别地,在玻璃侧(即与矿物涂料层相反的一侧)反射中测量的亮度L*优选小于5,特别地小于3。测量例如在使用分光色度计进行,并通过考虑光源D65和CIE 1964参考观察者(10°)进行计算。
矿物涂料层的厚度优选在2-20μm之间,特别地在3-15μm之间,甚至在4-10μm之间。这是在烘烤后最后一层的厚度。
矿物涂料层由包含颜料和碱金属硅酸盐水溶液的水性涂料组合物获得。
至少一种,特别地每种颜料优选基于铁、铬、铜、钴和/或锰的氧化物或硫化物。
碱性硅酸盐水溶液优选包含至少一种钠、钾和/或锂的硅酸盐。碱金属硅酸盐水溶液可由不同碱金属硅酸盐水溶液的混合物组成,例如至少一种钠水溶液和至少一种钾水溶液的混合物。
涂料组合物优选包含至少一种矿物填料,特别地选自胶态二氧化硅、长石、氧化铝和层状填料。层状填料优选地选自滑石、云母和粘土,特别地基于硅酸盐或铝硅酸盐的粘土,例如高岭石、伊利石、蒙脱石和海泡石。涂料组合物有利地包含多种这些矿物填料的混合物。
矿物填料和颜料优选具有的粒度分布(按体积计)使得它们的d90小于10μm。
涂料组合物还可包含碱,特别地碱金属氢氧化物。
涂料组合物还可包含不同添加剂,例如至少一种分散剂、至少一种消泡剂、至少一种增稠剂、至少一种稳定剂和/或至少一种硬化剂。
在矿物涂料层中,碱金属硅酸盐的重量含量优选在7%-60%之间,特别地在15%-55%之间。颜料和矿物填料的总重量含量优选在20-90%之间,特别地在30-70%之间。总添加剂含量优选在0.1-5%之间。
这些含量也适用于水性涂料组合物(它这时是相对于干提取物的百分比)。
因此,矿物涂料层(预烘烤后)包含碱金属硅酸盐和颜料,和必要时矿物填料。
矿物涂料层优选通过丝网印刷进行沉积。然后涂料组合物的沉积步骤通过丝网印刷进行。丝网印刷包括通过丝网印刷网屏的网孔将流体组合物沉积在玻璃片材上,特别地使用刮刀。网屏的网孔在与不想覆盖的玻璃片材区域相对应的部分被密封,这样流体组合物只能根据预定的图案在要印刷的区域中通过网屏。其它沉积技术例如数字印刷技术也是可行的。
预烘烤步骤之前可以是干燥步骤。然而,这一步通常不是必需的,因为涂料中的水会在预烘烤过程中蒸发。
在涂料组合物沉积之后,经涂覆的玻璃片材经历预烘烤步骤,旨在在弯曲步骤之前硬化涂料层。基于碱金属硅酸盐的矿物涂料通常可以在约为200至250℃的中等温度下固化。预烘烤优选在至多580℃,甚至至多550℃的温度下进行,以避免在摄像区域位置的任何光学失真。
预烘烤步骤通常在辐射炉或对流炉中进行。预烘烤时间优选在60-1000秒之间,特别地在100-600秒之间,甚至在120-500秒之间。
(第二玻璃片材的)面4在称为“第二区域”的区域上涂覆有搪瓷涂层。搪瓷涂层覆盖整个第二区域并且不沉积在该第二区域之外。
该第二区域旨在在其至少一部分上接收用于将窗玻璃安装在车身开口中的密封件。这种密封件通常呈沉积在窗玻璃的外围(即第二区域上)珠子的形式。在一些情况下,第二区域可以比安装密封件更宽,因此从车辆内部是可见的,例如形成装饰。
已经观察到,搪瓷在该区域中的存在提高了密封件的机械强度和化学耐受性。另一方面,硅酸盐涂料,例如沉积在窗玻璃的面2上的涂料,将不允许满足机动车辆制造商的要求。
第二区域优选地占面4的面积的1%-15%之间,特别地2%-10%之间,甚至2%-8%之间。第二区域优选地呈周边条带的形式。术语“周边条带”被理解为表示从第二玻璃片材的周边向第二玻璃片材的内侧延伸一定宽度,优选地1-5cm,尤其2-4cm宽度的条带。第二区域可占据第二玻璃片材的整个周边,或仅一部分,通常为该周边的50%至80%。
第二区域优选地与第一区域的至少一部分面对。
搪瓷涂层优选由包含玻璃料、颜料和有机介质的流体搪瓷组合物开始进行沉积。后者在弯曲步骤期间被去除,这允许加固搪瓷涂层,甚至必要时在搪瓷的预烘烤处理期间被去除。烘烤后,搪瓷涂层因此包括在基本玻璃质基体中的颜料。
玻璃料或玻璃质基质优选基于硼硅酸铋和/或锌。硼硅酸铋是优选的,因为它们表现出更好的耐酸性。
颜料优选包含一种或多种选自铬、铜、铁、锰、钴和镍的氧化物的氧化物。例如,它可以是铬酸铜和/或铁。
在热处理步骤之后,搪瓷涂层的厚度优选在5至50μm的范围内,特别地在10至40μm的范围内。
搪瓷涂层的沉积优选通过使包含玻璃料、颜料和有机介质的流体搪瓷组合物丝网印刷来进行。为此,特别地使用刮刀将搪瓷组合物通过丝网印刷的网屏的网孔沉积在玻璃片材上。网屏的网孔在与玻璃片材的不想被覆盖的区域相对应的部分被密封,使得搪瓷组合物只能根据预定义的图案在要印刷的区域中穿过网屏。
其它沉积技术例如数字印刷技术(例如喷墨印刷或激光转移印刷)也是可行的。
搪瓷涂层的沉积之后可以是预烘烤步骤。这种处理使用的温度优选在550-650℃之间,特别地在560-600℃之间。预烘烤处理对于开发某些搪瓷的抗粘附性能特别有用。考虑到搪瓷涂层在面4的位置,在大多数情况下不需要这种预烘烤。搪瓷的最终烘烤通常发生在弯曲步骤中。
在预烘烤之前,搪瓷涂层具有优选在10-30μm之间,特别地在15-25μm之间的厚度。在烘烤之后,因此在最终上搪瓷中,搪瓷涂层的厚度优选在5-15μm之间,特别地在7-13μm之间。
搪瓷优选是黑色的,并且有利地具有小于10,特别地小于5,甚至小于3的玻璃侧反射比色坐标L*。
层压窗玻璃优选是弯曲的。为此,通常将两个玻璃片材一起进行弯曲。
弯曲尤其可以例如通过重力(玻璃在其自身重量下变形)或通过压制在通常范围为550至650℃的温度下进行。为了防止玻璃片材在弯曲过程中相互粘连,优选通过在玻璃片材之间放置中间粉末(其确保几十微米,通常为20至50μm的间隔)以确保玻璃片材之间保持一定距离。中间粉末例如基于碳酸钙和/或镁。
弯曲时,第二玻璃片材(旨在放置在乘客舱内)通常放置在第一玻璃片材上方。面4这时位于组装件的最顶部,面2与第二玻璃片材接触(任选地被中间粉末隔开)。
层压步骤可以通过在高压釜中处理来进行,例如在110-160℃的温度下和在10至15巴的压力下。在高压釜中处理之前,可以通过压延或通过真空去除夹在玻璃片材和层压夹层之间的空气。
第二玻璃片材优选为层压窗玻璃的内片材,即位于窗玻璃凹侧上的片材,旨在定位在车辆的乘客舱内。
层压夹层优选包括至少一个聚乙烯醇缩醛片材,特别地聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)片材。
层压夹层可以是着色或不着色的,以便在必要时调节窗玻璃的光学或热性能。
层压夹层可有利地具有吸声性质以吸收来自空中或固体来源的声音。为此,它尤其可以由三个聚合物片材组成,包括两个包围内部聚合物片材的“外部”PVB片材,所述内部聚合物片材任选地由PVB制成,其硬度低于外片材的硬度。
层压夹层也可以具有绝热性质,特别地反射红外辐射性质。为此,它可以包括具有低发射率的薄层涂层,例如,包括银薄层的涂层或不同折射率的介电层交替的涂层,所述层被沉积在由两个外部PVB片材包围的内部PET片材上。
层压夹层的厚度通常在0.3至1.5mm,尤其0.5至1mm的范围内。当使用称为HUD(平视显示器)的抬头显示系统时,层压夹层可以在窗玻璃的边缘上具有比在窗玻璃中心更小的厚度,以避免形成重影。
本发明的另一个目的是一种包括根据本发明的窗玻璃的机动车辆挡风玻璃。优选地,矿物涂料层安排出摄像区域,即形成透射窗的未涂覆矿物涂料的区域。该摄像区在使用状态时通常位于挡风玻璃的上部中央部分,即安装在机动车辆中。它优选地具有梯形形状。摄像区域的面积优选地为5-300cm2,特别地在10-250cm2。挡风玻璃这时还包括至少一个布置成面向所述摄像区域的传感器。至少一个传感器是例如相机(特别地可见光和/或红外线,特别地热)或激光雷达。
挡风玻璃优选地包括与搪瓷涂层接触设置的安装密封件。该密封件通常以沉积在挡风玻璃周边的至少一部分上的珠子的形式存在。密封件通常基于聚氨酯。
图1和随后的实施例以非限制性方式说明本发明。
[附图1]是根据本发明的层压窗玻璃的非限制性实例的两块玻璃片材的分解图。
此处示出了在弯曲之后和在层压之前的第一玻璃片材1和第二玻璃片材2。层压后,整体将形成机动车辆挡风玻璃。将成为层压窗玻璃的面1(旨在定位在机动车辆外部的面)显示在第一玻璃片材1的正面。因此,面2(表示为12)是第一玻璃片材1的背面,并在层压后将与层压夹层(未显示)接触。
将成为层压窗玻璃的面4(表示为22)(旨在定位在机动车辆内部的面)也是第二玻璃片材2的背面。
面2,在图中用12表示,在第一区域14中涂敷有基于硅酸盐的不透明的黑色矿物涂料层。它在侧边缘上具有相对较窄(在下部分较宽)的周边条带形状,并且还在上部中央部分中形成旨在隐藏和保护车内后视镜的固定密封件的区域。矿物涂料层还形成梯形形状的未涂覆的摄像区域16。
面4,在图中用22表示,在第二区域24中涂敷有搪瓷涂层。它以周边条带的形式存在,它占据了第二玻璃片材2的周边部分。周边条带是薄的,作为密封件的宽度确定尺寸,该密封件将沉积在搪瓷涂层上并用于将窗玻璃固定到车身开口。根据另一个示例,周边条带可以比密封件的宽度更宽并且因此从车辆内部是可见的。第二区域24位于第一区域14的对面。
矿物涂料层和搪瓷涂层在这里由于透明性穿过玻璃片材1和2是可见的,因为它们被沉积在图中玻璃片材的以“背面”表示的面上。
如在图中所示的窗玻璃是以下述方式获得的。
在2.1毫米厚的第一透明玻璃片材上沉积不透明的黑色矿物涂料层。该层通过丝网印刷,使用具有77线/厘米的网屏,由ICD公司以参考号Ceramiglass OPH-CG21-231出售的硅酸盐组合物进行沉积。然后该层经受在560℃的预烘烤。
在2.1毫米厚的第二透明玻璃片材上通过丝网印刷沉积黑色搪瓷涂层,该搪瓷由Ferro公司以参考号14305销售。
然后根据已知方法将两块玻璃片材通过重力弯曲在一起,第二玻璃片材位于第一玻璃片材上方。
在比较例C1中,在面2上的硅酸盐涂料层用搪瓷层(参考号JM 1L6026)代替,搪瓷层使用具有90线/厘米的网屏通过丝网印刷进行沉积。
在对比测试C2中,在面4上的搪瓷涂层用与在面2上沉积的相同的硅酸盐层涂料层代替。
在根据本发明的实施例的情况下,在摄像区域中的光学失真(29.4°,1/2/0过滤器)为80毫屈光度。对于比较例C1,它是180毫屈光度(millidioptries)。
通过在80℃下使用0.1N硫酸溶液在4-78小时时间段期间的酸侵蚀评估了在表面4上沉积的涂层的耐化学性。对于根据本发明的实施例没有观察到变色。相反,在比较例C2的情况下在大于4小时的侵蚀时间观察到显著变色。

Claims (15)

1.弯曲的层压窗玻璃,尤其用于机动车辆挡风玻璃的弯曲层压窗玻璃,其包括通过层压夹层粘合性连接到第二玻璃片材(2)的第一玻璃片材(1),所述第一玻璃片材(1)包括朝向所述层压夹层的称为面2的面(12),并且所述第二玻璃片材(2)包括与所述层压夹层相反的称为面4的面(22),其中所述面2(12)包括称为第一区域的区域(14),该区域涂敷有由包含颜料和碱金属硅酸盐水溶液的水性涂料组合物获得的不透明矿物涂料层,并且所述面4(22)包括涂敷有搪瓷涂层的称为第二区域的区域(24)。
2.根据前述权利要求的窗玻璃,使得不透明矿物涂料层为黑色的,在玻璃侧反射中测量的亮度L*优选小于5。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的窗玻璃,其中所述第一区域(14)占面2(12)的面积的2%-25%,尤其3%-20%。

8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的窗玻璃,使得在矿物涂料层中,碱金属硅酸盐的重量含量为7%-60%并且颜料和矿物填料的总重量含量为20%-90%。
9.根据前一项权利要求所述的窗玻璃,使得在所述矿物涂料层中,碱金属硅酸盐的重量含量为15%至55%,并且颜料和矿物填料的总重量含量为30%至70%。
10.用于获得根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的层压窗玻璃的方法,包括以下步骤:
-在第一玻璃片材(1)的称为面2的面(12)的称为第一区域的区域(14)上沉积包含颜料和碱金属硅酸盐水溶液的水性涂料组合物的步骤,然后是在至少200℃的温度下的预烘烤步骤,以获得矿物涂料层,
-在第二玻璃片材(2)的称为面4的面(22)的称为第二区域的区域(24)上沉积搪瓷涂层的步骤,然后
-使第一玻璃片材(1)和第二玻璃片材(2)弯曲,特别地同时弯曲的步骤,然后
-通过层压夹层使第一玻璃片材(1)和第二玻璃片材(2)层压的步骤,使得所述面2(12)朝向所述夹层并且所述面4(22)与所述夹层相反。

13.一种机动车辆挡风玻璃,其包括根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的窗玻璃,其中所述矿物涂料层设置出摄像区域(16),所述挡风玻璃还包括至少一个与所述摄像区域(16)面对设置的传感器,以及与搪瓷涂层接触设置的安装密封件。
14.根据前一项权利要求所述的机动车辆挡风玻璃,其中所述第一玻璃片材(1)对应于所述挡风玻璃的外片材,所述外片材被设置在凸侧并且旨在被定位在所述车辆外部,并且所述第二玻璃片材(2)对应于挡风玻璃的内片材,所述内片材被设置在凹侧并旨在被定位在车辆内部。
