Description

模制的面钩扣
本发明涉及用热塑性树脂作连续注射或挤压面模制的面钩扣,具有片状基片和很多从片状基片的一或两个面上竖起的接合体,更具体地说,涉及模制的面钩扣,其中,很多用合成树脂模制的阳接合体和很多丝绒状阴接合体从基片的一个或两个面上竖起。
人们一般熟悉的面钩扣具有从基体织物的一个面上作混合状竖起的很多单纤维钩状或蘑菇状接合体和很多多纤维环体。这种普通的技术举例来说见之于美国专利5,231,738,其中,钩状或蘑菇状接合体的高度小于环体的高度以便取得所需的接合效率和较好的接合面触感。
按美国专利5,260,015所公开的发明,将熔化的热塑性树脂挤向筒状转动的轮模和压辊之间的间隙,轮模中很多模盘和隔板作交替叠置,并将具有很多绒体的芯片引入受挤压的树脂和压辊之间。在这样引入芯片时,部分树脂通过压辊的压力进入芯片而与基片结合成一体,与此同时,部分树脂充入轮模的钩体成形腔,经模制而成很多钩体,所得的使芯片与基片不带钩面的背面结合成一体的面钩扣在沿轮模外周表面随着轮模的转动运行一定角度时受到冷却,然后将模制的钩体拉出腔体,与此同时,基片也连续地脱开轮模的外周表面。
就美国专利5,231,738所公开的面钩扣来说,一方面由于基片是由合成树脂纤维或金属纤维制成的织物,另一方面由于从基片上竖起的钩状或蘑菇状接合体和环体也是用纤维材料制成的,其生产主要采用需十分繁多细致工序的纤维处理技术,因而提高了生产成本。此外,在阳接合体和阴接合体混合分布的面钩扣中,阳接合体和阴接合体如上所述都是在编织时形成的。但,虽对构成阴接合体的环体还是应作起毛处理以改善环体的接合效率,但,对于分布有阳接合体的表面来说是不可能进行起毛处理的。因此,在编织前后都不能改变环体的形状。
此外,由于其基本结构是用纤维构成的,现有面钩扣的接合力受到限制。由于这种面钩扣的应用近年来得到广泛的扩展,例如,从要求相对较大接合力的工业材料的钩扣到要求相当柔软而价廉的纸质尿布所用钩扣,现代钩扣的功能已日益增多。上述用纤维料构成的面钩扣已难以满足这些扩展中的种种要求。
另一方面,在美国专利5,260,015中所公开的面钩扣中,不仅由于带有绒体的芯片在基片中必须偏置于其背面,还由于绒体被压辊压向轮模外周表面以与由树脂构成的基片表面结合成一体,绒体的功能受到了影响。为解决这一难题,绒体支承部分,也就是芯片,必须具有很高的密度以免熔化树脂从中通过。在这种情况下,只是基片的部分熔化树脂进入绒体支承部分或芯片的背面以与芯片结合成一体。
但是,按美国专利5,260,015所公开的制造方法,芯片偏置在基片背面的面钩扣在单向转动中沿轮模处周表面转过一定角度后在一定的张力下才能脱开轮模外周表面。即使没有芯片粘在上面1由于必须将钩体从轮模外周钩体成形腔内取出,基片在相当大的拉力作用下也会伸长,此外,也还存在着钩体变形的问题。这样,在面钩扣无芯片的情况下,基片在前后两侧大体上尚能作均匀的伸长,而在基片带有芯片的情况下,为使模制的面钩扣从轮模外周表面上脱开,基片在带有芯片的背面伸长较少,而在带钩体的正面伸长较多。因此,面钩扣在模制完毕后在前后两侧具有不同的长度而使面钩扣的钩体一侧向上弯曲,由于很难控制正面的伸长系数,就使钩体密度很不均匀。在使用中,要使这种面钩扣与一配接体接合不仅很不方便,而且不能取得恒定的接合效率,从而影响产品的质量。
考虑到以上这些问题,本发明的第一个目的是提供一种高质面钩扣,其中,模制的钩体和用纤维制成的环体作混合分布,其形状在用简单的模制装置不加任何改造而进行挤压或注射模制时十分稳定。
本发明的第二个目的是保证面钩扣片状基片的钩体侧具有足够的韧度,并使钩体具有很准确的密度。
本发明的第三个目的是提供一种面钩扣,在此面钩扣上纤维环体和模制钩体共存,并可对环体作起毛处理。
在本发明中,用合成树脂模制的面钩扣具有一片状基片、很多钩体和很多环体。在此面钩扣中,钩体用合成树脂料与片状基片的一个表面作整体模制而环体则由从带绒编织物上竖起的绒体构成。至少部分带绒编织物的基体结构在模制基片的同时与基片构成一体。
钩体的高度最好大于环体的高度,这不同于美国专利5,231,738所公开的面钩扣中钩体短于环体的情况。在本发明面钩扣中,由于钩体是用合成树脂模制的,并非由单纤维构成,单个钩体的顶部具有平滑的卷曲表面而无粗糙的触感,钩体形状也十分稳定,使钩体在环体较短如图9所示的情况下仍然很易与其接合,并可使两配接基片之间的间隙在接合时减小到最低程度。
此外,在本发明面钩扣中,带绒编织物的基体结构为具有孔隙的较粗编织结构,孔隙较大,足以使熔化树脂通过其整个面部,钩体和环体混合布置在基片的一个表面上。在另一种形式中,带绒编织物的基体结构在其带绒面部上具有很高密度,而在其余面部上具有较粗的编织结构,足以通过熔化树脂料。此外,钩体和环体可在基片的一个表面上交替地排列成一定的平行面区。
在本发明中所用带绒编织物必须具有供熔化树脂通过的足够孔隙。熔化树脂的压力一般为50-150kg/cm2,在连续注射时,作用在带绒编织物上。使熔化树脂在此熔化树脂压力下得以平稳通过的织物孔隙尺寸最好在0.05mm以上。如用料为编织物,所需网目尺寸可通过改变其编织密度和编织结构取得,如用料为丝网,则可通过改变其网目取得。带绒编织物基体结构的厚度取决于需模制面钩扣基片的厚度及其用途;但,为便于模制,基体结构的厚度最好为基片厚度的20-60%。因此,基体结构的纱绒、丝料和纤维尺寸可根据所需基体结构的厚度来选定。
比较有利的是,在本发明中,对具有上述结构的带绒编织芯片带绒面在与熔化树脂作整体模制之前可进行起毛处理。这在构体和环体都用纤维制成而又共存的由钩扣中如上所述原是不可能的,而在本发明中则得到了实现。
这样构成的面钩扣通过下述较典型的方法得以有效地制成。
一种较典型的制造方法是连续注射模制法,在此方法中,使在其外周表面上具有很多接合体成型腔的轮模作单向旋转,同时,将熔化树脂从注模的熔化树脂出口以一定宽度射向轮模外周表面,这里,注模和轮模之间具有一定间隙。与此同时,将在其一个表面上具有绒体的较粗带绒编织物连续地引入轮模和注模熔化树脂出口之间的间隙。在将带绒编织物引入时最好使织带绒面与轮模外周表面接触。为此,轮模的外周表面上设有环形凹槽,与钩体成型腔间隔设置,用以纳入和引导带绒表面。
从注模朝向轮模外周表面注射的熔化树脂在间隙内形成基片,同时,部分熔化树脂通过带绒编织物到达轮模外周表面而将带绒编织物埋置于由注模注射的熔化树脂中,并充入钩体成形腔而形成钩体。在通过冷却装置充分冷却轮模的外周表面以冷却模制的面钩扣时,连续地将经冷却的模制面钩扣从轮模外周表面上取下。
另一较典型的制造方法是挤压模制法,在此方法中,具有很多接合体成形腔和环形凹槽的轮模和与轮模相隔一定间隙的压辊作反向同步旋转。与此同时,使熔化树脂连续地从挤出嘴以一定宽度挤向轮模和压辊之间的间隙,同时,将较粗的带绒编织物连续地引入轮模和从挤出嘴挤出的熔化树脂之间。熔化树脂在间隙中由于压辊的压力形成基片,同时,部分熔化树脂通过带绒编织物的孔隙到达轮模外周表面而将带绒编织物埋入熔化树脂,并充入钩体成形腔以形成钩体。在通过冷却装置将轮模外周表面充分冷却以冷却面钩扣时,从轮模外周表面上取下经冷却的模制面钩扣。
带绒编织物以其基体结构至少部分地埋置在基片内,这有利于将模制面钩扣剥离轮模。也就是,在轮模外周表面上形成的基片很少延伸,并在将模制面钩扣随轮模转动后从轮模外周表面上最后剥离时对拉力具有很高的耐力。因此,拉力有效地作用在轮模外周腔体内的模制钩体上,不难从腔体内拉出模制钩体。由于基片的钩体一侧表面几乎无伸长,在基片的正反面之间无伸长上的差异,使面钩扣不致在模制后在某一方向上拱曲,钩体的分布很均匀,因而取得高质面钩扣和均匀的接合强度。
现就本发明优选实施例按附图说明如下。

图1为本发明制造模制的面钩扣所用连续注射模制装置第一实施例的局部垂直剖面图。
如图1所示,注模1末端上半部的表面为一大体上与下述轮模2的弧度相同的弧面1a,而下半部的表面为一弧面1b,其弧度使其与轮模2弧面构成一定的间隙。注模1为一T形模,具有位于上下弧面1a、1b中间的树脂出口1d,熔化树脂4在一定熔化树脂压力下从出口呈片状射出。在本实施例中,注模1具有单个位于中部的熔化树脂浇口1c。
轮模2以其部分外周表面与注模1的上弧面1a相邻而与下弧面1b相隔一定间隙,其轴线则平行于注模1的挤压出口1d。按所示实施例,在轮模2的外周表面上设有很多钩体成形腔组5,相邻腔组沿平行于轮模2的轴线方向相隔一定距离而构成其间的环形凹槽16。轮模2的基本结构大体上与美国专利4,775,310相同而略有改变,因而在此仅作简单说明。轮模2形成空心筒体,具有水冷套2a,在各腔组部分内许多模环和许多隔环沿空心筒体轴线作交替叠置如图2所示。各模环在外周边沿上具有许多以其底部朝向模环外周表面敞开的钩体成形腔5a。各隔环的前后侧为平面。各环形凹槽16由很多叠置的环体构成而其外径小于各腔组5模环的外径。轮模2由未示出的已知同步驱动装置传动而按箭头方向旋转。
将带绒编织芯片(此后称作带绒芯片)5从料卷上拉下经由张力调节器3在接触轮模2的部分外周表面之后引入注模1的上弧面1a和轮模2的外周表面之间。在此所示实施例中,在轮模2下面设冷水箱10,轮模2的下部浸在冷水箱10内。导向辊9位于冷水箱10的斜上方,一组接收辊6,7以略高于轮模2的转速的速度旋转,位于导向辊9的前方。
本实施例所用带绒芯片S具有很多定宽带绒区S1和很多定宽粗网区S2,彼此作交替横向布置如图3所示。各带绒区S1的基体结构是用纤维作高密度编织的,因而不容熔化树脂4通过,粗网区S2是无绒区,是用纤维编织的,因而具有可供熔化树脂4通行的孔隙。此外,在本实施例中,带绒芯片S上带绒区S1的带绒面经起毛加工处理。因此,带绒面具有更高的柔性,由环体15构成的多纤维绒体具有不同的朝向,因而,在与钩体4b配接时,接合效率得以提高。
纤维料为热塑性树脂如尼龙、聚酯和聚丙烯或金属丝。尽管用于面钩扣的热塑性合成树脂最好与纤维料采用同种材料,但也可采用不同材料。带绒芯片S的纤维、纤维纱或金属丝的尺寸取决于带绒芯片S所要求的厚度。此外,带绒芯片S的厚度取决于面钩扣基片4a的厚度,一般最好为基片4a厚度的20%-60%。熔化树脂的温度、压力和轮模的温度、旋转速度应根据所采用的树脂材料来调定。熔化树脂所需压力一般在50-150kg/cm2范围内,最好为80-110kg/cm2
在本实施例中,钩体4b的高度大于环体15的高度,这与美国专利5,231,738所公开的面钩扣中钩体短于环体是不同的。在现有的面钩扣中,钩体是对在编织面钩扣的同时所形成的单丝环进行切割形成的,以致切余的部分从基体结构中伸出而可能带有在切割时所产生的毛刺,这在接合时会给人一种不适的触感。为给人以舒服的触感,在现有面钩扣中环体高于钩体。在本发明面钩体中,由于钩体4b是用合成树脂模制的而不是由单丝构成的,单个钩体4b在其顶部具有光滑的曲面而无粗糙触感,且形状也极稳定,以致尽管如图9所示环体15较短,钩体仍易于与环体15接合,两配接基片3之间的间隙在接合时也可减小到最低程度。
为在装置上模制本发明的面钩扣,从注模1以一定熔化树脂压力连续地注射出熔化树脂4,强使其连续地进入注模1和旋转轮模2之间的间隙。同时,对带绒芯片S进行导向而使其绒体进入轮模2的环槽16,部分熔化树脂4进入带绒区S1在注射出口一侧的基体结构内,部分熔化树脂4通过粗网区S2的孔隙挤压到轮模2的外周表面上,而在熔化树脂4均匀地扩展到轮模2的外周表面上时连续地充入钩体成形腔5a而形成钩体4b。这样,留在注模1的注射出口上的熔化树脂4和扩展的熔化树脂4与带绒芯片S的构体材料融合成具有一定厚度的基片4a。
在这样的模制中,带绒芯片S在熔化树脂的压力下压向轮模2的外周表面并绕其运行。因此,在此实施例的加工方法中,在引入带绒芯片S时不必特意将其压在轮模2的外周表面上;也就是,只需在一种不造成松弛的张力下将其引入上述间隙,带绒芯片S也就会压在轮模2的外周表面上而夹置于偏向钩体表面侧或正面一侧的模制面钩扣的基片4a如图2所示。
熔化树脂4在轮模2的外周表面上形成的面钩扣在导向辊9的引导下大体上绕过轮模2外周表面之半。在这段时间内,熔化树脂4受来自轮模2内侧的冷却并在经过冷却水箱10时作进一步的冷却,内夹带绒芯片S并与钩体4b结合成一体的基片4a就逐渐硬化。在硬化中基片4a通过接收辊6、7最终受到水平的接收,由于带绒芯片S偏向钩体一侧,基片4a上夹有带绒芯片一侧的表面即使将其拉离轮模2外周表面也无延伸,基片4a的前后表面就无延伸上的差异,从而使面钩扣在脱离轮模2时不会朝某一方向拱曲。因此,在整个面钩扣的表面上可取得均匀的接合强度和均匀的钩体密度,单个的钩体4b由于其可作弹性变形可平稳地将其拉出腔体5a。钩体4b在脱开轮模2后立即恢复其原始形状而完全硬化,在面钩扣上构成环体15的多纤维朝向不同的方向如图4F所示。在这种情况下,如果带绒芯片S事先不经过起毛加加工处理,则多纤维环体15的全部纤维几乎都朝向同一方向如图4b所示。
在本实施例中,为从轮模2上剥离模制的树脂产物(即带有夹在基片内的带绒芯片的面钩扣),采用作反向同步旋转的上下接收辊6、7。接收辊6、7的外周表面可以是平滑的,但最好带有周边凹槽以容纳钩体4b免其受损。接收辊6、7的转速略高于轮模2,使钩体4b可平稳地脱开钩体成形腔5a。
在这样制得的面钩扣中,由于在基片4a内偏向钩体表面一侧夹有带绒芯片S,这就使基片4a在纵向和横向具有足够的韧性而可取得质量均匀的产品如上所述。在所取得的面钩扣中,在张拉下切割时不会延伸,在缝纫时缝针不会断裂。
图5为本发明挤压模制面钩扣装置第二实施例的垂直剖面图。
在第二实施例中,挤压嘴11用以替代注模1,压辊13位于轮模2的下方,中间留有一定间隙。熔化树脂挤压嘴11挤压出口11a在轮模2和压辊13之间面向间隙设置。在此实施例中,最重要的是将带绒芯片S经由张力调节段3在部分地接触轮模2的外周表面后引入轮模2和熔化树脂4之间的间隙,并将熔化树脂从熔化树脂挤压嘴11挤压出口1a中挤出。此外,用以从轮模2内侧冷却其外周表面的冷却水套2a位于轮模2内部,冷却风嘴14用以将冷风吹向已通过压辊13加压面的轮模2外周表面。轮模2和压辊13用图中未示出的驱动装置驱动,使其以相反方向作同步旋转如图5中箭头所示。
导向辊9位于冷却风嘴14的斜上方,一组上下接收辊6、7位于导向辊9的前方,以略高于轮模2的速度旋转。
在具有这种结构的装置中,将从挤压嘴11挤出的熔化树脂4引向压辊13和沿轮模2外周表面被引入的带绒芯片S之间的间隙,并通过压辊13的压力将其经带绒芯片S的孔隙压向轮模2的外周表面。带绒芯片S经导向以其绒体纳入轮模2的环槽16,与此同时,在熔化树脂4均匀扩展到轮模2外周表面上时,使部分熔化树脂4进入带绒区S1上挤压出口一侧的基体结构,部分熔化树脂4通过粗网区S2挤向轮模2的外周表面而连续地注入钩体成开腔5a以形成的钩体4b。这样模制的本发明面钩扣大体上沿四分之一的轮模2周边运行而后连续地脱开轮模2外周表面经由导向辊9最终由接收辊6、7接收。
这时,模制的面钩扣由轮模2内的冷却器2a逐渐冷却,再进一步由来自冷却风嘴14的冷风冷却而硬化。在本实施例中,如将需引入轮模2和压辊13之间间隙的带绒芯片S预先加热以消除其与半熔高温基片4a之间的某种温差,其间的融合会更可靠。
图6示出变型的带绒芯片S,其中,许多带绒区S1和许多粗网区S2沿带绒芯片S的纵向交替排列。在采用这种变型的带绒基片S时,轮模2的外周表面结构应予改变以适应带绒芯片S的结构。也就是,许多钩体成形腔组5和许多绒体容纳槽16沿轮模周边方向作交替排列。在这种情况下,模制面钩扣的剖面图示于图4E。
在图7示出的面钩扣中,钩体4b和环体15既在基片4a的纵向又在其横向作交替排列。在图8示出的面钩扣中,成排钩体4b和环体15沿基片4a的纵向排列。为制取具有图7,8所示形状的面钩扣,各带绒芯片S必须具有较粗的基体结构,使其具有足够的孔隙,足以使熔化树脂4得以通过,绒体必须以一定的间隔作一定的排列。
另一方面,轮模2在外周表面在其与绒体相应的位置上具有很多绒体容纳凹槽16和在相邻凹槽16之间具有很多钩体成形腔5a。凹槽16和钩体成形腔5a的距离取决于带绒芯片S上绒体的距离。
图4A-4E示出各种变型的面钩扣,其中,钩体4b和环体15在同一基片上共存。图4B简单地示出用图1-5所示装置制成的面钩扣。图4D简单地示出图7所示面钩扣的横剖面。为制造图4A横剖面的结构,可采用图3的带绒芯片S,在作连续注射模制的情况下,注模1具有很多横向相隔固定距离的注射。1d以与钩体成形腔组5相适应,另外在挤压模制的情况下,很多作周向延伸的环形区沿平行于压辊轴线的方向相隔一定距离排列以与相应的成组环体15相适应。为制造具有图4C剖面结构的面钩扣,带绒芯片S的宽度较小,带绒区S1位于带绒芯片S的横向中部,一对横向分开设置的粗网区S1位于带绒区S1的相对两侧,其他制造情况与图4A的面钩扣相同。
在以上实施例中,钩体和环体设于基片的同一表面上。也可以使钩体设于基片的正面而使环体设于基片的背面,并使成组钩体和成组环体并非在基片的同一部分上伸出而是彼此作交替排列。在这种情况下,将带绒芯片的带绒面引向与轮模相背的熔化树脂表面。这时,带绒区和粗网区在带绒芯片上交替排列,而钩体成形腔组和平滑表面在轮模外周表面上沿轮模外周方向作一定间隔的交替排列。
在以上实施例中,单个钩体4b在相对的侧面上具有加强肋4c。各单个的钩体4b在同一排中朝向同一方向而在邻排中朝向相反的方向。加强肋4c虽可省去,但有利于防止钩体4b侧向歪倒。在本发明中,同排中相邻钩体4b可交替地朝向相反的方向。采用这种方案可取得无方向性接合力的面钩扣。本发明完全不受以上实施例的限制而可提出各种变型方案而不脱离本发明的原理。
从以上具体说明可以看出,按本发明可在单一的模制工序中连续地制造至少部分带绒芯片的基体结构夹在基片中的面钩扣而不必采用很多细致的模制工序,所取得的表面在纵向和横向都可保证足够的韧性。此外,在模制中,在基片的正面和背面在将面钩扣从轮模外周表面上剥离时并无延伸上的差别,因此,钩体的密度在整个面部上会很均匀而可取得尺寸准确、接合强度均匀的高质量产品。
此外,由于带绒芯片是通过编织制成的,这就可以在绒体的布置和朝向上变换带绒芯片的设计,并按需要确定钩体的尺寸、形状和布置。因此,可以毫不费力地适应钩体和环体共存的面钩扣的种种要求。
特别是,在本发明中,带绒芯片S是用不同于面钩扣模制的方法来制造的,且带绒芯片S的绒面并不受模制树脂的影响,因而可在模制面钩扣之前对绒面作起毛处理,从而改善产品的接合效率。此外,在钩体高度大于环体时,由于钩体是用合成树脂模制而不是用单纤维制成的,以致单个的钩体的顶部具有平滑的卷曲表面而无粗糙的触感,而且形状极为稳定,尽管环体很短,钩体仍易于与环体接合,接合时两配接基片之间的间隙可减小到最低程度。

Claims (6)

1.一种用合成树脂模制的面钩扣,包括:
(a)一片状基片;
(b)很多钩体;
(c)很多环体;
(d)所述钩体是用合成树脂料在所述片状基片的一个表面上与其模制成一体的,所述环体是由从一带绒编织物上竖起的绒体构成的;
(e)至少所述带绒编织物的部分基体结构在模制所述基片的同时与所述基片形成一整体。
2.按权利要求1所述模制面钩扣,其中:所述钩体的高度大于所述环体的高度。
3.按权利要求1所述模制面钩扣,其中:对所述环体作起毛处理。
4.按权利要求1所述模制面钩扣,其中:所述带绒编织物的所述基体结构为一较粗的编织结构,具有较大孔隙,足以使熔化树脂料通过其整个面部,所述钩体和所述环体在所述基片的所述一个表面上作混合布置。
5.按权利要求1所述模制面钩扣,其中:所述带绒编织物的基体结构在其带绒面部具有很高的密度而在其余面部上具有较粗的编织结构,足以使熔化树脂料从中通过。
6.按权利要求1所述模制面钩扣,其中:所述钩体和所述环体在所述基片的所述一个表面上交替地排列成一定的平行面区。
