Abstract
瓶状的、原料减至最少的、具有形状弹性侧壁(2)的塑料容器(1),其中通过用手挤压与之相连的计料孔(7),就可实现只用一只手取出液体产品的计料功用。按照本发明,容器(1)主要由泡沫塑料构成,此泡沫塑料的密度比相同的非泡沫塑料的密度小至约30%,且容器容积规定最大为1500ml。
Description
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1的内容的瓶状塑料容器。
这种容器用于液体是公知的,用户通过压皱容器按计量量取出液体。容器由坚实的塑料、优选由密度约为0.9至0.97g/cm3的聚烯烃构成。包装时为降低原料消耗,曾作过大量努力以试图降低壁的厚度。今天,降低包装的原料消耗是一个生物和环境的规定目标。较少的原料用量对包装和产品的经济衡算更适合。包装物必须再利用。再加工的费用按包装的用量重量可计算出来。塑料包装物的再利用费用特别高昂。例如在德国,这种费用比原料本身的价格还高。但至今,按现有技术对减少容器原料用量的努力已规定了界限。举例来说,通过理想的工作以低限重量,20g聚丙烯可制成一个250ml的瓶。此瓶的侧瓶面壁厚约为0.7mm。曾尝试使用量进一步降低到15g聚丙烯。由此得到的瓶侧面壁厚约为0.5mm。从这一尺寸确定的过程中和其他可比的减少壁厚的实施例中可以确定,在使用瓶子时,通过压皱挤出产品时会在不稳定的瓶侧面上产生折裂效果,这也将由于泵动作用的迟钝而使得瓶子的出料和恢复能力变差,并在一段短时间后导致不美观的外观,使人对产品性能的感觉上也引起很不利的影响。
在挤压吹塑的方法中,泡沫塑料容器(瓶子)也是公知的(US.3,221,954)。但这种瓶子有很大的倒出口,为计量的目的,因无特殊的取出作用如瓶变形和复位至原状(压皱),因此设有相对的厚瓶壁。
本发明的任务因此是按权利要求1的内容创制一种容器,该容器虽然进一步减少了原料用量至最小,但为计量配料在压皱瓶壁时,无折裂作用并仍具有高的或相同的稳定性。
该任务按权利要求1的特征部分内容得以解决。发明的其他有利实施例/改进实施例由相应的从属权利要求得出。
本发明现提供为液态产品使用的瓶状容器,在相同的引人入胜质量和如由较高用量的坚实塑料原料构成的常用瓶同样适用的情况下,该容器可实现减少原料用量至大约30%。这种减少至30%的原料用量—在相同的壁厚时,如惯用的原料减至最少的容器那样—是取决于包在塑料中的分布极细的气泡。通过相应的原料稀释,更大的气泡组分引起稳定性较低并造成弯曲/折断作用或凹陷作用的后果。容器壁表面也可制成光滑的,也就是说不是所谓的橙皮表面,这种表面例如在挤压吹塑法中,可获得下述理想的指标:内胎—塑坯预塑的温度、特性、粒度和化学发泡剂的百分数含量和气泡压力高度。此外标记可更好地粘贴在相对光滑的壁表面上。这种减少原料用量的瓶状包装容器(主要是在挤压吹塑法中制造的)有一可封闭的瓶口,在这当中,容器壁是可变形的,用手压皱容器壁,通过瓶口挤出容器中的物质。容器壁完全或绝大部分是由发泡的塑料、主要是由发泡的聚烯烃(特别好地适合液体)如聚丙烯(PP),聚乙烯(PE)或其共聚物构成的,其中泡沫物料的密度比相同的不起泡沫的物料密度低至30%。容器壁厚度(如相同类别的通常包装瓶一样)在瓶侧面区域小于1.5mm,优选为0.5至1mm。在挤压吹塑方法的工作过程中,容器由熔融物直接制成。泡沫的产生是通过加入化学发泡剂例如多羧酸盐和碳酸盐化合物实现的,这些化合物在使用具有高混合和均匀化作用的挤压螺旋条件下,在塑料熔融物中形成分配很细的气泡。由于操作和稳定性的原因,规定的最大容器容积为1500ml。
容器的外皮也可由致密的村料构成,该材料最多占总壁厚度的20%,同时这种外皮与发泡的材料相比可以是一种其他的材料。另外,在外皮和发泡壁之间放一密封特质薄层例如聚酰胺(PA)或亚乙基乙烯醇(Ethylenvinylalkohole)(EVOH),也可能得到为一定的气体或液体设置的障碍。
按照本发明,现已可能少用至30%的原料用量制出耐用的类别相同的包装容器。例如可能由15g聚丙烯(PP)用量制出一个250ml瓶子。在这种情况下,瓶子的侧面区域的壁为0.7mm,其中主要由聚丙烯泡沫体组成的原料的密度约为0.72g/cm3。在另一实施例中,由聚丙烯构成的600ml瓶子其壁厚为0.9mm。由泡沫体引起的粗糙的瓶表面结构(“橙皮”)(按具体的制备方法)可用一种坚实的、光滑的、相同的或不同的原料包上(例如通过共挤压),以使重新显出光滑表面的美感印象。
依据二个实施例,可对本发明作更详细的描叙。

在图1中表达了第一和第二实施例的具有可压皱侧壁2的偏平塑料容器1,1.1,它主要由泡沫塑料构成。作为泡沫塑料3,优选聚烯烃如聚丙烯或聚乙烯或其共聚物。塑料3具有的密度与相同的非泡沫塑料的密度相比,至少小约10%,最大小30%。侧壁2随容积大小其壁厚可直至1.5mm(例如250ml为0.7mm和600ml为0.9mm)。为计量液体产品,计料部件或注射部件6有一相当小的计料孔7,但也可去掉单独的部件6,而设置一相应地较小的瓶颈口。
在图2中描叙了穿过侧壁2的放大截面,这里,侧壁在第一实施例中只由泡沫塑料构成,同时号码9表明单个的泡沫泡9。
在图3中描述了第二实施例,在这里,侧壁2.1有一外皮4,该外皮以可选择的方式由一其他的塑料(不同于泡沫塑料3)构成。在外壁4和泡沫壁2.1之间以可选择方式放一封闭层5(特别是防止气体扩散或液体扩散),在这种情况下封闭层可以选择由聚酰胺(PA)或EVOH构成。
为了有好的压皱性能,容器1,1.1至少在压皱区域8内设有一基本为园形的、方形的或椭园形的容器基面或容器横断面。
在挤压或发泡过程中,为防止内胎不可控制的膨胀效果,由此导致的必要阻止措施是,瓶体的泡沫壁原料与坚实原料相比具有至少减小10%、最多减小30%的密度。只有通过所描叙的密度范围和其他所述的特征,才能达到上述全部所希望的功用(特别是避免折裂效果)。显著的偏差导致应用性能变坏,例如压皱能力减小并导致不希望的折裂效果,或导致本身较差的产品质量及不适当的容器生产条件。

Claims (10)
1.塑料容器(1,1.1),它具有瓶状的、原料用量减至最少的、具有形状弹性的侧壁(2,2.1),其中通过用手挤压与之相连的计料孔(7),就可实现只用一只手就取出液体产品的计料功用,其特征在于,容器(1,1.1)主要由泡沫塑料(3)构成,与相同的非泡沫塑料的密度相比,泡沫塑料的密度大约可少约30%,且容器容积最大为1500ml。
2.按照权利要求1的容器,其特征在于,作为泡沫塑料(3),使用聚烯烃如聚丙烯或聚乙烯(例如高密度聚乙烯)或其共聚物。
