Example 1:

adding 3% isomaltulose and 1% natural stabilizer into the hemp seed protein polypeptide liquid according to weight ratio, homogenizing under 100Mpa for 30min to obtain hemp protein polypeptide beverage, canning according to production specification, and pasteurizing.
Example 2:

hulling hemp seeds with the water content of 10 percent by adopting a special hemp seed huller, hulling and sorting the seeds. The hemp protein polypeptide beverage is canned according to production specifications and is prepared by pasteurization.
Example 3:
the hemp seeds with the water content of 8 percent are hulled, peeled and sorted by a special hemp seed huller. Grinding the hemp seeds into powder, grinding the powder to 40 meshes, and mixing the powder with petroleum ether according to the weight ratio of 1: soxhlet extraction is carried out at the temperature of 45 ℃ at 20(m/V), and the solvent is recovered to obtain pure defatted hemp seed protein powder; the weight ratio of the defatted protein powder is 1: 2, fully soaking and wetting the mixture for 3 hours by using purified water, pulping the mixture by a pulping machine, strictly controlling the pulping temperature to be 10 ℃ and the pulping filter screen to be 100 meshes, and controlling the water amount of the purified water according to the weight of the protein powder to be 1: adding 3 times of the above raw materials simultaneously, adding 2 ‰ papain and 1.5 ‰ of neutral compound protease, performing enzymolysis at 30 deg.C for 3 hr, rapidly heating to 95 deg.C under normal pressure to inactivate enzyme, vacuum deodorizing at 60 deg.C, and filtering with 250 mesh sieve to obtain hemp seed protein polypeptide solution; adding 3% L-arabinose and 0.8% natural stabilizer into the hemp seed protein polypeptide liquid according to the weight ratio, and homogenizing under 100Mpa for 50min to obtain the hemp protein polypeptide beverage. The hemp protein polypeptide beverage is canned according to production specifications and is prepared by pasteurization.
The test results, sensory evaluation results and nutrient composition tables (per 100ml) of examples 1 to 3 are shown in FIGS. 1 to 3.
The embodiment also provides a formula of the plant protein polypeptide beverage based on industrial hemp seeds, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight, 1-5% of natural flavoring agents, 0.5-1% of stabilizing agents, 1-4% of papain hydrolase, 1-2% of neutral compound protease, and the balance of a mixture of defatted hemp seed protein powder and water, and the defatted hemp seed protein powder: the water ratio is 1: 4-6, the defatted hemp seed protein powder is prepared by the preparation method of the vegetable protein polypeptide beverage for improving sleep.
In addition, the invention performs pharmacodynamic evaluation experiments on the sleep improvement effect of the cannabis sativa seed protein polypeptide beverage, and hereinafter, the polypeptide beverage for improving the sleep vegetable protein is collectively referred to as cannabis sativa seed protein polypeptide liquid, specifically as follows.
Experiment: 80 ICR male mice were divided into 4 groups, blank (normal saline) control group, diazepam group, hemp seed protein polypeptide liquid 1, 2 groups. The cannabis seed protein polypeptide solutions 1 and 2 are obtained in examples 1, 2 and 3, each test group is orally administered with 10ml of normal saline, 10ml of diazepam (2.5mg/kg) and 5ml and 10ml of cannabis seed protein polypeptide solution every day, and the effect of the cannabis seed protein polypeptide solution on the sleep latency of mice is evaluated after 30 days by using a direct sleep experiment, a pentobarbital sodium sleep time prolonging experiment, a pentobarbital sodium subliminal dose hypnosis experiment and a barbital sodium sleep period experiment. As shown in fig. 4-5.
The result is that the cannabis sativa seed protein polypeptide liquid is administered for 30 days after gastric administration, and the weight increase of the mice is not influenced; in each group of mice, within 60min after the mice are given a test object, through experimental observation, the polypeptide liquid group and the control group have no direct sleep phenomenon, and the hemp seed protein polypeptide liquid group has no direct sleep promotion effect; in an experiment for prolonging the sleep time of the pentobarbital sodium, compared with a blank control group, the hemp seed protein polypeptide liquid can remarkably prolong the sleep time of the pentobarbital sodium, and the sleep latency of a 10ml hemp seed protein polypeptide liquid group can be remarkably shortened; in the sodium pentobarbital subliminal dose hypnosis experiment, the sleep rate of a 10ml dose group is stronger than that of a diazepam (2.5mg/kg) group, which shows that the composition has synergistic effect on the hypnosis of mice with the sodium pentobarbital subliminal dose; in a barbiturate sodium sleep latency experiment, the sleep latency of a cannabis sativa seed protein polypeptide liquid group of 5ml and 10ml is extremely obviously shortened, and the sleep latency of the cannabis sativa seed protein polypeptide liquid group of 10ml is extremely shorter than that of a positive control group.
The conclusion is that the hemp seed protein polypeptide liquid has the function of improving sleep. The mechanism of improving sleep is further studied.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
