as used herein, the term "probiotic" is understood to mean, but not limited to, probiotics from the same company as the probiotic bacteria of the same genus and species as the probiotic bacteria of the same species;
the invention also provides a preparation method of the special nutritional additive for the puppies, which comprises the steps of weighing the raw materials according to needs, mixing, crushing, sieving and drying to obtain the special nutritional additive for the puppies;
the invention also provides an application of the special nutrition additive for the puppies, and the nutrition additive for the puppies is used for improving the immunity of the puppies and promoting the digestion capacity of the puppies so as to enhance the environmental adaptability of the puppies.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the special nutrient additive for the puppies, provided by the invention, is added with the compound amino acid, so that the synthesis efficiency of body protein can be effectively improved, wherein the gamma-aminobutyric acid can reduce the stress reaction of the puppies caused by environmental change, relieve the emotion of the puppies, enhance the appetite of the puppies, and simultaneously prevent diseases such as nutritive cataract of the puppies;
(2) the plant essential oil, the probiotics and the fruit and vegetable powder added into the special nutritional additive for the puppies can adjust the intestinal function of the puppies and reduce diarrhea times caused by environmental discomfort, wherein the dietary fibers in the fruit and vegetable powder can enhance the digestion function of the puppies and can also enhance the palatability;
(3) the mineral supplement, especially the calcium preparation and the iron preparation, can effectively prevent the leg deformation, the joint eversion, the iron deficiency anemia and other symptoms of the puppy;
(4) the special nutritional additive for the puppies is also added with Chinese herbal medicine components, so that the immunity of animals can be improved, and the incidence rate of common diseases of the puppies can be reduced;
in conclusion, the special nutritional additive for the puppies provided by the invention can enhance the immunity of the puppies, improve the intestinal function, reduce the diarrhea frequency of the puppies, enhance the appetite of the puppies, promote the bone growth of the puppies, relieve the emotion of the puppies and reduce the stress response of the replacement environment to the puppies.
The invention is suitable for preparing a nutritional additive for adding to the food of a puppy to provide the nutritional elements required for the growth of the puppy.
Detailed Description
The following are preferred embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that the description of the preferred embodiment is only for purposes of illustration and understanding, and is not intended to limit the invention.
Example 1 preparation method of a nutritional supplement for puppies
A special nutritional additive for puppies comprises effective components of 4 kg of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 3 kg of arginine, 5 kg of methionine, 3 kg of cystine, 9 kg of glutamic acid, 5 kg of tryptophan, 2.5 kg of thyme plant essential oil, 1.3 kg of Eucalyptus essential oil, 5.1 kg of astragalus polysaccharides, 8 kg of dogwood, 3.2 kg of vitamin C, 3.6 kg of vitamin D, 4.3 kg of vitamin A and 3.6 kg of vitamin B122.5 kg of calcium acetate, 2 kg of ferrous sulfate, 3.7 kg of zinc sulfate, 6.1 kg of bifidobacterium powder, 8.5 kg of enterococcus faecalis powder and 16 kg of dragon fruit powder.
Weighing the using amounts of the raw materials, mixing, crushing, sieving with a 30-mesh sieve, and baking and drying to obtain the special nutritional additive M1 for puppies.
Example 2-6 preparation method of nutrient additive for puppies
Embodiments 2 to 6 provide a preparation method of a special nutritional additive for puppies, and the preparation method and process parameters thereof are as follows:
1) taking gamma-aminobutyric acid, arginine, methionine, cystine, glutamic acid and tryptophan, and uniformly mixing to obtain the compound amino acid, wherein the dosage of the raw materials of the compound amino acid in the embodiments 2-6 is shown in the table 1:

2) The thyme essential oil and the eucalyptus essential oil are uniformly mixed to obtain the compound plant essential oil, and the raw material dosage of the compound plant essential oil in the embodiment 2-6 is shown in the table 2:

3) Taking astragalus polysaccharide and dogwood, and uniformly mixing to obtain a Chinese herbal medicine mixture, wherein the raw material dosage of the Chinese herbal medicine mixture in the embodiment 2-6 is shown in the table 3:

4) Collecting vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin A and vitamin B12And uniformly mixing to obtain the compound vitamin, wherein the raw material dosage of the compound vitamin in the embodiment 2-6 is shown in a table 4:

5) And (3) uniformly mixing calcium acetate, ferrous sulfate and zinc sulfate to obtain the composite mineral, wherein the raw material dosage of the composite mineral in the embodiments 2-6 is shown in table 5:

6) And (3) taking the bifidobacterium powder and the enterococcus faecalis powder, and uniformly mixing to obtain the composite probiotic powder, wherein the raw material dosage of the composite probiotic powder in the embodiments 2-6 is shown in the table 6:

7) Taking compound amino acid, compound plant essential oil, Chinese herbal medicine extract, compound vitamin, compound mineral substance, compound probiotic powder and fruit and vegetable powder, mixing, crushing, sieving, baking and drying to obtain the special nutrition additive for the puppies, wherein the raw material dosage and the process parameters of the special nutrition additive for the puppies in the embodiments 2-6 are shown in the table 7:

The nutrition additives M1 to M6 for puppies prepared in examples 1 to 6 may be processed into various forms of nutrition additives including tablets, powders, solutions, pastes, etc. by a general method, or the nutrition additives for puppies provided in this example may be directly added to food for puppies or directly eaten by puppies.
Example 7 feeding experiment of nutritional supplement dedicated for puppies
The special nutrition additives M1-M6 for puppies provided in the embodiments 1-6 are respectively added into a special dog food for puppies (packed in 10 kg), the mixed dog food is marked as mixed dog foods SM 1-SM 6 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the addition amounts of the nutrition additives M1-M6 are 2.5% of the feeding weight of the special dog food for puppies.
In order to further confirm the effect of the nutritional supplement for puppies provided by the present invention, feeding experiments were conducted on 70 young weaned dogs (about 6 to 7 weeks old) of different breeds, male and female, using the nutritional supplements M1 to M6 for puppies provided in examples 1 to 6.
70 puppies of different species were randomly divided into 7 groups, which were set as control groups and execution groups N1-N6, 10 puppies per group, each half male and female. The control group is fed with 20 g of puppy special dog food every day for 4 times every day, the implementation groups N1-N6 are fed with 20 g of mixed dog food SM 1-SM 6 every day in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the control group is fed with 4 times every day, the control group is continuously fed for 2 months, other care methods are the same, the mental state, the weight increasing condition, the diarrhea condition, the common disease incidence rate of the puppy and the physical and morphological characteristics of the puppy are recorded every day, and the specific table 8 shows.

As can be seen from Table 8, the nutritional additive specially used for puppies provided by the invention can enhance the immunity of the puppies, improve the intestinal function, reduce the diarrhea frequency of the puppies and promote the bone growth of the puppies when the puppies eat the nutritional additive.
A room in which a puppy is currently kept is set as environment 1, a room farther from environment 1 is selected as environment 2, and the room arrangement of environment 1 is substantially different from that of environment 2.
All puppies were carried from environment 1 to environment 2 and continued to be fed for 2 months in the manner described above, and the life status of the puppies in each group was recorded and compared to the puppy life status data in table 8, see table 9.

As can be seen from table 9, after the living environment is changed, the adverse effect of the puppy eating the nutritional additive special for the puppy provided by the invention is obviously reduced compared with that of the puppy without eating the nutritional additive, which indicates that the nutritional additive has the effects of appeasing the puppy, promoting the appetite of the puppy, and reducing the stress reaction caused by the change of the environment.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments described above, or equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A special nutritional additive for puppies is characterized in that: the raw materials for preparing the required active ingredients comprise the following components in parts by weight: 18-45 parts of compound amino acid, 3-5 parts of compound plant essential oil, 10-15 parts of a Chinese herbal medicine mixture, 5-15 parts of compound vitamin, 5-10 parts of compound mineral substance, 10-15 parts of compound probiotic powder and 15-20 parts of fruit and vegetable powder.
2. The nutritional supplement dedicated for puppies of claim 1, wherein: the raw materials for preparing the effective components of the compound amino acid comprise the following components in parts by weight: 2-7 parts of gamma-aminobutyric acid, 2-8 parts of arginine, 1-6 parts of methionine, 2-8 parts of cystine, 4-12 parts of glutamic acid and 3-10 parts of tryptophan.
3. The nutritional supplement dedicated for puppies of claim 1, wherein: the raw materials for preparing the effective components of the composite plant essential oil comprise the following components in parts by weight: 2-3 parts of thyme plant essential oil and 1-2 parts of eucalyptus essential oil.
4. The nutritional additive for puppies according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein: the raw materials for preparing the effective components of the Chinese herbal medicine mixture comprise the following components in parts by weight: 4-8 parts of astragalus polysaccharide and 4-8 parts of dogwood.
5. The nutritional additive for puppies according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein: the raw materials for preparing the active ingredients of the compound vitamin comprise the following components in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of vitamin C, 3-5 parts of vitamin D, 4-6 parts of vitamin A and vitamin B123-5 parts.
6. The nutritional additive for puppies according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein: the raw materials for preparing the effective components of the fruit and vegetable powder comprise the following components in parts by weight: the fruit and vegetable powder is at least one of dragon fruit powder, pomegranate powder and sweet potato powder.
7. The nutritional additive for puppies according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein: the raw materials for preparing the effective components of the composite mineral comprise the following components in parts by weight: 2-5 parts of calcium acetate, 2-5 parts of ferrous sulfate and 3-5 parts of zinc sulfate.
8. The nutritional supplement dedicated for puppies of claim 7, wherein: the raw materials for preparing the effective components of the composite probiotic powder comprise, by weight: 3-7 parts of bifidobacterium powder and 6-9 parts of enterococcus faecalis powder.
9. A method of preparing a nutritional supplement for puppies according to any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein: the preparation method comprises the steps of weighing all the raw materials, mixing, crushing, sieving and drying to obtain the special nutritional additive for the puppies.
10. Use of a nutritional additive for puppies according to any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein: the special nutritional additive for the puppies is used for improving the immunity of the puppies, promoting the digestion capacity of the puppies and enhancing the environmental adaptability of the puppies.
