Abstract
本发明涉及一种高超精性能的超精研磨润滑剂,包括质量百分比为6%‑8%的硫化油,质量百分比为8%‑12%的边界润滑调节剂,质量百分比为1%‑4%的腐蚀抑制剂以及质量百分比为70%‑80%的加氢精制油;硫化油由质量百分比为60%的硫化合成酯和质量百分比为40%的硫化天然脂组成;硫化天然脂由质量百分比为70%的非活性硫化天然脂和质量百分比为30%的活性硫化天然脂组成;边界润滑调节剂由质量百分比为40%的脂肪酸衍生物和质量百分比为60%的酯衍生物组成;脂肪酸衍生物由质量百分比为80%的胺衍生物和质量百分比为20%的钙盐组成;在轴承超精加工中,由于不断地调整和修正了油膜强度,使润滑剂的磨削能力和加工表面精度始终满足加工工艺要求,提高超精润滑剂寿命和性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑剂制备领域,尤其是涉及一种高超精性能的超精研磨润滑剂。
背景技术
超精研磨润滑剂是以深度精制矿物油为基础油,加入高性能添加剂调合而成。
在轴承的超精加工过程中,超精油主要应用于轴承的超精细磨削加工工艺,起冷却、润滑、防锈蚀和清洗作用,以使轴承获得更高的精密度和更好的光洁度。在轴承超精加工中,由于超精加工所用的油石大部分用的是渗硫的,所以,现有的超精液由于不能不断地调整和修正了油膜强度,使得磨削及切除能力随着液体中硫的增加而不断下降,会出现打滑现象,同时在重叠端面的圆周方向上会出现黑色的电化学腐蚀影迹,加工表面精度也无法满足轴承的精加工要求,本专利基于现有超精液所存在的缺陷进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种高超精性能的超精研磨润滑剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种高超精性能的超精研磨润滑剂,包括质量百分比为6%-8%的硫化油,质量百分比为8%-12%的边界润滑调节剂、质量百分比为1%-4%的腐蚀抑制剂以及质量百分比为70%-80%的加氢精制油。
进一步,所述硫化油的质量百分比为7%。
进一步,所述边界润滑调节剂的质量百分比为10%。
进一步,所述腐蚀抑制剂的质量百分比为3%。
进一步,所述加氢精制油的质量百分比为80%。
进一步,所述硫化油由质量百分比为60%的硫化合成酯和质量百分比为40%的硫化天然脂组成。
进一步,所述硫化天然脂由质量百分比为70%的非活性硫化天然脂和质量百分比为30%的活性硫化天然脂组成。硫化天然脂可以是猪油,菜籽油,棉籽油,茶籽油中的一种或两种。
进一步,所述边界润滑调节剂由质量百分比为40%的脂肪酸衍生物和质量百分比为60%的酯衍生物组成。
进一步,所述脂肪酸衍生物由质量百分比为80%的胺衍生物和质量百分比为20%的钙盐组成。
进一步,所述酯衍生物由质量百分比为40%的聚多元酸酯和质量百分比为60%的多元醇酯组成。
进一步,所述腐蚀抑制剂由质量百分比为60%的合成磺酸钙盐和40%的合成磺酸胺盐。
进一步,所述加氢精制油由质量百分比为90%的低粘度加氢精制油和质量百分比为10%的中粘度加氢精制油组成。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明在现有超精研磨液中增加了胺衍生物、钙盐和聚多元酸酯,在微型轴承超精加工中,由于不断地调整和修正了油膜强度,使润滑剂的磨削能力和加工表面精度始终满足加工工艺要求,大大提高了超精润滑剂的使用寿命和超精性能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种高超精性能的超精研磨润滑剂,包括质量百分比为6%-8%的硫化油,质量百分比为8%-12%的边界润滑调节剂,质量百分比为1-4%的腐蚀抑制剂以及质量百分比为70%-80%的加氢精制油。
本实施例中,硫化油的质量百分比为7%,边界润滑调节剂的质量百分比为10%,腐蚀抑制剂的质量百分比为3%,加氢精制油的质量百分比为77%。
其中,硫化油由质量百分比为60%的硫化合成酯和质量百分比为40%的硫化天然脂组成;硫化天然脂由质量百分比为70%的非活性硫化天然脂和质量百分比为30%的活性硫化天然脂组成;边界润滑调节剂由质量百分比为40%的脂肪酸衍生物和质量百分比为60%的酯衍生物组成。
进一步,脂肪酸衍生物由质量百分比为80%的胺衍生物和质量百分比为20%的钙盐组成。酯衍生物由质量百分比为40%的聚多元酸酯和质量百分比为60%的多元醇酯组成。
加氢精制油由质量百分比为90%的低粘度加氢精制油和质量百分比为10%的中粘度加氢精制油组成。
其中,胺衍生物:RC(NR)2H4;聚多元酸酯:-[OOCRCOOR]n-;n=2-20。

在轴承超精加工中,由于不断地调整和修正了油膜强度,使润滑剂的磨削能力和加工表面精度始终满足加工工艺要求,提高超精润滑剂寿命和性能。

1.一种高超精性能的超精研磨润滑剂,其特征在于,包括质量百分比为6%-8%的硫化油,质量百分比为8%-12%的边界润滑调节剂以及质量百分比为70%-80%的加氢精制油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高超精性能的超精研磨润滑剂,其特征在于,所述硫化油的质量百分比为7%;所述边界润滑调节剂的质量百分比为10%;所述腐蚀抑制剂的质量百分比为3%;所述加氢精制油的质量百分比为80%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高超精性能的超精研磨润滑剂,其特征在于,所述硫化油由质量百分比为60%的硫化合成酯和质量百分比为40%的硫化天然脂组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高超精性能的超精研磨润滑剂,其特征在于,所述硫化天然脂由质量百分比为70%的非活性硫化天然脂和质量百分比为30%的活性硫化天然脂组成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种高超精性能的超精研磨润滑剂,其特征在于,所述边界润滑调节剂由质量百分比为40%的脂肪酸衍生物和质量百分比为60%的酯衍生物组成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高超精性能的超精研磨润滑剂,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸衍生物由质量百分比为80%的胺衍生物和质量百分比为20%的钙盐组成。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种高超精性能的超精研磨润滑剂,其特征在于,所述酯衍生物由质量百分比为40%的聚多元酸酯和质量百分比为60%的多元醇酯组成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种高超精性能的超精研磨润滑剂,其特征在于,所述腐蚀抑制剂由质量百分比为60%的合成磺酸钙盐和40%的合成磺酸胺盐。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种高超精性能的超精研磨润滑剂,其特征在于,所述加氢精制油由质量百分比为90%的低粘度加氢精制油和质量百分比为10%的中粘度加氢精制油组成。
