Description

PDRN-containing essence with whitening, spot-fading, moisturizing and skin-tendering functions and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of biotechnology and cosmetics, and relates to whitening, spot-lightening, moisturizing, skin-tendering and anti-aging emulsion containing PDRN (Polygala tenuifolia Willd.) and saussurea involucrate extracts and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The human face can visually reflect the mental appearance and the physical health of a person, and the quality and the aesthetic feeling of the person are shown. With the continuous improvement of the living standard of human beings, people have increasingly strong pursuit of beauty. The market demand of cosmetics for whitening, spot lightening, skin tendering and anti-aging is continuously increasing. Research shows that seventy percent of European and American women use the cosmetics with the functions of whitening and removing freckles to relieve and clear spots and chloasma; eighty percent of asian women desire to have fair and shiny skin on their own. Most whitening cosmetics on the market at present have poor freckle removing effect, are added with essence and hormone, have side effects and are easy to generate dependency, so that the whitening and freckle removing cosmetic has wide prospect for developing efficient and nontoxic whitening and freckle removing products.
Polydeoxyribonucleotides (PDRNs) are natural low-molecular-weight DNA molecules with the length of 50-2000 bp, and the natural sources of the PDRNs are mainly human placenta or trout sperms. PDRNs bind to water molecules to form a 3D gel and are cleaved into nucleotides, which naturally occur in the ECM and are used by cells for metabolism. In addition to being involved in cell growth, PDRNs promote the production of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) and collagen, the migration of various cells, and reduce inflammatory responses. Both increased VEGF production and decreased inflammation are associated with promoting tissue healing. The major mechanism by which PDRNs are known to function is their interaction with adenosine receptors, particularly the A2A receptor. Based on its multiple effects, it has been used to improve the skin repair process, enhance the wound healing strength, tissue repair, wound regeneration and skin beauty of diabetic people.
