Abstract

本发明公开了一种插头连接器,其用于与插座连接器对接,所述插头连接器包括绝缘本体及位于绝缘本体上端的锁扣弹片,所述插座连接器的上表面设有一凹槽,所述绝缘本体包括主体部及自主体部向前延伸的对接部,所述对接部的底部向下凸出形成一下沉部,所述下沉部位于所述凹槽的上方且未进入凹槽。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种插头连接器,尤其涉及一种降低连接器高度的插头连接器。
【背景技术】
2018年5月22日公告的中国实用新型专利第CN207398496 U号,其公开了一种连接器,包括绝缘本体,固定于绝缘本体上的PCB板,以及一端与PCB板电连接且向后延伸出绝缘本体的线缆。
但该连接器的尺寸较大,且占用空间,不利于连接器小型化发展。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种降低连接器高度的插头连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明可以采用如下技术方案:一种插头连接器,其用于与插座连接器对接,所述插头连接器包括绝缘本体及位于绝缘本体上端的锁扣弹片,所述插座连接器的上表面设有一凹槽,所述绝缘本体包括主体部及自主体部向前延伸的对接部,所述对接部的底部向下凸出形成一下沉部,所述下沉部位于所述凹槽的上方且未进入凹槽
相较于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:通过上述设计,不仅可以降低插头连接器的高度,还可通过在对接部的底部设置下沉部,增强插头连接器结构的稳定性。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
如图1-6所示,为符合本发明的一种插头连接器100,其用于与插座连接器200锁扣配合,所述插头连接器100包括绝缘本体1、收容于绝缘本体1内的电路板2、与电路板2电性连接的线缆3、包覆于电路板2与线缆3连接处的内模4及位于绝缘本体1上的锁扣弹片5。所述插座连接器200的上表面设有一凹槽201。
所述绝缘本体1包括主体部11、自主体部11向前凸伸的对接部12、位于主体部11左右两侧的一对侧挡板13、位于主体部11上表面的方孔14、位于主体部11前端的开口15及与开口15连通的通道16。所述对接部12的上表面设有自前端向后延伸的凹部121,用于固定锁扣弹片4的凸块122、位于所述锁扣弹片4两侧的凸台123。所述凹部121的前端未贯穿对接部12的上表面。所述对接部12的下表面设有向下凸伸的下沉部124,使得对接部12的前表面的厚度增加,增强了插头连接器结构的稳定性。所述下沉部124位于所述凹槽201的上方且未进入凹槽201。所述侧挡板13与电路板2之间形成第二限位槽131,所述第二限位槽131形成左右限位,以引导插头连接器100与插座连接器200对接。
所述电路板2包括延伸出所述开口15的插入部21,所述插入部21的上下表面均设有若干金属片211。所述对接部12位于插入部21的上侧,且对接部12与插入部21之间形成第一限位槽125。所述第一限位槽125可在插头连接器100与插座连接器200对接时形成上下限位,防止电路板2斜插,并防止溃Pin(端子发生形变且无法恢复原状)。
所述线缆3的前端分别焊接在电路板的上表面和下表面,后端向后延伸出绝缘本体1。
所述内模4的上表面设有向下凹陷的中间部41及位于中间部两侧的突出部42,所述突出部42设有与相应的方孔14配合的凸肋421。所述内模4穿过通道16进入绝缘本体1内,使凸肋421与方孔14卡扣,以防止内模4退出绝缘本体1。
所述锁扣弹片5安装于凹部121内,其包括与凸块122卡扣固定的固定部51、与固定部51连接的弹性部52及设置于弹性部52后端的按压部53,所述弹性部52的上表面设有用于与插座连接器200的锁扣孔202配合的锁扣凸部521,弹性部52可以带动锁扣凸部521上下弹性摆动。由于凹部121向内凹陷,使得按压部53与凹部121的上表面之间留有足够的空间供使用者按压锁扣弹片5以实现解锁,从而进一步减小了线缆连接器100整体的高度,实现连接器小型化。

Claims (10)

1.一种插头连接器,其用于与插座连接器对接,所述插头连接器包括绝缘本体及位于绝缘本体上端的锁扣弹片,所述插座连接器的上表面设有一凹槽,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括主体部及自主体部向前延伸的对接部,所述对接部的底部向下凸出形成一下沉部,所述下沉部位于所述凹槽的上方且未进入凹槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述对接部的上表面设有自前端向后延伸的凹部,所述锁扣弹片安装于所述凹部内。
3.如权利要求2所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述锁扣弹片包括安装于凹部内的固定部、与固定部连接的弹性部及设置于弹性部后端的按压部。
4.如权利要求1所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述插头连接器包括固定于所述绝缘本体上的电路板,所述电路板包括向前延伸出主体部的插入部。
5.如权利要求4所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述对接部位于插入部的上侧,且对接部与插入部之间形成第一限位槽。
6.如权利要求4所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的左右两侧设有一对侧挡板,所述侧挡板与电路板之间形成第二限位槽。
7.如权利要求4所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述插头连接器包括组装于所述绝缘本体内的内模及与电路板电性连接的线缆,所述内模包覆于电路板与线缆的连接处。
8.如权利要求7所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括位于主体部上表面的孔,位于主体部前端的开口及与开口连通的通道。
9.如权利要求8所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述内模的上表面设有向下凹陷的中间部及位于中间部两侧的突出部,所述突出部设有与相应的孔配合的凸肋。
10.如权利要求9所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述内模穿过通道进入绝缘本体内,使凸肋与孔卡扣。
