Abstract
本发明公开了一种插头连接器,其用于与插座连接器对接,所述插头连接器包括绝缘本体及部分收容于绝缘本体内的电路板,所述绝缘本体包括主体部、自主体部向前延伸的加强部及挡板,所述电路板自主体部向前延伸并超出加强部,所述加强部包覆于电路板上,所述电路板露出主体部的前端在水平方向上的宽度大于所述加强部的宽度,所述挡板与电路板之间形成限位槽,所述限位槽可导引插头连接器与插座连接器对接。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种插头连接器,尤其涉及一种方便插拔的插头连接器。
【背景技术】
2017年12月22日公告的中国实用新型专利第CN207753259U号,其公开了一种线缆连接器,其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的电路板、与电路板连接的线缆以及锁扣弹片,所述绝缘本体包括主体部、自主体部向前延伸的对接部及位于绝缘本体两侧的一对挡板,每一挡板与对接部之间具有用以导引插头与插座对接的限位槽。
由于电路板收容于绝缘本体内部,使得位于挡板与对接部之间的限位槽的空间较小,在与插座配合时需精准对接。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种方便插拔的插头连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明可以采用如下技术方案:一种插头连接器,其用于与插座连接器对接,所述插头连接器包括绝缘本体及部分收容于绝缘本体内的电路板,所述绝缘本体包括主体部、自主体部向前延伸的加强部及挡板,所述电路板自主体部向前延伸并超出加强部,所述加强部包覆于电路板上,所述电路板露出主体部的前端在水平方向上的宽度大于所述加强部的宽度,所述挡板与电路板之间形成限位槽,所述限位槽可导引插头连接器与插座连接器对接。
相较于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:由于电路板露出主体部的前端在水平方向上的宽度大于所述加强部的宽度,使得位于挡板与电路板之间的限位槽具有较大空间,在与插座配合时无需精准对接。

【具体实施方式】
如图1-6所示,为符合本发明的一种插头连接器100,其用于与插座连接器锁扣配合,所述插头连接器100包括绝缘本体1、部分收容于绝缘本体1内的电路板2、收容于绝缘本体内的内膜3、与电路板2电性连接的线缆4及锁扣弹片5。
绝缘本体1包括主体部11、自主体部11向前凸伸的加强部12、位于主体部11左右两侧的一对挡板13、位于主体部11前端的开口15及与开口15连通的穿孔16。所述加强部12的上端设有用于固定锁扣弹片5的凸台121。所述挡板13包括侧挡板131、与侧挡板131垂直相连的上挡板132及位于挡板13内侧的凹槽133,所述凹槽133用以导引插头连接器与插座连接器对接。上挡板132自侧挡板131上端向内侧水平延伸而成,并且位于加强部12上下间隔开。侧挡板131与上挡板132的前端趋于平齐,并且向前超出加强部12。每一所述挡板13与电路板2之间形成一限位槽14。所述限位槽14包括侧限位槽141及与侧限位槽141连通的上限位槽142,所述侧限位槽141设置于电路板2与侧挡板131之间,上限位槽142设置于电路板2与上挡板132之间。所述限位槽14的上下及向前方向均贯穿绝缘本体1。
所述电路板2水平放置,通过穿孔16插入成型于绝缘本体1内,并向前延伸出开口15。所述电路板2具有向前凸出于加强部12的插入部21,插入部21上下表面设有若干金属片211。其中,所述加强部12包覆于电路板2上,所述插入部21在水平方向上的宽度大于加强部12的宽度。通过上述设置,可增大位于挡板13与电路板2之间的限位槽14的空间,使得在与插座连接器配合时,可实现插头连接器小范围的倾斜插入,且无需精准对接。
所述内膜3呈U型状,其包覆于电路板2与线缆4的连接处以固持电路板2与线缆4的连接。
所述线缆4前端与电路板2连接在一起,后端向后延伸出绝缘本体1。
所述锁扣弹片5包括固定于凸台121的弹性片51及设置于弹性片51后端的按压片52,所述弹性片51的上表面设有用于与插座连接器的锁扣孔配合的锁扣凸部511,弹性片51可以带动锁扣凸部511上下弹性摆动。当使用者用手手动按压按压片52,可以促使弹性片51向下摆动,以实现与插座连接器的解锁。
当插头连接器100与插座连接器对接时,插座连接器的侧壁进入侧限位槽141,被限制左右移动,插座连接器的顶壁进入上限位槽142,被限制上下移动,以可以导引插头连接器100水平插入,避免电路板2的插入部21顶跨插座连接器的导电端子,降低溃PIN风险。

Claims (10)
1.一种插头连接器,其用于与插座连接器对接,所述插头连接器包括绝缘本体及部分收容于绝缘本体内的电路板,所述绝缘本体包括主体部、自主体部向前延伸的加强部及挡板,所述电路板自主体部向前延伸并超出加强部,所述加强部包覆于电路板上,其特征在于:所述电路板露出主体部的前端在水平方向上的宽度大于所述加强部的宽度,所述挡板与电路板之间形成限位槽,所述限位槽可导引插头连接器与插座连接器对接。
2.如权利要求1所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述加强部位于绝缘本体的上表面和下表面。
3.如权利要求1所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述挡板包括一对,该对挡板分别位于主体部的两侧。
4.如权利要求3所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:每一所述挡板包括与电路板垂直的侧挡板,所述限位槽包括位于电路板与侧挡板之间的侧限位槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:每一所述挡板包括与侧挡板连接的上挡板,所述限位槽包括位于电路板与上挡板之间的上限位槽。
6.如权利要求5所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述上挡板自侧挡板的上端水平向内延伸,且位于电路板的上端。
7.如权利要求3所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述挡板的内侧设有凹槽以导引插头连接器与插座连接器对接。
8.如权利要求1所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述插头连接器包括设置于绝缘本体内的内膜。
9.如权利要求8所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述插头连接器包括与电路板电性连接的线缆,所述内膜包覆于电路板与线缆的连接处以固持电路板与线缆的连接。
10.如权利要求1所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述插头连接器还包括位于加强部上的弹片以与插座连接器配合。
