Here, a description will be given of an example of a hardware configuration of a computer provided in the visualization device 1, the elevator apparatus control device 2, the air conditioner control device 3, the electrical apparatus control device 4, and the customer operation terminal 5.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing an example of the hardware configuration of the computer 20 included in each device constituting the operation state display system 100 for the building facility. And selecting or rejecting each module according to the function and the use purpose of each device. The computer 20 can be a personal computer, for example.
The computer 20 includes: a cpu (central Processing unit)21, a rom (read Only memory)22, a ram (random Access memory)23, a display device 25, an input device 26, a nonvolatile recorder 27, and a communication interface 28. Each unit in the computer 20 is connected via a system bus so as to be able to transmit and receive data to and from each other.
The CPU21, ROM22, and RAM23 constitute the control section 24. The CPU21 reads out the program code of the software that realizes the functions of the present embodiment from the ROM22, loads the program code into the RAM23, and executes the program code. In the visualization device 1, the CPU21 reads and executes the program codes stored in the ROM22, whereby the functions of the customer information input unit 11, the collection processing unit 13, and the visualization processing unit 14 are realized in cooperation with software and hardware. In the computer 20 provided in the customer operation terminal 5, the control unit 24 functions as a display control unit.
ROM22 may be a nonvolatile memory such as an eeprom (electrically Erasable and Programmable ROM) capable of rewriting contents. Variables, parameters, and the like generated during the arithmetic processing of the CPU21 are temporarily written into the RAM23, and are appropriately read out by the CPU 21. The CPU21 is used as the arithmetic Processing device, but other processors such as mpu (micro Processing unit) may be used.
The display device 25 is a monitor such as a liquid crystal display, and displays a GUI screen, results of processing performed by the CPU21, and the like. The input device 26 uses a pointing device such as a mouse or a touch panel, a keyboard, or the like, and a user can input information or instructions by operating the input device 26. The input device 26 generates an input signal according to an operation by a user and supplies the input signal to the CPU 21.
In addition, the display device 25 and the input device 26 may not be provided depending on the configuration of the device in which the computer 20 is provided. For example, the display device 25 and the input device 26 may not be required in the elevator apparatus control device 2, the air conditioner control device 3, and the electrical apparatus control device 4. In addition, when the visualization device 1 has a function of enabling remote input of customer information, the display device 25 and the input device 26 may not be provided in the visualization device 1.

In this case, the information processing apparatus communicates with the visualization apparatus 1, and the information processing apparatus displays the operation state confirmation screen received from the visualization apparatus 1 on the display device 25 connected to the information processing apparatus. The user operates the input device 26 connected to the information processing apparatus to perform input to the information processing apparatus.
The nonvolatile recorder 27 stores a program for causing the computer 20 to function, in addition to the os (operating system) and various parameters. The ROM22 and the nonvolatile memory 27 permanently store programs, data, and the like necessary for the CPU21 to operate, and are used as an example of a computer-readable non-transitory storage medium storing programs to be executed by the computer 20. For example, as the nonvolatile recorder 27, an HDD, an SSD, or the like is used.
The communication Interface 28 uses, for example, a nic (network Interface card), a modem, or the like. The communication interface 28 can transmit and receive various data to and from an external device via a communication network such as a LAN or a dedicated line connected to the terminal.
[ customer information DB ]
Fig. 3 shows an example of the customer information DB12a included in the visualization device 1 of the operation state display system 100 for the building equipment. The customer information DB12a stores, for example, a customer ID, a contractor ID, a building address, a building facility ID, and a building facility ID in association with each other. The ID is information (identifier) capable of uniquely identifying each piece of information. In general, alphanumerics are used for the identifiers, but for ease of explanation, names are shown in fig. 3.
In fig. 3, "Δ house" is registered as a customer ID for identifying a user. The subscriber ID is information identifying the subscriber (or business office) managed by the user. As the subscriber ID corresponding to "Δ house", the "a branch" and the "B branch" are registered. The building ID is information for identifying a building managed by the user. Here, "building a" is registered as a building ID corresponding to "branch a", and "building B" is registered as a building ID corresponding to "branch B".
The building address is information indicating the location of the building managed by the user. For example, as a building address of a building ID "building A", there is registered "Weicheng county □ □ good for the city, 1-2-3".
The building equipment is managed by the user, and is information indicating (the type of) the building equipment for which the user has entered a maintenance contract.
The building equipment ID is information for identifying the building equipment. For example, in fig. 3, "elevator a" is registered as a building equipment ID of "elevator" and "crime prevention/disaster prevention equipment a" is registered as a building equipment ID of "crime prevention/disaster prevention equipment" for "building a". In addition, "elevator B" is registered as the building equipment ID of "elevator", escalator a is registered as the building equipment ID of "escalator", and freezer a is registered as the building equipment ID of "freezer" with respect to "building B". Further, "elevator Z" is registered as a building equipment ID of "elevator" for "building Z".
The user ID, the password, and the customer ID are stored in association with each other in a user DB (not shown) of the storage device 12. The user ID and the password are information (identifier) for identifying a user who can access the visualization device 1.
[ service Menu management DB ]
Fig. 4 shows an example of the service menu management DB12c included in the visualization device 1 of the operation state display system 100 for the building equipment. The service menu management DB12c stores, for example, building equipment and service menus in association with each other. The service menu is a menu showing services (functions) that can be provided by the building equipment in a list. For example, "function a", "function B", "function C", and "function D" are stored as the service menu of the building equipment "elevator".
In addition, a service menu for each building facility (in fig. 4, an elevator, a refrigerator, and a crime prevention/disaster prevention facility) is registered in advance in the service menu management DB12c by the manager of the maintenance company. The customer information DB12a and the service menu management DB12c are associated with each other in a building facility.
The user operates the customer operation terminal 5 and requests the connection to the visualization device 1 through the communication network 7. When receiving a connection request from the customer operation terminal 5, the visualization processing unit 14 of the visualization device 1 requests the customer operation terminal 5 for a user ID and a password. When the user inputs the user ID and the password to the customer operation terminal 5, the information acquired from the customer information DB12a, the operating state DB12b, and the service menu management DB12c can be displayed on the customer operation terminal 5 by the visualization processing of the visualization processing unit 14.
[ operating condition confirmation Screen ]
Fig. 5 shows an example of a display of an operation state confirmation screen before the operation of the building equipment icon in the customer operation terminal 5.
Fig. 6 shows an example of the display of the operation state confirmation screen after the customer operates the building equipment icon in the terminal 5.
In the present embodiment, the operation state confirmation screen 200 shown in fig. 5 and 6 displays at least "operation state of building equipment" and "service menu".
The operating states of the building equipment are configured by a building equipment operating state summary display column 201, building equipment icons 202 to 206, and a building equipment operating state detail display column 207.
The building equipment operation status summary display column 201 displays the total result of the operation statuses of all the building equipment that are management targets for which a maintenance contract is established. In the example of fig. 5, the control unit 24 of the customer operation terminal 5 displays the total result of the operation states of all the building equipment items to be contracted for maintenance on the center of the plurality of building equipment icons 202 to 206 arranged in the circumferential direction.
The building equipment icons 202 to 206 are icons that are recognized by building equipment such as elevators and escalators. A plurality of building equipment icons 202-206 arranged by building equipment classification are arranged in a row. The building equipment icons 202 to 206 are configured to cyclically move in accordance with an operation input in the column direction to the input device 26. In the example of fig. 5, the control unit 24 of the customer operation terminal 5 arranges the plurality of building equipment icons 202 to 206 on the circumference, receives an operation (scroll) in the circumferential direction (arrow direction) with respect to any of the building equipment icons via the input device 26, and cyclically moves the plurality of building equipment icons 202 to 206 on the circumference.
The building equipment operation status detail display section 207 displays the operation status of the building equipment corresponding to the building equipment icon as detail. The building equipment operation state detail display field 207 is an example of a designated area set within the circulating movement range. In the present embodiment, various displays and processes are performed on the building equipment icon moved to the building equipment operation status detail display column 207. By setting such a building equipment operation state detail display column 207 (designated area), it is possible to easily understand which building equipment icon of the plurality of building equipment icons that are cyclically moved is selected to be displayed. In addition, from the viewpoint of improving the visibility of the user, it is desirable that the building equipment operation state detail display column 207 is disposed at the center of the circulating movement range.
The service menu is displayed in the service menu display area 210 on the lower side of the operation state confirmation screen 200. In the service menu display area 210, a list of service menus related to building equipment indicated by building equipment icons arranged in the building equipment operation state detail display field 207 is displayed. In the example of fig. 5, function icons 211 and 212 are displayed as service menus related to the building equipment indicated by the building equipment icon 204. For example, in the case where the building equipment is an elevator, function icons such as "operation control (various settings)", "in-car display settings", "work report", "camera image download", "contact with business charge", and "notification to customers" are displayed as service menus.
In fig. 5 and 6, a building equipment icon indicating a building equipment for which a maintenance contract is not entered may be displayed in an inactive state as in the building equipment icon 206. For example, the building equipment icon 206 may be displayed in a shaded manner (e.g., gray) by dots, grids, diagonal lines, or the like. In this case, it is desirable that the corresponding dedicated function icon is also in an inactive state.
Thereby, the following effects are obtained: the user is made aware that there is a service (function) available for the building equipment if a contract is made although a maintenance contract is not currently made, and thus the user's contractual intention is obtained.
In the present embodiment, the building equipment icons 202 to 206 are arranged on the semicircular circumference, so that the user can easily recognize the building equipment, and the building equipment icons 202 to 206 can be operated in a dial type (using a rotary operation panel).
When the user performs an operation of moving the building equipment icons 202 to 206 arranged on the semicircular circumference in a dial manner, the building equipment icons 202 to 206 are circulated around the semicircular circumference, and all the building equipment icons 202 to 206 are displayed at all times.
In the display of the service menu, a dedicated function icon is displayed for the building equipment indicated by the building equipment icon moved to the building equipment operation status detail display field 207.
When the building equipment operation state detail display field 207 displays the building equipment icon 204 (see fig. 5), the function icon 211 and the function icon 212 are displayed as the service menu dedicated to the building equipment corresponding to the building equipment icon 204.
When the user performs an operation of moving the building equipment icon in a dial-up manner and displays the building equipment icon 202 on the building equipment operation status detail display field 207 (see fig. 6), the function icon 213 and the function icon 214 are displayed in the service menu display area 210 in association with the operation.
In the present embodiment, the description has been given of the mode in which a plurality of building equipment icons are arranged on the circumference of a semicircle, but may be arranged on the circumference of an ellipse. Alternatively, the building equipment icons may be arranged on a straight line or a curved line, and the building equipment icons may be cyclically moved on the straight line or the curved line. That is, the plurality of building equipment icons may be arranged in the lateral direction, the vertical direction, or the oblique direction with respect to the screen.
[ display example of operation status confirmation Screen ]
The following describes a case where the user of the customer ID "Δ property" confirms the operation state confirmation screen 200 with reference to fig. 7.
Fig. 7 shows an example of display of the operation state confirmation screen 200. It is desirable to provide a customer ID display field 220 on the operation status confirmation screen 200, and display the customer ID so as to be easily recognized by the user, such as "Δ property". As explained in fig. 3, the building devices to be managed by the customer ID Δ property "are building devices ID" elevator a "," crime prevention/disaster prevention device a "," elevator B "," escalator a ", and" freezer a ". In fig. 7, the display of the service menu display area 210 is omitted.
Therefore, building equipment icons 221, 223-225 of elevators, escalators, crime prevention/disaster prevention equipment, and refrigerators are arranged in an activated state on the semicircular circumference. In addition, since the maintenance contract of the lighting equipment is not made, the building equipment icons 222 of the lighting equipment are arranged on the circumference of the semicircle in an inactive state (for example, displayed in gray).
In the initial display of the operation status confirmation screen 200, the priority of the arrangement of the building equipment icons in the inactive state may be set to the lowest, and the building equipment icons may be arranged at the farthest position from the building equipment operation status detail display field 207. Conversely, at the time of initial display, a building equipment icon indicating building equipment with a high priority or under which a maintenance contract is made according to the user (customer ID) may be placed in the building equipment operation status detail display field 207. In addition, the following functions may be provided: the user can arbitrarily change the priority order of the designated building equipment icon, or select display or non-display of a building equipment icon corresponding to a building equipment for which a maintenance contract is not entered. Alternatively, the building equipment icons and the like in the activated state may be arranged in order from one side (for example, the upper side).
In this way, in the present embodiment, the display control unit (control unit 24) of the customer operation terminal 5 is configured to place an icon (building equipment icon) indicating building equipment that meets the setting conditions (priority order, presence or absence of maintenance right, etc.) according to the user in the designated area (building equipment operation state detail display field 207) in the initial display, based on the screen data (operation state confirmation screen 200) received from the visualization device 1. Accordingly, the icons satisfying the setting conditions according to the user are displayed in the vicinity of the designated area or within a predetermined distance from the designated area, and the visibility of the building equipment which the user wants to pay attention to in the initial display is improved.
Further, the display control unit (control unit 24) may arrange a plurality of icons (building equipment icons) indicating building equipment outside the designated area (building equipment operation state detail display section 207) in the initial display based on the screen data received from the visualization apparatus 1. For example, the display position of the icon in the initial display is shifted by half pitch from the display position of the original icon. To explain by way of example in fig. 7, the building equipment icons 221 to 225 are shifted by half pitch, and the building equipment icons are not arranged in the building equipment operation status detail display field 207 in the initial display. Thus, when the user intentionally moves the building equipment icon to the building equipment operating state detail display field 207, the detail of the operating state of the building equipment corresponding to the building equipment icon can be displayed.
In the building equipment operation status summary display column 201, the operation statuses of all the building equipment, that is, the number of pieces in the failure response pairs of the building equipment IDs "elevator a", "crime prevention/disaster prevention equipment a", "elevator B", "escalator a", and "freezer a", and the number of pieces in the inspection work are summed up and displayed. In the explanation of fig. 7, the number of building facilities to be subjected to failure correction is 2, and the number of building facilities to be subjected to inspection is 1.
In fig. 7, the marker icons 221b and 223b are displayed on the upper right of the corresponding building equipment icons in order to intuitively and easily understand which building equipment is undergoing trouble handling and inspection work. At least the total value of the number of failure handling pairs included in the details of the operating states of the building equipment and the number of inspection works is displayed on the mark icon. In fig. 7, when the trouble is not dealt with and the inspection work is not in progress, the marker icon is not displayed on the upper right of the building equipment icon, but the marker icon may be provided and displayed as 0.
In the explanation of fig. 7, the total value of the number of pieces in the failure response and the number of pieces in the inspection work is displayed as 1 piece in the mark icon 221b of the building facility icon 221 for crime prevention/disaster prevention facilities. In the marker icon 223b of the building equipment icon 223 of the elevator, the total value of the number of items in the failure handling pair and the number of items in the inspection work is displayed as 2 items.
When the user operates the input device 26 to move the building equipment icon 223 of the elevator to the building equipment operation status detail display field 207, the detail of the operation status of the elevator is displayed in the building equipment operation status detail display field 207. That is, the number of failure-response pairs of building equipment IDs "elevator a" and "elevator B" and the number of inspection works are displayed in total. In the explanation of fig. 7, the number of pieces in the failure-responsive pair of the whole elevator is 1, and the number of pieces in the inspection work is 1. By such display, the user can intuitively grasp the entire building equipment to be managed.
In this way, by displaying the details of the operating states of the building equipment moved to the designated area, the user can grasp the details of the operating states of the target building equipment. In the present embodiment, it is desirable to display the number of failure-related pairs and the number of inspection works as details of the operation state of the building equipment, but at least one of the number of failure-related pairs and the number of inspection works is displayed. Further, other items (for example, during telephone consultation) may be displayed as details of the operation state of the building equipment.
[ multiple display examples of the icons of the building equipments ]
Here, various display examples of building facility icons showing building facilities will be described.
FIG. 8 shows various display examples of building equipment icons representing building equipment. That is, fig. 8 is an example of displaying which of the objects or non-objects of the maintenance service for which the maintenance contract is made is managed by the user by a method other than the shaded display so as to be easily understood.
For example, the shape of the building equipment icon 226 on the left side of fig. 8 is different from the other building equipment icons. The shape of the building equipment icons 221-225 in fig. 7 is a rectangle with rounded corners, while the building equipment icon 226 is a hexagon. It is considered that the hexagonal building equipment icon 226 is set to a building equipment icon corresponding to a building equipment for which a maintenance contract is not entered.
The building equipment icon 227 at the center of fig. 8 is circular, but a notch (cut, recess) is formed in a part thereof. For example, although the position where the notch is formed is arbitrary, the position may be the upper right of the building equipment icon 227 (the position corresponding to the marker icon display portion). The basic shape of the building equipment icon 227 is not limited to a circle, and may be any shape such as a rectangle.
The building equipment icon 228 on the right side of fig. 8 is partially displayed with a mark icon 228g displayed in gray. The number of pieces in the failure response and the inspection job is not displayed in the marker icon 228 g. Further, the color of the marker icon 228g is not limited to gray.
In this way, in the present embodiment, the display of the information on the operating state of the building equipment is targeted at the building equipment for which the maintenance contract is made. For example, when an icon (building equipment icon) indicating a building equipment for which a maintenance contract is not made is displayed on the display control unit (control unit 24) of the customer operation terminal 5 based on the screen data received from the visualization device 1, the icon is displayed (for example, shaded) in an inactive state. Alternatively, the display control unit displays an icon (building equipment icon) indicating a building equipment for which a maintenance contract is not entered, by giving a feature (shape, notch, mark icon, or the like) indicating that a maintenance contract is not entered.
By providing such a display, the user is made aware that the designated building equipment is the management target if the maintenance contract is not entered, and the user's intention to contract is obtained.
[ operation status confirmation Screen creation processing ]
Next, a process of generating the operation state confirmation screen 200 according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 9.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart showing an example of the procedure of the operation state confirmation screen generation process according to the first embodiment.
In the present embodiment, the following description will be made with the visualization device 1 functioning as a Web server and a Web browser installed in the client operation terminal 5. However, the visualization device 1 and the customer operation terminal 5 may constitute a client server type system, or a dedicated program may be installed in the customer operation terminal 5.
First, the user operating the terminal 5 inputs the user ID and the password assigned to the user to a login page (not shown) through the input device 26. Then, the control unit 24 of the customer operation terminal 5 transmits the user ID and the password input by the user to the visualization device 1 through the communication network 7 in order to request login (S1).
Next, when the user ID and the password are received from the customer operation terminal 5, the visualization processing unit 14 of the visualization device 1 compares the received user ID and password with the user ID and password of the user DB (not shown). Then, if the user ID and the password can be collated with each other, the visualization processing unit 14 reads the customer ID associated with the user ID and the password from the customer information DB12a, and confirms the building equipment (building equipment ID to be managed) associated with the customer ID of the customer information DB12 a.
The visualization processing unit 14 reads the operating states of the building equipment managed in association with the building equipment ID of the customer information DB12a from the operating state DB12b, and adds the operating states of all the building equipment, that is, the number of the faulty pairs and the number of the numbers in the inspection work, displayed in the building equipment operating state summary display column 201. The visualization processing unit 14 also sums the number of breakdown-due pairs of building equipment and the number of inspection works displayed in the building equipment operation status detail display column 207. The visualization processing unit 14 then acquires the building equipment-related service menu displayed in the building equipment operation status detail display column 207 from the service menu management DB12 c. Then, the visualization processing unit 14 generates the operation state confirmation screen 200 based on the total result of the operation states and the service menu (S2).
Next, the visualization processing unit 14 transmits the generated operation state confirmation screen 200 to the customer operation terminal 5 via the communication network 7 (S3).
Next, the control unit 24 of the customer operation terminal 5 displays the operation state confirmation screen 200 on the display device 25 in response to the reception of the operation state confirmation screen 200 from the visualization device 1 (S4). The user can confirm the operation state of the entire building equipment to be managed in the building equipment operation state summary display field 201, and can confirm the number of pieces in the failure response pair of the building equipment and the number of pieces in the inspection work, which are indicated by the building equipment icon displayed in the building equipment operation state detail display field 207.
Next, when the user confirms the details of the operation states of the building equipment different from the building equipment indicated by the building equipment icon displayed in the building equipment operation state details display field 207, the user moves the building equipment icon corresponding to the building equipment whose operation state is to be confirmed from the building equipment icon group to the building equipment operation state details display field 207 (S5).
When the user moves the desired building equipment icon to the building equipment operation status detail display field 207, the control unit 24 of the customer operation terminal 5 requests the visualization device 1 to display the operation status of the building equipment indicated by the building equipment icon moved to the building equipment operation status detail display field 207 via the communication network 7 (S6).
Next, the visualization processing unit 14 of the visualization device 1 refers to the customer information DB12a and the operating state DB12b in response to receiving a display request from the customer operation terminal 5 for the operating state of the building equipment indicated by the building equipment icon moved to the building equipment operating state detail display column 207. Then, the visualization processing unit 14 sums the operation information of the building equipment indicated by the building equipment icon moved by the user to the building equipment operation status detail display column 207 from the operation status DB12b (S7).
Next, the visualization processing unit 14 acquires the service menu corresponding to the building equipment from the service menu management DB12c (S8). Then, the visualization processing unit 14 transmits the total result of the operation states of the building equipment and the service menu information, which are indicated by the building equipment icon moved by the user to the building equipment operation state detail display field 207, to the customer operation terminal 5 via the communication network 7 (S9).
In response to receiving the total result of the operating states of the building equipment and the service menu information from the visualization device 1, the control unit 24 of the customer operation terminal 5 displays the operating states of the building equipment in the building equipment operating state detail display field 207 and updates the display of the function icons of the service menu (S10).
Thus, the user can check the number of breakdown-related facilities and the number of inspection jobs for the building facility indicated by the building facility icon moved to the building facility operation state detail display field 207.
When the user clicks the function icon of the service menu through the input device 26 (S11), the control unit 24 of the customer operation terminal 5 transmits a display request of a function operation screen (not shown) to the visualization device 1 through the communication network 7 (S12).
The visualization processing unit 14 of the visualization device 1 generates a function operation screen of the service menu in response to the display request of the function operation screen received from the customer operation terminal 5 (S13), and transmits the generated function operation screen to the customer operation terminal 5 via the communication network 6 (S14).
The control unit 24 of the customer operation terminal 5 displays the function operation screen on the display device 25 in response to the reception of the function operation screen from the visualization device 1 (S15). Thus, the user can use the function of the service menu related to the building equipment indicated by the building equipment icon moved to the building equipment operation status detail display field 207.
As described above, the operation state display device (the customer operation terminal 5) of the building equipment according to the first embodiment includes: a display control unit (control unit 24) that collects information indicating the operating state of equipment (building equipment) installed in one or more buildings and displays the information on a screen; and an input device (input device 26) that accepts an operation input by a user.
The display control unit is configured to display a plurality of icons (building equipment icons 202 to 206, 221 to 225) classified by building equipment in a row on one screen (operation state confirmation screen 200), cyclically move the plurality of icons on the screen in accordance with an operation input to the input device in the row direction, and display information (building equipment operation state details) on the screen of the operation state of the building equipment indicated by the icon in a specified area (building equipment operation state details display field 207) when the icon moves to the specified area (building equipment operation state details display field 207) set in the cyclic movement range.
According to the first embodiment configured as described above, the operation state of the entire plurality of building equipment provided in one or more buildings is displayed on one screen. Therefore, the user can intuitively grasp the operation state of the entire plurality of building facilities. The user can confirm the operation state of the whole building equipment through one screen and move the icon of the building equipment to the designated area, thereby easily confirming the detail of each building equipment.
In the operating state display device for building equipment (the customer operation terminal 5) according to the present embodiment, the display control unit (the control unit 24) is configured to display a function icon indicating a service that can be provided in association with the building equipment indicated by the icon (the building equipment icon) in the designated area (the building equipment operating state detail display field 207) on the screen (the operating state confirmation screen 200) in conjunction with the movement of the icon to the designated area. This can save the user from searching for an effective function for each building device.
As described above, the operation state display device (the customer operation terminal 5) for the building equipment according to the present embodiment has the operation state display function for the building equipment and the display function for the function icon associated with the specified building equipment (corresponding to the building equipment icon moved to the specified area), and thus the time and cost required for managing the building equipment can be reduced.
< second embodiment >
Next, the display of the operation state confirmation screen when a major event such as an earthquake or a fire occurs will be described. In the present embodiment, the basic configuration of the operation state display system for a building facility for displaying an operation state confirmation screen is the same as that of the first embodiment.
[ display example of operation status confirmation Screen ]
Fig. 10 shows an example of display of the operation state confirmation screen 200E according to the second embodiment. When an earthquake or fire occurs in a building, the building equipment (or each control device) gives an emergency notification to the visualization device 1. When the visualization device 1 receives an emergency report from a building facility (or each control device), a message corresponding to the received emergency report is displayed in the emergency report display field 230 of the operation state confirmation screen 200E.
For example, in the display state of the operation state confirmation screen 200 described with reference to fig. 7, when the crime prevention/disaster prevention equipment detects smoke or fire and issues an emergency notification, the visualization processing unit 14 of the visualization device 1 displays a message of "notification of fire occurrence reception" in the emergency notification display field 230 of the operation state confirmation screen 200E. In addition, since the information is an emergency report from the crime prevention/disaster prevention facility, the visualization processing unit 14 automatically moves the building facility icon 221 of the crime prevention/disaster prevention facility to the building facility operation status detail display field 207, and updates the number of pieces in the failure response from 1 to 2. The visualization processing unit 14 updates the numerical value of the marker icon 221b of the building facility icon 221 for crime prevention/disaster prevention facility from 1 to 2. Then, the visualization processing unit 14 updates the number of the building equipment operation status summary display column 201 from 2 to 3.
With this configuration, when an emergency report is issued from the building equipment (or each control device) to be managed, the user can immediately confirm the operation state of the building equipment without operating the operation state confirmation screen 200. In the present embodiment, the occurrence of a major event such as an earthquake or a fire is included in the "failure countermeasure", but the display name may be changed to "abnormality countermeasure" or the like. In addition, for a major event such as an earthquake or a fire, a new item may be set separately such as "major event occurrence", "earthquake response, and" fire response ".
