The antioxidant composition of example 3 was prepared by mixing the following raw materials in proportions: 80% of quercetin marigold 0.6g,99% of BHT19.7g,98% of EQ30.6g, carrier silicon dioxide 40.1g, wherein the composition comprises quercetin marigold 0.5%, BHT19.5%, EQ30% and quercetin marigold 1% of total antioxidants.
Example 4
The antioxidant composition of example 4 was prepared by mixing the following raw materials in proportions: the composition comprises 31.3g of pure product of 80% of quercitin, 25.5g of 98% of EQ, 43.2g of carrier silicon dioxide, and the mixture contains 25% of quercitin, 25% of EQ and 50% of total antioxidant.
Comparative example 1
The following raw materials were mixed in proportion to prepare an antioxidant composition of comparative example 1: 98% EQ40.8g, carrier silica 59.2g, and the composition after mixing contained EQ40%.
Comparative example 2
The following raw materials were mixed in proportion to prepare an antioxidant composition of comparative example 2: 99% BHT60.6g, carrier silica 39.4g, and BHT60% in the mixed composition.
Comparative example 3
The following raw materials were mixed in proportion to prepare an antioxidant composition of comparative example 3: 99% BHT3.0g,98% EQ6.1g, carrier silica 90.9g, and the composition after mixing contains BHT3% EQ6%.
Comparative example 4
The following raw materials were mixed in proportion to prepare an antioxidant composition of comparative example 4: 80% QG50g, carrier silicon dioxide 50g, and the composition after mixing contains 40% quercitin.
And (3) antioxidation effect evaluation:
(1) Crushing corn and soybean meal for later use;
(2) Self-made premix formula (CuSO) 4 51%+FeSO 4 32%+MnSO 4 17%) and adding equal amount of SiO 2 Fully and uniformly mixing by using a pulverizer;
(3) Preparing feed (74.5% of corn, 20% of soybean meal, 0.5% of premix and 5% of soybean oil), respectively adding the antioxidants of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-4 to prepare 7 groups of samples with the antioxidant content of 150ppm, wherein the antioxidant content is calculated by the total content of antioxidant active ingredients, setting a blank control group, repeating each group by three times, uniformly mixing the samples, and sealing and placing in a beaker;
(4) Evaluation index: peroxide value
(5) Storage conditions: the temperature is 55 ℃, the humidity is 60 percent, and the mixture is placed for 5 days.
Under the above storage conditions, the antioxidant value in each sample was measured after 5 days of standing. The results are shown in Table 1.
The peroxide value was measured by the following method: the detection is carried out according to the method of GB 5009.227-2016 determination of peroxide value in food safety national standard food.

Claims (4)
1. An antioxidant composition is characterized by comprising quercitin, BHT, EQ and a carrier;
the composition comprises 0.5% of quercetin marigold, 19.5% of BHT and 30% of EQ, wherein the ratio of the quercetin marigold to the total antioxidants is 1%.
2. A feed additive formulation comprising the antioxidant composition of claim 1 and prepared according to any one of the conventional formulation methods.
3. Use of the antioxidant composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the antioxidant composition is used as feed additive, guaranteeing the stability of the feed quality.
4. Use of the antioxidant composition according to claim 1, for delaying the oxidation of oils, vitamins, carotenoids.
