In order to delay the oxidation of feed, synthetic antioxidants such as EQ, BHT, and the like, BHT, namely dibutyl hydroxy toluene, also known as 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, are commonly added into feed at present. The dibutyl hydroxy toluene is white crystal or crystalline powder, basically odorless and tasteless, has a melting point of 69.5-71.5 ℃, a boiling point of 265 ℃, and is quite stable to heat. The dibutyl hydroxy toluene can be used for edible oil and fat, fried food, dried fish product, biscuit, instant noodle, instant rice, canned nut, cured meat product, breakfast cereal food, and its maximum usage amount is 0.2 g/kg. EQ, ethoxyquinoline. The ethoxyquin is one of feed antioxidants with excellent performance, is the most economic antioxidant, is suitable for premix, fish meal and products added with fat, can prevent vitamin A, D, E and the like in the premix, prevent fat oxygen from deteriorating natural pigment from oxidative discoloration, and has certain mildew-proof and fresh-keeping effects; in addition, the product can be used as food antioxidant, fruit preservative and rubber antioxidant.
Quercetin, chemical name is 3,3,4,5,6, 7-hexahydroxyflavone, has important pharmacological actions of resisting oxidation, inflammation, allergy and tumor, etc. It is mainly derived from plant extracts. At present, the research on the quercetagetin mainly focuses on the pharmacological activity of the quercetagetin, and the quercetagetin is not applied to the field of feed antioxidants.
The application finds that the quercetagetin and the synthetic feed antioxidants such as EQ, BHT and the like which are commonly used at present are compounded for use, so that the synergistic effect is obvious, the oxidation process of the feed can be effectively delayed, and the stability of the feed is ensured.
