Disclosure of Invention

the bottom cover is of a circular structure, a plurality of needle post inserting holes are arranged on the edge of the circular structure of the bottom cover, the number and the size of the needle post inserting holes are matched with those of the needle posts arranged on the edge of the top cover,
preferably, the number of the plurality of baffle strips I is matched with that of the plurality of baffle strips II, and the central axes of the plurality of baffle strips I and the plurality of baffle strips II are overlapped; the positioning hole is matched with the positioning column, and the partition plate is inserted into the positioning hole through the positioning column to fix the cage body;

(1.2) queen-inducing operation: when inducing queen bee, pulling out the needle columns from the insertion holes of the bottom cover, removing the bottom cover, vertically buckling the needle columns of the cage body on a honeycomb in the beehive along the vertical direction, combining the cage body with the partition plate, not allowing worker bees and queen bees to come in or go out of the cage body, and preventing the worker bees from hurting the queen bees by utilizing pheromone transfer; get rid of the baffle, the cage body exclusive use allows worker's bee to come in and go out and block that the queen bee comes in and go out the cage body, lets a small amount of worker's bees contact the queen bee in getting into the cage body from cage body spacer strip clearance I to feed the queen bee, nevertheless do not allow the queen bee to come in and go out the cage body.
The invention also aims to provide a queen-trapping method, which adopts the technical scheme that: the queen bee trapping cage adopts a 2-section cooling method to trap queen bees when queen-lost bee colonies are in a hungry state, the 2-section cooling method is divided into a medium-temperature section and a low-temperature section for cooling, and the queen bees are trapped under the low-temperature condition through the 2-section cooling. The method comprises the following steps:
(2.1) preparation work: the present invention is suitable for eliminating old queen bee or inducing queen bee in queen loss group. Grabbing old queens in a beehive swarm, eliminating the old queens, enabling the bee swarm in the beehive to lose queens for 12-24 h, or selecting the bee swarm which has lost the queens, closing a hive door at night after worker bees enter the beehive, illuminating by using a red light lamp, opening a beehive cover, adding 2 honeycombs without honey and ova pupas into the beehive, adjusting the space between the 2 honeycombs to be 1.0-2.5cm according to the quantity of the bees, and enabling the space between the 2 honeycombs to contain the bees to be held into a group; taking out all the shaky bees in the beehive with the egg worm pupas or the honey comb, allowing the bees to fall onto the newly added 2 combs without honey and egg worm pupas, and finally covering the hive opening with covering cloth; the comb taken out of the beehive is treated: adding other bee colony for breeding instead of the egg worm pupa honeycomb, removing the queen cell from the egg worm pupa honeycomb with the queen cell, adding other bee colony for breeding instead of the egg worm pupa honeycomb with the queen cell, and eliminating the egg worm pupa honeycomb produced in the process; finally, performing 2-section temperature reduction method for queen bee luring in the middle-temperature section and the low-temperature section of the bee colony; putting queen bees into the cage body, and preparing the queen bee cage for installation operation according to the step (1.1).
(2.2) medium-temperature section cooling treatment: placing the beehive into a medium-temperature section thermostatic chamber for treatment;
(2.3) low-temperature section cooling treatment: placing the beehive subjected to the temperature reduction treatment in the middle temperature section in the step (2.2) into a low temperature section thermostatic chamber for treatment, and gathering worker bees in the centers of 2 honeycombs to form a bee cluster due to temperature reduction; then, coating honey on the queen bee cage, pulling out the needle columns of the cage body from the insertion holes of the bottom cover, removing the bottom cover, vertically buckling the needle columns on the inner side of the honeycomb along the vertical direction in the beehive, enabling worker bee groups in the middle of 2 honeycombs to surround the queen bee cage, and enabling the worker bees to be in close contact with the queen bee in the process that the worker bees lick the honey outside the queen bee cage; after the queen bee cage is intervened, the constant temperature is continuously controlled in a constant temperature room at a low temperature section for 4-5 hours;
(2.4) inducing king: step (2.3) cooling the low-temperature section for the end of the treatment time, then removing the partition plate from the cage body, dripping honey into the cage body again, and enabling the worker bees to enter the cage body and combine with the queen bees in the process of licking the honey; after inducing queen bee, keeping constant temperature in a constant temperature chamber at a low temperature section for 4-5h, and keeping queen bee in contact with worker bee;
(2.5) heating the beehive: after the step (2.4) is finished, the beehive is moved into a middle-temperature section thermostatic chamber for treatment, honey is sprayed on the honeycomb, then a queen bee entrance door is opened, the constant temperature is continued for 2-3 hours, and the queen bee automatically climbs out of the queen bee cage to be combined with worker bees;
(2.6) homing of the beehive: and (3) carrying the beehive processed in the step (2.5) to an open original position, finally taking back the egg worm pupa spleens bred in the step (2.1) to be placed into the beehive, or transferring the egg worm pupa spleens from other beehives, replacing the egg worm pupa honeycombs used in the process of queen bee luring, enabling the bees to be loaded with the egg worm pupa spleens, and finishing queen bee luring.
Preferably, the temperature reduction treatment in the middle temperature section in the step (2.2): the beehive is put into a middle-temperature section thermostatic chamber for processing, and the temperature of the middle-temperature section thermostatic chamber is controlled as follows: the temperature of the low-temperature section thermostatic chamber is less than +10 ℃; keeping the temperature constant and keeping the worker bees in a hungry state for 6-8 h;
preferably, the temperature of the low-temperature section is reduced in the step (2.3), and the temperature of the low-temperature section thermostatic chamber is controlled to be 4.0-6.0 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following obvious technical effects:
1. the invention provides a queen bee attracting cage.A queen bee entrance door is arranged at the top of the queen bee attracting cage, a queen bee is manually placed into the queen bee attracting door for easy operation, and a needle column on the edge of a top cover is inserted into a bottom cover insertion hole, so that the queen bee attracting door is beneficial to storing the queen bee; the bottom plate is removed, the cage body can be vertically buckled and inserted on a honeycomb in the beehive along the vertical direction, and the cage body is combined with the partition plate, so that worker bees and queen bees are not allowed to come in and go out; the partition plate is removed, and the cage body is independently used to allow worker bees to come in and go out and block queen bees from coming in and going out; the queen bee attracting cage is simple in structure, can enable worker bees to fully contact queen bees in the queen bee attracting cage, can block the worker bees and the queen bees from coming in and going out according to the queen bee attracting requirement, is quick in queen bee pheromone transfer, and has the beneficial effect of high queen bee attracting success rate;
2. the invention provides a queen-inducing method, which adopts a queen-inducing cage combined with a 2-stage cooling method to the queen-losing bee colony to force worker bees to be in a hunger cold state, so that the worker bee activity is reduced, worker bees and queen bees are fully contacted by holding the swarm for food-inducing, the worker bees and the queen bees have small stress response, less damage, quick information number transmission and high queen-inducing success rate, and the queen-inducing method is suitable for large-scale queen-eliminating, queen-losing or particularly suitable for producing queen bee colonies and the like by the middle bees or the Italian bees.

as shown in fig. 5-6, one end of the queen door cover 6 is connected with the top cover 15 through the rotating shaft 12, the other end is fixed with the top cover 15 through the fixing buckle 5, and the queen door cover 6 is a horizontal plane with the cage body 1 after closing the queen door 13;
the partition board 2 is of a circular structure and is matched with the top cover 15 in size, a plurality of partition bars II9 are arranged on the partition board 2, and as shown in the figure 2-3, two ends of the partition board 2 are provided with 1 pair of positioning columns 11;
the bottom cover 14 is a circular structure, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a plurality of pin inserting holes are arranged on the edge of the circular structure of the bottom cover 14, the number and the size of the pin inserting holes are matched with those of a plurality of pins 8 arranged on the edge of the top cover 15,

(1.2) queen-inducing operation: when inducing queen bees, pulling out the needle columns 8 from the insertion holes of the bottom cover 14, removing the bottom cover 14, vertically buckling the needle columns 8 of the cage body 1 on a honeycomb in the beehive along the vertical direction, combining the cage body 1 with the partition plate 2, not allowing worker bees and queen bees to enter or exit the cage body 1, and preventing the worker bees from hurting the queen bees by utilizing pheromone transfer; remove baffle 2, the cage body exclusive use allows worker's bee to come in and go out and block that the queen bee comes in and go out the cage body 1, lets a small amount of worker's bees get into cage body 1 contact queen bee from cage body 1 partition strip clearance I4 to feed the queen bee, but do not allow the queen bee to come in and go out the cage body 1.
Example 2
A method for inducing queen bee, the external environment temperature is 35 ℃, the bee species is the Chinese bee, the queen bee is induced to the old queen bee colony by using a queen bee cage, the method for inducing queen bee comprises the following steps:
(2.1) preparation work: grabbing old queens in a bee colony, eliminating the old queens, losing the queens for 12-24 h, illuminating at night by using a red light lamp after worker bees enter the beehive, closing a hive door of the queens beehive, opening a beehive cover, adding 2 honeycombs without honey and ova pupas into the beehive, adjusting the space between the 2 honeycombs to be 1.0-2.5cm according to the number of the bees, and enabling the space between the 2 honeycombs to contain the bees to be held into a group; taking out all the shaky bees in the beehive with the egg worm pupas or the honey comb, allowing the bees to fall onto the newly added 2 combs without honey and egg worm pupas, and finally covering the hive opening with covering cloth; the comb taken out of the beehive is treated: adding other bee colony for breeding after the egg pupa honeycomb with the queen cell is removed, adding other bee colony for breeding after the queen cell is removed, and eliminating the egg pupa honeycomb without the queen cell; finally, performing 2-section temperature reduction method for queen bee luring in the middle-temperature section and the low-temperature section of the bee colony; the queen bee was placed in the cage body and the queen bee cage was prepared for installation according to the procedure (1.1) of example 1. And the temperature of the thermostatic chamber at the middle temperature section is adjusted to 15 ℃, and the temperature of the thermostatic chamber at the low temperature section is adjusted to 5.0 ℃.
(2.2) medium-temperature section cooling treatment: placing the beehive into a medium-temperature constant-temperature chamber for treatment, keeping the temperature constant, and keeping the worker bees in a hungry state for 6 hours;
(2.3) low-temperature section cooling treatment: placing the beehive subjected to the temperature reduction treatment in the middle temperature section in the step (2.2) into a low temperature section thermostatic chamber for treatment, and gathering worker bees in the centers of 2 honeycombs to form a bee cluster due to temperature reduction; then, honey is coated on the queen bee cage, the needle columns 8 of the cage body 1 are pulled out from the insertion holes of the bottom cover 14, the bottom cover 14 is removed, the needle columns 8 are vertically buckled on the inner side of a honeycomb in the beehive along the vertical direction, a worker bee group in the middle of the honeycomb 2 surrounds the queen bee cage, and the worker bee is in close contact with the queen bee in the process that the worker bee licks the honey outside the queen bee cage; after the queen bee cage is intervened, the constant temperature is continuously controlled in a constant temperature room at a low temperature section for 4-5 hours;
(2.4) inducing king: step (2.3) cooling the low-temperature section for the end of the treatment time, then removing the partition plate 2 from the cage body 1, dripping honey into the cage body 1 again, and enabling the worker bees to enter the cage body 1 and combine with the queen bees in the process of licking the honey; after inducing queen bee, keeping constant temperature in a constant temperature chamber at a low temperature section for 4-5h, and keeping queen bee in contact with worker bee;
(2.5) heating the beehive: after the step (2.4) is finished, moving the beehive into a medium-temperature section thermostatic chamber, spraying honey on the honeycomb, opening a queen bee entrance 13, continuing to keep the temperature for 2-3 hours, and enabling the queen bee to automatically climb out of the queen bee cage to be combined with worker bees;
(2.6) homing of the beehive: and (3) carrying the beehive processed in the step (2.5) to an open original position, finally taking back the egg worm pupa spleens processed in the step (2.1) and putting the egg worm pupa spleens into the beehive, or transferring the egg worm pupa spleens from other beehives, replacing the egg worm pupa spleens used in the process of queen bee luring, leading the bees to get the egg worm pupa spleens, and finishing the queen bee luring.
Example 3
A queen bee luring method comprises the steps that the external environment temperature is 25 ℃, the bee species are Italian bees, queen bee luring is carried out on old queen bee colonies by using a queen bee luring cage, and queen bee loss of the queen bee colonies in a bee box is controlled for 12-24 hours; controlling the temperature of a constant temperature chamber at a middle temperature section to be 16.0 ℃, and cooling the middle temperature section to ensure that the worker bees are in a hungry state for 7 hours; the temperature of the low-temperature section thermostatic chamber is controlled to be adjusted to 6.0 ℃, and other steps of the king luring method are the same as those of the embodiment 2.
Example 4
A queen bee attracting method comprises attracting queen bee by queen bee cage at external environment temperature of 16 deg.C, and controlling queen bee group in queen bee box to lose queen bee for 12-24 hr; controlling the temperature of a constant temperature chamber at a middle temperature section to be 14.0 ℃, and cooling the middle temperature section to ensure that the worker bees are in a hungry state for 8 hours; the temperature of the low-temperature section thermostatic chamber is controlled to be adjusted to 4.0 ℃, and other steps of the king luring method are the same as those of the embodiment 2.
Example 5
A method for inducing queen bee comprises inducing queen bee with queen bee cage at 20 deg.C, eliminating ova pupa honeycomb, controlling temperature of middle-temperature section constant-temperature chamber at 14.0 deg.C, and cooling at middle-temperature section to make worker bee in hungry state for 8 hr; the temperature of the low-temperature section thermostatic chamber is controlled to be adjusted to 4.0 ℃, and other steps of the king luring method are the same as those of the embodiment 2.
Example 6
A queen bee luring method comprises the steps that the external environment temperature is 34 ℃, bee seeds are Italian bees, bee colonies lose queen bees, worker bees are already produced, a queen bee luring cage is used for luring queen bees, egg worm pupa honeycombs of the produced worker bees are eliminated, the temperature of a middle-temperature section constant-temperature room is controlled to be 14.0 ℃, and the middle-temperature section cooling treatment is carried out to enable the worker bees to be in a hungry state for 8 hours; the temperature of the low-temperature section thermostatic chamber is controlled to be adjusted to 4.0 ℃, and other steps of the king luring method are the same as those of the embodiment 2.

The worker bees enter the queen trapping cage to attack the queen bee, and the queen trapping fails.

In contrast to example 4, the queen bee colonies have bred queen bee stands, queen bees are induced by queen bee cages at normal temperature, and other steps are the same as example 4. The worker bees enter the queen trapping cage to attack the queen bee, and the queen trapping fails.
Results of the implementation
Test subjects: selecting 4 hives of bee colony, dividing the bee colony into 10 groups, wherein each group comprises 4 hives, 1 queen bee is induced in each hive, and the difference between the groups is not obvious; the results of the queen-inducing are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1:
in the comparative example 1, the temperature of the low-temperature section is reduced in the step (2.3), the temperature of the constant-temperature chamber of the low-temperature section is controlled to be 1-2 ℃, the temperature of the constant-temperature chamber of the low-temperature section is low, the queen bee trapping is successful, the worker bees die greatly, the stimulus to the queen bee is large, the recovery time is long, and the queen bee starts to lay eggs in 10 days;
comparing example 2, in the step (2.3), the temperature of the low-temperature section is reduced, the temperature of the low-temperature section thermostatic chamber is controlled to be 8-10 ℃, the temperature of the low-temperature section thermostatic chamber is high, the worker bees do not accept the queen bee, the queen bee is surrounded, and the queen bee luring fails;
in the comparative example 3, the medium-temperature section cooling treatment in the step (2.2) is not carried out, and the low-temperature section treatment is directly carried out, so that worker bees are killed greatly; the queen bee trapping is successful, the queen bee stimulation is large, the recovery time is long, and spawning begins in 8 days;
in the comparative example 4, the worker bees are greatly killed because the medium-temperature cooling treatment in the step (2.2) is not carried out; the queen bee trapping is successful, the queen bee stimulation is large, the recovery time is long, and spawning begins in 7 days;
in comparative example 5, the worker bees died greatly by inducing the worker bees at normal temperature, and the worker bees entered the cage to attack the queen bee, failing to induce the queen bee.
In the embodiment 1-6 of the invention, the worker bees are forced to be in a hunger cold state by adopting a queen-inducing cage and combining a 2-stage cooling method for queen-lost bee groups, the worker bee activity is reduced, the worker bees are fully contacted with the queen by holding and inducing food, the stress response of the worker bees and the queen bees is small, the damage is less, the death proportion of the worker bees is low, the information number transfer is fast, the queen-inducing success rate is high, the spawning time is short, and the queen-inducing cage is suitable for large-scale queen-eliminating, queen-lost or particularly suitable for the queen-induced bee groups and other queen-inducing methods.
