Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗菌性组合物、利用该抗菌性组合物的过滤器以及包括所述过滤器的空气调节器等家用电器。更具体而言,本发明所涉及的抗菌性组合物包含高分子树脂以及由抗菌性金属和抗菌性金属氧化物组成的抗菌性添加剂,从而利用该组合物制造的过滤器具有抗菌性优异且即使清洗也能继续保持抗菌性能的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌性组合物、利用该抗菌性组合物的过滤器以及包括所述过滤器的空气调节器等家用电器。
背景技术
近年来随着微细粉尘增多,空气净化器或空气调节器这样的家用电器的使用也在逐渐增加。另外,在干燥的天气广泛使用加湿器这样的家用电器。
在空气调节器或加湿器这样的家用电器中使用空气过滤器。所述过滤器被赋予用于去除可能从灰尘或宠物的毛发等带入的菌的抗菌功能。
尤其,在应用于空气调节器的过滤器中设置有预过滤器,所述预过滤器以过滤头发、宠物的毛发、尘土等大灰尘的目的而使用。
在由预过滤器过滤的对象物中,特别是宠物的毛发可能成为传播有害病毒的载体。因此,对于预过滤器要求抗菌性能。
现有的预过滤器具有抗菌性涂层。但是,在清洗预过滤器的过程中存在涂层流失的风险。
因此,需要一种抗菌性能优异且即使清洗也不易去除抗菌性能的新型过滤器。

本发明的目的在于,提供一种过滤器用抗菌性组合物,该抗菌性组合物用作抗菌性能优异且即使清洗也不易去除抗菌性能的新型过滤器的材料。
另外,本发明的目的在于,提供一种由所述抗菌性组合物形成的空气调节器用预过滤器。
另外,本发明的目的在于,提供一种应用所述过滤器的家用电器(空气调节器、加湿器等)。

用于解决如上所述的问题的本发明所涉及的抗菌性组合物,其组成特征在于,包含高分子树脂和抗菌性添加剂。
具体而言,本发明所涉及的抗菌性组合物包含:高分子树脂;以及抗菌性添加剂,由抗菌性金属和抗菌性金属氧化物组成。
尤其,在本发明中,控制所述添加剂的成分和含量,从而除了过滤效果之外,使抗菌效果最大化。
另外,为了提供使抗菌性能最大化的空气调节器用过滤器的本发明的预过滤器具有网眼结构,所述网眼结构是通过对包含高分子树脂和抗菌性添加剂的组合物进行熔融纺丝而形成。

<用于形成过滤器的抗菌性组合物>
本发明所涉及的用于形成过滤器的抗菌性组合物包含:高分子树脂;以及由抗菌性金属和抗菌性金属氧化物组成的抗菌性添加剂。
首先,本发明所涉及的组合物包含高分子树脂。所述高分子树脂是过滤器的基本材料。
所述高分子树脂的种类没有特别限制。所述高分子树脂只要是具有适当的刚性的材料作为高分子材料的过滤器即均可使用。优选地,所述高分子树脂可以包括聚乙烯对苯二甲酸酯(PET)。
接着,本发明所涉及的组合物包含抗菌性添加剂。所述抗菌性添加剂由抗菌性金属和抗菌性金属氧化物组成。
所述抗菌性金属是指具备抗菌性能的金属粒子。所述金属粒子只要是具备抗菌性能的金属粒子即可不受限制地使用。所述金属粒子可以使用银(Ag)、金(Au)、铂(Pt)等,优选地,所述金属粒子可以包含银(Ag)。
所述抗菌性金属氧化物是指具备抗菌性能的金属氧化物。所述金属氧化物只要是具备抗菌性能的金属氧化物即可不受限制地使用。所述金属氧化物可以使用氧化锌(ZnO)、二氧化钛(TiO2)等,优选地,所述金属氧化物可以包含银(Ag)。
并且,所述金属与所述金属氧化物的比例大致优选为3:7左右。
优选地,以100重量份的所述高分子树脂为基准,可以包含0.1至2重量份的所述抗菌性添加剂。当组合物中包含超过2重量份的所述抗菌性添加剂时,产生过滤器的强度减弱的问题。并且,当组合物中包含小于0.1重量份的所述抗菌性添加剂时,不能表现出所需的抗菌性能。

参照图1,本发明所涉及的用于空气调节的预过滤器10通过对所述组合物进行熔融纺丝而形成,并且具有网眼结构。
所述过滤器10所具有的网眼结构的尺寸可以根据需要适当改变。
本发明所涉及的过滤器10是通过对所述高分子树脂和所述抗菌性添加剂混合而成的组合物进行熔融纺丝而形成,因此即使用水清洗所述过滤器10,也不会使表现出抗菌性能的成分流失。

<空气调节器用过滤器及包括该过滤器的空气调节器>
接着,对本发明所涉及的空气调节器用过滤器及包括该过滤器的空气调节器进行说明。
参照图2,本发明所涉及的空气调节器用过滤器100具有层叠结构,所述层叠结构从最外层依次包括:预过滤器10的层;HEPA过滤器20的层;以及除臭过滤器30的层。
如图2中所示,本发明所涉及的空气调节器用过滤器100具有至少三层的层叠结构。
所述预过滤器10位于所述过滤器100的最外层。如上所述,所述预过滤器10是用于过滤相对较大的粒子的构成要素。所述预过滤器10具备过滤头发或宠物的毛发等的功能。并且,如上所述,本发明所涉及的预过滤器10具备抗菌性能。并且,所述预过滤器10可以以能拆卸和安装的方式安装于所述过滤器100,并且,在拆卸之后可以清洗。
接着,所述HEPA过滤器20在三层的层叠结构中位于中间。在本发明中,所述HEPA过滤器20可以应用公知的过滤器。
并且,所述除臭过滤器30在所述过滤器100中位于最内部。同样地,所述除臭过滤器30可以应用公知的除臭过滤器。
接着,本发明所涉及的空气调节器包括上述的过滤器100。图3中示出了本发明的一实施例所涉及的空气调节器200。参照图3,所述空气调节器200包括过滤器100和风扇110,空气沿流动A在调节器内部移动。此时,随着所述空气经过过滤器100的层叠结构,所述空气中的各种污染物被过滤。
当然,本发明所涉及的空气调节器的结构并不限于图3中示出的空气调节器200的结构。
<实施例>
实施例-空气调节器用预过滤器的制造
将聚乙烯对苯二甲酸酯树脂放入挤压机,相对于100重量份的所述树脂,放入0.5重量份的银(Ag)粒子和1重量份的ZnO(氧化锌)之后,在加热运转的挤压机中,使它们相互熔融混合,从而制造纺丝液。接着,通过喷丝头以4000m/min的纺丝速度进行熔融纺丝而制造网眼状的预过滤器。
<试验例>
对上述实施例1和2进行抗菌性能测试。
根据KS K 0693:2011试验法,对上述实施例1所涉及的预过滤器和实施例2所涉及的加湿器用过滤器测定抗菌度,公布菌株使用金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)。测定结果记载于下表1。

Ma:对照试样的刚接种后的活菌数
Mb:对照试样的培养18小时后的活菌数
Mc:试样的培养18小时后的活菌数
如上述表1所示,可以确认本发明所涉及的过滤器的抗菌性能非常优异。并且,本发明所涉及的过滤器在树脂中包含抗菌成分而不是以涂覆方式赋予抗菌性能,从而即使在清洗后,其抗菌性能也不会降低。
如上所述,参照附图对本发明进行了说明,但是本发明不受本说明书中公开的实施例和附图的限制,在本发明的技术思想的范围内,可以由本领域普通技术人员进行各种变形是显而易见的。并且,即使在以上说明本发明的实施例时没有明确记载并说明基于本发明的构成的作用效果,但是通过所述构成来可预测的效果也应当被认可。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于形成过滤器的抗菌性组合物,其中,包含:
高分子树脂;以及
抗菌性添加剂,由抗菌性金属和抗菌性金属氧化物组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于形成过滤器的抗菌性组合物,其中,
所述金属包括银Ag,
所述金属氧化物包括ZnO。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于形成过滤器的抗菌性组合物,其中,
所述高分子树脂包括聚乙烯对苯二甲酸酯PET。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于形成过滤器的抗菌性组合物,其中,
以100重量份的所述高分子树脂为基准,包含0.1~2重量份的所述抗菌性添加剂。
5.一种空气调节器用预过滤器,其中,
所述空气调节器用预过滤器通过对用于形成过滤器的组合物进行熔融纺丝而形成且具有网眼结构,
所述用于形成过滤器的组合物包含:
高分子树脂;以及
抗菌性添加剂,由抗菌性金属和抗菌性金属氧化物组成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的空气调节器用预过滤器,其中,
所述金属包括银Ag,
所述金属氧化物包括ZnO。
7.根据权利要求5所述的空气调节器用预过滤器,其中,
所述高分子树脂包括聚乙烯对苯二甲酸酯PET。
8.根据权利要求5所述的空气调节器用预过滤器,其中,
以100重量份的所述高分子树脂为基准,包含0.1~2重量份的所述抗菌性添加剂。
9.一种空气调节器用过滤器,其中,
具有层叠结构,
所述层叠结构从最外层依次包括:
预过滤器的层;
HEPA过滤器的层;以及
除臭过滤器的层。
10.一种空气调节器,其中,包括权利要求9所述的过滤器。
