In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of evenly distributed magnet grooves 103 are formed on the periphery of the fireproof vermiculite plate body 1, and magnetic steel 10 is fixedly arranged in the magnet grooves 103, and the magnetic properties of the contact surfaces of the magnetic steel 10 on each two fireproof vermiculite plate bodies 1 are opposite;
the periphery of the fireproof vermiculite plate body 1 is provided with the magnet groove 103, 10 are arranged in the magnet groove 103, and after a plurality of fireproof vermiculite plate bodies 1 are stacked together, the stacking stability can be improved, and meanwhile, the fireproof vermiculite plate is convenient to carry and transport;
on the other hand, when assembling fireproof vermiculite plate body 1, can utilize the interact power between two magnet steel 10 to splice two fireproof vermiculite plate bodies 1 together, simple structure, it is all more convenient to use and install, promotes the convenience of use.
As shown in fig. 1-5, the preparation method of the fireproof vermiculite plate with the sound insulation function provided by the embodiment includes the following steps:
step one: weighing raw materials of the vermiculite plate, adding the raw materials into a container in batches, and stirring the raw materials while adding the raw materials to form a mixture;
step two: the mixture is further stirred and is led into a formulated mould, the silencing mechanism 3 is evenly placed in the mould, and the magnetic steel 10 is evenly placed on the periphery of the mould of the fireproof vermiculite plate body 1;
step three: pouring a layer of fireproof plate layer 2 into the upper side surface of the silencing mechanism 3, and fixing a plurality of micro tubes communicated with the silencing mechanism 3 on the fireproof plate layer 2;
step four: taking down the micro tube and the fireproof vermiculite plate body 1 after being placed for two weeks at normal temperature;
step five: and edging and polishing the cured fireproof vermiculite plate body 1 for standby.
The installation steps of the silencing mechanism 3 are as follows:
firstly, fixing a support column 9 between two support rings 801, enabling a support column through hole 802 to be communicated with a radial hole 901, and completing assembly of a support column assembly 8;
then the I-shaped sound-absorbing column 5 is sleeved on the support column assembly 8 and integrally fixed on the sound-absorbing foam board 4;
finally, the sound absorption column clamping groove 601 on the sound absorption pad 6 is sleeved on the I-shaped sound absorption column 5, and the sound absorption mechanism 3 is sealed through the sound absorption mechanism sealing plate 7.
The stirring time in the second step is 5-10min, and the inside of the vermiculite plate sound absorbing holes 102 and the inside of the fireproof plate sound absorbing holes 201 are filled with micro tubes in the curing process.

step two: the mixture is further stirred and is led into a formulated mould, the silencing mechanism (3) is evenly placed in the mould, and the magnetic steel (10) is evenly placed on the periphery of the mould of the fireproof vermiculite plate body (1);
step three: pouring a layer of fireproof plate layer (2) into the upper side surface of the silencing mechanism (3), and fixing a plurality of micro tubes communicated with the silencing mechanism (3) on the fireproof plate layer (2);
step four: taking down the micro tube and the fireproof vermiculite plate body (1) after being placed for two weeks at normal temperature;
step five: edging and polishing the cured fireproof vermiculite plate body (1) for later use;
