step three: pouring a layer of fireproof plate layer 2 on the upper side surface of the silencing mechanism 3, and fixing a plurality of microtubes communicated with the silencing mechanism 3 on the fireproof plate layer 2;
step four: placing for two weeks at normal temperature, and taking down the miniature pipe and the fireproof vermiculite plate body 1;
step five: and (3) edging and polishing the cured fireproof vermiculite plate body 1 for later use.
The installation steps of the silencing mechanism 3 are as follows:
firstly, fixing the support column 9 between two support rings 801, so that the support column through hole 802 is communicated with the radial hole 901, and completing the assembly of the support column assembly 8;
then sleeving the I-shaped sound absorption column 5 on the support column assembly 8 and integrally fixing the I-shaped sound absorption column on the sound absorption foam plate 4;
and finally, sleeving the sound absorption column clamping groove 601 on the sound absorption pad 6 on the I-shaped sound absorption column 5, and sealing the silencing mechanism 3 through the silencing mechanism sealing plate 7.
And the stirring time in the second step is 5-10min, and the interior of the vermiculite plate sound absorption hole 102 and the interior of the fire-proof plate sound absorption hole 201 are filled with microtubes in the curing process.

Claims (10)
1. A fireproof vermiculite plate with a sound insulation function comprises a fireproof vermiculite plate body (1), and is characterized in that a fireproof plate layer (2) is fixedly arranged on one side face of the fireproof vermiculite plate body (1), a plurality of uniformly distributed silencing mechanism grooves (101) are formed in one side face, close to the fireproof plate layer (2), of the fireproof vermiculite plate body (1), and silencing mechanisms (3) are arranged inside the silencing mechanism grooves (101);
the noise reduction mechanism (3) comprises a sound absorption foam plate (4), a sound absorption pad (6) and a noise reduction mechanism sealing plate (7), wherein a plurality of uniformly distributed I-shaped sound absorption columns (5) are fixedly arranged on the sound absorption foam plate (4), a sound absorption hole (102) of a vermiculite plate is formed in a noise reduction mechanism groove (101), a sealing plate sound absorption hole (701) is formed in the noise reduction mechanism sealing plate (7), and a fireproof plate sound absorption hole (201) is formed in the fireproof plate sound absorption hole (201);
the vermiculite plate sound absorption holes (102), the sealing plate sound absorption holes (701) and the sealing plate sound absorption holes (701) are all on the same horizontal axis.

The fireproof vermiculite plate with a sound insulation function according to claim 1, wherein: the I-shaped sound absorption column (5) is of an I-shaped structure, the I-shaped sound absorption column (5) is made of mineral wool, a supporting column groove (501) is formed in the I-shaped sound absorption column (5), and a supporting column assembly (8) is fixedly arranged in the supporting column groove (501);
