背景技术
目前,在现有技术中,应用于广告或店面建物的遮阳或遮阳棚上的材料大都以帆布居多,所以帆布具有展示、遮阳及挡雨的功用。而最早期的PE编织帆布,其是PE织带经纬交错而成单一色或条纹色彩的编织层,由于编织层不具防水性,故须于表面涂布一淋膜层,藉以达到防水功能,其虽具有比重低的优点,但因该淋膜层不易附着在编织层表面,且仅有薄薄的一层,加上其本身材质上柔软度不足,当PE帆布呈弯折或碰撞时,其折处极易发生该淋膜层破损或剥落的情况,此时PE帆布即失去防水功能,为其最大缺失。
于是,如图1、2所示的PVC帆布10遂因应而生,其是在中间的纤维基材层11的上、下表面胶合或热压一层PVC12、13所构成,其具有抗拉强度佳,且防水性亦优的特点,因此也被用来作为防水遮阳及广告用壁布,故其确实解决了 PE壁布不耐用及易损坏的问题点;惟查,PE壁布的比重约为1,但PVC壁布10 的比重约1.4,故其重量要比PE壁布多重40%以上,而PVC是聚氯乙烯的简称,英文为Polyvinylchloride,被国际绿色和平组织称为「毒塑料」,却也因为便宜、制造方便,而成为产量仅次于PE的第二大泛用塑料,广泛存在于我们的生活周遭,严重威胁着我们的环境与身体健康。
再者,PVC是五大泛用塑料(PE、PVC、PP、PS、ABS)中唯一的含氯塑料。由于含氯的缘故,使其可藉由塑化剂的添加,而改变柔软度。除了塑化剂外,PVC 的热安定性是很差的。为了避免PVC产品在太阳或高温下的裂解,还必须添加安定剂,通常为铅、镉、锌等重金属。因此,PVC并不只是PVC,还含有一些对健康与环境有害的塑化剂与安定剂;完全不添加任何东西的PVC本身虽不毒,但也没有用处。
是故,国际绿色和平组织的所以会称PVC为「毒塑料」,不是指不含任何添加剂的PVC本身而言,但也不光指含有添加剂的PVC产品而言,而是因为其整个生命周期,从原料开采、制造、使用到废弃的所有阶段,皆会对环境与人体健康造成危害。
然而,目前全球户外广告业大多采用聚氯乙烯(PVC)涂覆夹网布作为数码喷绘广告布,如在先专利文献CN2650286Y、CN2740400Y、 CN291192334Y中公开的广告材料中均大量采用了聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料。其使用量不断上升,已取代了其它多数户外广告宣传方式。在促进市场流通、引导大众消费、美化城市空间、营造都市氛围等方面,户外广告一直发挥着难以替代的作用。
其次,广告业为信息快速更新的行业,一般户外广告的投入使用期限极短,长则半年,少则数天,使用PVC涂覆夹网布作为数码喷绘广告布在使用后的处理尤为棘手,PVC色泽鲜艳,耐腐蚀,牢固耐用,但热稳定性和耐旋光性较差,100℃以上或长时间阳光曝晒开始分解出氯化氢,因此制造塑料时需加入稳定剂、增塑剂、抗老化剂等一些有毒辅助材料来增强其耐热性、韧性、延展性等。纯的PVC 密度为1.4g/cm3,加入增塑剂等的PVC密度一般为1.15~2.00g/cm3;但PVC内的这些有害添加剂和增塑剂可能渗出或气化,干扰生物内分泌,影响生殖机能,可增加致癌风险,因此部分类型的增塑剂己被欧盟国家列为高关注物质,并全面禁止使用。再者,PVC有缩水的缺失。此外,使用PVC涂覆夹网布后的处理方法一般有:
1、分离法,其缺点是PVC贴合夹网布后很难分离。
2、掩埋法,其缺点是PVC本身需要经过数十年才能分解,分解后的物体对土壤和水源有害。
3、焚化法,其缺点是PVC在燃烧过程中会释放出致癌的戴奥辛(Dioxin)而污染空气。
因此,现有的PVC广告布具有上述问题点,因此尚有改善的空间。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的,在于提供一种聚丙烯织品环保喷绘广告布,其在纤维基布层同时形成具有防火及防水及吸墨涂层的复合结构,使壁布形成具有无PVC及无毒的结构。
本发明的再一目的,在于提供一种聚丙烯织品环保喷绘广告布,其具有比重小于1的物理结构特性,以其所构成的喷绘广告布布结构,其比重较PVC壁布减少35%以上,具有质轻而方便操作使用,又可维持高抗拉强度及极佳防水性的功效。
为达上述目的,本发明所采用的技术手段包含:
本发明的一种聚丙烯织品环保喷绘广告布,是作为数码喷绘印刷用的环保广告布,该环保广告布包含有:
一纤维基布层,是由聚丙烯(PP)的经线及纬线所编织而成的网状编织物,其基本重量在120~155克/平方米(gsm)范围内,厚度为0.2~0.8mm,使该纤维基布层具有高密度的网孔,其具有一第一表面及与该第一表面相反面的一第二表面;
一第一防水防火胶层及第二防水防火胶层,是以水性聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶,分别涂布在该纤维基布层的第一表面及第二表面所构成的薄膜层,使该水性聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶渗入该网孔,并包覆该纤维基布层的第一表面及第二表面,使该第一防水防火胶层及第二防水防火胶层的厚度各为0.2~0.8mm;
其中该水性聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶是由下列成分所组成:以所有组合成分的含量之和为100wt%作基准:其中包含100~130克/平方米(gsm)范围内50~ 65wt%作为主材料的水性聚丙烯酸酯(Polyacrylate,简称PA),20~30wt%的防火浆,7~10wt%的增白剂(Brightener),3~10wt%的水以及1~3wt%的助剂;据此,使该环保喷绘广告布的成品的基本重量在180~300克/平方米(gsm)范围内。
其中,优选的,本发明所述的聚丙烯织品环保喷绘广告布更包括一吸墨涂层,是以压克力树酯为主所构成的吸水性涂料,其涂布在该第二防水防火胶层上,其厚度为0.01~0.15mm,该吸墨涂层的上表面用以作为吸附数码喷绘广告涂料。
其中,优选的,该防火浆包括:以磷为主的添加剂、锑为主的添加剂、溴为主的添加剂、聚磷酸铵、磷酸二氢铵、胶状五氧化锑、三氧化锑、亚锑酸钠、硼酸锌、氧化锆、磷酸二铵、胺磺酸、胺磺酸盐、硼酸、硼酸盐或水合氧化铝中的至少一者。
其中,优选的,该增白剂包括为荧光增白剂(Optical Brightening Agents,OBA)。
其中,优选的,该助剂包括:紫外线稳定剂、抗氧化剂或抗静电剂其中任一或其组合式所构成。
其中,优选的,该纤维基布层的厚度为0.3mm。
其中,优选的,该第一防水防火胶层及第二防水防火胶层的厚度为0.3mm。
其中,优选的,该吸墨涂层的厚度为0.02mm。
其中,优选的,该第一防水防火胶层表面可涂布一层遮光层。
相较于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:
借助上述技术手段,本发明的环保喷绘广告布,相较于传统PVC广告布,具有克重较轻、无刺激性气味、对身体无害、无致敏、无毒性等特性,墨水适用类型广,传统PVC广告布可以适用的UV、Latex、Solvent、 Ecosolvent等类型的喷绘机,本发明环保喷绘广告布60亦皆可适用;且本发明因无塑化剂,具有贮藏保质期可达一年以上,可掩埋、焚烧均不会造成较大污染,涂料可降解,且可回收,耐温性为-40℃~90℃等特点。

具体实施方式
以下是通过特定的具体实施例说明本发明的实施方式,本领域技术人员可由本说明书所揭示的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点与功效。本发明亦可藉由其他不同的具体实施例加以施行或应用,本说明书中的各项细节亦可基于不同观点与应用,在不悖离本发明的精神下进行各种修饰与变更。
首先,请参阅图3~图8所示,本发明聚丙烯织品环保喷绘广告布60,较佳实施例包含:一纤维基布层20,是由聚丙烯(PP)的经线21及纬线22所编织而成的网状编织物,如图4A所示;当然亦可如图4B所示的织法所构成网状编织物。其基本重量在120~155克/平方米(gsm)范围内,厚度为0.2~0.8mm,使该纤维基布层20具有高密度的网孔23及抗拉性,其具有一第一表面24及与该第一表面 24相反面的一第二表面25;本实施例中,该纤维基布层20的厚度最佳者为0.3mm,但不限定于此。
一第一防水防火胶层30及第二防水防火胶层40,是以水性聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶,分别涂布在该纤维基布层20的第一表面24及第二表面25所构成的薄膜层,使该水性聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶渗入该网孔23,并包覆该纤维基布层 20的第一表面24及第二表面25,使该第一防水防火胶层30及第二防水防火胶层40的厚度各为0.2~0.8mm;最佳者,该第一防水防火胶层30及第二防水防火胶层40的厚度各为0.3mm,但不限定于此。
其中该水性聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶是由下列成分所组成:以所有组合成分的含量之和为100wt%作基准:其中包含100~130克/平方米(gsm)范围内50~ 65wt%作为主材料的水性聚丙烯酸酯(Polyacrylate,简称PA),20~30wt%的防火浆,7~10wt%的增白剂(Brightener),3~10wt%的水,以及1~3wt%的助剂;据此,使该环保喷绘广告布60的成品的基本重量在180~300克/平方米(gsm)范围内。
本发明所使用的水性聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶(PA),具有防水、阻燃等多种功能。聚丙烯酸酯类涂层胶(PA)一般均由硬组分(如聚丙烯酸甲酯等)和软组分 (如聚丙烯酸丁酯等)共聚而成。聚丙烯酸酯涂层的主要单体有丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯等,为了提高其防水性能,必要时可加入丙烯酰胺和丙烯腈,聚合引发剂一般用过氧化物(如过硫酸钾等)。是以,本发明所使用的水性聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶(PA),其具有下列特点:1、耐日光和气候牢度好,不易泛黄;2、透明度和共容性好,有利于生产有色涂层产品;3、耐洗性好;4、粘着力强;5、成本较低等。
本实施例中,该防火浆包括但不限定于:以磷为主的添加剂、锑为主的添加剂、溴为主的添加剂、聚磷酸铵、磷酸二氢铵、胶状五氧化锑、三氧化锑、亚锑酸钠、硼酸锌、氧化锆、磷酸二铵、胺磺酸、胺磺酸盐、硼酸、硼酸盐或水合氧化铝中的至少一者。
本实施例中,该增白剂包括为:荧光增白剂(Optical Brightening Agents,OBA);其可由荧光增白剂、分散剂及水所组成,其中荧光增白剂可为二苯乙烯三嗪类化合物、分散剂可为亚甲基二萘磺酸钠类化合物,但不限定于此。俾以利用荧光增白剂的光学作用增加制造出的环保喷绘广告布60的白度。
本实施例中,该助剂可包括为:紫外线稳定剂、抗氧化剂或抗静电剂其中任一或其组合式所构成。
如图6所示,本实施例中,更可包括一吸墨涂层50,是以压克力树酯为主所构成的吸水性涂料,其涂布在该第二防水防火胶层40上,其厚度为0.01~0.15mm,该吸墨涂层50的上表面51用以作为吸附数码喷绘广告涂料;而该吸墨涂层50 的厚度最佳者为0.02mm。
图7为本发明另一可行实施例的结构剖视图,该第一防水防火胶层30表面可涂布一层遮光层80,但不限定于此。
图8所示,为本发明的环保喷绘广告布60上喷涂广告油墨70的使用状态参考图。由于该吸墨涂层50其在喷绘该广告油墨70后,具有吸墨功能,无须另外喷涂金由层或保护层,且喷绘后的视觉效果及质感,比目前市场上现有广告布更佳。
由于本发明的环保喷绘广告布60,所使用的PP纤维基布层20,具有高密度的网孔23及抗拉性,而第一防水防火胶层30及第二防水防火胶层40,是以水性聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶,分别涂布在该纤维基布层20的第一表面24及第二表面25所构成的薄膜层,为无毒、无臭、无味的乳白色高结晶聚合物,是目前所有塑料中最轻的品种之一,密度仅为0.90~0.91g/cm3,是PVC密度的60%左右,而在通用塑料中,聚丙烯酸树酯类的耐热性最好,其热变形温度为80~100℃,同时具有良好的耐应力开裂性,有很高的弯曲疲劳寿命。再者,该吸墨涂层50,以压克力树酯构成为主,其与该聚丙烯酸树酯类的适当配比,而具有吸墨特性。据此,本发明的壁布环保喷绘广告布60系在该纤维基布层20上,同时形成具有防火、防水及吸墨涂层的复合结构。
本发明上述环保喷绘广告布60主要是由:120~155gsm范围内的PP纤维基布层20+第1种配方,即水性PA涂层胶配方:100~130gsm范围内50~65%(PA), 20~30%的防火浆,7~10%的增白剂,3~10%的水,以及1~3%的助剂。
而在另在一可行实施例中,环保喷绘广告布60可由:110~135gsm范围内的 PP纤维基布层20+第2种配方,即水性PU涂层胶配方:50~70gsm范围内的70~ 85%水性PU,10~25%的水,1~2%的固化剂。
又在一可行实施例中,环保喷绘广告布60可由:100~120gsm范围内的PP纤维基布层20+第3种配方,即溶剂PU涂层胶配方:50~70gsm范围内的70~80%溶剂PU,15~25%的丁酮(MEK),1~5%的固化剂。
又在一可行实施例中,环保喷绘广告布60可由:120~140gsm范围内的PP 纤维基布层20+第4种配方,即PP涂层胶配方:45~65gsm范围内的75~80%PP 涂层,15~25%的水,1.5~2.5%的固化剂。
上述第1种~第4种配方,其共通点都是以PP网布为纤维基布层20,而第一防水防火胶层30及第二防水防火胶层40,分别为水性PA涂层胶配方、水性 PU涂层胶配方、溶剂PU涂层胶配方、PP涂层胶配方;申请人经过实际测试,皆可实施并制成环保喷绘广告布60。其中更以第1种:纤维基布层20+水性聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶,分别涂布在该纤维基布层20的第一表面24及第二表面25 所构成的环保喷绘广告布60,最为理想。
本发明具有以下几个特征及功效:
本发明的环保喷绘广告布60结构,经送到欧盟公告的实验室授权机构,『SGS』通达标准技术服务(上海)有限公司检测,达到欧盟防火等级标准EN13501-1-B-s1- d0标准中防火等级『B级』,制品的燃烧性能,其中该产烟量的附加等级:『s1』。另该燃烧滴落物/微粒的附加等级:『d0』。是以,本发明的环保喷绘广告布60,符合防火等级安全性较高的欧盟标准,因此其阻燃性及防火性无庸置疑。
本发明的环保喷绘广告布60,其具有无PVC及无毒的特性,因此特别适用于室内、外广告、室内装饰用,并符合医疗等级的使用功效者。
本发明的环保喷绘广告布60结构,相较与现行市场上的PVC广告布,其重量减少近35%,因此轻便柔软,安装拆卸更为简单快捷,以及具有移除容易的特性。
再者,由于本发明的环保喷绘广告布60的组合结构强度佳,可配合预定的成型机加工,使该环保喷绘广告布60其宽幅(W)可根据客户要求订制,且最大宽幅(W)可达5.0米(M),如此一来,可随意选择中意的图片喷绘。是以,本发明的环保喷绘广告布60具有更多的适用性及选择性。
本发明的环保喷绘广告布60结构,其不仅适用于室内广告、室内装饰用,且通过欧洲TUV『致敏』及『皮肤刺激』的认证,其测试报告如后:
1.致敏试验
测试环境:室温22℃~26℃;湿度:50%~70%
检测依据:ISO 10993-10:2010
样品名称:001-白色墙布
检测动物:白色豚鼠30只,302.4g~362.8g,雄性
浸提介质:①0.9%氯化钠浸提介质②棉籽油
阴性对照:同批浸提介质
浸提液制备:按照6cm2/ml比例,70℃、24h分别制备两种介质样品浸提液
试验方法:最大剂量法
试验步骤:1.诱导:用浸提液在动物背部对称注射,注射一周后,再注射区用浸提液贴敷固定48h。
2.激发:动物腹侧备皮贴敷浸提液固定24h。
评判指标:去除贴敷后24h、48h,观察腹侧皮肤红斑水肿反应程度。
结果:48h观察期内对照组皮肤放应等级为0;试验组皮肤放应等级为0,无致敏放应。
结论:参照ISO10993-10:2010的方法,该试验样品浸提液的皮肤致敏试验结果符合要求。
2.皮肤刺激试验
测试环境:室温22℃~26℃;湿度:50%~70%
检测依据:ISO 10993-10:2010
样品名称:001-白色墙布
检测动物:健康新西兰兔6只,2.3kg~2.7kg,雄性
浸提介质:①0.9%氯化钠浸提介质②棉籽油
阴性对照:同批浸提介质
接触途径:皮肤贴敷
接触时间:24h
评判指标:观察24h、48h、72h接触部位皮肤组织红斑水肿反应程度。
结果:去除贴敷后24h、48h、72h,试验样品的0.9%氯化钠注射液浸提液接触部位皮肤组织的原发性刺激指数为0,(平均计分为0);棉籽油浸提液接触部位皮肤组织的原发性刺激指数为0,(平均计分为0)。
结论:参照ISO10993-10:2010的方法,该试验样品浸提液的皮肤刺激试验结果符合要求。
是以,由上述测试报告可以证实,本发明的环保型壁布60结构,符合医疗等级的使用要求,此为传统PVC广告布所无法达成的功效。
相较传统PVC广告布,本发明的环保喷绘广告布60,以聚丙烯(PP)为纤维基布层20所构成,其具有如下的有益效果:
1.本发明的环保喷绘广告布60,喷绘后效果与目前市场上现有广告布相近。
2.相等的强度下,本发明的环保喷绘广告布60,相较与现行市场上的广告布重量减少近一半,轻便柔软,安装拆卸更为简单快捷。
3.本发明环保喷绘广告布60,材料轻,体积小,能极大地降低运输成本。
4.本发明的环保喷绘广告布60,在不需要添加任何添加剂的情况下,即可耐寒达到零下40℃。已通过该标准的耐寒实验(ASTM D2136-2002)。
5.本发明的环保喷绘广告布60,相较于传统广告布所使用的聚氯乙烯(PVC) 而言,聚丙烯的生产较为简单,耗能较低,而聚氯乙烯(PVC)作为典型的高能耗产品,无论是电石法或是乙烯法来制作的聚氯乙烯(PVC),能耗和成本均较高,不符合当下节能减排,有限资源再利用的全球趋势。
同时,该以聚丙烯为原材料的环保广告布,在使用后的处理也符合环保要求:
1.本发明的环保广告布60,可以容易地进行粉碎回收,并再生为其它聚丙烯制品,如产品包装外壳,花盆、皮包硬内衬等。
2.本发明的环保广告布60,在燃烧后所产生的气体不易产生空气污染。
3.本发明的环保广告布60,在掩埋分解的情况下不会产生其它有毒物质污染土壤以及水质。
综合上述说明,本发明的环保喷绘广告布60相较于传统PVC广告布的比较如下表1所示:

由上分析表1清楚得知,本发明环保喷绘广告布60,相较于传统 PVC广告布,具有克重较轻而可快速替换,无刺激性气味、对身体无害、无致敏、无毒性等特性,墨水适用类型广,传统PVC广告布可以适用的 UV、Latex、Solvent、Ecosolvent等类型的喷绘机,本发明环保喷绘广告布60亦皆可适用;且本发明因无塑化剂,贮藏保质期可达一年以上,可掩埋、焚烧均不会造成较大污染,涂料可降解,且可回收,耐温性为-40℃~90℃等功效增进。
但,上述所揭露的图式、说明,仅为本发明的较佳实施例,本领域技术人员依本案精神范畴所作的修饰或等效变化,仍应包括在本案申请专利范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种聚丙烯织品环保喷绘广告布,是作为数码喷绘印刷用的环保广告布,其特征在于,该环保广告布包含有:
一纤维基布层,是由聚丙烯(PP)的经线及纬线所编织而成的网状编织物,其基本重量在120~155克/平方米(gsm)范围内,厚度为0.2~0.8mm,使该纤维基布层具有高密度的网孔,其具有一第一表面及与该第一表面相反面的一第二表面;
一第一防水防火胶层及第二防水防火胶层,是以水性聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶,分别涂布在该纤维基布层的第一表面及第二表面所构成的薄膜层,使该水性聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶渗入该网孔,并包覆该纤维基布层的第一表面及第二表面,使该第一防水防火胶层及第二防水防火胶层的厚度各为0.2~0.8mm;
其中该水性聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶是由下列成分所组成:以所有组合成分的含量之和为100wt%作基准:其中包含100~130克/平方米(gsm)范围内50~65wt%作为主材料的水性聚丙烯酸酯(Polyacrylate,简称PA),20~30wt%的防火浆,7~10wt%的增白剂(Brightener),3~10wt%的水以及1~3wt%的助剂;据此,使该环保喷绘广告布的成品的基本重量在180~300克/平方米(gsm)范围内。

3.如权利要求1所述的聚丙烯织品环保喷绘广告布,其特征在于,该防火浆包括:以磷为主的添加剂、锑为主的添加剂、溴为主的添加剂、聚磷酸铵、磷酸二氢铵、胶状五氧化锑、三氧化锑、亚锑酸钠、硼酸锌、氧化锆、磷酸二铵、胺磺酸、胺磺酸盐、硼酸、硼酸盐或水合氧化铝中的至少一者。

7.如权利要求1所述的聚丙烯织品环保喷绘广告布,其特征在于,该第一防水防火胶层及第二防水防火胶层的厚度为0.3mm。
8.如权利要求2所述的聚丙烯织品环保喷绘广告布,其特征在于,该吸墨涂层的厚度为0.02mm。
