本发明公开了一种抗菌复合导电长丝及其应用,属于纺织领域。本发明所述制备抗菌复合导电长丝的方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将成纤聚酯、聚烯烃、导电碳黑按照质量百分比1:0.1~0.5:0.1~1混合均匀,得到导电聚酯;将银离子抗菌剂与成纤聚酯按照质量比0.2~0.4:1,混合均匀,得到抗菌聚酯;之后将导电聚酯和抗菌聚酯按照质量比0.4~2:1进行混合,双螺杆造粒,得到抗菌导电母粒;(2)以抗菌导电母粒为芯层,皮层聚酯为皮层进行复合纺丝,得到抗菌复合导电长丝。本发明的抗菌导电复合长丝,断裂强度≥2.6cN/dtex;单位电阻:1.0~99╳106Ω/cm;抑菌率:≥98%。

一种抗菌复合导电长丝及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌复合导电长丝及其应用,属于纺织领域。
背景技术
目前市场上防静电抗菌复合面料的生产多采用导电纤维与抗菌纤维进行复合制作防静电抗菌复合面料,该方式导电纤维仅起到防静电的作用,抗菌功能需由抗菌纤维来承担,面料制作成本较高;也有采用普通面料进行抗菌和防静电整理制作防静电抗菌复合面料,制作简单成本也较低,但耐久性不是很好,特别是防静电性能;还有采用导电纤维制作防静电面料,再进行抗菌后整理,该方式也较常用,操作简单成本略高。以上所有制作防静电抗菌复合面料的方法都会涉及到两种功能性纤维或采用后整理的方法,操作相对繁琐。
而采用抗菌复合导电长丝制作防静电抗菌复合面料,操作简单成本较低,其中抗菌复合导电长丝的制作是关键,目前在这方面的研究较少。
抗菌导电纤维如采用简单的皮芯结构(如同芯圆、偏芯圆、多芯等),抗菌导电层在外易产生脱落,影响产品的耐久性和纤维表面;抗菌导电层在内抗菌、导电功能较弱,影响产品的功能性。
发明人团队曾开发过抗菌复合导电长丝,采用了导电母粒作为芯层材料,抗菌母粒添加到皮层中,通过该方法制作的抗菌复合导电长丝,导电性和抗菌性尚可,但由于皮层中添加了抗菌母粒,影响了纤维的单位强度,由此造成了成品率相对不高,另外纤维表层较糙,对后加工有一定要求。
发明内容
[技术问题]
目前抗菌导电纤维存在抗菌、导电功能弱;且耐久性、力学性能差,纤维表面不光洁的问题。
[技术方案]
为了解决上述至少一个问题,本发明采用导电母粒与高浓度的抗菌母粒进行复配,制作抗菌导电母粒,并以此作为抗菌复合导电长丝的芯层材料,而皮层材料采用成纤聚酯与不超过3%的聚乙二醇(PEG)复合,在不影响导电性和抗菌性的前提下,纤维表面改善,提高了纤维强度和纤维的成品率,同样操作简单,且成本较优。而且,本发明采用4~6角的多星结构,使得抗菌复合导电纤维在进行染整等处理的过程中,圆型纤维的外圈逐渐被消耗,特别是皮层纤维的边角处较易分解脱离,内部的功能型材料逐步暴露出来,在确保导电性的同时,高浓度的抗菌材料被逐步释放,起到了良好的抗菌性。
本发明的第一个目的是提供一种制备抗菌复合导电长丝的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)抗菌导电母粒的制备:
将成纤聚酯、聚烯烃、导电碳黑按照质量百分比1:0.1~0.5:0.1~1混合均匀,得到导电聚酯;将银离子抗菌剂与成纤聚酯按照质量比0.2~0.4:1,混合均匀,得到抗菌聚酯;之后将导电聚酯和抗菌聚酯按照质量比0.4~2:1进行混合,双螺杆造粒,得到抗菌导电母粒;
(2)纺丝:
以步骤(1)的抗菌导电母粒为芯层,皮层聚酯为皮层进行复合纺丝,得到抗菌复合导电长丝;其中抗菌复合导电长丝的截面为四角星、五角星、六角星;皮层聚酯是由成纤聚酯与聚乙二醇(PEG)组成,成纤聚酯与聚乙二醇的质量比为1-x:x,x为0~0.03。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,步骤(1)所述的成纤聚酯包括PET、PBT、PTT、COPET的一种或多种。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,步骤(1)所述的聚烯烃包括石蜡、PE、PP的两种。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,步骤(1)所述的导电碳黑包括乙炔碳黑、石墨碳黑、碳纳米管,石墨烯、氧化石墨烯中的一种或多种。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,步骤(1)所述的抗菌导电母粒采用真空转鼓结晶和烘干,结晶温度控制70~100℃并采用缓慢升温,结晶时间控制在2~6小时,之后直接进行烘干,烘干温度控制100~140℃;烘干时间控制4~20小时;真空度:<100Pa。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,步骤(2)所述的抗菌导电母粒和皮层聚酯的质量比为20~30:70~80。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,步骤(2)所述的皮层聚酯采用真空转鼓结晶,结晶温度控制80~110℃并采用缓慢升温,结晶时间控制在2~6小时,后转移至连续干燥塔中,干燥温度:110~150℃;露点温度控制在-60~-80℃;连续干燥时间在4~20小时。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,步骤(2)所述的复合纺丝是将皮层放入A螺杆,芯层放入B螺杆,A螺杆的温度控制在270~300℃,B螺杆的温度控制在240~280℃,箱体温度控制在300~320℃;经从复合喷丝板组件喷出的抗菌复合导电初生丝,经风冷,上油后进行卷绕,得到抗菌复合导电卷绕丝;其中卷绕速度控制在2000~2800m/min,抗菌复合导电卷绕丝经牵伸后制得抗菌复合导电长丝。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,步骤(2)所述的抗菌复合导电卷绕丝的牵伸是采用配置有罗拉/热盘/热板/冷盘的牵伸机进行牵伸/定型,热盘温度控制在80~100℃,热板温度控制在150~200℃,牵伸速度控制在400~800m/min,牵伸倍数控制在1.2~2.0倍,在通过冷盘后再次上油卷绕制得抗菌复合导电长丝。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,步骤(2)所述的抗菌复合导电长丝的规格为20~75D/3~12f。
本发明的第二个目的是本发明所述的方法制备得到的抗菌复合导电长丝。
本发明的第三个目的是提供一种抗菌导电复合纱线,所述的纱线是将本发明所述的抗菌复合导电长丝、铜离子抗菌涤纶长丝通过压缩空气网络制成抗菌导电复合纱线。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述的压缩空气网络参考文献(李栋高,杨旭红.网络长丝纱免浆免捻功能的结构表征方法[J].纺织学报,2003,24(2):3.)。
本发明的第四个目的是提供一种多功能面料,所述的面料是通过本发明所述的抗菌导电复合纱线、阻燃涤纶长丝通过织造制备得到。
本发明的第五个目的是提供一种制备多功能面料的方法,包括如下步骤:
将75D/36f的阻燃涤纶长丝和本发明的抗菌导电复合纱线,通过织造得到组织结构为2/1、3/1、3/2的外层面料;其中抗菌导电复合纱线以0.2~0.5*0.2~0.5cm的方格呈现;
采用厚度为10~40um的TPE无孔薄膜作为中间阻隔层;
采用30~50克/平方米的涤纶网布作为内层;
将上述三层面料经粘合压制后,再进行防水整理,得到所述的多功能复合防护面料。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述的防水整理是PTFE浸轧,可以参考文献(陈红梅,朱春华,顾丽娜,等.氟系防水整理的影响因素[J].印染,2012,38(11):3.)。
[有益效果]
(1)本发明制备得到的抗菌导电复合长丝,断裂强度≥2.6cN/dtex;单位电阻:1.0~99╳106Ω/cm;抑菌率:≥98%。
(2)本发明制备得到的多功能复合防护面料静电性:<7.0uC/m2;阻燃性:B级;抗菌性:>90%(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌);表面抗湿性:≥3级;抗渗水性:≥10KPa;合成血液穿透性:≥3000g/(m2·24hr);过滤率:≥14KPa。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解实施例是为了更好地解释本发明,不用于限制本发明。
实施例1
一种制备抗菌复合导电长丝的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)抗菌导电母粒的制备:
将PBT、PE、石蜡、乙炔碳黑按照质量百分比1:0.125:0.375:1进行充分分散,混合均匀并造粒,得到导电聚酯;将银离子抗菌剂与聚酯PBT按照质量比30:70进行充分分散,混合均匀并造粒,得到抗菌聚酯;之后将导电聚酯和抗菌聚酯按照质量比60:40进行混合,在双螺杆挤出机中进行挤出造粒,得到抗菌导电母粒;抗菌导电母粒采用真空转鼓进行干燥,结晶温度80℃,结晶时间4小时;干燥温度100℃:干燥时间:8小时,真空度:<100Pa,之后出料备用;
(2)皮层聚酯:
皮层聚酯为98%的PET及2%的PEG(%为质量百分比),采用真空转鼓结晶,结晶温度90℃,结晶时间4小时,真空度:<100Pa;之后转入连续干燥塔中,干燥温度控制在120℃,露点温度控制在-72℃,干燥8小时后不必出料随时备用;
(3)纺丝:
以步骤(2)的皮层聚酯为皮层进入A螺杆,步骤(1)的抗菌导电母粒为芯层进入B螺杆,按照皮层和芯层的质量比为75:25,进行复合纺丝;A螺杆的温度控制在270~300℃,B螺杆的温度控制在240~280℃,箱体温度控制在305℃;经从五角星复合喷丝板组件喷出的抗菌复合导电初生丝,经风冷,上油后进行卷绕生成抗菌复合导电卷绕丝(卷绕速度控制在2500m/min),之后采用配置有罗拉/热盘/热板/冷盘的牵伸机进行牵伸/定型,热盘温度控制在90℃,热板温度控制在180℃,牵伸速度控制在600m/min,牵伸倍数控制在1.5倍,在通过冷盘后再次上油卷绕,得到规格为30D/4f的抗菌复合导电长丝。
实施例2
调整实施例1中导电碳黑改为碳纳米管,纤维的截面为四角星,皮层聚酯未加聚乙二醇,其他和实施例1保持一致,得到抗菌复合导电长丝。
实施例3
调整实施例1中导电碳黑改为石墨烯,纤维的截面为六角星,皮层聚酯加3%(%为质量百分比)的聚乙二醇(PEG),其他和实施例1保持一致,得到抗菌复合导电长丝。
对照例1
调整实施例1中不添加PE,PBT、石蜡、乙炔碳黑按照质量百分比1:0.5:1,其他和实施例1保持一致,得到抗菌复合导电长丝。
对照例2
调整实施例1中纤维的截面为同心圆结构,皮芯比70:30,其他和实施例1保持一致,得到抗菌复合导电长丝。
对照例3
调整实施例1中PET、PE、石蜡、碳黑的质量百分比1:0.1:0.5:0.4,将银离子抗菌剂与聚酯PET按照质量百分比10:90,其他和实施例1保持一致,得到抗菌复合导电长丝。
将得到的抗菌复合导电长丝或者纱线进行性能测试,断裂强度的测试标准为:GB/T 14344-2008;抑菌率的测试标准为:GB/T 20944.2-2007(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌);单位电阻的测试标准为:FZ/T 54042-2011。
测试结果如下:

实施例4
一种制备多功能防护面料的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将实施例1得到的抗菌复合导电长丝与75D/36f的铜离子抗菌纱通过压缩空气网络(李栋高,杨旭红.网络长丝纱免浆免捻功能的结构表征方法[J].纺织学报,2003,24(2):3.)制成抗菌导电复合纱线;
(2)织造及染整:
以步骤(1)制得的抗菌导电复合纱线与75D/36f阻燃涤纶按2/1的方式交织制成多功能面料,其中抗菌导电复合纱线以0.5*0.5cm的方格形式呈现,该面料按正常的染整工艺操作,但不做柔软等后整理处理(李俊,汪澜.染整工艺对涤纶导电织物抗静电等性能的影响[J].丝绸,2010(5):5);
(3)贴合及后整理:
以步骤(2)制得的多功能面料为表层面料,以厚度为15um的TPE无孔薄膜为中间阻隔层,以平方米重量为40克的涤纶网布为内层,三层复合后经PTFE浸轧整理(陈红梅,朱春华,顾丽娜,等.氟系防水整理的影响因素[J].印染,2012,38(11):3.)制成多功能复合防护面料。
将得到的面料进行性能测试,测试结果如下:
多功能复合防护面料按照GB/T 12703.2测试,静电性:<7.0uC/m2;按照GB 8965.1测试,阻燃性:B级;按照GB/T 20944.2测试,抗菌性:>90%(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌);按照GB/T 4745测试,表面抗湿性:≥3级;按照GB/T 4744测试,抗渗水性:≥10KPa;按照GB19082测试,合成血液穿透性:≥3000g/(m2·24hr);按照GB 19082测试,过滤率:≥14KPa。

Claims (9)

1.一种制备抗菌复合导电长丝的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)抗菌导电母粒的制备:
将成纤聚酯、聚烯烃、导电碳黑按照质量百分比1:0.1~0.5:0.1~1混合均匀,得到导电聚酯;将银离子抗菌剂与成纤聚酯按照质量比0.2~0.4:1,混合均匀,得到抗菌聚酯;之后将导电聚酯和抗菌聚酯按照质量比0.4~2:1进行混合,双螺杆造粒,得到抗菌导电母粒;其中,所述的聚烯烃为石蜡、PE、PP中的两种;
(2)纺丝:
以步骤(1)的抗菌导电母粒为芯层,皮层聚酯为皮层进行复合纺丝,得到抗菌复合导电长丝;其中抗菌复合导电长丝的芯层截面为四角星、五角星、六角星;皮层聚酯是由成纤聚酯与聚乙二醇组成,成纤聚酯与聚乙二醇的质量比为1-x:x,x为0.02~0.03。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述的成纤聚酯包括PET、PBT、PTT、COPET的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的抗菌导电母粒和皮层聚酯的质量比为20~30:70~80。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的抗菌复合导电长丝的规格为20~75D/3~12f。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的复合纺丝是将皮层放入A螺杆,芯层放入B螺杆,A螺杆的温度控制在270~300℃,B螺杆的温度控制在240~280℃,箱体温度控制在300~320℃;经从复合喷丝板组件喷出的抗菌复合导电初生丝,经风冷,上油后进行卷绕,得到抗菌复合导电卷绕丝;其中卷绕速度控制在2000~2800m/min,抗菌复合导电卷绕丝经牵伸后制得抗菌复合导电长丝。
6.权利要求1~5任一项所述的方法制备得到的抗菌复合导电长丝。
7.一种抗菌导电复合纱线,其特征在于,所述的纱线是将权利要求6所述的抗菌复合导电长丝、铜离子抗菌涤纶长丝通过压缩空气网络制成抗菌导电复合纱线。
8.一种多功能面料,其特征在于,所述的面料是通过权利要求6所述的抗菌导电复合纱线、阻燃涤纶长丝通过织造制备得到。
9.一种制备多功能面料的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将75D/36f的阻燃涤纶长丝和权利要求6所述的抗菌导电复合纱线,通过织造得到组织结构为2/1、3/1、3/2的外层面料;其中抗菌导电复合纱线以0.2~0.5*0.2~0.5cm的方格呈现;
采用厚度为10~40um的TPE无孔薄膜作为中间阻隔层;
采用30~50克/平方米的涤纶网布作为内层;
将上述三层面料经粘合压制后,再进行防水整理,得到多功能面料。
