Abstract

本发明涉及一种环保非活性硫化猪油及其制备方法,包括如下的步骤:步骤一,分别称取各组分;步骤二,将称取的猪板油进行过滤备用;步骤三,将称取的基础油放入釜中,将过滤好的猪油倒入釜内,边搅拌边加热,直到升温到120℃为止;步骤四,边搅拌边在釜内慢慢加入称取的硫磺粉,且控制升温速度;当温度上升至140‑150℃时,停止加热,等待硫磺粉全部投入釜内,继续加热至180℃,待硫磺粉完全熔化,保持180℃恒温搅拌,然后关闭加热开始降温;步骤五,待釜内混合品温度降低至120℃,加入称取的复合酯,保持温度80℃到120℃,并充分搅拌;步骤六,停止搅拌静置冷却,通过过滤筛滤掉杂质,再冷却至常温装桶封存即可。得到的硫化猪油气味小,并且其抗磨减压性强。

一种环保非活性硫化猪油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及硫化猪油制备领域,具体涉及一种环保非活性硫化猪油及其制备方法。
背景技术
硫化猪油是一款深棕色,一般气味的非活性硫化极压抗磨剂,具有粘度大、黏附性好、油膜厚、抗磨性高的特点,适于在金属塑性变形工艺作为主剂来调和高端冲压油、拉伸油;工业油品中适于调和导轨油。传统工艺采用猪板油同硫磺粉搅拌加热、降温制作而成。
传统工艺制作的硫化猪油,因制作过程产生硫化物,使得产品气味大,颜色深,存在一定的臭味污染;随着工业加工技术的发展,加工难度不断完善提高,传统硫化猪油已经不能满足部分高负荷加工需求。
发明内容
综上所述,为克服现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保非活性硫化猪油及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种环保非活性硫化猪油,包括如下重量份数的各组分:猪板油60份,基础油40份,硫磺粉7.5份和复合酯5份。
上述的制备方法,包括如下的步骤:
步骤一,分别称取如下重量份数的各组分:猪板油60份,基础油40 份,硫磺粉7.5份和复合酯5份;
步骤二,将称取的猪板油进行过滤备用;
步骤三,将称取的基础油放入釜中,将过滤好的猪油倒入釜内,边搅拌边加热,直到升温到120℃为止;
步骤四,边搅拌边在釜内慢慢加入称取的硫磺粉,且控制升温速度;当温度上升至140-150℃时,停止加热,等待硫磺粉全部投入釜内,继续加热至180℃,待硫磺粉完全熔化,保持180℃恒温搅拌,然后关闭加热开始降温;
步骤五,待釜内混合品温度降低至120℃,加入称取的复合酯,保持温度80℃到120℃,并充分搅拌;
步骤六,停止搅拌静置冷却,通过过滤筛滤掉杂质,再冷却至常温装桶封存即可。

进一步,所述基础油为矿物油。
进一步,步骤四中升温速度控制在每小时10-15℃。
进一步,步骤四中保持180℃恒温搅拌4-6小时。
进一步,步骤五中充分搅拌2小时。
进一步,步骤六中静置冷却1-2小时。
本发明的有益效果是:得到的硫化猪油气味小,并且其抗磨减压性强。

以下结合实施例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
一种环保非活性硫化猪油的制备方法,包括如下的步骤:
步骤一,分别称取如下重量份数的各组分:猪板油60份,基础油40 份,硫磺粉7.5份和复合酯5份;
步骤二,将称取的猪板油进行过滤备用;
步骤三,将称取的基础油放入釜中,将过滤好的猪油倒入釜内,边搅拌边加热,直到升温到120℃为止;
步骤四,边搅拌边在釜内慢慢加入称取的硫磺粉,且控制升温速度,升温速度控制在每小时10-15℃;当温度上升至140-150℃时,停止加热,等待硫磺粉全部投入釜内,继续加热至180℃,待硫磺粉完全熔化,保持180℃恒温搅拌4-6小时,然后关闭加热开始降温;
步骤五,待釜内混合品温度降低至120℃,加入称取的复合酯,保持温度80℃到120℃,充分搅拌2小时;
步骤六,停止搅拌静置冷却1-2小时,通过过滤筛滤掉杂质,再冷却至常温装桶封存即可。
将上述方法制备得到的硫化猪油与传统的硫化猪油通过润滑磨损机试验,测试对比数据如下:

通过上述对比数据,得到如下结论:由润滑磨损机试验对比数据表明,本发明利用长链合成酯同猪油、硫磺制备的合成硫化猪油脂,相比传统工艺生产的硫化猪油,在物体相当运动抗极压方面有显著的提升,大大降低深度高负荷加工时对工件的损伤。同时在原料、配比、工艺等方面作-些调整,生产出的硫化猪油气味相比更温和。

1.一种环保非活性硫化猪油,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的各组分:猪板油60份,基础油40份,硫磺粉7.5份和复合酯5份;
其制备方法包括如下的步骤:
步骤一,分别称取如下重量份数的各组分:猪板油60份,基础油40份,硫磺粉7.5份和复合酯5份;
步骤二,将称取的猪板油进行过滤备用;
步骤三,将称取的基础油放入釜中,将过滤好的猪板 油倒入釜内,边搅拌边加热,直到升温到120℃为止;
步骤四,边搅拌边在釜内慢慢加入称取的硫磺粉,且控制升温速度;当温度上升至140-150℃时,停止加热,等待硫磺粉全部投入釜内,继续加热至180℃,待硫磺粉完全熔化,保持180℃恒温搅拌,然后关闭加热开始降温;
步骤五,待釜内混合品温度降低至120℃,加入称取的复合酯,保持温度80℃到120℃,并充分搅拌;
步骤六,停止搅拌静置冷却,通过过滤筛滤掉杂质,再冷却至常温装桶封存即可。
