Abstract

本发明涉及一种环保汽油添加剂及制备方法。本发明采用甲醇作为汽油添加剂的主要原料,并调配合理比例的石脑油、乙酸乙酯、二茂铁、甲缩醛、蓖麻油,甲醇能够代替部分的汽油燃料,燃烧充分,燃烧后所排放的碳氢化合物、氧化氮和一氧化碳等有害气体少,可有效地降低尾气中的有害气体,同时也有效降低了燃油系统的积炭,延长发动机的使用寿命;整个制备工艺简单,成本低,而得到的汽油添加剂易于溶于汽油,性质稳定,具有良好的燃烧性,随燃料燃烧后不会产生沉淀或残渣,能够降低对汽油的消耗,燃烧产物有毒物质少,对环境不造成污染,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保汽油添加剂制备技术领域,具体为一种环保汽油添加剂及制备方法。
背景技术
汽油是不可再生能源之一,随着天然石油贮存量的减少,提高汽油洁净度以及使汽油充分燃烧是当前化工领域和汽车工业十分关注的问题,特别是在我国目前采用的汽油中,催化裂化汽油所占比例还相当高,因此汽油氧化生成胶质、漆膜和沉积物的问题还比较严重,因此,环保汽油添加剂是目前研究的热点。发动机运转时,喷油嘴温度在100℃左右,进气阀温度在200-300℃之间。在这样的温度下,燃油中的不稳定成份,极易产生氧化缩合反应,生成胶质和积碳,沉淀在进气阀和喷油嘴上,先进的高增压发动机和使用GDI燃油直喷技术的发动机更容易产生积碳。堆积在进气阀上的沉积物,会造成进气通道截面积减少,进气效率降低,功率下降,严重时会使阀门动作迟缓,关闭不严。喷油嘴积碳,会使喷油不畅,燃油雾化质量下降,导致燃油进入燃烧室后,难以完全燃烧,造成发动机启动困难,怠速不稳,以及油耗加大,尾气排放恶化,特别在冬天,这些状况更加明显。
汽油添加剂的主要作用包括:清除积碳,清洁燃油系统;增强动力性能;改善雾化,节省燃油;防腐、防锈、润滑,保护引擎;降低噪音,减少磨损,延长发动机寿命;消除黑烟,降低排放等。但是一些研究表明,某些汽油添加剂可能会对汽油的安定性、燃烧热值造成不良影响。虽然在市场上已有多种类型的燃油添加剂存在,但现有燃油添加剂功效比较单一,虽然能够在一定程度上改善燃油的燃烧性能,但在提高发动机动力、减少废气的排放方面效果不明显,出现实际节油率不高,清除黑烟不理想,在提升油品品质及提高燃烧效率的功能方面不理想等情况;现有的汽油添加剂含有较多有毒成分,汽油燃烧后,仍有大量有害气体排出,对环境影响较大。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中所存在的问题,本发明公开了一种环保汽油添加剂,主要成分及重量份配比为:

本发明中采用甲醇作为汽油添加剂的主要原料,添加到汽油中之后能够代替部分的汽油燃料,从而能够有效的节省原料,且甲醇来源非常广泛,氧含量较高,燃烧充分,可有效地降低尾气中的有害气体,同时也有效降低了燃油系统的积炭,延长了发动机的使用寿命;甲醇作为燃料使用时具有极佳的冷却作用、极高的抗爆能力和燃烧彻底、挥发性低等优点,可以降低发动机温度,不致过热,能够在高于优质汽油所容许的压力下燃烧而不会爆震,这正适合高压缩比、高性能的发动机需要,并且燃烧后所排放的碳氢化合物、氧化氮和一氧化碳等有害气体少。
本发明中所用到的二茂铁是一种具有芳香族性质的有机过渡金属化合物,具有高度热稳定性、化学稳定性和耐辐射性,二茂铁可用作火箭燃料添加剂、汽油的抗爆剂和橡胶及硅树脂的熟化剂,也可做紫外线吸收剂。将二茂铁及其衍生物添加到固体、液体或气体燃料中,都能发挥其助燃、消烟和抗爆等作用,尤其是对燃烧时产生大量烟尘的烃类,效果更为显着。二茂铁添加到锅炉燃料油中,可减少烟的生成和喷嘴积炭,也可掺在煤粉中作助燃减烟剂使用。此外,将二茂铁添加到动力机械燃料中,可使燃烧室的积炭减少,以减少烟尘对大气的污染。本发明中加入的二茂铁能提高了汽油的抗爆性,而且能起到了减少喷嘴积碳和助燃的作用。
本发明中所用到的乙酸乙酯具有腐蚀抑制作用,汽油中存在有物质对发动机燃料系统的许多金属腐蚀性,可以腐蚀铜、铁、铝、铅、镁以及它们的许多合金,加入腐蚀抑制剂与金属表面强烈作用,产生化学和物理吸附作用,形成良好的保护膜,从一定程度上隔离了腐蚀物质与金属件的接触,达到抑制腐蚀的目的,保护发动机燃料系统,延长使用寿命。
本发明中所用到的蓖麻油能够大幅度的提高汽油的润滑性和抗磨性能,改进粘度和增强活性,达到节省燃油的目的。
一种环保汽油添加剂的制备方法,包括步骤如下:
步骤一:按比例取甲醇、石脑油、乙酸乙酯、二茂铁、甲缩醛、蓖麻油;
步骤二:在常温条件下,向搅拌容器中放入甲醇、蓖麻油、石脑油,以2000转/分的转速搅拌10-15分钟,得到乳化混合液;
步骤三:向步骤二得到的乳化混合液中加入乙酸乙酯、二茂铁、甲缩醛,搅拌混合均匀,得到环保汽油添加剂。

步骤三:向步骤二得到的乳化混合液中加入乙酸乙酯、二茂铁、甲缩醛,搅拌混合均匀,得到环保汽油添加剂。

1.一种环保汽油添加剂,其特征在于,其主要成分及重量份配比为:甲醇75%-85%、石脑油3%-7%、乙酸乙酯2%-6%、二茂铁1%-2%、甲缩醛1%-5%、蓖麻油3%-8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保汽油添加剂,其特征在于:由甲醇75%、石脑油7%、乙酸乙酯6%、二茂铁2%、甲缩醛5%、蓖麻油5%组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保汽油添加剂,其特征在于:由甲醇85%、石脑油3%、乙酸乙酯2%、二茂铁1%、甲缩醛1%、蓖麻油8%组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保汽油添加剂,其特征在于:由甲醇80%、石脑油6%、乙酸乙酯5%、二茂铁1.5%、甲缩醛4%、蓖麻油3.5%组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保汽油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括步骤如下:
步骤一:按比例取甲醇、石脑油、乙酸乙酯、二茂铁、甲缩醛、蓖麻油;
步骤二:在常温条件下,向搅拌容器中放入甲醇、蓖麻油、石脑油,以2000转/分的转速搅拌10-15分钟,得到乳化混合液;
步骤三:向步骤二得到的乳化混合液中加入乙酸乙酯、二茂铁、甲缩醛,搅拌混合均匀,得到环保汽油添加剂。
