Abstract
新型高效燃油,是日趋紧迫的石油资源的替代产品。使燃油机组燃烧充分平稳。降低机组尾气污染。增加燃油标号。与燃油混合添加量为10~55%,组合名称如下:硝基苯、石墨、聚四氟乙烯、乙二醇、苯油、十二胺、硝化甘油、尿素、硫酸铜、十二胺苦味酸、硫酸亚铁、醋酸、甲醇、异丙醇、二茂铁、油浴性金属盐,煤焦油、甲酚、硝基甲烷、丙三醇、甲苯、乙二醇、二甲苯、高锰酸钾。
Description
本发明为内燃型汽、柴油机组内、外燃油型锅炉行业的所用燃油提供高效增标、催化、洁净、抗磨、增氧的产品。
使燃烧室的燃烧更充分,更平稳,增大热效率,增大机组功率,节油率为8~15%,减少机组内部沉积物,消除阻卡隐患,有效的延长了机组的使用期。大量降低了机组尾氯有害气体的排放量CO净化率P2CO=40%以上。可将直馏汽油改造为90号汽油(无铝)。可将70#低标号汽油改造为93号汽油(无铅)。
新型高效燃油与各种燃油混合的添加量为10~55%。不但改造了低级别、低标号油品而且增添新能源,开发利用及经济效益明显。组分中含有成分如下硝基苯、石墨、聚四氟乙稀、乙二醇、苯油、十二胺、硝化甘油、尿素、硫酸铜、苦味酸、硫酸亚铁、醋酸、甲醇、异丙醇、二茂铁、油熔性金属盐、煤焦油、甲酚、硝基甲烷、丙三醇,甲苯,乙二醇、二甲苯,高锰酸钾。可降低机组尾气中的有害气体排放量,如CO净化率R2CO=40%以上。
配方如下:

2.苦味酸0.8~8.1%
3.硫酸铜0.01~1.0%
4.尿素0.01~0.1%
5.硝酸甘油0.01~2.1%
6.十二胺0~0.9%
7.苯油0~6%
8.HOCH2CH2OH0~0.8%
9.聚四氟乙烯0.1~0.9%
10.石墨0.01~1.2%
11.硝基苯0~1.2%
12.醋酸0.01~1.6%

Claims (1)
1.本发明为新能源的开发利用,经济效益,环保效益明显。以10~55%的量与各类型燃油混合使用,具有高效增标、催化、洁净、抗(损)磨、增氧等诸多优特点。虽然添补了大量新能源,混合后的制品,节油率仍然为8~15%。可将直馏汽油的辛烷值提高35个。可将70#汽油提高为93号汽油。(无铅)
可降低机组尾气中的有害气体排放量,如CO净化率R2CO=40%以上。
配方如下:
1.硫酸亚铁0.05~2.6%
2.苦味酸0.8~8.1%

4.尿素0.01~0.1%
5.硝酸甘油0.01~2.1%
6.十二胺0~0.9%
