Elements such as the cylinder, the motor and the like selected in the embodiment are all conventional elements.

The separating mechanism 2, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, includes a separating mounting frame 21, a separating driving component 22, a separating discharging component 23, a separating tensioning component 24 and a separating position-adjusting component 25, the separating mounting frame 21 is fixed on the workbench, the separating discharging component 23 is mounted on the top of the separating mounting frame 21, and the separating driving component 22 is mounted on the side of the separating discharging component 23 and is linked therewith; the partition tensioning member 24 is installed in the middle of the partition mounting frame 21, and the partition positioning member 25 is located at the lower side of the partition tensioning member 24; a reel wound with a separation film is sleeved on the separation discharging component 23, and the separation film is sequentially led into the separation discharging component 23, the separation tensioning component 24 and the separation position adjusting component 25 and led out from a roller set 26 positioned below the separation position adjusting component 25; preferably, the separation driving part 22 is a stepping motor with model number BS86HB 80; preferably, the separating and discharging component 23 comprises a discharging mounting seat and a discharging rotating shaft mounted on the discharging mounting seat, and a discharging baffle is sleeved on the discharging rotating shaft; preferably, the partition tension member 24 is composed of a plurality of transmission rollers installed in a staggered manner; preferably, the separating and positioning component 25 includes a positioning mounting plate, a material pushing cylinder and a material pushing block, the positioning mounting plate is fixed on the left side of the separating mounting frame 21, the material pushing cylinder is fixed on the positioning mounting plate, and the material pushing block is installed at the working end of the material pushing cylinder; further, the material pushing cylinder is a push rod cylinder with the model of AXF 32-75-W5. The plate stacking mechanism 3 is positioned below the roller sleeve 26, the separation film is introduced into a station of the plate stacking mechanism 3, the feeding mechanism 1 places the substrate on the station of the plate stacking mechanism 3, the plate stacking mechanism 3 drives the substrate to move forwards from the lower part of the roller sleeve 26, the separation film is attached to the upper surface of the substrate, and then the separation film is cut off by the cutting mechanism 4.
The cutting mechanism 4, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, includes a cutting connecting frame 41, a cutting mounting plate 42, a cutting connecting plate 44, a cutting lifting assembly 43, a cutting positioning assembly 45 and a hot cutter assembly 46, the cutting connecting frame 41 is fixed on the separating mounting frame 21 of the separating mechanism 2, the cutting mounting plate 42 is fixed at the front end of the cutting connecting frame 41, the cutting connecting plate 44 is slidably connected with the cutting connecting plate through a guide rail member arranged on the cutting mounting plate 42, the cutting lifting assembly 43 is fixed on the cutting mounting plate 42, the working end of the cutting lifting assembly 43 is connected with the cutting connecting plate 44, and the hot cutter assembly 46 is fixed at the bottom of the cutting connecting plate 44 through the cutting positioning assembly 45; preferably, the cutting lifting assembly 43 is a push rod cylinder with a model of CDM2B20-50AZ, and the cutting lifting assembly 43 drives the cutting connecting plate 44 to move up and down along the guide rail member, so as to drive the hot cutter assembly 46 to move up and down; preferably, the cutting position-adjusting assembly 45 comprises a cutting position-adjusting seat and a cutting position-adjusting cylinder, the cutting position-adjusting seat is fixed at the bottom of the cutting connecting plate 44, the cutting position-adjusting cylinder is fixed in the middle of the cutting position-adjusting seat, two sides of the cutting position-adjusting cylinder are respectively provided with a guide, and the working end and the bottom end of the guide of the cutting position-adjusting cylinder are both connected with the hot cutter assembly 46; the cutting position-adjusting cylinder is a push rod cylinder, the model number of the cutting position-adjusting cylinder is CDJ2B16-125Z-M9N-B, when the material is cut, the cutting lifting assembly 43 drives the hot cutter assembly 46 to move downwards, and then the cutting position-adjusting cylinder drives the hot cutter assembly to move slightly, so that the separating film transmitted by the separating mechanism 2 is subjected to hot cutting.
As shown in fig. 7, the plate stacking mechanism 3 includes a plate stacking displacement member 31, a plate stacking lifting member 33, a plate stacking pressing member 32, and a plate stacking station seat 34, wherein the plate stacking displacement member 31 is mounted on a table, the plate stacking lifting member 33 is mounted on a rear portion of a plate stacking table of the plate stacking displacement member 31, the plate stacking station seat 34 is mounted on the plate stacking lifting member 33, and the plate stacking pressing member 32 is mounted on a front portion of the plate stacking table of the plate stacking displacement member 31; the plate stacking displacement part 31 comprises a plate stacking screw rod assembly, a plate stacking table, a plate stacking driving assembly and a plate stacking guide assembly, wherein the plate stacking screw rod assembly and the plate stacking guide assembly are arranged on a workbench; the laminated plate lifting component 33 comprises a laminated plate lifting mounting plate, a laminated plate lifting screw rod and a laminated plate lifting motor, the laminated plate lifting mounting plate is fixed at the rear part of the laminated plate table, the upper end and the lower end of the laminated plate lifting mounting plate are respectively provided with a screw rod bearing seat, the laminated plate lifting screw rod is arranged in the two screw rod bearing seats in a penetrating manner, a nut seat of the laminated plate lifting screw rod is connected with the laminated plate station seat 34, and the laminated plate lifting motor is arranged on the side edge of the laminated plate lifting screw rod and is linked with the laminated plate lifting screw rod to drive the laminated plate station seat 34 to move up and down; the plate-stacking pressure plate component 32 is composed of two pressure plate components with the same structure, the two pressure plate components are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the plate-stacking station seat 34, as shown in fig. 8, the platen assembly includes a platen mounting plate 321, a front platen horizontal pushing member 322, a rear platen horizontal pushing member 324, a front platen member 323, and a rear platen member 325, the pressing plate mounting plate 321 is fixed on the plate stacking table, the front pressing plate horizontal pushing component 322 and the rear pressing plate horizontal pushing component 324 are respectively mounted on the front side and the rear side of the pressing plate mounting plate 321, the front pressing plate component 323 is connected with the working end of the front pressing plate horizontal pushing component 322, the back pressing plate component 325 is connected with the working end of the back pressing plate horizontal pushing component 324, the substrate is fed into the plate stacking station seat 34 by the feeding mechanism 1, and the front pressing plate member 323 and the rear pressing plate member 325 are respectively driven by the front pressing plate pushing member 322 and the rear pressing plate pushing member 324 to press the substrate on the plate stacking station seat 34.

As shown in fig. 9, the boxing mechanism 5 includes a boxing mounting frame 51, an X-axis boxing driving member 52, a Z-axis boxing driving member 53, a boxing gripper 54 and a boxing station seat 55, wherein the boxing mounting frame 51 is fixed on a worktable, the X-axis boxing driving member 52 is mounted on the upper part of the boxing mounting frame 51, the Z-axis boxing driving member 53 is mounted on the working end of the X-axis boxing driving member 52, the boxing gripper 54 is mounted on the working end of the Z-axis boxing driving member 53, the boxing station seat 55 is mounted on the side of the boxing mounting frame 51, a feeding manipulator is arranged on the side of the boxing station seat 55, and boxes are placed into the boxing station seat 55 by the feeding manipulator; preferably, the X-axis box loading driving part 52 is a push rod air cylinder with the model number of CDJ2B16-125Z-M9N-B, the Z-axis box loading driving part 53 is a sliding table air cylinder with the model number of STWB-16X75, the box loading clamping part 54 is a clamping jaw assembly, and the clamping jaw air cylinder with the model number of MHZ2-40 d. As shown in fig. 10, the relay mechanism 6 includes a relay mounting bracket 61, an X-axis relay driving component 62, a Z-axis relay driving component 63, a relay driving component 64, and a relay material taking component 65, wherein the relay mounting bracket 61 is fixed on a workbench, the X-axis relay driving component 62 is installed on the upper portion of the relay mounting bracket 61, the Z-axis relay driving component 63 is installed at a working end of the X-axis relay driving component 62, the relay driving component 64 is installed at a working end of the Z-axis relay driving component 63, and the relay material taking component 65 is installed at a working end of the relay driving component 64; preferably, the X-axis transfer driving part 62 is a magnetic couple type rodless cylinder with a model of SMC CY1L15-400, the Z-axis transfer driving part 63 is an STWB-10X100 sliding table cylinder, the transfer driving component 64 is a rotary cylinder, an SMC swing rotary cylinder MSQB-20R can be selected, the transfer material taking component 65 is a clamping jaw component, and the clamping jaw cylinder is MHZ2-40 d. as shown in fig. 12, the front overturning clamping component 83 includes an overturning base plate 836, a linkage component, a clamping horizontal pushing component 835 and a clamping component 839, the overturning base plate 836 is slidably connected to the overturning mounting frame 81 through a guide rail component disposed at the top of the overturning mounting frame 81, the clamping horizontal pushing component 835 is mounted on the overturning mounting frame 81, a working end of the clamping horizontal pushing component 835 is connected to the bottom of the overturning base plate 836, a rotating shaft seat 838 is disposed on the overturning base plate 836, the clamping component 839 is connected to a rotating shaft penetrating through the rotating shaft seat 838, and a tail end of the rotating shaft penetrating through the rotating shaft seat 838 is linked to the overturning driving component 82 through the linkage component;
