Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a composition, in particular to a composition for promoting yak growth and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The traditional yak breeding mainly comprises grazing breeding. In grazing culture, yaks mainly eat pasture, and the growth of the pasture is influenced by various aspects such as environment and seasonal changes. In recent years, the grazing amount exceeds the bearing capacity of a grassland, and due to ecological degeneration and long grass withering period, the grass yield of the unit area of the grassland is reduced, the forage grass cannot meet the requirements of yaks, so that the yaks are seriously lack of nutrition and generally low in production performance. Therefore, the traditional yak breeding production mode falls behind, and the exertion of the yak production performance is seriously influenced. However, in a scientific yak breeding technical mode, a mode of combining house feeding and grazing is carried out, and a seasonal house feeding fattening breeding technology is developed. The drawback that traditional yak breeding produced has effectually been alleviated to can protect grassland ecological environment and the green ecological speciality of yak. Under the scientific yak breeding technical mode, the method for providing accurate nutrition for yaks can obviously improve the growth efficiency of the yaks and is a method for obtaining higher economic benefit.
Under the adoption of a scientific yak breeding mode, the proportion of fine and coarse fodder in the feed is the key for seasonal house feeding fattening. The yak is a ruminant, and the ratio of the fine material to the coarse material in the feed is the key influencing the health condition, the growth efficiency, the production performance and the rumen microbial koji system of the yak. If the ratio of concentrated feed in the feed is too high, the yak rumen metabolic disorder can be caused, and diseases such as rumen acidosis and the like can be caused. However, when the coarse material ratio in the yak feed is too high, the feed intake of the yak can be reduced, the level of nutrient substances is reduced, and the improvement of the growth performance of the yak is not facilitated. In the traditional yak breeding, the ratio of the fine material to the coarse material in the feed of the yaks is seriously unbalanced and too high, so that the yaks grow slowly in the growing and fattening period of the yaks due to poor nutrition, and therefore the ratio of the fine material to the coarse material in the feed of the yaks is a key for improving the production performance of the yaks, improving the body condition and improving the utilization rate of the feed. However, the fine and coarse feed ratio is difficult to control, and the production performance of yaks is affected by too high or too low feed ratio, but negative effects are produced.

The composition for promoting the growth of yaks comprises the following components:
NCG is a structural analogue of N-acetyl glutamic acid (NAG), can replace NAG in animal bodies, has the function of promoting the synthesis of endogenous arginine of mammals, and enables arginine of organisms to be maintained at a higher physiological level. NCG can play a role in the animal body like NAG and participate in the urea circulation of the organism, has long half-life period and stable metabolism, and has wide biological functions. Arginine is a functional amino acid and can be converted into substances with various important biological activities in an animal body through a series of metabolic processes. Mainly polyamine and nitric oxide, play an important role in the regulation of physiological reactions and metabolism of the organism. Arginine can promote the urea cycle of animals, and the metabolite of arginine enters tricarboxylic acid cycle to accelerate the metabolism of glycolysis pathway, thereby improving the utilization efficiency of energy. Research shows that NCG has the functions of promoting growth, improving meat quality, improving nitrogen metabolism, promoting lactation and growth, enhancing animal reproduction and immunity and the like in animal organisms.
Prebiotics are dietary supplements that improve the health of the host by selectively stimulating the growth and activity of one or a few bacteria in the colon to beneficially affect the host. Prebiotics are non-digestible food ingredients, and mainly include various oligosaccharide substances or oligosaccharides (consisting of 2-10 molecular monosaccharides) and non-digestible dietary fibers. Researches show that the prebiotics are added independently to promote the proliferation and growth of beneficial bacteria in intestinal tracts, inhibit the activity of harmful bacteria, reduce the generation of intestinal toxins and correct the disturbance of the intestinal flora, so that the growth speed of animals is remarkably improved, and meanwhile, the prebiotics can be used as an immune stimulating factor to activate the immune system of animal organisms, enhance the immunity of the organisms and further improve the disease resistance of the animals.
Gamma aminobutyric acid, GABA for short, is a functional amino acid widely existing in animals, plants and microorganisms. In animals, GABA is an important inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system, and it is involved in various metabolic activities and has high physiological activity. Has important significance for maintaining the normal physiological function of animal organisms. Research shows that the addition of GABA in daily ration can obviously increase the feed intake of animals, increase daily gain, reduce feed-weight ratio and improve the health condition of animals. In addition, the GABA added into the daily ration can improve the functions of the liver and the kidney of animals, regulate the internal secretion of the organisms, improve the immunity of the organisms, and simultaneously has the physiological functions of resisting convulsion and calming the animals.
The mold remover is an additive for eliminating or removing mycotoxin in the feed. According to the type of the mold removing agent, the mold removing agent can be divided into a montmorillonite type, a Chinese herbal medicine type and a probiotic type. According to the type of the mildew removing agent, the principle of the mildew removing agent is different, and the principle of the montmorillonite type mildew removing agent is to adsorb mycotoxin. The principle of the Chinese herbal medicine type mildew removing agent is to improve the detoxifying capability of liver and kidney of animals so as to achieve the purpose of mildew removal. The principle of the probiotic mildew remover is that mycotoxin in the feed is decomposed by the beneficial bacteria, and meanwhile, the probiotics can also condition intestinal tracts of livestock and poultry and have the effect of relieving constipation.

NCG 12g, prebiotics 1.2g, GABA5g and mildew removing agent 0.5 g. The mildew removing agent is as follows: bacillus subtilis and montmorillonite (the mass ratio of the Bacillus subtilis to the montmorillonite is 1: 4).
The preparation method of the composition for promoting the growth of yaks comprises the following steps: respectively weighing NCG, prebiotics, GABA and mildew remover according to the mass ratio, mixing and uniformly stirring to prepare the composition for promoting the growth of the yaks.
The feeding method comprises the following steps:
feeding 12-month-old yaks with the prepared composition for 12 months, and feeding 10g of each yak per day.
Example 4 experiment of the composition prepared in example 1 for promoting the growth of yaks
Yaks of 12 months of age and substantially identical initial weight were selected for the experiments. Feeding was started in month 4 in 2019 and ended in month 4 in 2020. The experimental components are divided into three groups according to the feeding amount, the feeding is carried out for 12 months, and the weight is counted after the feeding is finished. The result shows that after the composition of example 1 is fed for 10g every day, the weight gain of the yaks is obviously improved, and the diarrhea rate of the yaks is reduced. In conclusion, after the composition disclosed by the invention is fed, the growth of yaks is improved, the diarrhea rate is reduced, and the yak breeding benefit is improved overall. The daily ration for feeding yaks is a concentrate supplement (180) for Hefeng calves.
