Description

Feed for breeding rabbits and feeding products and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rabbit feed, in particular to a breeding rabbit feed, a breeding product and a preparation method.
Background
Because antibiotics are used in feeds throughout the year, the residual content of the antibiotics in the rabbit meat exceeds the standard, so that the problems of superbacteria, viruses and the like are caused. Therefore, in order to maintain animal-derived food safety and public health safety in China, relevant documents are issued by the agricultural rural department: withdrawing all growth promoting medicine feed additive varieties except the traditional Chinese medicines; the feed production enterprises stop producing commercial feeds containing growth-promoting drug feed additives (except traditional Chinese medicines); self-batching production is incorporated into a feed management system, and on-site addition of growth-promoting antibiotics is forbidden. I.e. the feed is totally prohibited from using antibiotics.
After the feed is completely forbidden, the Sichuan province animal husbandry scientific institute surveys more than 1000 farm household commodity rabbits, and the survey results are as follows:
1) After the feed is forbidden, the female rabbits with common feed can only be used for estrus and breeding after at least 18 days in lactation, and can only be used for increasing illumination and even injecting ovulation-promoting hormone, so that the female rabbits have premature senility of reproductive systems, and the service life is reduced by about 1 year;
2) The nest number of young rabbits produced by female rabbits in a year is reduced: after the female rabbits are forbidden, the female rabbits fed with the common feed can be used for estrus and mating after 18 days of farrowing and even after the medicine is used for promoting ovulation, the annual farrowing number is only 5 nest at most, and the number of each nest is about 8;
3) The respiratory tract problems of the female rabbits are greatly increased, and the production efficiency of the female rabbits is generally reduced: after the female rabbits are forbidden, the respiratory tract comprehensive disease incidence rate of the female rabbits is higher, the breeding efficiency of the female rabbits is low, and the conditions of weak fetus, dead fetus and the like are easy to occur; 2-3 litters per litter, resulting in increased costs to be shared to each young rabbit;
4) The weaning weight of the young rabbits is reduced due to less milk and lower nutrition of the female rabbits, and the weaning weight of the meat rabbits which use the common feed after forbidden is about 1.5 jin; the female rabbits are more prone to mastitis, so that the milk acidification is caused, and the young rabbits are easy to pull thin and have a reduced survival rate.
5) The hair replacement time of the female rabbits is longer, so that the raising cost is increased, the hair replacement time of the female rabbits in spring and autumn is generally about 15 days due to the problem of feed formula after the female rabbits are forbidden, the female rabbits cannot be bred in the period, the lactation effect is poor, and the survival rate of the young rabbits is reduced;
6) After the male rabbits are fed with the normal feed after resistance forbidding, the male rabbits are easy to become weak and dead, and especially after the temperature in summer is kept above 28 ℃ for about one week, the testes of the male rabbits are hardened and cannot be bred.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a feed for breeding rabbits, which does not contain antibiotics, and can reduce the lactation period of the breeding rabbits, prolong the service life of the breeding rabbits, improve the nest number and the yield of young rabbits of the female rabbits, improve the weaning weight and reduce the hair changing time by adding three traditional Chinese medicines of alfalfa, mugwort and sweet wormwood according to a certain proportion.
In addition, the invention also provides a raising product prepared from the breeding rabbit feed and a preparation method of the breeding rabbit feed.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the rabbit feed comprises the following traditional Chinese medicine additives in percentage by weight:
20-30% of alfalfa, 5-15% of mugwort and 5-15% of sweet wormwood.
Wherein, alfalfa can balance amino acid in the feed and supplement calcium in the feed. Protein and energy are provided for reproduction and breeding of the breeding rabbits; the alfalfa is also provided with a large amount of crude fibers, which is beneficial to intestinal peristalsis of meat rabbits and accelerates digestion and absorption of nutrient substances; as the proportion of the soybean meal in the feed for the breeding rabbits is higher and the soybean meal is not easy to be absorbed, the diarrhea is easy to be caused, the coarse fiber in the alfalfa can accelerate the gastrointestinal peristalsis, the digestion and absorption of nutrient substances such as the soybean meal, corn and the like, and the problem of the diarrhea temperature of the female rabbits caused by incomplete protein absorption due to high addition amount of the soybean meal can be solved by properly increasing the addition amount.
The wormwood can provide large coarse fibers required by breeding rabbits, is beneficial to intestinal peristalsis of meat rabbits, is more beneficial to absorbing nutrition in feed, can improve lung function, and is beneficial to diseases such as bronchitis. The wormwood can also inhibit cell inflammation and apoptosis, resist platelet generation and promote vasodilation; the wormwood also has the effects of avoiding pathogenic factors and removing dirt, and can prevent and treat diseases of the breeding rabbits caused by invasion of pathogenic wind and the like.
Wherein, sweet wormwood can provide the thin crude fiber of kind rabbit, plays the filling effect of meat rabbit's ration, sweet wormwood and artemisinin following effect:
1) Antibacterial effect: the sweet wormwood water decoction has strong antibacterial effect on staphylococcus epidermidis, catarrhalis, bacillus anthracis and diphtheria bacillus, and also has certain inhibitory effect on staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, bacillus dysenteriae, tubercle bacillus and the like. The volatile oil of herba Artemisiae Annuae has antibacterial effect on all dermatophytes at 0.25% concentration, and has antibacterial effect on all dermatophytes at 1% concentration. Artemisinin has anti-influenza virus effect. The sodium arteannuate has certain antibacterial effect on golden grape, shigella flexneri, colibacillus, catarrhalis, and paratyphoid A and B. Sitosterol and stigmasterol in herba Artemisiae Annuae also have antiviral effect.
2) Antiparasitic effect: the arteether extract, the diluted alcohol extract and the artemisinin have remarkable antimalarial effect on mouse malaria, monkey malaria and human malaria. Qing Hao has the actions of resisting schistosome and leptospira.
3) Antipyretic effect: the sweet wormwood injection prepared by the distillation method has obvious antipyretic effect on domestic rabbits heated by hundred, white and broken triple vaccines. The green silver injection prepared by the distillation method has more obvious antipyretic effect than single sweet wormwood injection on rabbits heated by typhoid, paratyphoid A and ethylene trigeminal bacterin, has rapid and durable cooling characteristics, and is superior to the control group of bupleurum and antalgic injection. Honeysuckle and sweet wormwood have synergistic antipyretic effect.
4) Immunization: the immune effect of the artemisinin is observed by 4 immune indexes such as a mouse foot pad test, a lymphocyte transformation test, a rabbit epidemic specific rose test, a hemolysis plaque test and the like, and the artemisinin is found to have obvious inhibition effect on humoral immunity, promotion effect on cellular immunity and possible immunoregulation effect. Artemisinin and artemether have the function of promoting proliferation of spleen TS cells. The intramuscular injection of artemether also has obvious inhibition effect on big peripheral blood T, B, tu of Begle and Tr lymphocytes. Also obviously reduces the serum IgG content of normal mice and increases the spleen weight. Reduce the serum IgG content of chicken erythrocyte sensitization mice. Intravenous injection of artemisinin 50-100mg/kg can obviously improve the phagocytic rate (50.2-53.1%) and phagocytic index (1.58-1.91) of macrophages in the abdominal cavity of mice. Artemisinin also can increase lymphocyte transformation rate and promote cellular immunity. Artesunate can promote proliferation of Ts cells, inhibit production of TE cells, and prevent release of interleukin and various inflammatory mediators, thereby playing an immunoregulatory role.
In conclusion, the sweet wormwood with a certain dosage has better effects of preventing and treating diseases such as coccidium, respiratory diseases and low immunity of rabbits.
Because the proportion of the bean pulp in the feed for breeding rabbits is higher, the bean pulp is easy to be absorbed because of high content of the bean pulp and high protein and if not enough crude fiber is used for accelerating the peristalsis of gastrointestinal tracts, the bean pulp is easy to cause diarrhea; the method solves the problems that the content of crude fiber is increased, and the alfalfa is a better choice for providing nutrition for breeding, nursing and breeding of breeding rabbits with lower cost under the condition that the disease resistance of the feed is not affected; the breeding rabbits belong to adult big rabbits, and the breeding rabbits have strong disease resistance, and the vaccine is more perfect than that of the meat rabbits, so that the mugwort and the sweet wormwood in the feed formula are less in number.
The applicant found through experiments that:
three traditional Chinese medicines of alfalfa, mugwort and sweet wormwood are added simultaneously when other components in the feed are unchanged, and the three medicines have synergistic effects, and are specifically as follows:
1) The incidence rate of respiratory diseases of the breeding rabbits except for diseases which can be prevented and treated by artemisinin is higher by only feeding the breeding rabbits with alfalfa and mugwort, the incidence rate of respiratory diseases of the breeding rabbits can reach about 10% in summer and autumn, and about 22% in winter and spring, and the incidence rate of respiratory diseases is higher than that of the breeding rabbits with the three drugs simultaneously, and the incidence rate of respiratory diseases is still higher by independently using mugwort although the mugwort has the effect of resisting the respiratory diseases, so that the breeding efficiency of the breeding rabbits is greatly influenced, the annual birth number and annual birth number of female rabbits are influenced.
2) The coccidiosis of rabbits can be prevented and treated by only feeding the feed with alfalfa and sweet wormwood except for wormwood, the disease incidence rate caused by staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, bacillus dysenteriae, tubercle bacillus, viruses and the like is higher, the disease incidence rate can reach about 12% in summer and autumn, the responsibility can reach 23% in winter and spring, and the sweet wormwood has the effects of resisting bacteria, viruses, coccidiosis and the like, the disease incidence rate caused by staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, bacillus dysenteriae, tubercle bacillus and the like is higher at any time, and unexpected virus diseases can occur at any time, so that the survival rate and the production efficiency of female rabbits are greatly reduced.
In addition, as the soybean meal content in the feed for the breeding rabbits is higher, compared with the feed for the meat rabbits, the feed for the breeding rabbits needs to be added with more alfalfa, because the proportion of the soybean meal is higher, if the content of the alfalfa is lower, the diarrhea symptom of the breeding rabbits can occur, the pregnancy rate is reduced, and the young rabbits for lactation are easy to be ill.
In conclusion, three traditional Chinese medicines of alfalfa, mugwort and sweet wormwood are added according to a certain proportion, so that the lactation period of the breeding rabbits can be reduced, the service life of the breeding rabbits can be prolonged, the litter size and the yield of young rabbits of the female rabbits can be increased, the weaning weight can be increased, and the hair replacement time can be reduced.
Further, the mass ratio of alfalfa, mugwort to sweet wormwood is 1-5:1-5.
Further, the mass ratio of alfalfa, mugwort and sweet wormwood is 4.5:1:1.
the test proves that: simultaneously adding three traditional Chinese medicines of alfalfa, mugwort and sweet wormwood according to the proportion of 1-5:1-5, wherein the preferable proportion is 4.5:1:1, the incidence rate of the respiratory tract and intestinal tract diseases of the breeding rabbits is within 3 percent after the breeding rabbits are added according to the proportion, so that the milk of the breeding rabbits is sufficient, and the production efficiency and the economic benefit of the breeding rabbits are greatly improved.
If the mass ratio of the wormwood to the sweet wormwood is 1:1, the dosage of alfalfa is reduced, the smoothness of the fur of the breeding rabbits is reduced, and if the dosage of alfalfa is reduced, the diarrhea symptom of the breeding rabbits can occur, so that the pregnancy rate is reduced, and the young rabbits for lactation are easy to be ill; increasing the amount of alfalfa used results in an increase in the cost of the diet.
If the mass ratio of alfalfa to sweet wormwood is 4.5:1, the dosage of wormwood is reduced, the respiratory disease of the breeding rabbits is obviously increased, and the incidence rate is increased from within 3% to about 5%; if the amount of mugwort is increased, the cost of the feed is increased remarkably, and the cost per ton of feed is increased by about 4 yuan per 1 point.
If the mass ratio of alfalfa to mugwort is 4.5:1, the dosage of sweet wormwood is reduced, the gastrointestinal diseases of the breeding rabbits are obviously increased, and the incidence rate is increased from 3% to about 6%; if the amount of sweet wormwood is increased, the cost of the feed is increased remarkably, and the cost per ton of feed is increased by about 6 yuan per 1 point.
Further, the composition also comprises the following components:
corn, soybean meal, bran, trace elements and vitamins.
The corn provides energy, carbohydrate, vitamin A and other nutrients for the growth of the meat rabbits, and is beneficial to the fat deposition and bone growth of the meat rabbits so that the meat can grow rapidly; the bean pulp provides protein and amino acid for the growth of the meat rabbits and promotes the rapid growth of the muscles of the meat rabbits; the bran provides coarse fibers for the meat rabbits because of more coarse fibers in the bran; the bran contains rich phosphorus, and the bran can balance calcium and phosphorus in the feed, so that the meat rabbits can not have symptoms such as lameness.
Further, the composition also comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
15 to 25 percent of corn, 25 to 35 percent of bean pulp, 4 to 20 percent of bran, 0.5 to 4 percent of trace elements and 0.5 to 4 percent of vitamins.
Further, the microelements comprise the following components:
iron, zinc, copper, molybdenum, sulfur, magnesium, manganese, cobalt, selenium, and iodine.
Wherein, three elements of iron, copper and cobalt have synergistic effect in rabbits, which is indispensable. Iron and copper are closely related to blood formation, and anemia is easily caused when the iron and copper are deficient. Copper also participates in the action of enzymes and calcification of the ilium, and affects the development of the ilium of rabbits in the absence of the enzymes, so that the hair is pale and matt. Calcium and vitamin B12 synthesis are promoted, and hair growth can be accelerated, so that the hair is rich in gloss. Anemia in rabbits can also result from calcium deficiency.
Among them, sulfur is a raw material constituting lysine and methionine, and most of lysine formation exists in the body. The sulfur content in the rabbit hair is about 5%, and the rabbit Mao Bianxi is easy to break when sulfur is lacking. Sulfur also participates in metabolism of collagen and connective tissue, etc.
Wherein manganese, magnesium and zinc are mainly involved in the activity of enzymes, facilitating the metabolism of calcium, phosphorus and carbohydrates. When young rabbits lack phosphorus, appetite is poor, growth is slow, mao Culie is rare, limbs are weak, and movement is powerless.
Wherein iodine is a constituent of thyroxine. The rabbit shows thyroid gland swelling when iodine is deficient, the metabolic function of the rabbit is reduced, and the growth and development are slow.
Further, the vitamins include the following components:
vitamin a, vitamin D3, vitamin K3, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, nicotinamide, folic acid, calcium pantothenate, and biotin.
The main function of the vitamins is to supplement the vitamins and nutrition required by the growth of rabbits, increase the feeding, promote the growth and development and improve the meat-to-feed ratio; balance organism metabolism, strengthen physique, improve immunity and reduce stress reaction; maintain organism balance, improve breeding and mating of breeding rabbits, and increase survival and uniformity of young cymbidium.
Further, the trace elements and the vitamins are premix.
A feeding product is prepared from the above rabbit feed.
The preparation method of the breeding rabbit feed comprises the following steps:
s1, respectively crushing and sieving alfalfa, corn and soybean meal to obtain alfalfa meal, corn meal and soybean meal powder;
s2, mixing alfalfa powder, soybean meal, corn flour, wheat bran powder, mugwort leaf powder and sweet wormwood powder according to a proportion, and granulating.
The alfalfa is an outsourcing finished product, the characteristics are oval granule, and the alfalfa is crushed by a feed crusher and sieved by a 40-mesh sieve when in use, so as to obtain alfalfa powder; crushing the purchased corns by a feed crusher, and sieving the crushed corns by a 40-mesh sieve; obtaining corn flour; crushing the purchased soybean meal by a feed crusher, and sieving the crushed soybean meal by a 40-mesh sieve; obtaining bean pulp powder; the wormwood and the sweet wormwood are purchased externally, and the commercial properties of the wormwood and the sweet wormwood are powdery and are directly used; the bran is directly used in powder form; trace elements, vitamins: all are powdery premix and are directly used.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
1. after the feed for the breeding rabbits is used, the breeding rabbits can be bred after 12 days, namely, the female rabbits can oestrus after 12 days of child production, the ovulation number is increased, illumination or medicine for ovulation promotion is not needed, the service life of the breeding rabbits is prolonged, and the benefits of the breeding rabbits are improved. According to 7 litters of one year, 8 litters are calculated, according to the market price of 10 yuan/jin, the feed-meat ratio is calculated according to 3.5:1, and one female rabbit can generate 600 yuan of benefit in one year, so that the benefit of a rabbit farm is greatly improved.
2. After the feed for the rabbits is used, female rabbits can be bred after 12 days, the female rabbits can estrus after 12 days of child production, the ovulation number is increased, the number of sperms of the male rabbits is increased, the young animals are produced in a year of 7-8 fosters, the average litter size is about 12, the litter size is increased by about 5, weak fetuses and dead fetuses are avoided, the number of female rabbits born in a year is about 40 more than that of the female rabbits with the common feed, but about 8 more female rabbits are fed in each foster, about 20 more meat rabbits are produced each year, and the split cost of each meat rabbit is reduced by about 0.33 yuan.
3. After the feed for the rabbits is used, the traditional Chinese medicine components in the feed can greatly reduce lung diseases, improve the resistance of the female rabbits, improve the birth rate of the female rabbits and reduce the breeding cost, the cost is calculated by adding 200 yuan per ton of feed at the lowest cost, the cost is calculated by feeding 0.4 jin per day, and each female rabbit can save 14.6 yuan per year.
4. After the feed for the young rabbits is used, the weaning body weight of the young rabbits is about 1.7 jin, which is about 0.2 jin heavier than that of the young rabbits fed by the common feed, so that the weaning body weight is greatly improved, and the young rabbits have stronger resistance, lower feed-meat ratio and higher survival rate.
5. After the rabbit feed disclosed by the invention is used, the hair is changed in about 7 days in spring and autumn, and the feed formula is sufficient in nutrition, so that the lactation is less affected.

27% of alfalfa, 12% of sweet wormwood, 18% of corn, 26% of bean pulp, 14% of bran, 2% of trace elements and 1% of vitamins.
Comparative example 2:
this example is based on example 1, and differs from example 1 in that the formulation of the feed for breeding rabbits is different, does not contain sweet wormwood, and adds an equivalent amount of wormwood, specifically:
the feed for breeding rabbits consists of the following components in percentage by weight:
27% of alfalfa, 12% of mugwort, 18% of corn, 26% of soybean meal, 14% of bran, 2% of trace elements and 1% of vitamins.
The following test was performed on the feed for breeding rabbits prepared in the above examples 1 to 10, comparative examples 1 to 2:
the test procedure was as follows:
120 species were equally divided into 12 groups, each group was fed with the feed for the species rabbits prepared in example 1-example 10, comparative example 1-comparative example 2, for 1 year, (the female rabbits were fed by a free feeding method), the lactation period, the litter size of young rabbits, the weight per litter, the number of weaning, the hair changing time, etc. during feeding were counted, and the morbidity and cost were calculated, with specific results shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
As can be seen from the data in table 1:
1) From comparison of the data of examples 1-10 with the data of comparative examples and comparative example 2, it can be seen that: the feed formula for meat rabbits can improve the nest number, the seed yield per nest, the weaning weight and shorten the hair changing time of young rabbits.
2) From the comparison of the data of example 1 and example 2-example 10, it can be seen that: any dosage of alfalfa, mugwort and sweet wormwood is reduced, the nest number of young rabbits, the yield per nest, the weaning weight are reduced, the hair replacement time is prolonged, and the increase of the feed cost is caused.
3) The dosage of the wormwood is reduced, the respiratory diseases of the breeding rabbits are obviously increased, and the incidence rate is increased from within 3% to about 5%; if the amount of the mugwort is increased, the cost of the feed is increased remarkably; the dosage of the sweet wormwood is reduced, the gastrointestinal tract diseases of the breeding rabbits are obviously increased, and the incidence rate is increased from within 3% to about 6%; if the amount of sweet wormwood is increased, the cost of the feed is significantly increased.
