背景技术

在实施例中,CCF加热器芯组件提供最少10%至15%的提高排热,且在空气侧的限制相对更少和在冷却剂侧的均匀性更好。它还消除了在传统椭圆管设计(36)中存在的大量钎焊接头(34),从而方便防漏的加热器芯组件。

Claims (10)

1.一种加热器芯组件(10),包括:
芯(12),所述芯包括多个微管(13A、13B),所述多个微管(13A、13B)通过将各微管(13A、13B)的端部插入设置于集管(18)中的狭槽(42A、42B)中而在至少两个集管(18)之间堆叠成水平排(15);
隔板(30),所述隔板竖直布置在各集管(18)中,以便确定两个竖直腔室(18A、18B);
其中,各水平排(15)包括插入第一腔室(18A)中的至少一个第一微管(13A)和插入第二腔室(18B)中的至少一个第二微管(13B),以使得冷却剂能够在芯组件(10)中流动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加热器芯组件(10),其中:第一微管(13A)中的冷却剂流沿与第二微管(13B)中的冷却剂流相反的方向,从而导致冷却剂的逆流效应。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的加热器芯组件(10),其中:冷却剂流入微槽道(14)中,空气流过翅片(16),以便能够在热的冷却剂和空气之间交叉流动。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述的加热器芯组件(10),其中:冷却剂进口(22)与第一腔室(18A)连接,冷却剂出口(24)与集管(18)的第二腔室(18B)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的加热器芯组件(10),其中:各微管(13A、13B)包括多个微槽道(14)。
6.根据权利要求1至4所述的加热器芯组件(10),其中:隔板(30)包括多个孔,所述孔使得冷却剂流能够沿加热器的芯(12)的深度从第一微管(13A)传递至第二微管(13B)或者从第二微管传递至第一微管。
7.根据权利要求1至5所述的加热器芯组件(10),其中:多个挡板(20)插入形成于隔板(30)上的多个狭槽中,所述挡板(20)设置成关闭各集管(18)的两端,并增加冷却剂在各集管(18)中的通过次数。
8.根据权利要求1所述的加热器芯组件(10),其中:芯(12)包括布置在各水平排(15)的水平微槽道(14)之间的多个翅片(16)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的加热器芯组件(10),其中:至少一个板(26)布置在微管(13A,13B)的堆叠的水平排(15)的顶部和底部,以便支承多个最后翅片(16)和为芯(12)提供刚性。
10.根据权利要求1所述的加热器芯组件(10),其中:加热器芯组件(10)的芯(12)具有堆叠成水平排(15)的可变高度(h、h')和可变宽度(w、w')的微管。
