Note that the empty frame transfer stage 522 can be moved up and down with respect to the empty frame transfer support frame 523 by driving the empty frame transfer lifting power member 524, that is, when the apparatus is docked with the traverse device 60, the empty frame transfer stage 522 can be driven by the empty frame transfer lifting power member 524 to be lifted up to lift the insertion frame 200 off the empty frame transfer base plate 521, thereby moving the insertion frame 200 onto the traverse device 60.
In this embodiment, the whole frame 200 is made of an Electro-Static discharge (ESD) preventing material, and the ESD design has a certain protection property for the Static electricity of the product, so as to ensure that the whole transfer process of the circuit board 300 is in an anti-Static state, thereby effectively protecting the circuit board 300.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, in the present embodiment, a partition plate structure 203 is disposed on an inner wall of the insertion frame 200, the partition plate structure 203 includes a plurality of partition plates 204 disposed at intervals along a length direction (illustrated X direction) of the insertion frame 200, and a slot 205 into which an edge of the circuit board 300 is inserted is formed between adjacent partition plates 204; the top of the insertion frame 200 is provided with a plurality of laser detection through holes 206 corresponding to the plurality of slots 205, respectively, and during the movement of the empty frame transfer seat 52, the insertion frame 200 is positioned and detected through the laser detection through holes 206, and the insertion frame 200 can be positioned through the laser detection through holes 206 before the circuit board 300 is inserted. It is easily understood that, by positioning the insertion frame 200 and detecting the laser detection through hole 206, the position accuracy of the insertion frame 200 and the accurate insertion of the circuit board 300 into the insertion frame 200 can be ensured each time.
In this embodiment, the number of slots in the insertion frame is, but not limited to, sixty, so that the insertion frame has 60 grids, the board pitch can be switched according to the batch of the circuit boards 300, the circuit boards 300 can be uniformly arranged in the insertion frame, and ten, fifteen, twenty, thirty, sixty or other different modes can be matched, so that the number of the circuit boards that can be stored in the insertion frame is ten, fifteen, twenty, thirty, or sixty.
Referring back to fig. 2 to 11, the loading area 11 is used for moving in and out the loading carrier 400 on which the insertion frame 200 is placed, a loading lifting device 80 is disposed in the loading area 11 and used for fixing the insertion frame 200 placed on the loading carrier 400 and moving the insertion frame 200 along a direction (shown in the figure Z direction) perpendicular to the bottom surface of the rack 10, and the loading lifting device 80 may be any conventional lifting device capable of fixing the insertion frame 200 and driving the insertion frame 200 to move up and down in the prior art. After the empty frame transfer seat 52 of the empty frame transfer device 50 is moved into the loading area 11, the loading lift device 80 places the fixed insertion frame 200 on the empty frame transfer seat 52, and feeds the fixed insertion frame into the work area 12 from the empty frame transfer seat 52. It can be understood that, the loading lifting device 80 can be used to take the insertion frame 200 on the loading carrier 400 away from the carrier, if the insertion frame 200 on the empty frame transfer device 50 still performs the insertion operation in the operation area 12, the loading lifting device 80 can keep the next insertion frame 200 in the loading area 11, and after the insertion frame 200 in the operation area 12 is fully inserted with the circuit board 300, the empty frame transfer device 50 can move into the loading area 11 to grab the next insertion frame 200 for operation, thereby improving the assembly efficiency and reducing the operation time.
Referring to fig. 2 to 11, a board inserting and clamping device 30, a conveying device 20 and a turnover device 40 are arranged in the working area 12, the board inserting and clamping device 30, the conveying device 20 and the turnover device 40 are all supported by the frame 10, and the turnover device 40 is located between the conveying device 20 and the board inserting and clamping device 30.
Referring to fig. 2 to 11, a conveying device 20 is used for providing the circuit board 300, in this embodiment, the conveying device 20 is a belt conveyor, but is not limited to a belt conveyor, and includes a conveying belt 22 abutting against the circuit board 300, the circuit board 300 is laid on the conveying belt 22 of the conveying device 20, and the conveying device 20 moves the circuit board 300 to the loading area 11 along the X direction. The conveyor belt 22 may be made of an ESD-resistant material to prevent damage to the circuit board 300 during transportation.
The conveying device 20 includes a lifting mechanism 21, and the lifting mechanism 21 includes a free wheel 211 for abutting against the circuit board and pushing the circuit board away from the conveyor belt 22. In this embodiment, the supporting mechanism 21 is located below the conveying belts 22, and the supporting mechanism 21 includes a plurality of free wheels 211 and a supporting driving member 212 capable of driving the free wheels 211 to move up and down, so that the free wheels 211 extend out from between adjacent conveying belts 22 and support the circuit board under the driving of the supporting driving member 212, so that the circuit board is grabbed by the turnover device 40, and the circuit board is not damaged due to the contact between the free wheels 211 and the circuit board.
Referring to fig. 2 to 11 and 14, the circuit board 300 of the present embodiment includes a first side 301, a second side 302, a third side 303 and a fourth side 304, wherein the first side 301 is opposite to the second side 302, and the third side 303 is opposite to the fourth side 304.
Referring to fig. 2 to 11, the turnover device 40 is configured to grasp the circuit board 300 on the conveying device 20, and is capable of turning over the circuit board 300 to make the circuit board 300 perpendicular to the bottom surface of the rack 10 and delivering the circuit board 300 to the board inserting and clamping device 30, and in this embodiment, the turnover device 40 includes a first turnover clamping mechanism 41 and a second turnover clamping mechanism 42 respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the conveying device 20. The first flipping clamping mechanism 41 includes a first flipping arm 411 rotatably supported on the frame 10 by taking the Y direction as an axis, and a first flipping clamping assembly disposed on the first flipping arm 411 and used for clamping the third side 303 of the circuit board 300, and the first flipping clamping assembly may be any existing clamping assembly capable of clamping the circuit board 300 in the prior art, such as a clamping jaw and a suction cup. The second flipping holding mechanism 42 includes a second flipping arm 421 rotatably supported on the frame 10 by taking the Y direction as an axis, and a second flipping holding component disposed on the second flipping arm 421 and used for holding the fourth side 304 of the circuit board 300, where the second flipping holding component may be any existing holding component capable of holding the circuit board 300 in the prior art, such as a clamping jaw and a suction cup.
In other embodiments, the first flipping fixture 41 may hold a first or second side of the circuit board, and the second flipping fixture 42 may hold a second or first side of the circuit board.
In other embodiments, the flipping mechanism 40 may be a robotic arm with suction cups.
Referring to fig. 2 to 11, the flipping unit 40 further includes an adjusting mechanism 44, a flipping bracket 45, and a flipping driving mechanism 43 connected to the flipping bracket 45 and capable of driving the flipping bracket 45 to rotate, wherein the flipping driving mechanism 43 is, but not limited to, a motor driving mechanism, and in this embodiment, the first flipping arm 411 of the first flipping holding mechanism 41 and the second flipping arm 421 of the second flipping holding mechanism 42 are movably mounted on the flipping bracket 45, respectively. The adjusting mechanism 44 is mounted on the turning bracket 45 and is connected to the first turning arm 411 and the second turning arm 421, the adjusting mechanism 44 can drive the first turning arm 411 and the second turning arm 421 to move relatively, and the two opposite sides of the circuit board 300 can be respectively clamped when the first turning arm 411 and the second turning arm 421 move relatively. Thus, with the first flipping arm 411 and the second flipping arm 421 being relatively movable, a stretching effect can be exerted for the easily deformable circuit board 300.
In other embodiments, the first flipping clamp 41 and the second flipping clamp 42 may be driven to rotate by the same driving device.
The first flip clamp assembly and the second flip clamp assembly each include a plurality of flip clamp members 46 for clamping the non-patterned areas of the circuit board 300. In this embodiment, the flipping clamp member 46 includes a clamp upper portion 461 and a clamp lower portion 462 capable of moving relatively, the clamp upper portion 461 is made of, but not limited to, stainless steel, and the clamp lower portion 462 is made of, but not limited to, acrylic rubber.
Referring to fig. 2 to 11 and 15 to 20, the board inserting and clamping device 30 is configured to receive the circuit board 300 fed by the flipping device 40 and fix the circuit board 300, and is capable of moving the circuit board 300 in a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the rack 10 (the illustrated Z direction) to insert the circuit board 300 into the inserting frame 200 located below the board inserting and clamping device 30. It can be understood that after each circuit board 300 is inserted into the board inserting and clamping device 30, the empty frame transfer driving assembly 53 drives the inserting frame 200 to move forward by a predetermined distance and then insert the next circuit board 300, until the inserting frame 200 is fully inserted with the circuit boards 300, and then the empty inserting frame 200 is fed to perform the board re-inserting operation.
Referring to fig. 15 to 20, the board inserting and clamping device 30 of the present embodiment includes a board mounting bracket 31, a lower clamping mechanism 32, and an upper clamping mechanism 33, wherein the upper clamping mechanism 33 and the lower clamping mechanism 32 are respectively arranged on the board mounting bracket 31 in a liftable manner, and the upper clamping mechanism 33 is located above the lower clamping mechanism 32. It should be noted that when the board inserting and clamping device 30 receives the circuit board 300 sent by the turnover device 40, the lower clamping mechanism 32 is used as a reference, after the circuit board 300 is placed on the lower clamping mechanism 32, the lower clamping mechanism 32 abuts against the first side 301 of the circuit board 300, the upper clamping mechanism 33 moves downward and abuts against the second side 302 of the circuit board 300, so as to fix the circuit board 300, and then the upper clamping mechanism 33 and the lower clamping mechanism 32 drive the circuit board 300 to move downward together, so as to insert the circuit board 300 into the insertion frame 200.
Referring to fig. 15 to 20, the lower clamping mechanism 32 of the present embodiment is configured to abut against the first side 301 of the circuit board 300, the circuit board 300 is placed on the lower clamping mechanism 32, and the lower clamping mechanism 32 supports the circuit board 300, and the lower clamping mechanism 32 includes a lower clamping bracket 321 and a lower clamping assembly 322 configured to place and support the circuit board 300; the lower clamp bracket 321 is provided on the board mount 31 to be liftable in the Z direction.
In this embodiment, the board inserting frame 31 is installed with a lower clamping lifting driving assembly 323, and the lower clamping lifting driving assembly 323 is, but not limited to, a motor driving assembly, and is connected to the lower clamping frame 321 and can drive the lower clamping frame 321 to move up and down.
Referring to fig. 15, 16 and 19, in the present embodiment, the number of the lower clamping assemblies 322 is, but not limited to, two, the two lower clamping assemblies 322 are respectively installed at two ends of the bottom of the lower clamping bracket 321, each lower clamping assembly 322 includes a lower clamping seat 3221 fixed on the lower clamping bracket 321, a lower clamp 3222 arranged in the lower clamping seat 3221 in a liftable manner, and a lower clamp lifting power member 3223 for lifting and moving the lower clamp 3222 in an up-down direction (the up-down direction in the drawing, i.e., the Z direction), and the lower clamp lifting power member 3223 is, but not limited to, an air cylinder; the lower clip 3222 has a clip portion extending to the outside of the lower clip seat 3221 and configured to clip the first side 301 of the circuit board 300 on the lower clip seat 3221, and the clip portion is in a curved hook shape, so that after the first side 301 of the circuit board 300 is placed in the clip portion of the lower clip 3222, the lower clip 3222 is pulled by the lower clip lifting power member 3223 to move upward, thereby clipping the first side 301 of the circuit board 300.
Referring to fig. 15 and 16, the lower clamp bracket 321 is provided with a lower clamp rail 324, and the lower clamp rail 324 extends in the vertical direction (vertical direction shown, i.e., Z direction). In this embodiment, the lower clamping rails 324 are, but not limited to, two lower clamping rails 324, and the two lower clamping rails 324 are parallel to each other and spaced apart from each other, so that the lower clamping rails 324 having high hardness and high linearity can improve the structural stability of the lower clamping bracket 321 and ensure the flatness of the surface of the lower clamping bracket 321.
Referring to fig. 15 to 18, the upper clamping mechanism 33 of the present embodiment is located above the lower clamping mechanism 32 and is used for abutting against the second side 302 of the circuit board 300, and clamps the circuit board 300 together with the lower clamping mechanism 32, and the upper clamping mechanism 33 includes an upper clamping bracket 331 and an upper clamping assembly 332 for abutting against the second side 302 of the circuit board 300; the upper clamp holder 331 is provided on the board mount 31 so as to be vertically movable (in the vertical direction shown, i.e., in the Z direction).
In this embodiment, the board inserting frame 31 is provided with an upper clamping lifting driving component 333, and the upper clamping lifting driving component 333 is, but not limited to, a motor driving component, and is connected to the upper clamping frame 331 and can drive the upper clamping frame 331 to move up and down.
Referring to fig. 15 to 18, in the present embodiment, the number of the upper clamping assemblies 332 is, but not limited to, two, the two upper clamping assemblies 332 are respectively installed at two ends of the bottom of the upper clamping bracket 331, the upper clamping assemblies 332 include two upper clamping fingers 3321 capable of relatively moving for clamping the circuit board 300 and an upper clamp power member 3322 for driving the two upper clamping fingers 3321 to move, the upper clamp power member 3322 is fixedly disposed on the upper clamping bracket 331, and the upper clamp power member 3322 is, but not limited to, an air cylinder, so that after the first side 301 of the circuit board 300 is fixed by the lower clamping mechanism 32, the upper clamping lifting driving assembly 333 drives the upper clamping bracket 331 to drive the upper clamping assembly 332 to move downward to clamp the second side 302 of the circuit board 300.
Particularly, the upper clamping assembly 332 and the lower clamping assembly 322 of the present embodiment can respectively clamp the first side 301 and the second side 302 of the circuit board 300, and the upper clamping assembly 332 and the lower clamping assembly 322 are respectively controlled by the upper clamping lifting driving assembly 333 and the lower clamping lifting driving assembly 323 to move, so that the flexible circuit board 300 can be stretched by using dual power driving, so as to ensure that the circuit board 300 cannot deform during the board inserting process and can be accurately inserted into the frame.
Referring to fig. 15 to 18, an edge searching mechanism 34 for detecting an edge of the second side 302 is disposed on the upper clamping mechanism 33, the edge searching mechanism 34 can move up and down along with the lifting of the upper clamping mechanism 33, in this embodiment, the edge searching mechanism 34 includes edge searching assemblies 341, and the number of the edge searching assemblies 341 is but not limited to two and disposed between the upper clamping assemblies 332. The edge searching assembly 341 includes an edge searching support 342 fixedly disposed on the upper clamping mechanism 33, the edge searching support 342 has an insertion space for inserting the second edge 302 of the circuit board 300, and the edge searching support 342 is disposed in the insertion space and provided with a sensor 343 for performing edge searching on the circuit board 300. The sensor 343 is, but not limited to, a photoelectric sensor, and moves downward along with the upper clamping mechanism 33, after the circuit board 300 enters the insertion space of the edge searching support 342, the sensor can detect the edge of the circuit board 300 and output a signal to a main control machine (not shown), the upper clamping mechanism 33 is controlled by the main control machine to pause and move, and meanwhile, the upper clamping assembly 332 clamps the circuit board 300, so that the edge searching mechanism 34 searches the circuit board 300, and the size of the circuit board 300 is automatically adjusted, so that the circuit board 300 is adapted to circuit boards 300 with different sizes, and the universality of the device is improved.
Referring to fig. 15 and 16, the lower clamping mechanism 32 is provided with a blowing device 35 for blowing air to the circuit board 300, in this embodiment, the blowing device 35 is installed at a middle position of the bottom of the lower clamping bracket 321, and the blowing device 35 includes a blowing member 351 liftably provided on the lower clamping mechanism 32 and having an air blowing hole 353 on a surface thereof and a blowing lifting power member 352 for lifting and lowering the blowing member 351 in an up-down direction. The blowing elevating power member 352 is, but not limited to, an air cylinder, and the blowing member 351 may be driven to be elevated by the blowing elevating power member 352, so as to adjust the height of the blowing member 351.
In the present embodiment, the blowing part 351 has an installation slope extending obliquely downward and rearward (based on the X direction) from a front end surface of the blowing part 351 to a bottom end surface of the blowing part 351, and the blowing holes 353 are located in the slope. It should be noted that, before the circuit board 300 is inserted into the insertion frame 200, if the front circuit board 300 in the insertion frame 200 is slightly deformed to be bent backward, or if a soft and deformed circuit board 300 is produced, the blowing member 351 may be used to blow air toward the front and lower side of the front circuit board 300, so as to avoid collision with the front circuit board 300 during insertion, thereby improving the stability of the apparatus.
Referring to fig. 2 to 11, the traverse device 60 is abutted against the empty frame transfer device 50, and moves the insertion frame 200 with the circuit boards 300 loaded in the work area 12 to the temporary storage area 13. In the present embodiment, the traverse device 60 includes a traverse rail 61, a traverse base 62 capable of reciprocating between the working area 12 and the buffer area 13, and a traverse driving unit (not shown), and the longitudinal direction of the traverse rail 61 is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the empty frame transfer rail 51. The traverse rail 61 extends in the Y direction and covers the working area 12 and the buffer area 13, the traverse base 62 is movably provided on the traverse rail 61 and can move the inserted frame 200 on the empty frame transfer base 52, and the traverse driving means is not limited to a motor driving means which can drive the traverse base 62 to move forward and backward in the longitudinal direction (the illustrated Y direction) of the traverse rail 61.
Specifically, the traverse seat 62 includes a first traverse support 621, a second traverse support 622, and a traverse lifting power member 623, the first traverse support 621 is movably mounted on the traverse rail 61, the second traverse support 622 is liftably mounted on the first traverse support 621, and the traverse lifting power member 623 is, but not limited to, an air cylinder, and is fixed to the first traverse support 621 and connected to the second traverse support 622. It is understood that the empty frame transfer elevating power member 524 drives the empty frame transfer stage 522 to be elevated to lift the insert frame 200 off the empty frame transfer base plate 521, and the second traverse bracket 622 supports the insert frame 200 on the second traverse bracket 622 after the second traverse bracket 622 is inserted from the gap between the empty frame transfer base plate 521 and the insert frame 200. It should be noted that, due to the temporary storage area 13, when the frame 200 leaving the working area 12 cannot be moved into the blanking area 14 in time, the temporary storage can be temporarily performed.
Referring to fig. 2 to 11, the full frame transfer device 70 is abutted against the traverse device 60, and moves the insertion frame 200 loaded with the circuit boards 300 in the temporary storage area 13 to the blanking area 14. In the present embodiment, the full frame transfer device 70 includes a full frame transfer rail (not shown), a full frame transfer base 71 capable of reciprocating between the temporary storage area 13 and the blanking area 14, and a full frame transfer driving assembly (not shown), and the length direction of the full frame transfer rail and the length direction of the empty frame transfer rail 51 are parallel to each other. The full-frame transfer rail extends along the X direction and covers the temporary storage area 13 and the blanking area 14, the full-frame transfer seat 71 is movably arranged on the full-frame transfer rail and can be used for moving in and supporting the inserted frame 200 on the transverse moving seat 62, the full-frame transfer driving component is not limited to a motor driving component, and the full-frame transfer seat 71 can retreat in the length direction (the X direction in the figure) of the full-frame transfer rail
Particularly, since the traverse device 60 loads and unloads the insert frame 200 on the same side, the empty frame transfer device 50 and the full frame transfer device 70 are disposed on the same side of the traverse device 60, and the overall size is smaller.
Referring to fig. 2 to 11, a blanking area 14 is provided for a blanking carrier (not shown) to move in and out, a blanking lifting device 90 is disposed in the blanking area 14, and is used for fixing the insertion frame 200 placed on the full-frame transfer device 70 and moving the insertion frame 200 along a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface (shown in the figure Z direction) of the rack 10, and the blanking lifting device 90 may be any conventional lifting device capable of fixing the insertion frame 200 and driving the insertion frame 200 to move up and down in the prior art. After the full frame transfer seat 71 of the full frame transfer device 70 is moved into the blanking area 14, the blanking lifting device 90 lifts the insertion frame 200 with the circuit board 300 placed on the full frame transfer seat 71, and when the blanking carrier is moved into the blanking area 14, the blanking lifting device 90 places the insertion frame 200 on the blanking carrier and moves away from the equipment.
Referring to fig. 21, the opening of the insertion frame 200 is covered with a cover plate 207, and the cover plate 207 is detachably connected to the insertion frame 200 and can enclose the insertion frame 200 to form a sealed storage space for storing the circuit board 300. Thus, the cover plate 207 is added on the basis of the existing insertion frame 200, the opening of the insertion frame 200 is sealed through the cover plate 207, the circuit board 300 is ensured to be in a sealed state in the insertion frame 200 and not to be in contact with the outside, and the cleanliness of the circuit board 300 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 22, the loading carrier 400 and the unloading carrier (not shown) may have the same or different structures. In this embodiment, the loading carrier 400 and the unloading carrier have the same structure, and both include casters 401, and the casters 401 are made of ESD-resistant material, so as to prevent the circuit board 300 from being damaged during transportation.
Referring to fig. 23 and 24, the frame 10 is provided with a cover transfer device 81 that can grip the cover 207 and remove the cover 207 from the insertion frame 200 or cover the insertion frame 200. In the present embodiment, the cover plate transfer device 81 is supported on the frame 10, and the cover plate transfer device 81 is disposed in the loading area 11 and the unloading area 14 and above the loading lifting device 80 and the unloading lifting device 90.
Specifically, the cover plate transfer device 81 includes a cover plate transfer mechanism 811 capable of reciprocating between the loading area 11 and the unloading area 14, and a cover plate transfer driving mechanism 812 for driving the cover plate transfer mechanism 811 to reciprocate between the loading area 11 and the unloading area 14, and the cover plate transfer driving mechanism 812 is, but not limited to, a motor-driven component. The cover plate transfer mechanism 811 includes a cover plate transfer main body frame 813 connected to the cover plate transfer driving mechanism 812, a cover plate gripping and mounting frame 814 installed in a liftable manner on the cover plate transfer main body frame 813, a cover plate gripping and lifting driving assembly 815 capable of lifting and lowering the cover plate gripping and mounting frame 814, and a cover plate gripping assembly 816 installed on the cover plate gripping and mounting frame 814 and used for fixing the cover plate 207, wherein the cover plate gripping and lifting driving assembly 815 is, but not limited to, a motor driving assembly. The cover gripping assembly 816 includes two cover gripping plates 817 that are relatively movable to grip and release the cover 207, and the two cover gripping plates 817 are respectively mounted on the cover gripping mounting frame 814 by air cylinders and are arranged side by side in the X direction.
In other embodiments, two cover plate capture plates 817 are disposed side-by-side in the Y-direction.

Claims (20)

1. The integrated circuit board inserting frame type board collecting and releasing machine is characterized by comprising a rack and the following devices supported on the rack:
the conveying device is used for providing the circuit board;
the board inserting and clamping device is used for fixing the circuit board and enabling the circuit board to move in a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the rack and be inserted into the inserting frame; and the number of the first and second groups,
the turnover device is used for grabbing the circuit board on the conveying device and can turn over the circuit board so that the circuit board is perpendicular to the bottom surface of the rack and is conveyed to the board inserting and clamping device; the turnover device is positioned between the conveying device and the plate inserting and clamping device.
2. The board receiving and releasing machine of claim 1, wherein the board inserting and clamping device comprises a board inserting and mounting frame, a lower clamping mechanism used for placing the circuit board and abutting against a first side of the circuit board, and an upper clamping mechanism used for abutting against a second side of the circuit board opposite to the first side, wherein the upper clamping mechanism and the lower clamping mechanism are respectively arranged on the board inserting and mounting frame in a liftable manner.
3. The board receiving and releasing machine of claim 1 or 2, wherein the turnover device comprises a first turnover clamping mechanism and a second turnover clamping mechanism respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the conveying device; the first overturning and clamping mechanism comprises a first overturning arm which is rotatably supported on the rack, and a first overturning and clamping assembly which is arranged on the first overturning arm and is used for clamping the circuit board; the second overturning and clamping mechanism comprises a second overturning arm which is rotatably supported on the rack, and a second overturning and clamping assembly which is arranged on the second overturning arm and is used for clamping the circuit board.
7. The board receiving and releasing machine of claim 6, wherein the turnover device comprises an adjusting mechanism capable of driving the first turnover arm and the second turnover arm to move relatively.

The board collecting and placing machine of claim 1 or 2, wherein the frame is provided with an empty frame transfer device for moving the frame to receive and store the circuit board fed by the board inserting and clamping device; the empty frame transfer device comprises an empty frame transfer rail, an empty frame transfer seat which is movably arranged on the empty frame transfer rail and used for placing the inserted frame, and an empty frame transfer driving component which enables the empty frame transfer seat to move in the length direction of the empty frame transfer rail.

The board receiving and releasing machine of claim 8, wherein the frame has a plurality of positioning parts on the outer side of the top thereof; the empty frame transfer seat comprises an empty frame transfer bottom plate and two empty frame transfer platforms which are supported on the empty frame transfer bottom plate and are spaced from each other; and the empty frame moving carrying platform is provided with a positioning matching part which is used for matching and positioning with the positioning part.

The board receiving and releasing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein a traverse device is provided on the frame to be abutted against the empty frame transfer device, the traverse device including a traverse rail, a traverse base movably provided on the traverse rail and capable of moving in the insertion frame on the empty frame transfer base and supporting the insertion frame, and a traverse driving unit for moving the traverse base in a length direction of the traverse rail; the length direction of the transverse moving track is perpendicular to the length direction of the empty frame transfer track.

The board receiving and releasing machine of claim 11, wherein the frame comprises a working area and a loading area for moving in and out of a loading carrier on which the frame is placed; the conveying device, the plate inserting and clamping device and the turnover device are all arranged in the operation area; a feeding lifting device is arranged in the feeding area and used for fixing an inserting frame placed on the feeding carrier and enabling the inserting frame to move in a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the rack; the empty frame transfer seat of the empty frame transfer device can move in a reciprocating mode in the feeding area and the operation area and is used for moving the inserting frame on the feeding lifting device in.

The board receiving and releasing machine as claimed in claim 12, wherein the frame has a temporary storage area and a loading area for loading and unloading carriers; the operation area, the temporary storage area and the blanking area are sequentially arranged; the transverse moving seat of the transverse moving device can move in a reciprocating way in the operation area and the temporary storage area; the full-frame transfer seat of the full-frame transfer device can move in a reciprocating manner in the temporary storage area and the blanking area; and a blanking lifting device is arranged in the blanking area and used for fixedly placing the inserting frame on the full-frame transfer seat and enabling the inserting frame to move to a blanking carrier along the direction vertical to the bottom surface of the rack.

The frame-mounted board collecting and releasing machine of claim 13, wherein the casters of the loading carrier and/or the casters of the unloading carrier are made of ESD-proof material; the conveying device is a belt conveyor and comprises a conveying belt which abuts against the circuit board, and the conveying belt is made of an ESD (electro-static discharge) preventing material; the inserting frame is made of an ESD (electro-static discharge) preventing material.

17. The board receiving and placing machine as claimed in claim 16, wherein the frame is provided with a cover plate transferring device capable of grabbing the cover plate and removing or covering the cover plate from or on the frame.
18. The board collecting and releasing machine of claim 1, wherein the number of the slots in the inserting frame is sixty, and the number of the circuit boards that can be stored in the inserting frame is ten, fifteen, twenty, thirty or sixty.
19. The board receiving and releasing machine of claim 1, wherein the conveying device includes a lifting mechanism including a free wheel for abutting against the circuit board and pushing the circuit board away from the conveyor belt.
20. The board receiving and releasing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first and second flip clamp assemblies each comprise a plurality of flip clamp members for clamping a non-pattern area of the circuit board.
