本发明涉及一种全自动分切机,包括机架,机架上设置工作台、带刀传动机构、送料传动机构、上、下升降传动机构、磨刀机构,所述上、下升降传动机构包括上、下升降组合装置、上、下升降电机、上、下挂脚装置、丝杆,上、下挂脚装置之间设置上、下花辊,所述带刀传动机构包括带刀电机、主刀轮、副刀轮、带刀,所述送料传动机构包括送料电机、变速箱、上、下万向传动轴,其特征在于:所述工作台设置于机架前侧,机架两侧均设置侧箱,侧箱内设靠前侧的带刀传动机构,送料传动机构设置于侧箱后侧上;两磨刀机构对应带刀位置设置在两侧箱上前侧。该机器能自动控制提高作业效率、降低人工劳动强度和作业量,提高加工精度。

一种全自动分切机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种分切机,具体说是一张全自动分切机。
背景技术
在汽车轮胎行业,通常需要将硫化前后的轮胎橡胶切片,进行相关指标性能的检测。申请人在先的发明专利2014104305189公开的橡胶超薄透析分切机,能快速对橡胶进行切片作业,但由于带刀位置位于上、下花辊后,导致带刀的主、副刀轮位置落后于花辊外接的万向传动轴,在对主刀轮、带刀进行维护更换时,需要首先拆卸万向传动轴,费时费力;另外磨刀机构设置在机架下部位置,不便于维护更换;还有顶刀机构需要人工调节顶柱带刀确定位置,其人工操作精度低、费时费力,不便于自动化生产提高工作效率,并且还易磨损顶刀机构。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种能自动控制提高作业效率、降低人工劳动强度和作业量,提高加工精度的全自动分切机。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种全自动分切机,包括机架,机架上设置工作台、带刀传动机构、送料传动机构、上、下升降传动机构、磨刀机构,所述上、下升降传动机构包括上、下升降组合装置、上、下升降电机、上、下挂脚装置、丝杆,上、下挂脚装置之间设置上、下花辊,所述带刀传动机构包括带刀电机、主刀轮、副刀轮、带刀,所述送料传动机构包括送料电机、变速箱、上、下万向传动轴,其特征在于:所述工作台设置于机架前侧,机架两侧均设置侧箱,侧箱内设靠前侧的带刀传动机构,送料传动机构设置于侧箱后侧上;两磨刀机构对应带刀位置设置在两侧箱上前侧。
进一步地,还包括顶刀机构,顶刀机构位于上、下升降传动机构之间水平对应上、下花辊中间位置,顶刀机构包括顶刀调节电机、顶刀座、顶刀驱动丝杆、顶刀驱动轮、顶刀块,所述顶刀座上横向设置多个前后方向的顶刀槽,顶刀块后部旋接顶刀驱动丝杆,顶刀驱动丝杆旋接穿过顶刀座后侧接由顶刀调节电机经链轮或带轮驱动的顶刀驱动轮,顶刀块滑动导向设置于顶刀槽内呈随顶刀驱动丝杆前后驱动顶接置于顶刀座前端上的带刀状态,顶刀调节电机经控制器接机架上对应带刀刃口位置的位置传感器。
进一步地,所述顶刀块前端设置顶刀轴承或合金顶头。
进一步地,还包括带刀张力调节装置,带刀张力调节装置包括调节液压缸、托板轴承座、调节弹簧、调节锁紧丝杆、调节锁紧手轮,托板轴承座支撑设置于对应主或副刀轮的侧箱内且其上支撑主或副刀轮,托板轴承座内侧的侧箱或机架上水平设置张力调节液压缸,张力调节液压缸的推杆穿接托板轴承座内侧墙体,推杆外端与托板轴承座内侧墙体之间连接调节弹簧,托板轴承座外侧墙体上穿接调节锁紧丝杆,调节锁紧手轮锁紧穿过外侧侧箱的调节锁紧丝杆。
进一步地,所述工作台由多根水平平行设置的进料辊组成。
进一步地,还包括进料导向装置,进料导向装置包括导向调节手轮、导向调节丝杆、导向调节座、导向柱,导向调节丝杆平行于进料辊穿接在工作台下方且外接导向调节手轮,导向调节丝杆上两侧分别经旋向相反的螺纹旋接两导向调节座,导向调节座上垂直设置多个沿进料方向、朝上穿出两两相邻进料辊间隙的导向柱。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、将送料传动机构设置于整机后侧,使得其上、下万向传动轴倾斜传动上、下花辊,而带刀、主刀轮侧位于上、下万向传动轴外侧,便于维护更换拆卸,省时省力。
2、将磨刀机构由下部改至侧箱上侧,对带刀运行至上方位置处进行磨刀修整,方便更换、维护。
3、顶刀机构的调节改为自动化动作,在位置传感器感应带刀刃口位置发生变化时,经控制器控制顶刀调节电机经链轮或带轮驱动顶刀驱动轮,从而经顶刀驱动丝杆驱动顶刀块在顶刀槽内前移,通过顶刀块前端的顶刀轴承或合金顶头顶接带刀,实现带刀位置的自动调节,自动控制精度高、效率高。
4、带刀的张力调节,初始调节液压缸的推杆推至远端并微量拉伸弹簧,采用调节锁紧手轮锁紧调节锁紧丝杆,确保主、副刀轮张紧带刀,当带刀微量松动时,松开外侧调节锁紧手轮,由弹簧回缩拉动托板轴承座在侧向内水平外移,从而带动副刀轮微调外移张紧带刀,再锁紧调节锁紧手轮,完成高效、便捷的张力调节。
5、工作台通过进料辊进料,进料便捷;结合导向调节手轮经导向调节丝杆驱动导向调节座相向或相背运动,使得其上的导向柱相向或相背调节可进料宽度,满足进料宽度变化需求,并兼顾到进料方向的稳定导向,便于提高加工精度。

进一步地,还包括带刀张力调节装置,带刀张力调节装置包括调节液压缸、托板轴承座、调节弹簧、调节锁紧丝杆、调节锁紧手轮,托板轴承座支撑设置于对应主或副刀轮的侧箱内且其上支撑主或副刀轮,托板轴承座内侧的侧箱或机架上水平设置张力调节液压缸,张力调节液压缸的推杆穿接托板轴承座内侧墙体,推杆外端与托板轴承座内侧墙体之间连接调节弹簧,托板轴承座外侧墙体上穿接调节锁紧丝杆,调节锁紧手轮锁紧穿过外侧侧箱的调节锁紧丝杆。
进一步地,所述工作台由多根水平平行设置的进料辊组成。
进一步地,还包括进料导向装置,进料导向装置包括导向调节手轮、导向调节丝杆、导向调节座、导向柱,导向调节丝杆平行于进料辊穿接在工作台下方且外接导向调节手轮,导向调节丝杆上两侧分别经旋向相反的螺纹旋接两导向调节座,导向调节座上垂直设置多个沿进料方向、朝上穿出两两相邻进料辊间隙的导向柱。
