1.2, reversely screwing the adjusting bolt 312 to enable the supporting electromagnet 13 to be in contact with the mail steamer deck 100, suspending the traveling wheel 33, and electrifying the supporting electromagnet 13 to enable the supporting electromagnet 13 to be adsorbed to the mail steamer deck 100;
1.3, a jack 23 is arranged on the upper surface of the lower end of the correcting support part 21, and when the jack 23 is pressurized, the convex position on the mail steamer deck 100 can be forced downwards, so that the effect of correcting the convex deformation position on the surface of the mail steamer deck 100 is realized.
2. When the deformation of the surface of the cruise ship deck 100 is a concave deformation:
2.1, screwing an adjusting bolt 312 to enable a travelling wheel 33 to be in contact with the mail steamer deck 100, enabling a support column 12 to be suspended, pushing the mail steamer deck correction device to travel to an operation area by an operator, and enabling a correction adsorption part 22 to abut against a position, where concave deformation occurs, on the surface of the mail steamer deck 100 at the moment;
2.2, reversely screwing the adjusting bolt 312 to enable the supporting electromagnet 13 to be in contact with the mail steamer deck 100, suspending the walking wheel 33, and switching on and off the correcting electromagnet 221 so as to enable the correcting electromagnet 221 to be adsorbed at the position where the mail steamer deck 100 is concavely deformed;
2.3, a jack 23 is arranged on the upper surface of the lower end of the correcting support part 21, when the jack 23 is pressed, the correcting support part 21 rotates around the hinge point of the correcting support part and the support platform 11, so that the correcting adsorption part 22 sucks the position of the concave deformation on the surface of the mail steamer deck 100 to pull upwards, and the effect of correcting the position of the concave deformation on the surface of the mail steamer deck 100 is achieved.
According to the mail steamer deck correction device provided by the embodiment, the correction electromagnet 221 is used for correcting the position of the concave deformation on the mail steamer deck 100, so that the generation of horse feet can be reduced, and the generation of new deformation can be avoided; only one correction device for the mail steamer deck needs to be designed, the correction process of concave deformation and convex deformation on the mail steamer deck 100 can be realized, the use is convenient, and the universality is strong; the post wheel deck correction device can be used for multiple times after being installed for one time, a welding belt does not need to be pulled and installed, dynamic energy, welding materials and auxiliary materials for initiating correction are saved, the correction cost is greatly reduced, the time for initiating fire can be reduced, and the occurrence of fire is prevented; in addition, this mail steamer deck orthotic devices can also reduce operating personnel's work load, practices thrift the cost of labor, reduces the manpower and puts in.

1. A mail-wheel deck orthotic device for orthotic a surface of a mail-wheel deck (100), the mail-wheel deck orthotic device comprising:
the supporting mechanism (1) comprises a supporting platform (11) and a supporting column (12), wherein the supporting platform (11) can be fixed on the mail steamer deck (100) through the supporting column (12);
the correcting mechanism (2) comprises a correcting support part (21), a correcting adsorption part (22) and a jack (23), the cross section of the correcting support part (21) is of an S-shaped structure, the middle part of the correcting support part (21) is hinged to the bottom of the support platform (11), and the correcting adsorption part (22) is arranged at the higher end of the correcting support part (21) and can be adsorbed on the mail steamer deck (100); the lower surface of the lower end of the correcting support part (21) can be abutted to the mail steamer deck (100), and the jack (23) is borne on the upper surface of the lower end of the correcting support part (21).
2. A mail steamer deck orthotic device as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the bottom of the support columns (12) are provided with support electromagnets (13).
3. A mail-wheel deck orthotic device according to claim 1, wherein the number of support columns (12) is multiple, a plurality of support columns (12) being spaced circumferentially around the support platform (11).

A mail steamer deck orthotic device as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the support mechanism (1) further comprises an attachment column (14), two ends of the attachment column (14) are connected to two adjacent support columns (12), respectively, and the orthotic support (21) is hinged to the support platform (11) via the attachment column (14).
5. The mail ship deck orthotic device of claim 1, wherein the orthotic suction (22) comprises:
a corrective electromagnet (221);
and the correction electromagnet (221) is connected to the lower surface of the higher end of the correction supporting part (21) through the connecting component (222).
6. The mail steamer deck orthotic device of claim 5, wherein the connection assembly (222) is adjustable in position along the length of the orthotic support (21).

The mail steamer deck correction device of claim 6, wherein the correction adsorption part (22) further comprises an adjusting member (223), the correction support part (21) is provided with a sliding slot (2121) extending along the length direction thereof, and the adjusting member (223) can be sequentially inserted into the connection assembly (222) and the sliding slot (2121) and can slide along the extending direction of the sliding slot (2121).

A mail ship deck orthotic device according to any one of claims 1-7, further comprising a walking mechanism (3), the walking mechanism (3) being disposed on the support column (12), the walking mechanism (3) being configured to move the support mechanism (1) and the orthotic mechanism (2) over the mail ship deck (100).
9. A mail ship deck orthotic device according to claim 8, wherein the walking mechanism (3) comprises:
the walking support plate (32) is connected with the support column (12);
and the traveling wheels (33) are rotatably arranged on the traveling support plate (32).
10. A mail-wheel deck orthotic device according to claim 9, wherein the walking mechanism (3) further comprises an adjustment portion (31), the adjustment portion (31) being configured to adjust the relative position of the walking support plate (32) and the support column (12) in the height direction.
